Everything was great till my children looked out the window and saw homeless people at the pool butt naked.. we called and told the front office, all for them to go outside and throw away our small charcoal grill, and all the grilling utensils we had with it, it was all cleaned up and put away In the corner completely out of the way. They went out there and trashed all of it. We called the office to ask if they had done anything with it for them to scream at us and an say no grilling was allowed and that they threw all of our stuff in the dumpster, remind you we had done this for the past 4 days we were there, nothing was ever said, they then put a sign on the front office desk stating no grilling AFTER this incident happened, had this sign been up beforehand when we checked in, we would NOT have grilled or anything against the rules. So my husband went out to the dumpster to check if it was just sitting outside near the dumpster and sure enough there it was but he was followed but a man who cussed him out and told him he was trespassing in the dumpster and that he was NOT allowed to get our grill back, RIDICULOUS. Very unprofessional. We then waited till the next morning to speak with the manager, short little foreigner/indian guy who was also very unprofessional and unpleasant and chose to not replace the grill or even pay us back for the stuff of OURS that they threw away. Absolutely disgusting management here and they are NOT AT ALL for their customers.

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough. The kids enjoyed the pool. One small thing that I didn’t like is the breakfast. The food was just ok. Although the waffles were very good.

Quiet clean good for the price

The room was super clean. We arrived extremely late but the desk attendant was understanding and tremendously helpful. We went for a concert. It was so close to the stadium. I was amazed how many people were walking around town at all hours. The bed was super comfy. The hotel is older but I would definitely stay here again.

Woke up to bathroom floor flooded. Couldn’t shower.
- 5/5
The free chocolate chip cookies were still warm and soooo good that I ate two and I usually don't eat them!!! The bed was awesome as was the shower and plenty of plug ins! The towels were made up beautifully with little pockets to hold smaller towels or face cloths! A very nice caring extra touch! The breakfast is one of the best that I have seen with plenty of dining area. The staff was constantly checking everything. Outstanding hotel!

I loved the infused lemon water that was available. My daughter also loved the warm cookies available in the afternoon. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will be making more frequent trips to Clemson as our daughter begins school there, and we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I also find it odd that I didn't get a receipt when checking out. The lady at the front desk said it would be emailed thru the third-party company that I made the reservation with I've never had that happened before, so I thought it was odd. But other than that, it was ok the cleaning staff was really nice. Would I stay there again probably not, would I recommend it maybe if you're in a budget, for the money I paid it was good. The breakfast was ok could use a little more variety it was the same thing every day.

Okay so I made this reservation two weeks in advance. I started a job in September in Charleston and live in a apartment waiting on our house to sell so we could get a new one and hadnt done the process of updating ids or anything until we move into final home because it can take alot of money to get done. just finally sold our home in liberty sc. We were coming in town for a wedding. They called day of reservation while I was in with wife for our second child's anatomy scan. Told them that and they didnt care just wanted to let us now we could not stay there because address used for debit card still listed in liberty. I explained our situation and told them I had closing documents and apartment lease documents and was told basically oh well your license says this so can not stay with us. So I just hung up because I was not going to lose any more time watching my wife's ultrasound. I made sure to cancel with booking and tell them why so they knew what the hotel did. So again day of they decide to call and cancel us when been reserved for two weeks. Didn't care I had proof we didnt live in liberty anymore, legal proof, and didnt care they called during a special moment and ruin a good memory. Do not say here!!!

Clean room and comfortable accommodations.
- 3/5
The room was large and there was plenty of space. The phone in our room did not work. The bedroom was really dark, need more lights in there. On the breakfast front, it was OK. I am celiac, so the only thing for me was the yogurt, eggs, fruit. Coffee was great.

Excellent Selection For Breakfast! Quiet Hotel Convenient To Everything In Clemson!

- 3/5
I've stayed here many times. It is a decent value with friendly staff and nice rooms. But if you have a handicap accessible room, the showers do not drain because they are flat with a drain on one side, and as a result the floors are moldy. Also, a coffee shop just opened up next door. It has made entering and exiting the hotel both inconvenient and dangerous. Their customers line up all the way onto the highway. Plus they play music on external speakers that you can hear if you are in a room facing it. The hotel definitely needs another entrance.

