A/c couldn't keep up. And the dehumidifier was on so blowing hot air. And the ceiling fan would only stay on if the lights were on. Not helpful for night time. Otherwise I would stay here again.

Close to the beach and easy walking to restaurants, shops, and activities.

The staff is very accommodating and we were even offered a happy hour pina colada at the pool! The beach is a short walk just across the street. I will stay here again.

Property was well maintained, great location, room was newly updated and very clean, comfortable bed, appreciated having a de-humidifier in the room in FL, and most of all the staff is AMAZING! Very welcoming and helpful. They even made my husband and I a welcome/birthday drink and delivered it to the room upon check in. Can’t say enough good things about this place. ❤️

Cute modern hotel that’s walkable to a huge, beautiful white sand beach, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel lobby offers delicious fresh fruit flavored water, gourmet drip coffee, along with a toaster and blender if you have your own ingredients. There are two split hotels on each corner that offer pools, one WD, and multiple seating areas. Inside the room you walk in to a small room with several hooks to hang your belongings, a large dresser, open closet area with some hangers, a couple robes, TV, two chairs with a small table in between, a wet bar, and frig. The next room had a comfortable king size bed, one large side table, TV mounted in the corner, a humidifier, and luggage stand. The bathroom had one sink, large liquid soap dispenser, a couple towels racks, and a large shower with a rain shower head. Small tube sized shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and a couple makeup remover sheets are offered. For the price it’s nice, but most people would enjoy to have their own night stand next to the bed. The bed was very close to two of the walls, it’s hard to get by. You can easily hit your head on the mounted TV and leg on the corner of the bed. I’m thin and had to be careful each time I walked around the bed. For being a boutique hotel, I was surprised large shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion dispensers were not offered like I’ve had in less expensive hotels. Being able to offer your guests a chance to wash their clothes is great. One washer and dryer for each side is not enough for 20+ rooms. I also thought them been placed outside in like a closet was odd. This was my reason for selecting this hotel but I was unable to do our wash because someone left their clothes inside the washer.

Great location! Staff was very accommodating and friendly, maid service was amazing (came in and cleaned every day at perfect times) coffee and ice and towels available. Very clean and private. The bathroom was alittle too small and the pools could have been skimmed more often. I wouldn't spend the extra to book private patio again (too bright with light shining in at night)

The staff was so amazing and the property was beautiful and clean! Property is so close to the beach, their pool is beautiful. Staff even brought me a strawberry margarita Smoking from other guest on patio by the rooms and by the pool. Had to leave pool area because it got to be too much. Only other complaint is think blankets, but with all that said we would stay here 100 more times and will recommend to others!

Perfect location Everything

Almost everything about this stay was perfect! We got the exact room that we booked and it looked exactly like the photos. The staff was super nice, they have 2 pools that are cleaned regularly, there's onsite coffee tea and water. We booked the king studio which had a full sized fridge, kitchen + appliances. It was very clean and pricing was also affordable. It's also a 5 minute walk to the beach and central to a lot of places we went to so no car needed our one complaint is how thin the walls are and how there is 0 sound proofing. we were basically woken up daily at 6am or had interuppted naps by kids, people taking phone calls, staff talking etc. You can hear full conversations clearly from the bed so it doesn't seem like the sound is muffled at all.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff

Firstly, this hotel is not on the beach yet it's a short block walk to it. The property sites (2) are very clean and well appointed. The room we had (#65) upstairs was very clean. The queen bed was very firm / hard making it difficult to sleep on. The ceiling fan only worked when the lights were on. The AC was cold and worked well. The bathroom and shower were large. The only downside was the noise fellow guests were making outside on the patio at midnight. Had to call the front desk to ask them to keep the noise down. Great location to walk to beach and local restaurants. We spent most of our time at the beach and Opal Sol hotel.

We stay here every time we come to Clearwater. The location is so convenient. The rooms are always clean and adorable and the staff is always very friendly. We will definitely be going back.

Devon Shores was wonderful! I would highly recommend staying here. The saltwater pool was lovely, and we were steps from the beach. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Things to note: There was no beach view. Smoking is allowed in the common outside areas.

Second time staying and we love it!

