Reviews
The hotel is praised for its prime location and stunning views, with many guests enjoying the proximity to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. However, there are recurring complaints about additional fees, such as parking and urban experience charges, as well as inconsistent service quality from the staff.

Great hotel and close to everything we wanted to do in the area, got 2 great places to eat in the lobby and a Dunkin’ Donuts close by..if your new and looking for that DD basically go all the way down in the lobby,we were trying to find it for the longest lol but other than that would definitely recommend this hotel

Valet parking is extremely high. $87 a night. Way too much. The valet attends were very nice and efficient though.

We dis not eat at either restaurant however all other parts of our stay was amazing. Great view from our very clean room. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpfull.
- 4/5
The location is great. The price was comparable. NOT close to the museums if you’re going. The TV entertainment options are few. There’s a fee of $30 per day that is not divulged until check in.
- 2.5/5
Staff was amazing and accommodating room was clean and very cozy great scenic view Wish I was notified by the hotel or by booking that we had to pay 70 dollars for parking also didn't like where our car was parked was in a garage underground and getting in and out of it was not fun took a lot of time too. Also just wish booking gave me my rate that I tried to go for in March even though I had screenshots you didn't honor the price match which was crazy. Wish I was notified more about what to expect being at the hotel but very little information was given to me.
- 3.5/5
I liked the view from our room. The shower pressure was excellent. The staff was very kind and professional. Front desk never had a long wait. I also enjoyed the wooded key cards, and the elevator system was very efficient. I didn't care for the additional charge for things we didn't use, like the fitness classes, dry cleaning, shoe shine, etc. There was no reason to take that extra charge. Additionally the cleaning crew left a used cleaning rag, and to do list in our bathroom. That wasn't a big deal, just a little icky.
- 0.5/5
The only good thing is the location. Our room was incredibly dirty, and because of that we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. It was the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen in my life.
- 4/5
The hotel was very convenient for our plans visiting Chicago. My only issue was that the sheets on the bed were not very soft, so not much sleep.

I had an excellent stay at the Swissôtel Chicago. The accommodations were immaculate, and the room offered plenty of space to relax. Additionally, it was very quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's rest throughout my trip. Due to an overbooking issue, we were transferred to the Fairmont Hotel for two of our three nights.

The main issue was the hotel’s “high-speed Wi-Fi,” which stopped working properly starting on the second day of our trip. As international travelers, reliable internet was essential, as we were relying on hotel Wi-Fi rather than purchasing additional mobile data. The hotel offers a text-based customer service system, which we had used earlier in our stay and received responses, so we know messages were being received. However, when we reached out regarding the Wi-Fi outage, we did not receive any response. The following day, we were told the issue was being addressed and would be resolved soon. The connection briefly returned that evening, but went down again the next day and continued intermittently for most of our stay. The lack of consistent communication and support during this issue was frustrating, particularly for a hotel of this standard. While the views are excellent and the location is generally convenient, it is slightly farther east than expected, requiring longer walks to reach central downtown attractions. We were also disappointed by the additional resort fee, which felt difficult to justify given the ongoing Wi-Fi issues and limited support.

The hotel has no parking and you will have to pay $70.00 per day if you self park and if you use valet parking it would be $90.00 per day. For the price they should provide complementary breakfast as I have paid less for better quality places which include breakfast and parking.

We had an amazing stay at Swissotel Chicago! The hotel is absolutely luxurious, with super clean rooms, beautiful interiors, and breathtaking views of the city. We stayed here for our first wedding night, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. They upgraded us to a wonderful room and surprised us with chocolate-covered strawberries, which was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. We were honestly pleasantly shocked by the level of care and attention we received. A very special thank you to Juan, who brought us the chocolate-covered strawberries and gave us such a warm and beautiful congratulations. He made our celebration even more memorable, and we truly appreciated his kindness and hospitality. The location is perfect — right in the heart of downtown Chicago, close to everything. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience exceeded all our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. We created such beautiful memories here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special and unforgettable stay in Chicago!
- 4/5
The view was excellent because we had a room with a view of the millennial fountain and could see Navy Pier with clear weather. It was a few minutes walk away from wonderful shopping and metro/tram locations. The room was a good size. Most of the extras already about the room, such as water and umbrella, were still pay to use. The parking cost was $70 per night to self park and unexpectedly the lot was a very tight and cramped space for such a cost. The shower only had one setting and to avoid going blasted by cold water, you'd need to cram yourself into a single corner and hope you were out of the way while the water warmed up. Also the toilet paper was very thin, so you had to use a light to make it useful.
- 5/5
Simona E was so welcoming and kind when we checked in. She even upgraded our room at no cost to us! We will definitely be staying here in the future. So clean and beautiful rooms. Plenty of towels and amenities. The other staff were also great! The views from our room were amazing as well. Simona E really made our experience great though!