Staff was very friendly!
- 4.5/5
Easy check in, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet. I liked the lemon water too in lobby. (And cookies!). Can walk to downtown and Clemson campus. The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. The hallways and our room had a lingering smell of bleach or chlorine/pool smell.
- 5/5
It was convenient to campus.
- 5/5
It helped us make a wonderful memory this weekend for the George Strait concert weekend :)
- 5/5
Front desk staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay! Great location!
- 4/5
Just ok. I was given the accessible room with a roll in shower which is not my preference. The shower did not drain well.
- 5/5
Clean room and nice breakfast!
- 2/5
The room was clean, the walls were bubbling like there was water damage at some point and an overall feeling of aged paint. The noise was almost intolerable and lasted until four in the morning! Then at 7:00 am loud motorcycles outside the property. Housekeeping entered after one knock at 8:00 am and to me that is way too early to just knock and two seconds later come into the room. I did not have the do not disturb sign up though. Breakfast was average mediocre hotel food. Nothing fantastic at all unless you like biscuits and gravy. I would not recommend for the business travelers however if your a college student that wants to stay up most of the night.. it’s the place to be.

Large room & bathroom
- 4/5
Great breakfast and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.
- 4/5
The facility is showing its age. Though it was clean, the HVAC unit was loud and annoying . I liked the walk in shower. The breakfast was aweful
- 5/5
Very clean comfortable. Good design for long stays thanks
- 2/5
We were told checkout was 11am but that didn’t stop the cleaning lady from kicking our door open at 8:30am on a Tuesday “just to see if anyone was still in the room.” She did it a second time an hour later, just as my daughter was preparing to get into the shower. I yelled at cleaning lady to stop entering our room, and she said “the door was already open” while giving me a dirty look, then slammed the door shut. Ridiculous behavior, we won’t stay here a second time.
- 5/5
Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Breakfast Buffett had many options.
- 4/5
Good place to stay for a quick trip
- 5/5
The room was fine. Nothing fancy but clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was great!!
- 5/5
Nice large room woth comfortable bed. Toilet paper was thin. Nice large television. Breakfast was good. Liked that that they changed it slightly each day.
- 4/5
Always our go to when visiting our daughter. Price (unless football weekend) is best in town! Clean and renovated rooms and good breakfast.
- 5/5
Easy check in / clean room / nice staff& good breakfast …well done
- 5/5
Older Hotel yet kept up to date. Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff. We had a pleasant stay!
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet place. Conveniently located for everything in the area. Staff were super nice. Would definitely return.
- 2/5
Room was clean except for the pull out sofa which we needed to use unfortunately- under cushions was dirty and lots of crumbs. Blanket had a stain. The real issue however was lights in that room randomly turned on throughout the night, requiring me to get up and turn them off - 6-10 times both nights. I let staff know and they taped over a sensor but it had no effect. Poor experience.
- 4/5
Good for a quick stay. Rooms were clean and property was well maintained. Breakfast was nothing special but good to have for an early morning.

Clean room. It was good sized with the King bed and sofa. Nice bathroom. Large TV was a plus. Breakfast was surprisingly good with eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits with sausage gravy, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, orange juice and apple juices. Occasional sound from the train wasn't too bad. Would be a 5 star review if the bed was more comfortable. Just way too hard for my liking and woke up 3 days in a row with a stiff back.