Stagf was fantastic, room was cleaned well every day. Not really a beach view, however a short walk to the beach. Just a few minutes away. Not a big deal. Air conditioning was cold. Had to empty the portable dehumidifier several times. Not a big deal though. For the price this place was great. Hands down way better than a huge resort taking elevstors and hallways. Devon Shores was justbwhat i needed and exactly what I expected. Only thing that would have made my stay better would have been breakfast. Thank you Devon Shores for a great time.

Outstanding place to stay in Clearwater Beach! The rooms and property are always super clean, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very close location to the beach, shops and restaurants. The extras like the courtyard, beach towels, extra sink in the room and pools add to the excellent rating. This is our 4th stay at Devon Shores and will definitely not be our last.

When I was reading reviews on this place everyone kept writing that it was a hidden gem, and boy what an accurate statement!! I've never stayed at such a sparkling clean hotel before, with the BEST staff. Usually it's one or the other, but this place had both !! It even smells amazing once you enter the room!! They really take pride in making your experience better than the rest. We arrived early, and they let us check in early, which is so rare to find. The room was way better than expected! But the staff is truly what makes this place the best!! Thank you for everything , and thank you for those amazing cocktails u served us by the pool for Mother's day!! (Oh and fyi, my mom is very picky with coffee and said they had the best she's ever had!!!)

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the internet. While streaming a movie for the kids, the signal kept freezing several times. To the point, that we just decided to do something else. I think the speed could be improved.

Our room was small but very well organized, it was immaculate. Staff was there everyday to clean, mop floors and refresh towels and any products that were depleted. Front desk was professional and very helpful. The pool was a perfect temperature, we enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

Do a resort day pass . Super easy check in for chairs and there was even an ice machine and a restaurant on site . Beach chairs were set up nicely and parking was free for the day pass . Server was super super nice !! Loves the 80s rock music playin and didn’t ever want to leave the nice comfy chairs in the grass at evening and saw the lovely sunset in the soft sand like no otjher !!!

The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful, always friendly and willing to go above and beyond. The room itself was perfect, comfortable, well-kept, and exactly what I needed. Ur pictures on the website was deceiving U have the hotel behind is a completely different hotel and Devon shires is a motel open to the street with less than 10 rooms I don’t know why l had to pay 706 dollars for two nights there I paid total more than 350 per night

Easy check-in, the room was exceptionally clean and smelled good. The air conditioner worked well and was controlled easily via a remote. We stayed in the studio suite and it had everything we needed if we had wanted to cook a meal- full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, pot, pans, and dishes. The pool was a great temperature and there was adequate seating, and the day that we were in the pool one of the staff members came around with frozen daiquiris, which was a lovely touch. All of the staff were extremely friendly and personable. The property is on a great location across from beach access and within an easy walking distance of lots of great restaurants and only a few minute walk to pier 60. We only stayed for a couple of nights to attend the Sugarsand festival, but we are locals and will definitely be back.

The 2 pools are very clean and nice and the hotel supplies great towels and coffee. there is a new wine chiller and refrigerator in the rool but no microwave. The AC is strong! There is a private patio with table and chairs off the room. The hotel is not fancy and has no bar or restaurant, but is adjacent to everything in Clearwater beach which is a short walk away!

Expedia description of this property is incorrect. I booked a King Suite which was nothing more than studio with many of the lights and outlets not working, barely room to walk around the king sized bed and no sitting room as indicated.I raised my complaint with Expedia and was told nothing they can do so I will be reporting it as fraud to my credit card company

Not many extra amenities, but they have what they advertise. The property and rooms look to be newly renovated and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a four day weekend trip. The room, king bed, bathroom were great. We walked everywhere, every day. Perfect location.

Beautiful room very clean

Let me start off by saying that Clearwater is one of my favorite places on earth!! So just being here makes me happy, but Devon Shores really makes the experience better! It's so close to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops that once I get to the hotel, I leave my car there. Oh yea, they have tons of parking spots which is hard to come by on the island. I love how modern and clean and open the rooms are. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. I have nothing but nice things to say. I'm actually going to book my next trip there (I try to go every 6 months).

This is our 2nd time staying at Devonshores, love it very clean, everyone is very nice and happy to help you. I only wish that they had an ice maker across the street by the other rooms.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Things we loved: the location was great - close to beach and many great restaurants, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the room - even tho ours was quite tiny - was very clean and was tidied every day while we were out. We also loved the patio area right outside of our room. It was too chilly to use the pools while we were there, but the pool areas looked lovely. Lots of free parking for guests. We had a great experience staying here.

