Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness, location, and friendly staff. However, there are recurring complaints about the small bathrooms, lack of hot water, and poor breakfast options.
- Cleanliness
- Convenient location
- Small bathrooms
- Lack of hot water
- 3/5
While the rooms were fine, we found an outdated bath/shower area and also TV as well. The beds and linens were comfortable and nice, but this is just an older hotel.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff was very nice.
- 5/5
Great overall stay. Visited Clemson for the weekend
- 5/5
I would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Great hotel. Perfect continental breakfast. Clean comfy beds. Very nice staff. Has a huge desk. Quiet air conditioner. Great location. The fridge doesn’t have a freezer. The wall plugs are loose.
- 4/5
Pillows are too small.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay
- 5/5
Great place to stay while in Clemson. Close to everything
- 3/5
Inn at Clemson was very convenient to the University and close to where we needed to be. The staff was also great and very helpful. The accommodations were mediocre at best. We had 3 adult travelers and booked a double queen room . Typically in most hotels, a double queen would accommodate this size group easily. At the Inn, our room was horribly inadequate. We had no closet to speak of- the room had a short “armoire” cabinet - that could not fit our formal wear (dresses etc) for the graduation nor were we given enough hangers- we had 3 in the cabinet. When I asked for more at the front desk- I was told the Inn was sold out and likely they would not have extras ? The Front desk did manage to find 3 more for us. There were also only 3 towels in the bathroom for 3 adults for 3 days. It seems like because we were 3 guests, they only left 3 of everything in the room. The shower leaked on the floor due to a large gap in the door and that used up one towel to mop the floor daily. There lacked adequate drawers, no place to store our suitcases/shoes without tripping over them - one small trash can in the entire room and tiniest sink area. It was difficult for us to manage and coordinate 3 adults in a room with such poor design. The breakfast was mediocre ( eggs were inedible) and coffee was horrible - but you could grab a yogurt and go - if needed. Overall- if attending a football game - the Inn would be adequate. It was a struggle in that room on graduation weekend for 3 adults. :(

Cool place!

The price was way too high for the room.

