We loved the location, breakfast, cleanliness, and comfortable rooms. The pool is small but very relaxing, and my son really enjoyed using the gym. This was our third stay at this hotel, and we highly recommend it!

The room mattress was dirty and extremely worn when we went to make the bed for the pullout couch. Nothing fancy at all with this hotel, very basic, older, and definitely not worth the price. The hotel is not on the water either in case you're wondering. Parking was a hassle. We just ended up getting lucky and find a free parking spot down the street from the hotel, but didn't want to pay $140 for parking for two nights for 2 cars.

The team went above and beyond to make our stay and my daughter's birthday the most memorable time. Thank you to management, Brandon, Quinn, John, Ray, Alex and the entire team! We are very grateful!

Loved our room and the hotel’s location. Nice workout area and convenient golf cart shuttle tha made it easy getting to and from when we were too tried to walk. My only complaint is that our room was not cleaned daily. We had to tell the maid who we saw in the hall that we needed more towels and a clean!

Very cleanl loved the handicap bathroom! breakfast okay. If you wanted coffee later in the afternoon the station always needed refreshing coffee was just warm. Overall, very nice stay i would highly recommend this hotel!

Alecia the housekeeper was so friendly and always smiling . Always asked how we were doing . Even one morning at breakfast she asked how are things . The valet guys Alex, Ray, Yash were more than welcoming and knowledgeable of the good food areas and the surrounding areas. First night there had the best pizza from right across the street thank you Yash. Last night there Ray suggested Frenchy’s. A must try if you are in the area. Thank you Ray. Shurla at the front desk was so polite and helpful. It is a nice place , clean, friendly, I love the hotel shuttle . Very helpful to get to the boardwalk for shopping and sight seeing. Would definitely stay again.

This Marriott hotel is clean and comfortable with large rooms. The breakfast buffet is always fully stocked with plenty of healthy choices. The hotel has a nice pool and fitness center. The Clearwater shopping and restaurant strip is only a 5 minute walk away. The beautiful white sand beach is also 5 minutes away. The only negative is the $35 daily fee for parking. Great service and friendly staff.

The hotel was supposed to be beach front and I requested an ocean view. It was no where near the beach. We were already sick and the trip had already been bad but I figured we would just chill at the beach and enjoy relaxing. We ended up only staying one night and went home early because of this hotel

The property was very quite and if just 6 or 7 minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Is probably the last hotel in one the Clearwater areas but was super nice. The room is spacious, bathroom very nice with standing shower, the furniture look new and very convenient with desk and some other nice pieces of furniture that can be use as seating area. I truly believe that this property have everything that you need to stay comfy. Just be mindful that you will need pay $35 for Valet unless they has other options. Highly recommend

Stayed here with my husband for four nights. Staff was exceptional, there is a shuttle that can take you to/from the strip, and the hotel itself is very clean. I definitely recommend!

We had an outstanding stay! Having only been to Clearwater Beach once before, we were not sure if we should stay South beach or North beach area. We wanted a quieter experience so we went with Fairfield Inn and Suites. We could not have made a better decision. 2 blocks from the beach. Free golf cart transportation within 1/2 mile of hotel (which gets you 2 blocks from the pier). Bike rentals and Jet Skiing across the street (my son went 3 times. They give a discount for cash payments). We didn’t rent a car and it was totally not needed. Even the pier was within walking distance and we’re in our upper 50’s. Great restaurants blocks away. Plus free breakfast. Pool was great! We could not ask for more. Would absolutely stay there again.

The hotel only had valet parking, and it was terrible! I usually waited a long time for my car! They are also completely irresponsible, and one day they didn't lock my car, so my car was parked right at the exit, unlocked! Even though I had my things and documents in the car, they don't take care of the cars at all, and the valet parking service is terrible, and it costs $35 per day! My family and I didn't have enough time to get out of the car and grab everything we needed; we were already nervous and wanted to take the car to park. Also, the hotel is quite large, but has only one washing machine! I would not stay at this hotel again.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott was a very good value for the money. Walkable to the beach and dining options and the place was upkept nicely. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful.

