Very nosey from the weekly renters. All the way until after midnight barking dogs, people yelling at the dogs, people yelling at kids. A whole mess!!!

Hotel stinks very bad it was ppl in the hallway that did not seem up to anything good. I didn’t even stay I went into the room it was stinky and dirty have never left a hotel and I had to drive home at night 2 hours I would never stay in something like that.

We had a pleasant stay overall. One of the biggest positives was that the hotel is pet-friendly, which made traveling much easier. The staff were genuinely kind, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit. While we didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurant, I appreciated having an on-site dining option available. The beds were comfortable, and the employees consistently provided excellent customer service. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The property showed some visible wear and tear, the ice machine wasn’t in the best condition, and I noticed a spaghetti sauce splash on the wall that I ended up cleaning myself. The TVs and USB charging options also felt outdated and could benefit from an upgrade. Despite these issues, the friendly and accommodating staff made a positive impression, and overall we enjoyed our stay. There were a few areas that could use improvement. The property showed some visible wear and tear, the ice machine wasn’t in the best condition, and I noticed a spaghetti sauce splash on the wall that I ended up cleaning myself. No breakfast left at 8:30am, bathroom sink clogged, little hairs on bed and tub, toilet not cleaned, stains on walls, doors, towel, bedsheet, walls sticky, charger kept falling out of outlet (charging intermittently).

It was clean for what it was; an much older hotel. The first room had a musty smell so she changed my room. There was no elevator and I was unaware. The towel in my room had short hairs in it....grosssss

The room was old and smelly , there was no water pressure in the bathroom, I had to call the hotel 5 times and waited 2.5 hours at the airport to be picked up, when I call to ask where is the driver the agent was very rude the driver was nice however the airport bus was old and it had a foul smell.

Shuttle for the airport apparently only runs 3 times per day, all before 9 AM, (alternatively take the Blue Line Metro from OHare to Rosemont and catch bus 330 there). Internet is slow and not secure. Requested a quiet room but front desk assigned a room on the side of the building facing the busy road. Breakfast consisted of a choice of Frosted Flakes, Raisin Bran, sugary pastries, coffee. Walls of room are relatively thin so can hear much noise in the hallways.

The shuttle hour

The staff at this hotel was rude and inappropriate. We booked the hotel because the plain was delayed and we would have been unable to pick up the car rental. I had the hotel booked while I was on the airplane getting ready to take off 5- 10 minutes the plane turned around and canceled the flight. I called the hotel immediately and let them know I needed to cancel the reservation because the flight got canceled. The lady was extremely rude and said to deal with it with hotels.com and hung up on me. I did just that and hotels.com said they would needed the hotel to sign this wavier. They would not pick up the phone for hotels.com. They then started to again bumbled me with messages saying I can’t cancel within 24 hours at this point it had only been 15 minutes since I made the reservation. Then about 5 days later with no response from hotels.com or this hotel. I called and spoke to the manager about the situation and he was rude kept cutting me off and getting loud with me. I have not ever felt so disrespected from a hotel. We were on our way to my husband mother’s funeral. I offered to show them all the flight cancellations and whatever they needed to help me but no. They rather be rude and have no empathy, and greedy. I will never book with this hotel again and I hope their business runs into the ground, they will get what they deserve karma is a *****.

The airport shuttle ran for 3grs in the morning and 2 hrs in the evening otherwise there was no shuttle, there oage says 6am till 10pmnot a chance.Jotel was old and the staff wouldn't gelp with nothing

We booked here b/c my daughter's flight was canceled at midnight after sitting in the airport all day and night. They advertised that there was an airport shuttle. WRONG! She had to take an Uber. Shuttle driver was sick. Exhausted and very annoyed, she gets to hotel and goes to her room, opens the door, only to see a man standing in his underwear. The room already had an occupant. She was embarrassed and horrified (21 years old). Front desk gave her a new room. Room was fine and seemed clean enough; however, there was some kind of crud on the wall lamp right where she was supposed to turn it on, so she went without that light. Still no driver the next morning. Had to Uber back to the airport. Very disappointed a Wyndham was so poorly run.