- 5/5
Exellent service and staff. Thank you for upgrading our room. We love it. The view was amazing
- 5/5
Really a great hotel. The view was amazing from our room. The room was large and lots of space to hang out. The bed was comfy, and so were the pillows.
- 4/5
Swissotel Chicago is located in an excellent area of the city, River East they call it… right on the riverfront, just west of the lake. Prime location! The room had a wonderful view of the river! It was fairly clean, but the room was showing its age, needs a refresh soon. However, the hotel staff is amazing, top notch! They make your stay comfortable, handle every single issue that comes up with a smile and absolutely make the Accor brand look great! Would I stay again, perhaps, depends on the room… but the Swissotel brand is definitely worth a look!
- 1/5
Everything was decent until I woke up with bed bugs bites all over my body. This was my first hotel experience and it was ruined. I’ve never had this happen to me before, but when I tell you I wanted to skin myself because of how itchy I was that is not an understatement. It was hell. I emailed the property that morning about what happened, showed them pictures of the bites. They told me they were bringing in a “third party” pest control service to inspect the room, and these people had the nerve to say the room didn’t have bedbugs. The staff will professionally gaslight you. What a joke. You best believe that if I wake up in bed bug bites from YOUR hotel I’m going to want a refund because I didn’t drop a couple hundred bucks to get bitten by bed bugs, go through a whole ordeal just to make sure I didn’t bring them home with me, and get professionally gaslit by the staff. Absolutely horrible and dirty and disgusting. Beware!!!!!! Don’t go to this place. They’ve been having bed bugs and treat people the same way I was treated. It’s just unfortunate that I found out about their track record after I got bit by bed bugs. This is not okay for a 4 star hotel! Get it together! The first two pictures are from when I woke up that morning in the room, and the last picture is from two days after the incident occurred.

Room view and location They overbooked the king bed rooms and we paid for a king bed and instead received two double beds. The staff offered no discount or alternative for their overbooking mistake.
- 5/5
This place exceeded our expectations. We even got upgraded to a suite that was amazing! The location could not be better. Amazing views. Also do NOT skip the gym. The view is unreal!
- 3/5
Location is amazing, great views, very comfortable. The hotel does not have enough personnel. There was a half hour long to check in and people at the reception are rude. If you claim to be a 4-star hotel and charge over 300 USD/night, get enough staff and train them well. My booking.com included a 15 USD/night credit for food and beverages and at check out they didn't automatically applied it (the guy had to call other staff because he didn't know how to do it and did a mistake on my invoice 3 times). The guy who stores the luggage was rude as well, probably he needs more help there as luggage gets crowded at the reception. Definitely not Swiss-style service :( Summary: If you don't care about customer service or your money and all you want is location, stay here. Otherwise, look for other options

Location was quite good and gym on 43rd floor was good and had a very good outdoor views. I paid $350+ for a night and amazingly they didn't put 2 bottles of water complimentary in the room . I had to buy it for consumption.. No pool, steam and sauna available in hotel.

Staff so freindly I would say especially Simona E is amazing. All good
- 3/5
The elevated Swissotel brand is not represented here well in this building at all. The valet is $87! Self park is $70 and the self park area doesn’t even have an elevator up to the lobby, you have to walk through a dark, confusing, and claustrophobic garage to stairs then to elevator. Staff were tactful & kind, it’s just the building is old, needs renovation, & the room air is stuffy. A positive bright light was the stunning view from the gym and the lobby ambience & smell.