- 5/5
The room was immaculate and very comfortable.
- 3/5
Room has not been attended to for 2 days; had to wait for hot water this morning about 15 min; not a very good breakfast offered
- 5/5
Great area behind the hotel to walk my dog!!
- 3/5
Clemson grad so I was so so happy to be back and see all my friends but the staff at the front desk gave me no information like breakfast times, WiFi, check out procedure and I couldn’t find it on their website. My throat, eyes, and face are having a reaction to something that I’m assuming was mold. Decent breakfast but very small and limited options
- 4/5
Everything about the hotel was perfect location, price, amenities, & staff.
- 3/5
I've stayed at that hotel for the past three years on business trips and family gatherings. My first time staying it was outstanding but lately since the renovation it has fell through the cracks. The beds are hard and the hot water takes five minutes to get hot. Only one elevator worked during this stay.
- 1/5
When I arrived, the front desk advisor was very rude argumentative I believe her name was Lori. She told me over the phone that I can do early check-in. When I arrive. She said I never said that to you when we got into the room the room had an infestation of ladybugs all over the wall. There was dead bugs on the computer desk. The bathroom was filthy. The elevators were nasty. One of the elevators were broken and working, so you have to use another elevator another entryway. The elevator had a piece of tape over floor four button. There was mold inside the elevator, and it looked like it was not cleaned in a long time. The sheets on the bed were nasty. The floor was not vacuumed.
- 5/5
Ease of checking in
- 5/5
Great stay and convenient location.
- 4/5
Room was clean. The hotel was quiet for a college town and a night game. Staff was polite and friendly.
- 3/5
Was charged almost $770/night because it was a game weekend and other than getting clean towels once zero house keeping was provided
- 5/5
The hotel was amazing with the exception of the front desk clerk. She was rude.
- 4/5
Meager breakfast.
- 3/5
All was good until a Palmetto Bug was seen in the hall
- 5/5
The room was clean, plenty of pillows and liked the mini fridge, microwave and condiments.
- 5/5
beds are extremely comfortable and rooms are clean but def in need of updating. always love my stays here though. breakfast was great w lots of options. front elevator is never in service. but all in all i always love my stays in clemson! a short walk to downtown.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Room was good…. VERY comfy pillows! Comfortable bed. Room was clean. Breakfast was a typical Comfort Inn breakfast. The “hostess” on Monday AM was beyond rude. I understand it closed at 9:30 but literally taking things away at 9:29 as you were reaching for them. How hard was it to let me take the peanut butter and jelly to put on my already toasted bread? And muttering in a different language under her breath- Just unnecessary. Other than that…it was what you would expect. I’ll take cleanliness over rude so it was a win.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were updated and clean. Great breakfast and coffee! Friendly front desk staff.
- 3/5
This hotel had many 5 star reviews but I disagree and think it's close to Clemson which was helpful but otherwise would not stay here again
- 5/5
Pictures of room 310!

It was good
- 4/5
Breakfast was repetitive but good
- 4/5
Close to downtown.
- 5/5
I loved the quietness and the staff was great.
- 3/5
Not enough lighting in the room. AC was ok, but had to keep adjusting, Shower had a small lip, so any water was running over onto the floor. Elevator on 1st floor broken and ice machines only on floors 2 and 3. Water tower was available, however, it wasn't cold and was only there at night.
- 5/5
Go Tigers!
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
It was reasonably clean. Shower could have been cleaner. First floor room (138) was by the pool. I don’t recommend that. A LOT of exterior noise. Room Nextdoor was very loud as well. Could hear the TV literally all night long straight through until the morning. The smell of bacon wafting through your room wasn’t great either. I assume from their comp breakfast prep. The worst part was housekeeping knocking at our door and immediately opening it 7:42 am on a Sunday morning and again at 10:00.
- 5/5
Actually got to stay in a hotel that did not smell like marijuana. For a change, so that's a plus Only downside was first elevator was not working. So had to go to end of hall And i'm disabled, making it a little bit more difficult. But overall excellent place
- 5/5
Pool was great! Breakfast was okay, some fruit would be nice. Bed was comfy enough.
- 4/5
Very good value for this hotel considering its location near Clemson's downtown. Comfortable beds.
- 4/5
The young woman working when I checked in was not friendly and did not offer any information. I had to ask for everything and then she looked at me very quizzically before answering. Aside from that the room was comfortable and I slept well. I would stay here again.
- 2/5
Main elevator broken, internet didn’t work and tv stopped occasionally. Charging premium prices for football weekends but no attention to details. Stay somewhere else
- 5/5
It was great

Second time staying here for a business trip. Great hotel! Clean and has a great breakfast!

It was perfect for a quick overnight. Stay if you need to be close to Clemson University. No frills, but also affordable.
- 5/5
Always a great stay when I’m in Clemson.
- 5/5
Everything is good, except for the coffee :-(
- 3/5
Good one for a short stay
- 5/5
Elevator doesn’t work in front
- 2/5
This place looks good on the outside but the inside is not good. Water dripping from ceiling in lobby into trash cans. Rooms are very small, especially bathrooms. Bathroom has no toilet lid. Microwave was old and dirty. Found an old can of chewing tobacco under the nightstand.
- 1/5
Needs a complete redo. The front elevator was out of order so we had to use the back elevator which was also not in good working order. The hallways were dark. The bathroom was filthy and the entire place needed a good scrub. The bedding was some sort of polyester and uncomfortable. The refrigerator did not work and was hot to touch and kept clicking every few minutes. The wi-fi was non-existent and wouldn't load anything so I had to use my phone for work. To top it off the customer service was terrible. We checked out early and had a lovely stay elsewhere.