We got upgraded to a suite with a full kitchen. Room was good size and the bed was comfortable. They have two pools and nice balconies with tables and chairs. Staff was friendly and accommodating. You can walk to the beach in a couple of minutes. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. You can really tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and comfortable for their guests. We also loved that we were able to utilize both pools on the property, which made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked our stay for next year! Highly recommend Devon Shores to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Clearwater.

Would prefer to have coffee in the room but water and coffee are always available in the lobby. Everything thing was amazing!

Our unit was a clean well kept efficiency. There two pools on site were and comfortable. Proximity to the beach and restaurants is about a three minute walk.

Such a wonderful quaint Hotel. The rooms have all recently been refurbished and they were absolutely wonderful. The staff was amazing and super helpful with local tips about where to eat and they never led us wrong. Unlike most other hotels they did not charge to park and we had no problem finding a space. I will definitely be returning to this hotel because I absolutely loved it and it was only a short 2 minute walk to the beach.

This was a perfect place to stay for a long girls weekend without breaking the bank! Staff were super kind and accommodating, our room was spacious and comfortable - we especially loved the balcony! Incredibly walkable to every fun bar or restaurant (recommend Coco’s, Shephard’s, Sandbar and Crabby’s). Two pools, one stays more shady and one more sunny. Overall I would recommend and come back!

It was clean and very accomadating. Having a hotel on two floors gets to street level very fast as opposed to major hotels having to wait on elevators. Having access from my room to street level in under 20 seconds is great.

The front disk lady she was very good and welcomed us and the room it was clean but the Jacuzzi wasn’t work and this bothered us. That’s not good. We paid for this room for the Jacuzzi they should make sure it’s work before we get in

Very nice employees with good customer service, nicely remodelled rooms with good amenities, very clean, bed was comfortable appreciated the water And tea and coffee in the lobby area. Although it was too cold during our visit, they had a nice pool. We found it to be a great location for walking to several shops and restaurants and to the beach. While this is not a complaint, thought I would mention the bathroom is a very tight fit between the sink and the wall! Lengthwise The bathroom is fine and the shower is wonderful!

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel, completely remodeled and updated in recent years—everything feels brand new, spotless, and modern. The location couldn’t be better: just one short block from the main beach, so we were on the sand in under two minutes. No long walks with tired teens! We stayed in one of the family suites (perfect for 4 with two queen beds), which was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer—great oven, large fridge, and everything needed to cook. On the nights we were too exhausted from beach days to go out, we made easy, delicious meals right in the room. It saved us time and money, and the kids loved having snacks whenever they wanted. The staff is outstanding—super helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made our family feel very welcome. The heated pools were a huge highlight! Even on the cooler days (a bit chilly for Florida), we could all enjoy warm, relaxing swims without any problem. The two pools are beautiful, never felt crowded, and were right outside our door—ideal for teens to hang out. In short: a charming, clean, modern boutique hotel with a prime location and thoughtful family-friendly details like the kitchen and pools. We loved it so much as a family—we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Clearwater Beac

Had a great getaway here at Devon Shores right before the New Year. The staff were so friendly, accommodating, and personable. Great location, less then five minutes away walking distance from literally everything including restaurants, the beach, and liquor or beer mart. Room was clean and spacious. Both pools were well maintained, and staff came and checked on us while at the pool which we did not expect. Overall great experience, will definitely be back!!

We can't come to Clearwater Beach and NOT stay here. The best place to stay in Clearwater Beach - hands down! The people are the best, they have everything you need and the coffee available any time is outstanding!

Lovely hotel, recently refurbished and located in a great area on 5 mins walk from beach and 15mins from lots of shops and restaurants. The rooms are modern and clean, with all the facilities you will need. Air conditioning is very effective and has ceiling fans for during the night if the noise of air conditioning annoys you. The staff are all very friendly and helpful if you need them. Would recommend.

From the moment we arrived our stay was perfect. The staff welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, there is tea/coffee and water available in the 24 hour staffed lobby and you also have access to the ice machine and toaster. The beach is two minutes walk across the road, the pool is lovely with pool towels provided and there are plenty of seating outside the lobby to enjoy a morning hot drink watching the sunrise. Parking is free

A block away from the beach. The three queen room was PERFECT. The pool was nice and the outdoor shower was great. A cute little patio in the three queen room was perfect for eating our breakfast and laying out wet bathing suits. We will be back for sure!

