Such a clean hotel and the staff was super friendly!!

The hotel was cleaning quiet. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful upon check in. It was very convenient to everything at well.When they cleaned the room they didn't make the bed. Never had that happen before. Other than that I would stay here again

We thought this hotel was great. The decor is bright and colorful, the front desk staff were super nice and helpful. There was a free pool table and board games in the lobby and free tv games in the rooms. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Upon entering to check in, lady at front was talking with people rather then checking us in, it wasn’t until another lady came out back area to help us n checked us in. She was very helpful. The bed was not comfortable and tge pillows were horrible. Price of room definitely did not meet standards of what was expected for that kind of money.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom needs a remodel. Mold at the bottom of the shower door. Breakfast good for complementary meal but the omlet and chicken sausage was cold

The staff was wonderful! I had some problems getting in to the Nashville airport so I kept calling the staff to update them and they couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful!!! Nothing to report, it was all great!

* My check-in was a little rushed * The toilet in the room we were given, did not refill with water. We would flush, but the tank did not refill. I checked on the valve under the tanks, it was open but no water came through. We did not discover this until the middle of the night. My wife and I used the ice bucket to refill the bowl so it could be flushed.

Breakfast was fine, but they had 3 people up everyone's butt restocking and playing with the food. 1 of the elevators were broken for 2 days. Lots of homeless wandering around the property asking for money and cigarettes.

One night stay. Staff was friendly and got me checked in quickly. Room was clean and nice. Bed was a bit firm but I slept well and enjoyed a very nice breakfast the next morning prior to leaving. Would stay here again.

It met our needs for a one night stay while traveling home. Clean facility, friendly and very helpful staff. There was a refrigerator in the room, but no microwave. Good choices for breakfast included.

The lobby had a lot of cool amenities for business people-pods, private work areas & as well as easy access to food & drinks & even a pool table.

The hotel and staff were great. Very clean. But the bed and pillows were not. I could not get comfortable all night and it was mainly the pillows. With all that, I would stay again.

Our room was tightly configured with too much furniture cramping space availability to move around. Amenities were good, not excellent. Breakfast buffet was good however delays in staff getting pancake machine working properly. Lobby, courtyard, loading/unloading zone all good and user friendly.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good except for the eggs. They were “fake” tasting. The yogurt was exceptional!! Love the pancake maker. Lobby had great atmosphere.

I was really amazed with the pancake machine, it would be lovely if it was a bit faster, I also loved the toaster. But overall we really enjoyed our stayed. Coffee was good and was very pleased with the flavor pumps that were available.

Booked Double for 2 nights, room air smelled bad and had to accept a king for the first night, mattress bad. 2nd night got a double, a/c fan only worked on Automatic so it got hot fast. Slept bad. Seeking funds back for having to downsize.

The room was nice and clean, as was the hotel. We were supposed to have a king room but ended up with two doubles...which was ok. The breakfast is minimal and not as good as some other hotels. More like continental rather than full breakfast. Area was ok with many food options.

Property seemed to be brand new. They didnt miss a thing with brand new updated plces to plug in electronics and gaming devices, or laptops. Easy HDMI extension for TV to plug in gaming systems or laptop. Dedicated workspace. Nice showers with pretty mirror and iron board, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap. Downstairs gym, fresh ice water area, pool table AMAZING BREAKFAST! Great downtown location.

Modern features, but practical/ user friendly.

It was clean, the staff was friendly but unfortunately they advertise queen beds when in reality they are actually double mattresses on a queen platform. Another patron said the same thing. With that said, it wasn’t great sleep with my wife and I and our boys in the other bed. I’d definitely think twice before staying at a Tru Hilton. This was our first time staying in one and didn’t sit well with my wife on the size of bed as she has back issues. The staff were great and friendly, the amnesties were good with a pool and gym. Unfortunately, no hot tub or sauna.

Staff was friendly and the amenities that we used were good. The only problem, was that the “queen” beds were only full mattresses on a queen frame.

