Everything was great! Well maintained and clean. Breakfast was great. good selection and hot.

Fine Toilet in room not working. Tub looked disgusting. I don’t think it was dirty but looked like it. I think it was stained.

- 4/5
The lodging is right off the highway, but the noise level is very low. More of a variety of fresh fruit made available at breakfast.
- 4/5
There were a lot of choices for breakfast which was appreciated. The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff was able to check us in early. The quality of the hot food at breakfast was so-so. Hash browns were soggy. Luckily there were a lot of other food options. The air conditioning was not great…the temperature of the room would fluctuate from cool to warm as the AC cycled on and off.
- 3.5/5
Convenience to multiple restaurants, close to freeway and mall. No complaints
- 1/5
Trashy hotel, room was musty smelling, Chair and ottoman had the vinyl peeled off a good protion, Furniture looked about 30 years old and beat up sdiscolored etc. Being right on the freeway the room was very noisy. The outside of the place had homeless peole wandering around including by the motion sensor door that got the bouncer looking dude up to follow him. I basically walked in the room and walked out told the desk I was checking out and wanted a refund. THey said check with my third party booking agent,. Expedia refused to refund any of my 5 night stay even though I never used the cruddy room I will not be using Quality in ever again or Expedia.

The breakfast had 2 different types of sausage, scrambled eggs, a pancake machine, waffle maker, yogurt, granola and fruit. It was nice to have options for breakfast

Plenty of parking

Great little mom and pop hotel! Actually has dozens of oak trees all around it. Rooms are basic but nice and clean. No real amenities to speak of. Ice machine I guess. No breakfast, no pool. Just a good peaceful night’s rest! And cheap! $68 +tax = $76/per night.

The tub/shower was slippery and worn. I would never have taken a bath in that tub. It was embarrassing. It was clean, as the room was also but disgusting to see when using the bathroom. The breakfast was nice but there were 4 homeless that happen to get in the back door and join us for breakfast. They look like they have done this many times since they were familiar with where everything was. We have stayed here a while so and everything was top notch. It has certainly gone downhill.

The beds weren’t as horribly firm as other places we stayed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a church group that has a room for people transitioning from homelessness so there are some people (others have mentioned them) standing around and smoking, many of them look less than “desirable” people to be around, but they were all quite friendly. They got talking loud one time and the hotel took care of it right away. You can also see your car in the parking lot

We had stayed here a few years back. This trip we noticed the property is more dated. The shower had visible cracks and breaking down. Furniture is worn. They put plug in air fresheners in the hallways. Will likely not stay here again. Reminds me of the hotels that have been converted to temporary housing for the unhoused.

As I open the door to my room, I am blown away by the strongest blast of weed smell. As if 5 people had just lit up in the room less than 5 minutes ago. I opened the window and then looked in the bathroom and saw so much tub scum that was black over the whole tub. That was it. I had to find a new hotel and as soon as I could book a new hotel, I walked out of the room and left the hotel. I wasn't expecting the Ritz but I shouldn't have to enter a party zone weed den with black tub scum.

Carpet made my bare feet black. Personally, I won't ever stay there again
- 3/5
Looks like a remodel.
- 4/5
Its not a bad property for the price. Staff is attentive. Friendliness depends on who is working. Breakfast are adequate, and great for something quick, and items are restocked quickly. I have to say the furnishings are showing a lot of wear and tear. The ottoman in my room was missing most of the top layer of fabric. And the lamp on the wall next to the bed was not attached well. When I unplugged my charger, I was afraid it was going to fall off. From a security standpoint, it has always felt safe. Which is important to me. Despite the few improvements that could be made, I will be staying here in the future

- 4/5
Breakfast was decent and a good start to the day.
- 5/5
Everything was really good, only thing I noticed this time is that it seems like people live there. 1st 2 times i went there, I didnt notice anything but now it seems like its used for people to live. Maybe im wrong but thats just me. Other than that, everything was good.
- 4/5
Breakfast menu was great, well stocked, tasty and included in room charges.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 4/5
We have stayed here a few times because it is relatively close to my in-laws. This time the room we had appeared very clean but the furnishings were showing quite a bit of ware. Staff friendly. We checked in late because of the Thanksgiving holiday. The first time we stayed we checked out the breakfast but not much to eat for us other than yoghurt. We have special dietary needs.