Devon Shores is my favorite beach hotel to stay at when spending a single night, or a long weekend at the beach. Every one on staff is very friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend Devon Shores for your stay.

Devon Shores is truly a hidden gem! The entire property and each room has been beautifully renovated and updated. The room was very clean and the kitchenette was a great addition to the room.

This was our first day at this facility and we definitely will go back. The staff was excellent to deal with took care of any little issues. We had immediately coffee and tea always available in the office along with flavored water. The room was very clean and furniture was comfortable. Definitely highly recommend this place to stay.

Lovely, friendly little motel style, very clean and fantastic location. It’s 2 blocks from the beach and about 10 mins walk to the pier. Price includes parking which is why we booked it. Service was great, qimmediately after booking they asked if we wanted a parking space and when I responded asking if we could park early before check-in they said yes without hesitation. This meant we could arrive nice and early and park the car for free and go to the beach. As a bonus we were able to check into our room early on arrival, hours before our official check in time, and were greeted by a lovely, clean, modern room with amazing air conditioning and large clean bathroom and kitchen, with sink and American fridge freezer. The room was great. 2 Comfy beds, blackout blinds, spacious and just what we wanted for us and our 2 kids. Pool downstairs was compact but lovely, deep, with plenty of sun beds and great for cooling off. Check out was 11am but they let us park the car for free after check-out time so we could go for a dip in the sea and grab breakfast - brilliant. Honestly a lovely experience, and as a person who never bothers to write reviews feel I must to help describe how good this excellent this little hotel was. On top of all this, free coffee, water and beach towels….! U’d be mad not to book it. See u again in 2026 …!!

We had a great stay at Devon Shores. Our spacious room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable — I even overheard another guest offering to buy some of the pillows! The pool area was lovely with a nice buzz, and the staff were always pleasant. We made good use of the coffee station in reception too. The only minor criticism is that the acoustics aren’t the best — not so much between rooms, but you can hear a bit from outside. That said, it wouldn’t stop us from staying here again when in Clearwater.

We got a room with courtyard. It is very nice place to sit to enjoy the sunset and it is beautiful outside. The room has everything we need. We love it. The only drawback I would say is that the screen on the door to the courtyard doesn’t block out the street light effectively and that was bothersome especially to me who prefer complete darkness to sleep.

The staff were amazing! We stayed in unit 50. I would highly recommend. Everything is in walking distance. If you want to be able to walk to restaurants, the beach, and coffee shops, you definitely want to stay here!

Went with my wife for a couples getaway and it was perfect for that, rooms are small but clean and nice and cool. Everything you need is close, including the beach, bars, liquor store, and restaurants. Boat excursions are also walking distance and very fun.

This is our go to spot from now on. It’s the second time we’ve been there and we LOVE it. Right across the street from the beach and the strip. Tons of places to eat. High quality room and facilities. Our studio was small but adequate. Staff were all excellent-friendly and helpful. Located close to shops, bars and restaurants- but also in a quiet location. And only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Lots of little extras that made the stay special- free tea/coffee (gourmet apparently), ice, iced water, juice, we even had complimentary drinks by the pool.

This place is perhaps better for couples than families. It’s cosy and has a relaxed laid back vibe. The staff went the extra mile to make sure your staff was memorable. The location is excellent, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. We always felt safe and the parking was a huge bonus. The only minus was the water temperature in the shower which ranged from cold to cool. Overall, a great choice for a Clearwater Beach vacation.

Everything was fantastic. The place is so cute and has an ease about it. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The lobby has delicious coffee and fresh fruited water which is so lovely in the Florida heat. The pool is peaceful and it’s a short two block walk to the beach. They even had umbrellas for the pop up rain. Would stay again.

We have stayed in Clearwater Beach several times. Always staying at the bigger hotels. We walked around while there previously and noticed this cute place. The reviews were excellent so we thought we would give it a try. We had an excellent stay. The staff friendly, rooms clean, loved the pool. We didn’t have to pay a resort fee or a fee to park. The location was perfect and centrally located. Quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Cute room and very clean. Only complaint would be that the room smelled like someone had smoked in it before us and there was an air freshener that attempted to mask the smell.

Excellent property. This is our second time staying here and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. It’s so clean, fresh, modern and has a real welcoming feel. It’s small enough to feel homely but has all the great amenities of nearby chain type hotels… pool, FREE parking etc. The toiletries provided are a great touch, the beds and showers (arguably the most important items at a beach location) are brilliant.