The Swissôtel Chicago was conveniently located next to the conference I attended. It boasts a great position along the south side of the Chicago River in the Loop. My room was clean and offered an excellent view of the river and Lake Michigan, with Navy Pier also visible. However, the breakfast at the lobby bar was underwhelming; it was no better than grabbing fast food to go. Access to the Riverwalk and the First Lady boat tour made sightseeing and walking around the area quite easy.

Clean spacious room. Bathroom modern and stylish. Front desk staff friendly and attentive. Did not use valet service but they were outgoing and helpful. Being allowed to have bags held after checkout helped us get last bit of shopping and sightseeing. Samona went out of her way to be helpful and make my wife and I have best possible stay possible. Location of hotel can’t be beat.
- 5/5
Booked this hotel because I wanted to enjoy one weekend in Chicago for shopping. I always booked Swissotel because it has rooms that offers river and lake views.
- 5/5
Absolutely a great value for downtown Chicago! Highly recommend!
- 5/5
The Staff was amazing! Our room was clean and we loved the view.
- 4/5
The only flaw in this property is the parking. OMG….it cost almost half of the room rate we received and negotiating the underground parking was VERY intimidating. Larger SUV’s would be a real challenge.
- 4/5
The lighting in the bathroom was not good and while the room was clean, it was not spotless and housekeeping did not come for 3 days although I could have requested it. There was no housekeeping option on the door tag. The television channels were quite limited and movies and room service prices were very high. I would not stay there again.
- 5/5
Swissotel was a nice option for our "con-ing needs". We stayed here for two nights in order to attend an annual con, C2E2. The room provided us with pretty much everything that we needed, especially location within walking distance of the Metra line that drops you right at the convention center (which is one of the main reasons that we selected it). We sort of look for two things in hotels for these types of events: comfort and price. Simply put, the Swissotel price was absolutely right and that, combined with it being a nicer property in a perfect location, made it EXACTCTLY what we needed. We would definitely use it again next year. The only downside is that it is not really in or even near a good part of the Chicago restaurant scene...but Chicago has great transportation options so that is not really that big of a deal.
- 5/5
Nice rooms, great view
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff. Valet is expensive
- 2/5
The view from the room For the price, we were not at all impressed with the type and size of the room. Also, we had no remote to the TV in our room and we had to request one 4 times before we actually got one, which was 4 hours later after we had been in the room unable to watch the tv.
- 5/5
I expect a parking fee but $89 was a bit much for us little town folks. There was not self park availble near by and it was rainging so we couldn't find one close enough and it was raining as well.
- 5/5
Easy access and clean
- 4/5
Bar menu was not great and overpriced.

The Swissotel is my favorite getaway when I’m in Chicago. I like the lake view room. My wife and I watch the tour boats on the river.
- 5/5
The shower was a bit small for us but they were still great.
- 4/5
Overall very good stay

Bathroom did not look as the pictures. It’s smaller. Pros: Close to everything 15min walk to Navy peer or Millennium park. All staff members were nice and helpful. Room was very clean. Did not get to check out the bar or breakfast. But everyday it was super busy.

- 5/5
Really friendly staff and loved how comfortable my bed was. Beautiful view of the navy pier and a really nice bathroom with a tub and shower. Only complaint MIGHT be (nitpicking) the location being outside the downtown area instead of being central. But it was fairly quiet and still an enjoyable stay.

Jean helped us check in! Wonderful to work with. We were presented with a 36th floor river view. Amazing service! The architecture!
- 3.5/5
The bed was comfortable. Shower drain was clogged. Brought it to the attention of maintenance, but it remained very slow to drain. The hair conditioner in the shower was empty and remained empty even after we asked for it to be filled. The door to the bathroom was rotted at the bottom. Everything just seemed to be a little neglected.

Staff was friendly and professional at all times. Would definitely stay here again, but urge attention to detail. Also, have a daily Urban Experience Fee on the final bill that I have asked to get back. Not sure what an Urban Experience Fee means, no Urban Experience was offered outside of doing my thing, being a native Chicagoan.

Absolutely not satisfied with my stay within one hour of being there and paying for Valet my truck was damaged in the process of them parking it and they are not trying to take any accountability for it. I walked down and the valet attendant that had parked my car apparently had left for the night… real convenient. And our claiming no responsibility to the damage would highly recommend finding a different hotel.