They offered free golf cart rides within a half mile which was perfect to everything. They were fast too to pick you up! The rooms were nice and clean. We had a great experience and will definitely go back! We have 0 complaints!

Staff were very accommodating! Easy, quick check in process. Our daughter scraped her knee and front desk got her a bandaid and checked in on her later. Our son forgot his favorite stuffed animal and they found it for us and set up an easy return! Loved the free shuttles around town. Everyone was very kind. Near a playground, yummy dining options at affordable beachside restaurants and steps from white sand beaches!

This hotel truly made my vacation feel like paradise (not exaggerating). The staff are so friendly and go more than above and beyond for their guests. Rooms are very clean and spacious which was amazing. Breakfast was good and changed daily. They provide free shuttle rides in a half mile radius which makes you feel like royalty. It’s located in such a perfect jot to the beach or local shops/ restaurants that it’s quiet, but still near all the action & night life. I will be back next year just because of how amazing my stay was and I hope others seriously pick this hotel for their next stay!!

The hotel did not offered breakfast with the stay... is located in a place that is all way in so not really restaurants around unless you really walk, in general the stay was good but i was surprised that the lady that helped us at the vale parking her uniform was so dirty and she just gave a bad impression for the hotel at first. May be they can work on that... after all we end up staying one nigth only. The check in was supper easy and they gave us a late check out since it was a week day...In general it was ok not great

Free gulf cart rides to all of the local attractions don’t forgery to tip and ask for a card so you can get a pick up back to the hotel breakfast warm and ready they offer turkey options and on the weekends it’s more like a brunch with extra goodies…. No beach towel,chairs or umbrella ! Elevator very slow,one was out of order for my entire stay of 5 days ! I rented 2 rooms for my family,in one room the door didn’t close properly and the carpet was damaged in front of the door ! Got a new room the next day ! Expedia needs to do better,every time I booked trough them I got room next to the elevator,laundry room or poorly maintained !!!

One of the 2 elevators for the entire hotel was out of order our entire visit. The mandatory valet parking was very expensive and the attendents were the worst I've ever experienced. They were rude, slow, and unconcerned. I went down for breakfast one day and it looked like a bomb had gone off at the breakfast bar. Obviously, they needed more attendants to manage the crowd. I went away hungry.

The staff is great, the hotel clean, and close enough to the beach. It’s located away from the main part of town, but they have a golf cart shuttle that takes you to the Main Street. In the downside, there aren’t safes in the rooms and one of the two elevators was down the whole week we stayed there.

Hotel and staff very friendly. The rooms were spacious and the AC worked great! Nice breakfast every morning (included). Pool area and the grounds were kept nice. The hotel provides transportation via 5 passenger golf cart within a certain distance during the day time with is perfect for the weather. They were kind enough to let my partner and I check out later and then hold our bags for us after check out. There is a nice beach access about 2 blocks from the hotel. Great stay for the price.

Breakfast was decent, but the only disappointing part for us was the limited options for kids. Waffles were only available on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and there were no pancakes at all. My child was quite upset about that since Fairfield hotels usually offer a better breakfast selection. Here, the choices for kids were mostly cereal and, on some days, waffles or pancakes. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable hotel with a great location, but breakfast could definitely be improved.

When entering the elevator, there was a strong unpleasant odor of humidity, which made a bad first impression. In the room, the air conditioning was disappointing — it didn’t cool properly and clearly lacked maintenance. On the positive side, the room itself was clean and in good condition, and overall, the rest of the hotel seemed well maintained. One thing I noticed is that the hotel advertises Spanish-speaking staff, but none of the front desk employees actually spoke Spanish — only English. This could be misleading for Spanish-speaking guests. On a brighter note, the valet parking staff was very friendly and professional. Just keep in mind there’s a $35 per night fee, which is automatically charged to your room. For me, this wasn’t really a problem, but it’s worth knowing in advance. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it needs better maintenance on the AC system and more accurate information regarding language support.

Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the pool area is just as lovely, with the team making sure everything feels relaxing and cared for. The valet team was also great — the golf cart rides were a nice bonus and made getting around a breeze when available. It’s true that parking is $35 a night and the cart service doesn’t always run on busy weekends, but it’s understandable given how popular the area is. The location is fantastic — very walkable, and we especially enjoyed walking through the back alley to get around. It felt safe and even kind of charming. Overall, a super enjoyable experience with warm, kind people all around. Would absolutely stay again!

On several occasions, he made me wait around 20 minutes, and at one point refused to take me back to the hotel, telling me to just walk instead. This was especially disappointing given that I had always tipped the cart drivers generously and expected the amenities that came with the hotel stay to be honored. It seemed like he simply didn’t want to be bothered, which was frustrating and made parts of the stay less enjoyable. I hope management can address this, as it really stood out against the otherwise great service I received from the rest of the team

Their computers were down when we got there so we couldn’t check in. The breakfast was terrible, they had brown bananas, microwaved breakfast sandwiches, and steal cereal. The beds were hard. We could hear the people in the rooms next to us till 1 AM

Things I would recommend to change: 1.) extend breakfast to 9:30. 2:) place more towel hooks in bathroom. We had 3 people in a room at a beach Hotel. Only 2 small hook to hang up towels when wet.

Beach advice: As far as parking, I highly recommend you walk to the beach from the hotel. The hotel also offers golfcart rides up to 1 mile which saves $3 per hour on parking at the main stretch. And that's if you can even find one of the overpriced parking spots (took us over an hour to find a spot). By the way, they are prepay, I saw a lot of parking tickets being written while we were parked. Wishing I had stayed closer to the hotel rather than drive up to the main boardwalk.

The view from my window was amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the free shuttle to other areas was convenient. Had a wonderful trip.

I wish means of egress was more efficient in this building. In an emergency (which we had to evacuate the hotel due to a false fire alarm), going down the stairs took too long and out of the two available elevators, only one worked for floors 2-6 and it was unreasonably slow.

staff was great,property was perfect for our short stay,golf cart shuttle was great for grand kids and grand parents much appreciated, will definitely recommend this property

Great mother daughters getaway

Yo la recomiendo.

Our room appeared clean at first, but we discovered a large sticky wet spot (later identified as coffee) in the middle of the floor. Someone came quickly but just laid towels over it. We also found someone else’s room keys on a shelf. The pool area was littered with trash, and a dirty bandage fell out of the bathmat when we were getting ready to shower, very unsettling. Breakfast was good the first day but had fewer options each morning after. The breakfast staff were noticeably rude when I asked if more fruit or yogurt would be available. We saw a roach in the bathroom the first night, and another in the room on our last day. One of the two elevators broke on the second day, causing long waits. The hotel does offer a golf cart shuttle, but walking was faster. The location is great, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but the number of issues during our stay added up. If it had been just one or two things, we might’ve brushed it off, but taken together, the experience was disappointing.

This hotel stay was wonderful. However, the breakfast was so crowded all the food went fast. Also, the 3 elevators had to be the slowest ones I've ever seen. Staff was wonderful tho!

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and most of the staff were very kind and welcoming, especially the housekeeping team and the gentlemen who managed the breakfast area. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants. Keep in mind that prices in the area, including the $35 daily valet fee, are on the higher side, so it’s helpful to be prepared for that.

Shipwreck bar was very close and Alba pizza was really good. Both close to the hotel. We will be back

Fairfield Inn was great, the staff was fantastic, the shuttle service from the parking garage were the best I’ve ever encountered. From the new supervisor Nathan, to Grayson, Alex with shuttling us all over wishing a half mile of the Inn was a game changer from 9am-11pm 7days a week. Yes it was 35 dollar a day to valet park in a covered garage but you also got free breakfast unlimited from 7-930am and a good breakfast eggs, sausage waffles etc.

Staff was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable. Pool area had a lot of ants so we did not spend any time there. Room was nice.

Clean, well lit area. All of the staff attentive to needs. Requests were met quickly. All around relaxing stay.