The AC wasn’t working, It was heat that going on all night and Shower no way you getting hot water and if you do the water pressure is super low!

The price was reasonable. Our rooms only got cleaned once the entire time we were there instead of daily. It wasnt an ada accessible room and our key cards got reset every day. It was very disappointing.

The Shuttle stops at 10pm. They do not have a elevator so you will need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs if you are on the 2nd floor. The night desk lady very nice.

The property is clean Location is far, they say breakfast is included but just offer free coffee nothing else and quality was bad.

Lobby was OK, The hallway with carpeting smelled very bad. Upon entering our room, we noticed that the middle of the bed was sunken in, When we laid on it, you could feel the springs. Bathroom was in need of repair. The continental breakfast was totally worthless. And ended up going to a restaurant and paid for breakfast next-door. Also, they allow dogs at this hotel. Had barking most of the night.

The staff was fantastic upon checkin. As for the continental breakfast, there was only 2 cereals. That is it. Literrally nothing else and so I don't consider that a continental breakfast.

Room had a very musty smell to it, was supposed to be nonsmoking but could smell smoke coming from the room next to us. Staff wanted to have a non work related conversation before helping us. They said they had breakfast but there was absolutely nothing.

The shuttle took an hour to pick us up. There were multiple drugged out people hanging out in the hotel hallways. Screaming and yelling in the hallways throughout the night. The floors were dirty and sticky. The center of our floor had a huge hole in it! We checked out at 2:30am due to the noise and fighting. The shower did not even work and we had to wash up in the sink. Very dirty, noisy and in major disrepair. I absolutely do not recommend.

I like that it was affordable I guess you get what you pay for. I did not like they had old furniture sitting in the hallways, there was hair on the toilet and little fabric balls on the bed I had to dust off. It didn’t not feel clean everything was old and the tv apps didn’t work. There was dried red or light brown stains on the wall wasn’t sure if it was old blood or ketchup. But it was creepy.

The area is sketchy but I had little choice due to being stranded in Chicago due to weather delays with my flight. Very noisy outside my room on the first floor (talking on phone, arguments, door slams) until at least 2:30 am. Staff did little to intervene for what was clearly audible from the lobby. Clean but shabby. At least the water was hot for my shower.

Affordable, large mini-fridge, and the restaurant next to it was good. Very noisy. Could hear people from outside my room, and the neighbors. Blinds didn't close properly. So room wasn't very dark for sleeping. Says it has free airport shuttle, but only took me to the hotel, and not back. Beds weren't very comfortable.

Cons: hotel needs some renovating. Holes in window shade, stains on the toilet, the lampshade, the tub, heavy wear just about everywhere you really look. Loud patrons, might have felt uncomfortable if not for being male. It works, I'd stay again but only if I couldn't find a better hotel near the price point.

Paints are falling off in room with no attempts to fix it. Location is inconvenient and worse by no shuttles when needed. Do not stay here unless you plan to spend $40 extra on Lyft on top of $230 I paid for one night

From the shuttle pick up in the dirty and extremely worn out shuttle with a driver wearing very dirty clothes, to the very worn out carpets that you don’t want to put bare feet on, to the lack of any hot water, this place is terrible. Spring for the extra $200 or so for a decent place.

The room was dirty and there was so much deodorant sprayed in the room, the smell was unbearable. There were condom wrappers on the floor between the bed and nightstand.

Let me tell you, the room is large and clean, but the bed was hallowed in the center. However the hotel is very sketchy. There were guest sleeping in the hallway. There were guest loud and getting high and drunk in the parking lot. Basically you get what you pay for type of deal. Would I go back? No.

When I first arrived I thought ugh another typical dirty super 8. But I was pleasantly surprised the towels where fresh and really soft, the sheets were soft and comfy as well as the bed. The only negative think i would say is the smell was a little off but not bad. Overall I was happy with my stay and will stay here again in the future.

Its just standing on its leg is a sigh of relief.