The hotel seemed outdated and old. The room was very small and reminded me of a cell.
- 1/5
I've never seen anything like this? Families BEWARE! When you first notice sketchy people milling around, it makes you question your hotel choice. I read the reviews religiously (lots of 10/10 reviews). Then you Google the hotel after arrival, and find out it is housing the homeless. Shame on the city, and the hotel doing this to their customers. I notified Expedia, and told them about this. Hotels are doing this a lot I found out in Portland. Everything you touch, the laundry, common areas, the carpet, has a negative potential. It was an unbelievable experience. Gotta love the the new normal in Portland. Never again. The PUBLIC needs to know about this SERIOUS issue!

pleasant place we stay. Everyone is very nice, the breakfast area is always clean and well stocked. The rooms are well cared for and the bed is always comfortable. There is nothing spectacular, but I appreciate the comfort and predictably of this hotel.
- 1/5
My husband stayed and said it was bad, the shower he said was so gross he refused to take a shower in the morning. Also that people were wondering around inside that looked shady. He also left his watch in the room and when I called back it was not retrieved.

Not enough for just opening, nothing left when I got up to dish up. When message out of pancake mix the attendant mocked me to front desk…

This hotel is in an excellent area. I would like to stay there again however I won’t. I was there for 3 nights. I complained the first day about not having any hot water for a shower. Without hot water for a shower even though it is a wonderful location I will book somewhere else when I go back to Clackamas in 4 weeks.

- 5/5
Staff were very friendly. Hotel was quiet even though it was right near the interstate. Breakfast was more than bagels and yogurt. Large variety of items to choose from. Would recommend to anyone staying in Clackamas.

Room was not clean (dusty, spider webs , dirty pillowcases, stinky carpet )

Very nice place to stay. Only negative I have is breakfast choices were few if you do not eat eggs and whatever the meat was. Enjoyed our stay.
- 3/5
Rooms are clean but small. Customer service was fair.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, clean and the beds are amazing. Would stay here again in the future.
- 1/5
Lots of sketchy people. I think the city might be using the hotel as a homeless shelter.
- 2/5
From about 2:30 until about 9:30 a m, the phone rang 5 times for a couple rings and then hung up. . I stayed here because it was close to the hospital. Because I had a hospital procedure, the next morning. Needless to say, I got no sleep. I called the front desk and they said, there's nothing they can do about it. turned
- 4/5
Easy parking, quiet
- 4/5
The check in staff were great. Friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient for where we needed to be.
- 1/5
We would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.
- 3/5
Small room, non smoking, but had that lingering tar smell from years of smoking. Other than that fairly large issue, a decent place to sleep.
- 1/5
Outdated property with inconvenient elevator - accessible entrance is down a long hall from the elevator. Entrances close to elevator are not accessible. Cramped room with too much furniture - no space to put luggge, persistent odor, and small bathroom with minimal counter space. Unhelpful evening staff
- 5/5
Clean, comfotable beds, hotel is a littles dated but for the comfort and price it was a good deal
- 2/5
I understand you get what you pay for. Paying $120/night, I would expect the garbage under the bed from the previous occupant would get cleaned up. If we weren't so tired from traveling, I'm not sure I would've got much sleep. Room 233 was not up to the "Quality" I would expect.
- 4/5
Nice area, clean, affordable, no frills
- 2/5
Run down… seem like some undesirables stay there… not the cleanest
- 5/5
The young woman at the front desk is always so helpful, thoughtful, and welcoming!
- 4/5
Safe an quiet location
- 5/5
The facility was great, as was the room.
- 4/5
I did change rooms, to find a great one. Staff always wonderful
- 4/5
Convenient for family visit
- 3/5
The carpet was stained, chair was falling apart, shower tube was peeling
- 5/5
Room was clean, beds were comfy. Staff was excellent. We did not feel safe coming in and out. There was a lot of questionable looking people hanging around. There was a group of men drinking beer around a pickup under our window well into the night. There was also a group of men drinking and smoking in the pool area so we did not feel safe taking our young girls down to the pool. Smelled a lot of dope often as well. Overall, was disappointed with the atmosphere of this hotel.
- 4/5
Breakfast was great; staff were friendly; everything was clean incl the pool. Unfortunately their covered smoking area was right behind the pool so there was constant smoke & marijuana smoke wafting over the pool. Was traveling with a service animal so I’m pretty sure they stuck us in the shabbiest room (see pic).
- 4/5
My room had ants all over window sill and air conditioner. The staff did send someone in to take care of it, while I was gone for the day. However they still were there. I changed rooms. Only to have no hair dryer. The bathroom plugin was half under sink tile. Making it very difficult to plug mine in. The staff was so nice. I do feel however, management should have been involved. Maybe a free night!
- 4/5
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

