The hotel was felt safe, it was clean, and convenient. Is located on the side of a busy highway and it was noisy. A convenient store was across the street

Everything was awesome except for the glitch in the system, I booked a double bed and when arriving they informed us there was no double beds.

Loved the hotel only bad thing I can say the water pressure in the shower was really slow but other then that I will stay again.

I booked this hotel mainly because of the pool, which looked huge and beautiful in the photos. In reality, it’s ridiculously small — nothing like what’s shown online. To make things worse, it was closed on some days during my stay. It was a major disappointment, especially since the pool was the main reason I chose this place.

The bed was uncomfortable, the floor on the room dirty, the food at yhe restaurant for breakfast not recommended

Amazing hotel for family stay but they changed the waiter/tress staff and it’s not as friendly as when Rigo was there but thankful Pablo is still there. New workers are young but very unprofessional and do nothing.

The location of this hotel is great. Near a lot of restaurantes and shopping mall. The hotel is starting to show some wear and tear but overall a decent place to stay.

Staff was courteous, friendly and attentive. Facility spacious, clean and easy free parking. We booked a suite with king bed. The pool was closed upon arrival and was not mentioned when we made the reservation on Expedia. A hotel fan was active in the bathroom during our stay. No control to shut off so a bit noisy. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Charge extra for breakfast $299 mx or $15 usd per person. Would have been 5 stars without mention of above.

I love the customer service that they have, their staff was more than attentive and kind towards me. Nidia, Alfredo, Isaac, Haydee, Viviana, Jessica, Miriam anf their drivers made my stay wonderful.

I always book this hotel through the app and had never had issues until today. I booked the room with two beds and paid for two breakfasts. Once I checked in I was told that the reservation was only for one person. I had to show them screenshots in order for them to validate them. I was told that because I chose to use a third party app they were having complications. I still only got a one bed instead of two. Which I decided to let it go and not make it a big deal but was disappointed because maybe I shouldn’t book anymore with the app.

There were hairs in the bathroom there used to be many more amenities in the rooms and there no longer is. There looks to be mold starting where the doors are in the shower doors. The cleaning of the rooms was not good at all. We have been staying here for years and unfortunately will no longer be staying here.

This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel. Everything is updated and modern, except the noisy air conditioners in the rooms, which unfortunately made it difficult to relax peacefully. A good split air system with a peaceful streamlined sound would be a tremendous improvement to this property. That is the only problem with this hotel in my opinion. Otherwise, it would be EXCELLENT.