If you are looking for a place to argue, be late because of the shuttle, wait for shuttle 1,5 hours, have only cereals for breakfast without anything else (also no milk), get declined when you ask for hot water for tea, have a terrible smell on all your clothes after the stay.. you are welcome! The staff will enjoy your stay and your low demands of cleanliness and being on time!

We checked in on June/7, while using the bed/bedsheets on the same day, I got allergy on my body due to unhygienic of the bed and bedsheets, we informed at the front desk to change the bedsheets on June/8, we are not sure if they even changed the bedsheets as on June/8 night as soon as touched the bedsheets, the allergy has become severe and I got rashes on my entire body, could not sleep at all, we requested the front desk to change the room, they never cared, we checked out with that condition and flew back our home, got admitted to emergency care on the same night, I am still not completely recovered. I stayed in many hotels but I never same such kind of worst room/management in my life, no words to explain about the pain that I went through, I want to give zero or minus rating to to this hotel in all ways.

Over night counter staff was extremely rude. I had considered leaving because her actions. Day shift was good. Over all the stay was bearable for the price i paid

The hotel smelled so bad—lots of drug and urine smell. Breakfast was collected earlier than it was supposed to be. The blankets had stains on them. The property was very run-down and damaged.

Said free shuttle, there was no shuttle available so we had to uber there. Phone was broken. Room was supposed to be pet free but my husband could hardly breathe from dander. Nighttime staff was nice. Daytime staff felt like they wanted to pick a fight with us just for asking about a shuttle to the airport.

This place full of bed bugs, i had a horrible experience here. I booked for 3 nights and the first room 102 they gave me had bed bugs i woke up in the middle of the night all bit by the bugs and came to the counter they gave me another room 112, the room 112 had a broken bed which i did not use, i used the other bed and i got cold at night and grabbed the blankets from the broken bed, and i guess it had hidden hed bugs and they started biting me again, i showed them proofs and videos of the bugs coming out the broken bed, and at 4am they gave me a different room upstairs 212, it was clean no bed bugs but it did have dead cockroaches everywhere, also showed them proof, i had to check out at 11am and i asked them if i can get a few extra hours or another free night since i booked for 3 nights and kept having issues with the rooms and i couldnt enjoy my sleep or sleep well and they were tryna charge me 10$ an hour and the best thing they could do was let me stay till 2pm but then they wanted me to leave already, on top of that all the bath tubs were clugged even the sinks, they never came to fix it, they came my last night because i complained again and they didnt fix it they made it worst, the guy said give it an hour and i waited 2 hours and when i open the water from the bath tub it was still clugged and all the dirty water and stuffs from the drain was coming up smh just horrible stay away from this hotel too expensive and not worth it, theres more cheaper hotels in the area

Too expensive, they’re fixing the floor and they start really early making noises and wont let people sleep, the staff always being rude. It says “free breakfast” and they only have cereal and a gallon of milk and a gallon of orange juice whenever they feel like refilling it. Its just bad stay away from this hotel

Well the pictures showed a coffee maker in the room and no coffee maker. Said free breakfast. It's free if you only like cereal. Bed was not great but not bad. The hot water to the tub. Is really slow. So you have to take the ice bucket and keep filling it up in the sink until you fill your bath. But I guess the door locked so you don't get robbed by every one asking you for a cigarette if you go out your room. Oh and the toilet flushed. If you are any kind of decent person. Not rich. But decent. Save your money and just stay anywhere else.

The hotel was a bit run down Walls were a little thin- could hear much of what the neighbors were up to in the middle of the night. BUT the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. And prob for the price- the place is an average stay.

She made sure we were taken care of for our super early departure with wake up call, airport shuttle and coffee and muffins to go.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The airport pick up and drop off are one of the amazing things.

This is fine for just a place to lay your head for the night which is what I was there for. However, it leaves something to be desired when it comes to places to go in the area. Not much around here and it's on a busy street so you'd be taking your life in your hands if you tried crossing. Also, the shuttle was a little sketchy since it doesn't run regularly and you have to schedule it.