- 3/5
Convenient location. Breakfast was just ok. No hot tub at pool. Room was very nice. Staff was nice. Tends to get loud sometimes. Lots of choices of food and shopping nearby
- 5/5
Good variety of breakfast options
- 5/5
The usual Quality Inn - clean, comfortable....breakfast was good. Weird floor angle in lobby. Downside - smokers go out to the pool area and the stench carries into the rooms above them, we were both woken up by the smell in the middle of the night/early morning....if it's staff - they need to be told to move AWAY from the building.
- 4/5
Bed was nice and comfy and it was overall a quiet hotel.
- 5/5
Had a wonderful stay.
- 4/5
Very close to a ton of food options. Place was old and outdated but the staff was very helpful and nice. Overall felt like it was good value for the price.
- 4/5
Staff was great and so was pool and breakfast ! I stayed there while my hubby had surgery at the hospital 2minutes away. They told me that there is a hospital visitor discount
- 3/5
No one at the counter at check in. Had to wait about 20 minutes until someone showed up. Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold. Nice that the pool was open, but very cold.
- 4/5
Hotel is dated but updates have been done. Beds very comfortable not firm causing aches and pains. The breakfast bar had a wide selection of hot and cold foods. Staff kept up on the supplies which is a plus.
- 3/5
Minuses: check-in was supposed to be 3 PM but we could not get into our room until 5 PM; shower was a little grungy; bathroom mirror had a streak down the side; bathroom door did not close all the way.
- 3/5
On the positive side, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. However, when we opened the closet doors (Rm 210), there was an extremely mildewy, moldy odor, enough so that we could not hang our clothes there. We used the heating/air conditioning unit in the room to blow cool air during the night. It blew the the moldy air around all night to the point that I was hoarse and miserable by morning due to my mold allergy. I have no idea if this was an issue in other rooms, but it certainly was a deal-breaker for us.
- 5/5
The staff and accommodations were much better than their surroundings. By a freeway and hospital. Its gonna do what it gonna do. But these folks shone.
- 4/5
Overall a good stay, but deposit was not refunded.
- 5/5

- 3/5
Like that it was convenient to freeway access. Did not like how small the rooms are.

Rooms were small and outdated, breakfast could have been better. It surved its purpose
- 4/5
Very solid value for the money.
- 4/5
smelly hallways!!
- 3/5
The property was clean, the room was fine - as expected. However the property also operates as a temporary housing shelter, which was not disclosed. Lots of people in the parking lot at 1a.
- 1/5
Everything was good except that I have found alive bed bug under mypillow.
- 1/5
Cockroaches in cafeteria/dining area. Blood smears and hair on bedding sheets. People talking loudly in hallways. Management was unwilling to compensate in any possible way.
- 3/5
The room was extremely small, and very dirty with visible signs that nothing was wiped down. I was exhausted so just wanted to get to sleep, get up, and get out of there the next morning. It's so outdated and dark, which makes it feel even more small and dirty.
- 5/5
Check in was quick and easy and the employees were friendly. Matt went above and beyond to retrieve some things for us that we had left in the room and was really kind and patient with me when I called to ask him to look for them in our rooms! Thanks for that and for a great stay!
- 2/5
There were lots of ants around the AC unit and window/wall. And nothing could be done for compensation, etc. because we booked through third party.
- 3/5
Hotel was in a convenient location, breakfast was about average. Nothing to complain about, nothing to be excited about. The pool looked nice, we didn't get use it though. The elevator had an overwhelming chemical cleaner smell to it. Our fridge smelt disgusting so we refused to use it.
- 4/5
Outside the property there was a very high speed bump not painted and we hit it twice. Also there were unhoused people out side yelling at us as we drove into and out of the parking lot.
- 4/5
Very decent 2-star hotel
- 2/5

