Actually since we got there, the person on the front desk was very kind and our room 214 on Nov. 20 was super clean. We always stay in hotels that are very clean and this one was super. Please, congratulate Tina. She is the one who did our room that day. Actually we left a Thank you letter to Tina.

It's a standard property, no more than what it is,, no less,

The property is in good shape and the beds are comfortable. I really liked the fact there is a shopping center with restaurants within walkable distance, which makes it super convenient. But with that comes a price, there is a restaurant/bar next to the hotel and their music is super loud, they don't close until 2 am so you won't be able to sleep well. One thing that made my stay awful was the staff and their customer service, we reserved 7 rooms and we came from different states for an event. We wanted to enjoy each other and get in the pool and hot tub. The first day we hot there the pool and hot tub were dirty. The following day it was clean but we asked the staff for the hot tub to be turned on because the water was cold. The first person said they didn't know how to turn it on, the second person we asked said they weren't sure it was working, then I asked on of the maintenance staff if ge could turn in on and he said he was going to ask I also asked who the manager was and he mentioned the manager was not there on weekends. They finally turned the jets on after waiting approx 2.5 hrs. Another thing the breaskfast they offer is awful even the coffee was really bad. The kitchen ladies have the worst attitude, the way they talk to you it's like if you are making their life miserable by eating there. Front staff wasn't great. The only staff that has good manners and treat you well are the housekeepers, big difference in their attitude. Also they lack a large seating area. 6/

Convenient location bit loud due to sports bar next door. Cleanliness was bad. 1 thing is old and another dirty. Lobby had an odor when you walked in. Shower looked like it was growing mold. Walls you could see hand marks.

The man and the lady in front desk are not helpful at all they act like they don't want to be disturbed. Anything you ask help for their answer is no or I dont know.

Got to room, bathroom door was sticking and loud, there was a nail sticking out of the baseboard, my niece cut her ankle, we complained that night about the refrigerator, they'll send someone up, never happened. They removed bathroom door and replaced with another door. That was worse, stuck more. My nephew ended up fixing it. Receptionist stated that she'd send a rollaway bed the 2nd night. Didn't happen. I had to go down to make another request. It was finally brought up. I put up some arguments with the receptionist. When I requested a contact for the hotel to file a complaint, she finally changed her tone of voice and demeanor. No one should ever have to go to that extent. After all of that, it was pretty smooth sailing. BTW, your cleaning crews (maid service) were extremely polite and were at our service. We were so impressed with their work, their desire to assist us in any way possible and their attitudes were outstanding. They were extremely friendly day in and day out. Kept a wonderful repoire with all of them. Fantastic team.

The rooms were great! However, it seemed that the hotel was unprepared for large groups of guests. When we went to the pool, there were not enough chairs available. We didn’t even get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast because the small dining area was overcrowded, and there was a long line to get in. I've never experienced this issue at any other hotel I’ve visited. As a result, we ended up having breakfast elsewhere. Overall, I'm not sure if I would stay here again.

La senora Rosie quien hace la limpieza fue muy amable y servicial. Y también el senor de seguridad nos hiso sentir bienvenido al lugar. Algo que las personas de recepción tiene que trabajar es en hacer un ambiente de bienvenida. A un lado del hotel hay un bar que cierran a las 2am y Todas las noches la música estaba alta. Si no les gusta el ruido pida el cuarto hacia el lado de la alberca.

A few minutes from the consulate but very safe area. Shops and food right next door. Gated, staff 24hrs, free breakfast, wifi, pool, small gym and they offered free transportation to your appointments! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere clean, friendly and safe in the area.

Staff was nice and it was a very secure property . The breakfast was very good for complimentary. My only complaint was the bathroom was not cleaned properly toolet was dirty and tub had hairs in it.

Staff was so rude, we booked with Expedia for a king doble room meaning it would have a couch and fridge and microwave, I had my confirmation to show 3 people. Got to the hotel and the rude staff charged me additional $100 to get the room I already paid for and charged me for an extra person that I already paid for. They said that’s what you get for booking online. My fridge didn’t work we had to call and go to the desk 5 times to get them to bring the maintenance people to fix it, we had food and medicine we booked for 4 nights. Next day the power went out to the fridge and microwave so they finally moved us to another room that had not been cleaned shower was filthy so was the sheets, the sink and shower did not drain. I didn’t have a hair dryer in the room nor did I pack one, we had to travel light for our flights. I asked for one three times before they finally brought it. They also told us the van would leave to the consulate at 650 and to be there by 630. We get there exactly at 630 and the van already left. The next day we had to use the van again so we got there before 630 and he didn’t come until 650 he also supposed to come back to the drop off every hour and that didn’t happen either , we had to walk back. The food is terrible it’s either eggs and ham or eggs and hotdogs that’s it. Overall terrible stay compared to our first visit 12 years ago. Will not recommend anyone stay here.

It had good and bad. The fridge was not plugged in or was there and outlet available. Placed fridge in middle of the room to access power. Adriana (maid) was fabulous, friendly and very professional. She made our stay much better than the over all hotel experience. Breakfast was hit and miss. Three hot items everyday. No fruit enjoyed a couple of days and was less than expected others. Would stay again as there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Security is great 24 hours a day. We did not have a car but it was very secure.

service it was ok and clean but they over charge you plus they dont even have 2 waters per room if you ask them all they said they would have to charge you for a extra water so i think its stupid how much we pay a night for a 2 bedroom and not even 2 waters plus breakfast its gross nothing that we can compare to others states in mx so i would not recommend it to anybody

My stay was great. My room was clean and the staff, housekeepers were amazing: I was kicked out by the manager, not the real one, the one in the Prada vest. He watched as I threw my luggage down the stairs; offering no help, as armed Mexican police escorted me out. I was trying to leave, packing. He yelled and belittled me, laughed when I said I had a disability.laughing with the police as he watched me struggle with my luggage Elias Rodriguez , I was told his name was. You should fire that manager for the representation he gives your chain. Everything else was exemplary, until that particular manager, even saying the elevator was down, when it was functional, so I would have to struggle, in a rush with my things. This is the reason I gave your chain that score. I have been kicked out of 2 of your properties. Also remind your staff that the stay of a guest and for how long, is private. Your staff divulged to a perfect stranger off the street what day I was due to check out. That is illegal!!! I hope to be compensated for the time lost, the mockery of your management about my medical condition, and the expenditures I incurred having to depart early from your property due to your staff.