Parking was convenient, located in close proximity to many places to include groceries, gas, car wash, and other things.

I just needed a place to stay and this fit the bill. I booked because of price. First I'd like to say the room was very clean and I appreciate that. Beds have bed bug protection covers which is also appreciated. Other reviews are fairly accurate. The mattress in our room, 243, needs to be replaced. Very saggy. The floor is oddly spongy in parts of the room. Since this is a second floor room that suggests the floor is rotting out. The shower head needs to be replaced. No free breakfast because there is a restaurant attached to the hotel which, oddly, didn't serve an evening meal but does have breakfast and lunch.

Website is misleading. Address and links take you to a different property. VERY old motel building. Floors bow and bounce like a fun house. Shower curtain reeked of urine. No late check out without a fee. Free airport transport was either a very nice lady in a brand new personal van or a terrifying older man in a dilapidated van that stopped for gas with us in there. Almost died due to his driving. Front desk staff was very pleasant and housekeeping was nice and helpful. Had a weird beach set up that was fun to play around with photo ops. Grocery store right across the street is convenient. However not the best area as far as safety. Few restaurants within walking distance. Our particular room window faces the front door where people could look in. Very odd. Couldn’t keep shade open. Dirty appearance over all. Not recommended but will do in a pinch.

First off I put in that I was bringing a dog with me along with my son. Apparently this information wasn't shared with the motel. But if I had known that the motel charged an extra $25 per night to have allow my dog I wouldn't have stayed there. I blame myself for not checking with the motel first to see what the cost was but I was already there when I found out the charge was $25 a night.

I got stranded in chicago for 4 days due to flight cancelations and lack of car rentals so this place was the most affordable considering my circumstances. The staff was absolutely wonderful and very kind. Teresa and one of her male staff members was very accomidating and welcoming. Very nice people and i wont forget them. I met the owner and he was very nice and working very hard on renovations. Although my only issue was the room was dirty and had a funny smell. The floors were filthy so i never walked barefoot. There was alot of dog hair on the floor and food stains/sticky spots. The bathtub was dirty so I had to clean it myself as I needed a bath from being very sore from sleeping at 2 separate airports and suffered a broken toe. The bed was very comfortable but i used my own blankets i brought with me when sleeping at the airports. There was hair also throughout the sheets. Maybe i just happened to get a bad room but I was just so tired and just grateful to have an affordable place to stay. I used to work in housekeeping so im aware of the shortcuts staff tend to take. Either way I loved the people there.

Also, the biggest issue was I think there were bed bugs, I had some bites on my feet, I tried to lift bed to see if I could find them but could not, so I can't prove bed bugs were there, I only had bites on my feet.

Stay was not good as it had taken close to 1.5 hours to get the key. They were taking so much of time to allocate the room for each guests.

Not certain if the previous guest had a pet that nobody cleaned up after or if room service missed it. Ok property but only plan on staying at property if necessary.

The desk computer was very slow. The shuttle van had a broken side door. The TV station numbers were inaccurate, we can find no news channel. The fan in the bathroom was too loud and always ran when the light came on. There was no coffee in the hotel room

I requested someone clean my room or change my room because of fecal matter on the toilet seat, grossness in the sink, and hair in my bed. Second room had fecal matter on the toilet. Third room appeared better. Until I looked closer. Pubic hair on my “clean” towel. Window wouldn’t close all the way or lock, no cold water in the sink, not much hot water in the shower, shower water handle was so gross. Greasy cup marks on the night stand. Holes in the carpet in the halls. Staff that was irritated with my requests. SO NOT STAY HERE!

No help in an emergency situation when needed,Was double booked and tried to cancel this hotels reservation but according to their very “strict”policy they kept the money even though I could not get there since my flight had changed and I had to leave Chicago to Dallas earlier.I did call them but was told it was booked by a third party and they needed to cancel the reservation,not me who’s name it was under.

The reception staff, Vicky and Andy were great, very friendly and helpful. They have a great restaurant attached which does all home made meals. On my list as one to return to next time I visit Chicago.