- 3/5
A portion of this property is used for transitional housing.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Bed was comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to highway making travel the next day very easy. Good parking.
- 5/5
Was great for the price. Half the price than booking a hotel in Portland
- 3/5
Convenient for sports tournaments
- 4/5
Very good check-in and breakfast was good. I wish they had left the AC on in the room given it was on the top floor in warm weather so it was easier to cool down.
- 3/5
It had a nice lobby and the rooms were ok. It was not very accessible for my elderly parents. You had to walk down a long hallway to get the elevator and then down another long hallway to the rooms. There was only one way in for handicap accessible and in case of emergency the handicap exit was through gravel rocks. One of our two rooms had part of the shower wall covering peeled off and hair in the tub. The breakfast was ok but if items were out close to the closing time they were not replenished. It was ok for the two nights we stayed.
- 2/5
Smelly and dirty. Restroom condition is very bad
- 3/5
Old, rooms need new furniture, bath tub was awful.
- 4/5
The Inn is well located, close to an entrance to the highway. However, we were surprised that they did not do housekeeping during our stay. We do not mind but would like to be informed in advance.
- 4/5
Clean, friendly, easy check-in
- 3/5
Budget friendly mid tier hotel
- 4/5
No hot water in morning for showers…
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 3/5
The good: *lobby updated and clean *beds very comfortable *fairly quiet The not good: *rooms very outdated and run down. Cracks in wall, shower head broken, chairs falling apart *cleanliness- dead bugs in room, hair in shower, old bobby pins on room floor *breakfast just ok- not many choices and same each day The biggest "issue" is that half of this hotel is used for houseless people and families. There is even a "room" that has been converted into a social services office. These people do not use the main hotel entrance and generally stayed to themselves, but if you have to park in the back of the hotel- there are a lot of interesting people hanging around and it feels somewhat questionable. We pretty much paid $117 a night to stay in run down transitional housing and that just doesnt sit well with me.
- 5/5
Area is super quiet, in a nice location close to food and stores. Front desk staff are nice and know of nice places to check out while visiting.
- 5/5
Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Portland
- 4/5
We had a small kitchenette, but no plates, silverware, pots, etc. Obviously the hotel wanted us to get breakfast downstairs. We have limited diets, so this is not what we were expecting. Otherwise the hotel was fine.
- 5/5

The staff was nice and professional. The breakfast was good. They had good options for breakfast like pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, etc. The room i stayed in was right next to an ice machine and i heard it go off everytime someone came to fill up their ice bucket. Did not sleep well, avoid the rooms near an ice machine.
- 5/5
Cleanliness of the room breakfast options and dining options in the area
- 5/5
Very convenient and accommodating
- 5/5
Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good location. Close to freeway but the room without face freeway is quiet. Nice breakfast.
- 3/5
This hotel is a little older, but in mostly good up keep. It was clean but didn’t have an overly chemical cleaner smell. The rooms are very small and in their short term plans should perhaps include new carpets. The included breakfast was a nice selection of breads, a waffle maker, a pancake maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, tots, yogurt, juice, and other items. They had coffee and coffee mate, no half and half, and other flavored creamers. The beds were really comfortable. The shower water pressure was ok, not great. They did provide complimentary basic toiletries. Overall a really positive experience.
- 5/5
Great location, quiet, clean, hot breakfast
- 1/5
NB: Check the photos …
- 3/5
The property is a bit weird to get to. Once there, the parking situation is somewhat strange. The hotel itself seems to have part of it as extended stay/apartment type living. The room itself seemed clean enough, I just wasnt happy with the area.
- 3/5
It is an older hotel but in an area which was convenient for our stay. Check-in took quite a while due to challenges with the guests in line before us (and a slow process) but the clerk was pleasant. The clerk also had to leave to check if rooms were clean and ready for guests. The room was adequate but not superior. The desk chair is one I would expect to have a "free!" sign on it at the curb and there was soap wrapper in the shower from a previous guest. That doesn't inspire confidence in the cleanliness. The breakfast bar was not well-stocked but it was a busy time with only one attendent and I'm sure she was doing her best.