We love this hotel and always stay here when needing to stay in the North Loop area. The property is dog friendly and staff is very attentive. Our daughter wished there was a pool and I a hot tub, but for the price, the room, the staff, the view and walkability it is great! There is a dog park about a block away behind the CVS down the street. There is an elevator there or a LOT of stairs if you're bringing your doggo. Otherwise, there are close spots right outside for middle of the night potty runs. Overall, great property!

We were traveling with our 13-month-old baby, and I had requested a crib a month in advance when making the booking. Despite that, the crib they brought was extremely dirty, full of stains, scratches, and dents. The replacement crib was just as bad. It was shocking that a hotel of this standard could not provide a clean and safe crib for a baby. The bathroom and even the pillows had stains, and the overall cleanliness of the room was very poor. A housekeeping manager tried to help and showed us a better room, but shortly after that the front desk called and said the room was reserved. The staff member’s tone was rude and arrogant, and instead of solving the issue they simply said they could process a refund. Because the crib was unusable, our 13-month-old baby had to sleep in our bed and barely slept the entire night. It was extremely stressful for our family — my baby suffered, my wife was exhausted and emotional, and none of us could rest. We ended up checking out early on Saturday, even though our booking was until March 16. This was a very disappointing experience, especially for a family traveling with a baby.

If you visit on St. Patrick's Day weekend you have a perfect view of the Chicago River being dyed from the hotel if you get a "river view" room. You are directly across the street if you want to watch the river being dyed from the riverwalk. You are about 4 blocks from viewing the parade.
- 5/5
Everyone we spoke to was super nice and helpful. The hotel was busy at check in but staff moved very quickly. Room was clean and had a pretty good view of the city.
- 5/5
Prefect location in the city by the river
- 3.5/5
The location, the view, the staff was great especially for the busy weekend The thermostat was not working in my room and only one light switch worked
- 5/5
The view, staff, food Love it all
- 5/5
The room and location were EXCELLENT!!! We were only there for one night but we will definitely be back whenever we are in the city!
- 5/5
View was amazing from our room! We could see the river and lake. Staff were friendly and the entire hotel was clean.
- 5/5
The young woman that checked us in on Saturday afternoon was super friendly and informative! The gym the next morning was beyond amazing! And the breakfast sandwich from the restaurant downstairs we got was fire!!! The only thing that was tricky was the parking… but it was to be expected we were staying in Chicago. Fabulous property we would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Room had a beautiful view of the river and Lake Michigan and navy pier. The hotel was decorated for Christmas. Great location! Staff was very helpful and pleasant!
- 5/5
Yes, room was great with a stunning view of the Chicago river and lakefront. The “Palm” restaurant service and meals were excellent. Our stay was a real treat for us. We had dinner with our daughter and grandkids at the restaurant. The host joked with us about putting our picture on the wall!
- 5/5
Great hotel! Polite staff! Great gym!
- 4/5
Everything inside the room and with checkout was amazing. We did get to experience a couple screaming so loudly we could hear them across the entire opposite side of our floor, but I know there’s only so much we can do about that. I also was a bit confused about the parking ordeal
- 5/5
Nice hotel nice staff
- 4/5
Great location! Parking wasn’t the best, only valet parking offered. Overall, good experience.
- 5/5
Clean and vey comfortable room
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfy for a nights stay plus had a great view of navy pier. We stayed for Valentine’s Day and ordered room service the guy that delivered our food was so nice and he even came back with some chocolate covered strawberries.
- 5/5
Overall stay was wonderful! We will be back again!
- 5/5
The room was amazing, we could see the fireworks at Navy Pier from our bed. The hotel was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff Kia, Lakeesha, and Joseph catered to our needs. Our couples in-room massage, set up by Kia, was just what we needed to make our Valentine's Day stay the best! I would definitely return to Swissotel-Chicago.