I thought the front desk staff was unfriendly and quite rude. I never had such bad manners from front desk before, and I have been to hundreds of hotels worldwide, so that says something.

The room is small- no closets or drawers to put anything- they are very accommodating for pets and that is a huge bonus!

The hotels.com listing stated that they had a pool and an arcade. They had neither justifying the higher nightly fee. Then we opened our room door and our room hadn't been cleaned, water bottles, hairs all over the bathroom, crushed empty water bottles, dirty beds. Thankfully they gave us a new room, but I wish we chosen to leave . The pillows were awful, there was no soundproofing and the hotel was noisy all night. This morning my husband showed me that we had also been double charged from both hotels.com and the hotel. Rather than getting to eat breakfast, I spent my morning on hold trying to get my money back. Never again will I use hotels.com or a Truhotel.

Pool was being renovated and the parking lot and sidewalks were horrible with ice hadnt been cleaned or cleared. 16yo Grandson fell and was injured and they didnt seemed to car. There was a large dog on our floor that barked forever

Staff was great, breakfast was decent, room was fine. No communication on website when booking, at counter or anywhere that pool was under reconstruction. Out of all the hotels in that are we stayed with Hilton cause we enjoy them and we wanted to enjoy the pool. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have left and got another hotel. If a major amenity is down especially during the holidays lets you guest know so they can decide if they still want to go to your hotel.

No microwave in room

My shower was dirty. There was hair in the shower and it just didn’t look clean. I couldn’t get my blinds to fully close and it was really hot in my room even after I adjusted the temperature on the heater. It seemed like it was just running until I shut it off. Also I chose the hotel because of the pool. My kids were disappointed to find it closed. Wish I could’ve got some type of notice of that when booking.

The room was clean but that is about the only positive. We could hear EVERYTHING going on around us. At 4:30 am we could hear a dripping sound that lasted for an hour. They were doing construction on a hotel at least 300 yards away and we heard every swing of the hammers. We barely got any sleep. Then we go to get breakfast and they had a small pot of eggs and a few pieces of sausage. Then I had to take a shower with a bath towel because we did not have any washclothes in the room. We will not stay at Tru again. Not our first stay at Tru with complaints

I was charged $125 for a pet. Your website said $50. I will never recommend your hotels for pets.

The rooms were very spacious for the three of us. The bathrooms were clean. No closet, but pegs on the wall with hangers, so it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was perfect, and everything that is needed (including really good apples and bananas that weren’t green!) the lobby had a pool table, board and card games, and lots of fun chairs to hang out. Hot tub was under construction, which was a bummer, but everything else was wonderful!

A person died in the lobby bathroom off the lobby and the staff didn’t block it and I saw body lady laying on floor

This is the first time we stayed at Tru hotel. The hotel was new, clean, and breakfast was good. It is in a good area, near to many shops, mall, and restaurant. The staffs were friendly. We will stay here again.

I tried to add another night to my stay and your staff made sure it was damn near impossible or completely miserable. At first, she informed me that I had booked through a third-party and could not extend my stay after she rambled on for a minute or two she said well I can extend your stay if you’d like so at this point, I’m pretty confused what I say OK first thing she says is I’ll have to move out of my room to another room that certainly didn’t make any sense if there’s a room available how about put the new guy in the room but OK I’ll deal with it. Next she says from noon to three, she doesn’t know if the room’s gonna be readyso it was at this point. I decided it was not worth staying at your property any longer if I was gonna have to pack and move and possibly wait three hours for a room I decided I just go ahead and go to another property won’t be back.

Supposed to be nice but really not nice. Floors feel dirty. Room wasn’t dusted. Bed covers were very wrinkly. I was even worried about bed bugs based on the condition of the room.

The TV didn’t work in the first room we were checked into. We were told someone would be right up to look at it.. 2 hours later we were told by the other front desk person, we were supposed to be given another room, someone forget to tell us!

The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. I love how close this is to everything I needed! The room was comfortable, and breakfast was out of this world. Easily the best breakfast I've had in my travels. 100% would stay here again.