Convenient location for baseball tournament at Clemson.
- 3/5
Property close to Clemson campus which is a plus. One of the elevators was out which was inconvenient.
- 4/5
It was clean and convenient. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. The property seemed to be falling apart. Flickering lights, broken elevators, and ceiling panels were broken
- 4/5
Close to University. Not bad for a quick stay
- 3/5
Location is great. Room was fine. Staff friendly. Property appeared to be making improvements to the outside. Bathroom is tiny. Reach over the toilet to close the bathroom door in order to get into the shower is not ideal. Toilet has no seat lid to ensure personal items and towels don’t fall into the toilet.
- 3/5
Wifi access terrible.

Quick business trip to service our vacation rental property nearby this hotel. Check In was OK and fast. Generally the room was fine but the bathroom was not. Toilet in particular was dirty as was the shower area was grungy. Skipped the breakfast bar so can't comment but we found a great Eggs Up breakfast restaurant about 1 mile away which was great.

The check in was great! They even have cookies available for new guests when you arrive. However, room wasn’t the cleanest but after a long drive and then seeming pretty booked. I just decided to let it be and relax

- 5/5
It was perfect for our family
- 2/5
The comforter was filthy with blood. The walls were paper thin and heard everything the joining room was saying and doing. Have a brought my animals with me, I would have been asked to leave because my dogs would not be quiet with all the noise next door. At 10 pm start smelling weed and my husband and I do not smoke. The smell lasted over an hour.
- 2/5
The room next door must of had a live-in resident. Saw flower pots in the window. The walls were so thin you could hear the conversation over the cell phone between the two people. Heard every word the both were saying. Also the toddler was crying a lot. It got quiet after about 9:00 p.m.
- 5/5
Recently renovated. New carpets. Nice pool area. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Everyone was kind that we interacted with. Hotel was clean. Bed was comfy. Hotel is under construction but didn’t affect our stay.
- 3/5
Looks like the hotel needs to be updated a little bit room service or cleaning service was not great never got replacement of tissues never got replacement of towels. The only thing I can say was that they came in and dumped the garbage and made the bed by 11 AM. Some shady people were there. There was a guy sitting in the hallway of floor number two ice machine didn’t work on floor number two.

- 3/5
Where my room was located it was loud at night. The Bathroom could use a little updating and the house cleaner entered my room at 815am wanting to clean…..
- 1/5
The staff at this property were terrible. Incredibly rude. Pool was filthy and a safety hazard. We stay all over Clemson as we have a student there. Never experienced anything like this place. Too many issues to list. Skip it. So many better choices.
- 3/5
The breakfast was awful!! The eggs were bad, the yogurt out of date, the cream cheese separated. There was mold or mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. The equipment in the gym was mostly non functional and dated.
- 5/5
Extremely clean and comfortable beds. Nice basic breakfast in the morning and bottle filling stations. Exactly what we were hoping for when staying one night before touring the campus of Clemson University.
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 3/5
Wireless is unstable and not very fast if you plan to work from the room or jump on Zoom meetings. Aside from this, it’s a good place to stay
- 5/5
Super clean
- 4/5
Good budget friendly option with a great location. Rooms are basic but beds were super comfortable! Would recommend for short stays.
- 1/5
Ac. Broken. Complained to desk. They said they would fix. They never did. Two days no air. Worse yet they knew AC was down gave us room no matter.
- 5/5
Have stayed here several times. Great staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. It is a long walk but walkable to downtown. Stopping along the way is easy and enjoyable.
- 3/5
The lady that is taking care of the rooms cleaning was very nice and helpful when we asked for extra towels, and very welcoming. The room was very clean and very comfortable.

I liked property and everything is good.

quick drive to Clemson Univ.

- 5/5
Very convenient location- room updated and clean.
- 5/5
It's a nice facility, conveniently located to the Clemson campus and athletic facilities. My only complaint is that the bathroom is so small you can hardly turn around in it.
- 4/5
All good - as expected
- 5/5
Clean, convenient. Friendly staff
- 5/5
This location was perfect for attending a Clemson sporting event. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again when visiting.
- 5/5
Location is very convenient. Elevator was out of order but we were only on the second floor so it was an easy walk.
- 4/5
The hotel was convenient to Clemson. The elevator was broken and the smell in the hallway was a little strange but the room was completely adequate.

The hotel were awesome and so were the staff . The rooms very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I would stay there every time I am in the area,