Here are the highlights: -No bellman or door people to help with bags… fine, I will survive. -Arrive at 12:30pm, before check-in. Reception tells me they will upgrade me to an available room… for an additional $250. I tell them that I can wait. -No text or e-mail when my actual room was ready (which they told me that I would receive.) -My key never worked. After ten new keys and security having to let me into my room for three days, they decided to change the battery on my hotel lock keypad which resolved the issue. -Hotel phone was broken so I could never call down about my issues until it took two separate trips for an engineer to bring me a new one. -Housekeeping never came two of the five nights that I was staying there. -Came back and the valet was fully asleep in the lobby on a sofa. Lydia is great and very helpful. Otherwise, I should have stayed at any other spot in the plentiful neighborhood.

Hotel is a little outdated. Outdoor areas could be more cleaner. A lot of cigarette butts and empty cigarette packs lying around. Parking garage is currently under construction.
- 1/5
Great hotel horrible staff. Gave my room away because I got a deal for Black Friday and told me I had to pay double to get the room for that night. Planned this trip months in advanced. Ruined my entire birthday.
- 5/5
The view was really good. We were able to walk out of the hotel to see fireworks. The iew of Navy Pier was great as well.
- 4/5
I’m not sure why this hotel is 4stars hotel. It was very basic. It was clean and staff was nice. The only reason is to stay there is the location, but otherwise not worth the money.
- 4/5
The staff is the highlight here. The rooms are standard. The double beds are full size not queen. Overall a comfortable stay
- 1/5
There was no wifi ever available, the hotel charges extra for the fee. I complained about several times and was told that there wasn't any other outages. So basically it was a "me" problem. Also, the hotel charged my card prematurely a week before then overcharged me again upon checkin.

Everything was wonderful. Property was beautiful. Arrived early and room was ready for check in at 1pm. Wonderful!! Staff was friendly. Old Fashioned in Amuse was superb!
- 3/5
The food here is amazing!!! The area is super nice and still close to everything. The staff was very helpful and professional. However the rooms are out dated in my opinion. House keeping came and didn’t take any trash in our room, poorly made the beds but left have of the bedding hanging off the bed. Little strange to come in and do nothing?
- 5/5
Very beautiful place to stay
- 5/5
Love the space of the rooms and location in the city. Check in could be a bit faster with more staff.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, spacious and had an excellent view from the 31st floor. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Property was decorated beautifully for Christmas! Zero complaints. Would not hesitate to stay again when back in Chicago.
- 5/5
Very nice room. Everyone is very helpful and kind
- 5/5
yes
- 5/5
The room was very clean. One suggestion, please update prices for the in room dining. The prices in the electronic menu does not match the actual cost.
- 1/5
This day was very disappointing. I had family in town for Thanksgiving so I stayed there one night so I could give up my place right next-door so I had really high expectations when I checked in I wasn’t greeted. I stood there while the person at the desk was fumbling through paperwork for about seven minutes you didn’t look up he didn’t say anything and then by the time he did, it was very rude and short I was disappointed with the overall stay he claimed I got a credit and I needed to go that night so I ordered a salad and fries came out to $50. It was terrible. The salad with wilted fries were cold and the chicken was no seasoning or whatsoever. Very disappointing.
- 5/5
Great Stay
- 3/5
The hotel was dated. It needs updated. The location was great. Watch your bill I was charged double for the valet parking. Staff were good I have no complaints about them.
- 5/5
Amazing view, service was outstanding!! Simona was above and beyond! Best place to stay in Chicago and I have stayed at many! Secret little nook back there!