I frickin LOVE this place. I discovered it in 2019 and have been going one to two times a year ever since! Over the years they have made wonderful renovations and it is such a lovely place! The room is great, it has everything you need. It has a pool. But most importantly it's right by the beach! That's why we come to Clearwater. You can walk to pretty much anywhere on the island. Oh and there's ample parking!

What stuck out right away was the friendly and helpful service at the front desk. Paige was so helpful in talong care of us and help us feel very welcomed. There were a few mosquitoes in the room, but that's pretty typical for June in Florida. The room felt spacious enough for pur family and was quaint and inviting. The beds and pillows were so comfortable!! This was definitely a really cute place that was worthy of the praise we found online. We only stayed for one night, but I would stay here again.

There wasn’t much room between the shower door entrance and the bathroom sink counter. If I was a larger person- I might not have fit. Everything else was very satisfying. Close to fun places to get a drink/eat and across the street from the beach! Perfect!!

It's within walking distance of places to eat, lots of shopping, the beach, the Jolly Trolley (which takes you to Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and other spots), Starbucks, Dunkin, Ron Jon and abridged the street from a huge souvenir store with groceries as well -- Surf Style. I would definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely go back again.

We stayed at Devon Shores in Clearwater and honestly… what a gem! I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but that all changed the second we got there. We were greeted with welcome drinks (yes, please!) and the manager and staff were so friendly and genuinely helpful—it felt like they cared about making our stay perfect. The location is awesome—everything’s walkable. We thought we’d be at the beach every day, but the pool was so relaxing, we barely left! We only hit the beach once because we were just too comfy. I had to finish up some work while we were there, and they even helped me print a few reports—total lifesavers. Made the whole “working on vacation” thing way less stressful. Everything felt easy, cozy, and super welcoming. We’re already checking our calendars to figure out when we can come back. Can’t wait!

Overall nice stay. Clean. Close to the beach and all the activities and restaurants. It wasn’t noisy or anything like that. My only complaint is that we couldn’t seem to get the room cool. But still a good stay.

Property was great! Would recommend others to say there. Very nice, comfortable, and loved its location to the beach and surrounding restaurants and stores. We will most likely stay again in the future. Only recommendation would be to add towel hangers to the west wall in our room just outside the shower since there was no place to hang our towels to dry in the bathroom other than the shower door.

I would stay here again! Just a short walk to Clearwater Beach & all of the fun activities. Parking is free which is a $25 value alone.

Great room and facilities. Hard to beat the location. Lost a star for not having an assigned guaranteed parking spot. They give you access to one spot but if they’re all taken you’re pretty much on your own. This comes into play on busy holidays.

Property was immaculate and comfortable bed and large shower area. The coffee in the lobby was very very good! The manager Arun and his staff were friendly and helpful for anything we asked or needed. Definitely will stay here on our next trip down. Pool was super refreshing as well!

The room was immaculate, lovely comfy bed with all the equipment required to deal with the Florida heat & humidity. Located a few minutes walk from the beach and all the bars, eateries, shops it really is ideally located. I hope to return to the area someday and i know exactly where i'll be staying after this fantastic first visit!

We loved our stay. Newly remodeled rooms ans bathrooms are a plus. The shower was amazing with the rainfall shower head. Just one thing i didnt like. There was a patio directly above my room. Everytime someone went up to sit the chairs scraping across the roof was sooooo loud in put room. That was pretty annoying. Not all rooms have that it was only a few of us unfortunately.

I did not actually stay at this property, however, I did check in. The rooms were small, but very clean and quaint. We were hauling a trailer so it was hard for us to stay at that property. Our parking could not be accommodated, but the management allowed us to check out and get a full refund back! We plan on staying there next time we are in the area.

We stayed one night and it was amazing. Was able to park early and room was ready early also. Coffee in the morning was great!

All renovated after the hurricane last year. Place is super cute, only 1 block away from the beach. 2 SMALL pools, but we never went because we are beach girls. Nice lobby with 24/7 coffee, tea, water, and ice. Bed was a bit stiff, just harder than I like, but it was fine.

This hotel was everything! Clean. Safe. Great pools, quality towels. Staff was hard working and kind. The coffee was delicious. If I could have stayed longer than three days I would have. I will definitely return.