Ok I get that this is a budget friendly option in a military town but honestly had we been staying more than a single night I would have asked for a refund and tried somewhere else. There was mold in the bathroom, the a/c unit was gross. The trash can had trash from the previous tenants still in it. The room we stayed in was right above the lobby and every time someone went in or out the door and let it slam it reverberated through the whole wall. The elevator smelled like burnt tires and the hallways smelled like musty unwashed body odor. I would not recommend unless this was your only option due to price.

Our beds were very uncomfortable - valleys and hard ridges. Comforter was too small and stayed tangled along with sheets all night. Duvet cover was unpleasantly rough. Fan in bathroom did not work.

It was a family trip to visit our granddaughter. The hotel was excellent.

I always enjoy staying at TRU hotels. Hotel and grounds are well maintained, staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast was hot and fresh, with a good variety of items. Housekeeping needs to step up a bit. Family enjoyed the gym. There were games to play as well as a pool table. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

The worst things were no closet, no microwave and beds were not the best but not too bad. The morning staff ladies at front desk amazing. The housekeeping smiling and kind. Basic hotel nothing fancy.

Staff was very friendly, but the linens appeared a little dingy and the wall in the bathroom had dirty spots all over it. Other reviewers mentioned noise issues and I can confirm they were correct. It didn't bother us much, but it was noticeable.

Room was super small and smelled like vinegar. Topping the sheets were two mattress covers (used as a top bed spread)! The young man at the front desk was fantastic as was the lobby area. The breakfast was decent (except for the chicken sausages). I would not stay here again

Although the price was right, the room was a little cramped for our family. An in room Keurig and microwave would have been perfect but without it, we tried the lobby. The coffee was stale and just warm. We went to a nearby Starbucks, so all was well. Breakfast was very good. This hotel has many amenities for families with kids! The lobby offered lots of fun! The filtered water bottle fillers are fantastic! All in all, it was quite nice and the lower price was helpful.

Great place to stay

Average room. Poor service. Reserved for my son and daughter in law. Room was pre paid but they charged the card presented. When they were called to correct was told we would have to wait 3 days for a manager to correct. Unfortunate as I selected this property based on a nice previous stay.

Overall, we had a good stay, but the lights on the outside of the patio did not work, and there was some shady people at the hotel next to us

Bed not very comfortable and pillows fluffy but gor flat quickly. Bedding had a smoke/cigarette odor to it. The bathroom had a small amount of coffee or something splashed on the wall. There is a 125.00 deposit also with the room that takes up to 5 business days to get back. That alone causes me to start wanting to use airbnb more.

And, someone came into our room in the middle of the night

The check in was great. Very personable and efficient staff. Breakfast was good except on the morning a women’s college basketball team made it impossible to get anything except coffee, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. My only complaint was that the printer in their “business” wasn’t functioning so I couldn’t print my boarding passes for my return flight.

This is a clean lodging with very courteous and helpful staff. I was very surprised that rooms do not have coffee pots due to breakfast inclusion. Several room doors had an incredibly loud closure sound, which is not conducive to sleep.

This was my first time staying in a Tru hotel. Very modern and clean.

Simple newer hotel. Right in the middle of a lot of fast food restaurants and hotels. Being a Tru we knew the rooms would be smaller. Hotel employees were very nice. Good for a quick on the way through stay.

Room small and very cheaply constructed. Seemed very damp. Built to a budget and not very nice at all.

Only thing that I could complain about is the fact they don’t have microwaves in the room, but otherwise it was a great stay. The room was clean, pillows were awesome, and the kids loved the smart tv.

The room was very cramped. Those were the most uncomfortable beds. It would have been better to sleep on the floor. The room didn't have a microwave.

There was no pool like you said on the site. There is no microwave in the room. There was food left in the refrigerator from the previous occupant of the room. There is no garbage cans in the room. The iron was not cleaned and ruin my new dress. I will never stay at this hotel again