- 5/5
The Swissôtel Chicago truly impressed me as a beautiful property offering an exceptional stay in the heart of the city. The overall experience was highly positive, and I would definitely choose to stay here again. The room provided breathtaking, amazing views that were easily the highlight of the accommodations. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful sleep every night. While the pillows were a little flat, that was a minor drawback given the overall comfort. The bathroom experience was excellent, featuring hot water and great pressure in the shower. It is worth noting that the hotel does have some added fees per day. Although I typically prefer a fully inclusive price, the quality of the stay ultimately made it worth the extra cost. The location of the Swissôtel is unbeatable. It sits right in the middle of downtown, on the river, making it walking distance to a huge array of attractions, dining, and shopping. The service was also top-notch, especially thanks to Bernard who checked us in. He was super helpful with everything from check-in details to providing recommendations for tours and managing bookings. Personalized assistance like that truly elevates a hotel stay.During our visit, we dined at The Palm, and the experience was delicious. As expected for a high-end establishment, it is a pricey steakhouse, but if you're looking for a luxurious meal, the quality certainly justifies the splurge. Definitely would visit again
- 4/5
Great room but really not much better than a cheaper hotel and pricey to park. If you are trying to save money… try a cheaper hotel near by.
- 5/5
The experience at this hotel- first time visiting Chicago, was amazing!! I’ll definitely be booking this always, when I return and I recommend it 100%. Top tire customer service by Simona E at the front desk and great amenities and views at the hotel. Also, close to almost all the good scenery in the city.
- 2/5
Was not what we were expecting small rooms, mold in the shower. Will not be back
- 3/5
Decent hotel. Nice enough staff. Chicago has some absolutely terrible tap water and the only option was bottled water for $10/bottle. No alternative offered.
- 5/5
Outstanding service from valet to check in to helpful staff at every turn. Beautiful space; clean room. Great experience
- 4/5
Clean room, convenient location. great view, friendly staff
- 5/5
Clean, safe, accessible
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious and had coffee provided. The cleaning crew was nice daily and the elevators are so fast and efficient
- 3/5
There was no drinking water provided in the room, and you have to pay for it, unlike most other hotels. They also charged me around $25 as a resort fee, even though this place is not really a resort. The bathtub didn’t drain properly, and water stayed in it for a long time after showering. The service was poor as well. Honestly, I do not recommend this place at all.
- 5/5
We did not take advantage of the breakfast or food options, but was very happy with our room and location. They also held our luggage after check out so we could enjoy the game. Very worth the money!
- 5/5

room was wonderful overall too bad the tub facing wrong direction to enjoy the view from the windows in there. customer service could be better tho most of the time i couldbt rech anyone at front desk from my room or via the main number but I would give it another chance.

The room was big, enough to fit 4 luggages. Location is fantastic, walkable to a lot of food and shopping places. The best thing was, there was a kettle in the room😂 I like to make my own tea and coffee etc The two previous hotels we stayed at during the same holiday did not have one. Price was affordable too, at time of stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Great views and beautiful property
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Excellent location and service
- 4/5
Hotel common areas were nice and meeting areas very convenient. The rooms were a little dated, but were fine overall.
- 5/5
Upon check in, we were offered a free upgrade to the 21st floor rather than the 3rd. The views were great! The staff was all very friendly!
- 5/5
Simona was fantastic in getting us checked in and quickly providing information.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly. Room was clean, elegant. View was priceless. My only negative and reason for 4 star instead of 5 star review was that self parking was full when we arrived. Part of our decision to stay at the swisotel was the more economical option for self parking, that not all similar hotels offered, so it was a disappointment that this was not available upon arrival. I wish this could be booked with the room/put on the reservation for planning purposes.
- 5/5
Stayed here for 2 nights during a professional meeting. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and environment was immaculate. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Would stay there again without hesitation.
- 4/5
Do be aware of their $25 a day "Urban Experience" fee that we weren't aware of until we checked in. It covers Internet, $15 a day credit at the bar and $12 a day credit towards dry cleaning that can only be used each day of your stay. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of if you're trying to stay inside a budget.
- 5/5
Staff were great anytime we asked for help they were right there. Also best elevator system we have ever seen.
- 5/5
Perfect place to stay!!

Great location and friendly staff. Shout out to Simona who made our check in process smooth. My sister is 30 weeks pregnant and she was kind enough to give us a room upgrade - her attention to detail was much appreciated !

What a perfect place to stay for the Chicago Marathon! The early part of the race on Columbus paced right by the end of the block this hotel is built upon - seriously good luck for me!!! In addition, the weather was gorgeous so I was able to walk everywhere. If my daughter decides to run Chicago next year, will definitely revisit this lovely hotel!!! Thank you!!!

Staff wasn’t the friendliest. Overall stay was ok but they can do better with customer service. Rooms are also outdated

Room was clean and spacious, the hotel was OK but for a 4 star hotel some things were lacking. Long wait for check in (they did not have enough people), lower bed sheet not fitted so the bed would get all disheveled as soon as you get in, no complimentary water. It was good, but not perfect.