Staff are very friendly and surprised us with cocktails at the pool and a mimosa when we left. Although there wasn’t coffee or microwave for in the room the lobby kitchen was easy to use and water was available. The laundry would be 8 dollars in quarters for 1 load so I skipped that. The location near the ocean is great! The trolley took us everywhere for one fee of 5 dollars a day about 2 blocks away. The chairs instead of a couch were surprisingly comfortable. One nightstand in the king room though had us borrowing the little round table though. Everything was clean and modern. Not fancy but worked for us.

The property was very clean and the staff was very accommodating and I really enjoyed the fact that they had coffee so that we could get it right away in the morning. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the bathroom was really small and the sink in the bathroom was too big for the bathroom. We had to kind of walk sideways to get into the shower.

Our family of 4 had a great one night stay at Devon Shores. It’s clean and modern with two lovely heated pools that our kids enjoyed for hours, despite it being a little chilly out. The family studio was nicely designed and decorated with a useful kitchenette. The location is perfect- only a block from Clearwater Beach. We appreciated the convenient parking, and we were allowed to keep our car parked there after check-out while we enjoyed a day at the beach. Overall a wonderful beach hotel that we’d love to stay at again in the future!

I have been going here one to two times a year since 2019 and I absolutely LOVE IT! The location is as good as it gets. A block from the beach and all of the cool shops and restaurants. The staff at Devon Shores is always so pleasant and helpful. Parking is painless (which the rest of Clearwater Beach can't say the same). I already want to go back!

After I left i xhecked my online banking and saw the full amount was charged to my debit card.I was on vacation this vaused my account ro be overdrawn.When I went back to the hotel,to resolve rhis matter they weren't answering the phone. I was told they would comp the qst night because of the error. Which didn't happen.The room i booked was a king suite.It most definitely was not a suite.The room is very tiny.Two people can barely fit in the bathroom .One small chair in the room and a refrigerator .The windows dont open and the toiletries are sparse.If you want a suite check out the Sandpearl.If you dont mind being in a small space tobaleep this will work I personally would not recommend this motel

Property recently renovated since November hurricanes.

This was our first visit to Devon Shores, and everyone of the staff were terrific and attentive! The suite we stayed in was comfortable, and the decor after the renovations was lovely. It was a short walk to the beach, and close by stores made last minute purchases convenient…we will be back!

Devon Shores is a beautiful property located in the heart of Clearwater Beach. Everything we wanted to do/see was only a short walk away - no car necessary!! The staff were friendly and the accommodations clean. Would definitely stay here again!

A charming Motel type place to stay among the larger hotels nearby. Updated and very clean. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Complimentary coffee or tea anytime you desire. Staff very pleasant.

Very clean hotel. Property has 2 buildings across the street from each other. Pool at both locations. Centrally located in Clearwater Beach. Walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

A little gem in Clearwater Beach. Clean, modern, spacious room. Friendly staff. Beautiful decks for sitting outside and taking in the views and sounds of the area. Pool looked clean but water was cloudy like maybe a chemical imbalance. It’s in a busy area and bands play until 11pm but I felt safe and would definitely stay here again, close to beach.

Very clean, modern, close to everything. 2 minute walk to the beach. 2 beautiful pools. They allowed us to check in early with no issues & also allowed us to keep our bags at the office while we walked around, since our flight was leaving early & check out was at 11... only complaint i have is the car horns constant beeping every morning from the parking garage behind the hotel not sure what that was all about. But it didnt disturb us too much.. we will definitely stay here again!

Bright, light and very comfortable, home away from home!

My two sons and I were in the area to watch spring training games. The three bed room was perfect for us. The room was cleaned every day, which is a great amenity!!

Within a 4 minute walk to Clearwater beach and tons of reataurants. Great staff and management. Very conscientious. And if you hapoen to be poolside at the bright time youll get a mimosa or a cocktail on the house.

Our stay was excellent and the hotel personnel were very nice and extremely helpful!

Great location, newly renovated. Two pools, and a block to the Gulf of Mexico beach. Staff was very nice and attentive. Free parking and close to our room. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

we liked the pool. the property looks attractive and not run down or outdated. it is in a busy area in the heart of where you want to be so it may be a bit noisy at times. we enjoyed our stay.

Brand new updates due to hurricane damage…one block from the beach and .7 mike walk to downtown area
