We got this hotel 2 nights and the fist night there wasn’t hot water to shower I couldn’t get my kids a shower because of the water one of the rooms had bugs on one of the beds

Checked in a day early and got room 1602 — the mattress was covered with bed bug eggs! They switched me to room 1600, but when I went to shower, there was no hot water. I called the front desk and was told they were fixing it and it would be ready by morning. Morning comes — still no hot water. I asked again, and they said they were still working on it. Later that night, I tried to shower again — still no hot water. When I called, they finally admitted the entire hotel doesn’t have hot water and that they should have told me when I checked in. Honestly, what’s the point of staying at a hotel if you can’t even take a proper shower? Absolutely unacceptable experience.

Armando at the front desk is the best! Friendly and very professional, the others should learn from this man! They don't look very happy to be there.

No shops nearby, many of the outlets in the room didn’t work. Towels had yellow stains. Room carpet was missing a piece. Some of the machines in the gym were out of service. Bathroom in the gym didn’t work. Phone to call reception didn’t work. A/C was not working.

Good hotel, Outdated, And with all the rain it's been receiving lately, the sewage system smells a bit outside, and there are also areas of the parking lot that are muddy.

Outdoor pool was amazing, staff was phenomenal. Food was delicious.

Upgrade in tvs, there is no smart tvs. The covers and towels didnt look clean and had make up on them.

Air conditioning didn’t work and with the hot days it was very frustrating

Air conditioning was poor and our room started hot because of a jammed balcony door. Staff provided ice and a fan but AC unit blows wind too slow.

El hotel cuando entras se ve muy bonito pero los cuartos.. la puerta del baño manchada como si tubiera meses sin limpiar..al entrar al elevador huele a drenaje el cuarto olia asi tambien una cucaracha en el baño. Deverian hablar con las señoras de limpieza tocando puertas a las 8AM teniendo el papel afuera de no molestar.. el aire no enfria como deveria.. para lo que cuesta la noche deverian tener mas limpio y mas acomodidades

There was no hot water. Told receptionist and they sent maintenance to fix it. Maintenance showed up and after looking at it they said they would come back and they did not. No one ever followed up with me, had to take a cold shower and leave.

My experience is so good

Air conditioner was not functioning and the room was hot. Changed to another room and still the AC was blowing hot air and the reception lady said AC were motion sensor; therefore we had to be moving around the room in order for the AC to blow cool air. Will not be staying again!!!

AC not working. Got moved from a king size room to a double full size beds. Also AC not working in that room. The sheets had blood stains. The towels were extremely old and stained. The pool had a terrible smell and very dirty.

Their no ac the room felt super hot and went to ask the office to fix it. Supposedly they sent maintenance but my room felt hot.

Horrible experience.

A/C was not working, and staff seemed to not care, and they were also aware of the issue and didn't let us know upon check-in. Working on getting a refund that seems to have gotten nowhere because there's apparently never a manager on site that can help with issuing a refund.

Nothing was unique or different, A/C was horrible and towels were dirty. Plus it has an unpleasant smell from air conditioner. I also had to call for an iron and ironing board, i had to call a second time because the iron didn't work.

Los aires en el cuarto no funcionaban y estabamos a 101° ese día. La noche fue eterna de no poder dormir por el calor.

La peor experiencia. No había aire acondicionado, estaba exageradamente caliente. Traté de cancelar pero la recepción no ayudó en nada. Como pagué a travez de expedía no me quisieron ayudar. El cuarto no tenía secadora de pelo. Las toallas de baño estaban viejas, percudidas, y deshiladas . La cortina del baño está en deplorable condiciones igual que las toallas. El refrigerador no funcionaba. No había para café en el cuarto. Las almohadas planas y un cojín todo desolado!! Jamás me vuelvo a quedar ahí.

Conveniently close to airport. AC was not working, restroom was not clean, bed was uncomfortable.

Pool was clean. Room was really dirty staff was really nice, but told me they would change me rooms and they never did. Kinda just told me to shut me up after complaining about how dirty and stinky the room was. Shower and restroom was even worse.

AC didn’t work. Horrible, deplorable mattresses. Dirty all over the place. Don’t recommend this hotel at all.

It’s all fine and dandy with the lobby pics ! On site. You think oh wow looks nice and updated. WRONG. Restroom glass door was so rusted in hinges that it didn’t close all the way, so you have water getting floor wet. Remote to TV did not work, beds are so low to the ground, it’s like your sleeping on air mattress. Towels had a smell to them. Called down for an IRON the next morning. Iron never got there. Dirty restroom. Pee stains on sheets. JUST TERRIBLE, HIGHLY DISGUSTED.

No hot water old room, old towels torning apart

There was nothing unique about this place… It was the worst hotel we have ever booked!!! First off Real Inn needs to stop advertising things they don’t have, on their website they promote to have AC and a Pool well neither of them were working! We were giving a room on the second floor and the air was hot, you couldn’t even feel it come out of the vents… we reached out to them that same day and asked if they could fix it, they sent someone and all they did was switch the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit and he tried to tell us that the air was backwards… and to just give it about 20 minutes and it should work. Well he had set it at 72• after 20 minutes nothing changed so we changed it to the lowest it would go which was 65• we slept horribly (keep in mind CDJ was going up to 100 some days) well we gave it till the next day and nothing changed at all. Morning of the second day we opened up the blinds and we seen the pool it was dry empty… By this point I had reached out to Expedia to try and get a refund because there was no need to no trust their advertising and we had booked it for a whole week that we knew we’d stay for sure. Well after Expedia tried several times Real Inn management refused them/us a refund and said their rules and restrictions were clear… Which was so upsetting because you do respect that but do not care about your fake advertising…AWFUL. Although we couldn’t get a refund Expedia worked with us and gave a credit on our account to use in the future.

Our stay was fine the room was kind of dirty and the pool area was out of service. The bar downstairs was really dirty and took a while before we got served. The breakfast buffet was good tho.

Cleanliness could be better… the bed sheets could be a lot better…

Very clean. Excellent service. Great place to stay, conveniently close to all your shopping and eating places.

This is the 4th time i stayed there and every time ive stayed there has been an issue with the heating and cooling. Air temperature is a huge deal for someone like me and every time has been a disappointment. Im not sure if the hotel has some type of control over the usage. Couldn't sleep cause it was too cold during the winter and couldnt sleep cause it is too hot in the summer. Stains are all over the walls, the shower had no hot water and the towels had tons of brown stains on them. But at least the staff was pleasant.

This hotel used to be one of the best hotels in Juarez, I had issues with the toilet twice and the towels were old smelly and ripped. I had to purchase my own body soap since the one on the rooms was too diluted. Hope they improve the hotel as it is a very nice place to stay.

Person at the front desk was very professional, very nice! Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Just recommend that the hotel change out the towels, seem to be old bath towels that were falling apart. Otherwise great place to stay! Highly recommended!!

Well parking lot was full .! May be event going on .! Then I need to request new bed sheet and change it my self .! Wife didn’t like how they look may be no change .! Restaurant was. Okay .! Over all was good 👍