Meh
- 5/5
It’s an older hotel. It has basic amenities.
- 2/5
It just sucked. Way overpaid for a run-down place. The rooms were ok clean. The TV did not work half the time. The AC unit sounded like a 747 airplane. It was a lot of money for an outdated place to stay.
- 4/5
Very close walk to Clemson Death Valley The cost of the room for a single night was outrageously jacked up due to an event in the area. $1K per night is a bit ridiculous
- 2/5
The room was not clean at all. Sheets did smell and there was old food in the fridge
- 5/5
The staff is very helpful and clean rooms
- 1/5
Checked in and left after 10 minutes. Bathroom door brown, toilet did not work and room smelled. Went to front desk to cancel and was told I could but needed to wait until manager was back in the morning. As of now, have not received refund.
- 1/5
Didn't stay the room was filthy.
- 5/5
Very cute and clean hotel. Good for a one night stay. It would be a little small for multi-night stay.
- 5/5
Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Clean. Nice breakfast available
- 5/5
Cute hotel close to campus and the new Dutch Bros coffee. Lol. Perfect for our one night stay.
- 4/5
Nice hotel with a good location close to downtown Clemson
- 1/5
We left this property due to the unclean and unsafe conditions. The electric socket was broken off and had exposed wire, the phone didn’t work, nor did the lamp. It also smelled of cigarette smoke. We asked to be moved but they couldn’t accommodate. The front desk young lady told us the manager would call us and give us a discount and we still haven’t heard from anyone, more than a week later. We left and booked another hotel, despite paying for two rooms. Terrible experience.
- 5/5
Very clean. Loved the room. Staff was very friendly. Definately staying here again
- 4.5/5
Very easy and safe for solo travelers. Everything was clean and staff was courteous and helpful. No complaints really. Breakfast was a bit bland, but it’s free so that was good.
- 1/5
Bed was clean but hotel in general is not great. Would not stay here again
- 1/5
The nastiest bathroom ever been in my life!! Checked out early because it was so bad didn't care about a refund. Absolutely the nastiest hotel should not even be in business!!
- 5/5
Excellent location, close to campus, good bars and the Ace Hardware!
- 5/5
The Inn is Dope! Love the Clemson theme.
- 4/5
Solid option for how little we were in the room. Comfortable and close to campus. Easy access to everting.
- 5/5
Clean room and convenient to campus!
- 5/5
Nice place . Clemson themed. Friendly staff
- 4.5/5
Clean and comfortable The train coming by every couple hours
- 5/5
Clean, room colors, quiet
- 3.5/5
Nicely decorated and clean room. Great shower! One mattress was ok but the other was terrible—sunk to the middle. Probably the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on while traveling!!
- 2/5
It’s old. So if you just need a place to sleep that’s ok at best. Fine
- 1/5
They lied. This hotel doesn’t have queen beds. Only full size bed that they sell you as queen. They try to give us another room pretending this would be a queen but exact same room. You just feel taken advantage of all the time. Fitness room is a joke with non functional equipment. No hot breakfast, half the juices don’t work, room wasn’t cleaned when we got in. Just terrible le stay and misrepresenting their rooms.
- 5/5
Clean and tidy. Quiet.
- 5/5
Breakfast was not so good. Have had better breakfast and breakfast choices!
- 5/5
HERE WERE PRACTTICALLY NO GUESTS. PERHAPS FOR THIS REASN, THE BREAKFAST MENU WAS VERY SKIMPY.
- 5/5
Yes
- 2/5
Not a pleasant stay. Musty hallway & room. Zero housekeeping & stayed from Friday to Tuesday. Air conditioner was glitchy. Staff was minimally friendly. Needs updating badly.
- 5/5
Nice place.
- 4/5
Our charging plugs kept falling out of the outlets and wouldn’t charge. And breakfast, although fresh, was limited. It absolutely worked for us, as we just needed a place to sleep comfortably.
- 4/5
Room was mostly clean. The breakfast was average, nothing special.
- 5/5
Great staff. Comfy bed.
- 1/5
I am glad I only paid $77 for the night. Unfortunately the place was what I expected for a football hotel. Was hoping to be surprised. Run down. Old. Dated. Worn carpet, stained worn chair. Shower looked clean, but caulking needed replaced. And someone glued knobs on shower door to open?? The bedding was clean. The bed was comfortable but old and had a swag in the middle. I didn't eat or shower, just slept. Visiting my second son to go to Clemson. I will mark this one off my list. I don't recommend staying here. So far my experience is to stay in Seneca, Anderson, find an airbnb or pay a fortune.
- 2/5
I was initially impressed upon entering the hotel. Its clean with the Clemson University colors. upon entering the room, there was no phone in the room to contsact the front desk. There was also no Bible in the room. There are connections for USB-A cords. The hotel is located adjacent to a railway in which 3 trains travel through between 12 AM and 6:30 AM.This occurred both nights of stay. It seemed that the food was prepared early morning and left under warmers until it was depleted or the scheduled time for breakfast was over. No one was there to attend the service or continued cleanliness of utensils and food.
- 5/5
Have stayed here before. Place is clean and comfy. Everything was fine. Some folks may not be happy about its proximity to the train tracks, but I LOVE trains, so that was honestly a bonus for me.
- 5/5
All of the staff we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
- 2/5
The room smell, dirty. The pillows are very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
We had a great stay
- 3/5
Close to campus
- 5/5
Thanks for the returning my driver’s license to my room after I had accidentally left it at the front desk earlier during check in.
- 5/5
Very clean room, helpful agents, good breakfast.,
- 3/5
Only one staff memeber i met could speak english. Room was alright but beds were not comfortable. Building is definatly outdated. Would not stay here again.
- 4/5
economy without being gross. clemson is gross but the hotel isn't. the staff is variable based off of the understaffing.
- 5/5
great place to stay very clean looks just like the pictures they displayed
- 4/5
Clean room, very colorful and inviting. Easy check in and great location.
- 3/5
Just outdated and not the cleanest
- 3/5
The location was great. There was a lot of Clemson decorations, and the breakfast was decent. it was a bit rundown, and it just needed a few upgrades
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 4/5
Room was ckean
- 3/5
The hotel is old but clean. The staff was friendly when available. The building is old and definitely needs updates. We stayed in a room beside the elevator. The smell was odd and the housekeeping closet door stayed wide open the whole time we were there. I'm not sure I will return. However, the location is nice.
- 2/5
Only hot item is coffee. They have a microwave to heat frozen biscuit sausage. The waffle machine fell off hinges
- 5/5
Great location, students were on break. Awesome breakfast. Thank you for the great experience. I look forward to staying again.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was normal continental, but with very fresh hot coffee and a clean dining area. Our room was quiet. Parking felt very safe in a well lit area. Very convenient to the Clemson campus and dining options. We enjoyed our stay.
- 2/5
Location great, good breakfast, nice front desk… Shower had rust stains on edge, and needed repainting and caulking,.it looked moldy. I was on first floor rm 113. Headboard too cutsey..
- 2.5/5
The bed was comfortable When I arrived at 9:30pm the key card machine wasn't working so we put our luggage back in the car & came back an hour later for our room. Came back & were given keys to our room but when we went in the room it hadn't been cleaned. Came back to the desk & was given another room. Second room was fine but the facilities were just really dated. It was nice to have breakfast offered but there was nothing that was remotely healthy.
- 5/5
Love this hotel. It’s a little home away from home for me ❤️❤️❤️
- 5/5
It was a good stay, will stay again, very quiet and clean, staff were nice!
- 3/5
Not super clean, but ok for the price. Dead bug at the room door, slime under shower door, and toothpaste splatter around mirror. Coffee was super hot, but pretty tough to stomach. BUT- for 100.00 bucks- the bed was comfy, and the muffins were nice to take with us for the ride home.
- 5/5
Easy access Friendly staff helpful Been here before will use again
- 1/5
This place is disgusting. First thing I noticed was a little bug crawling across the bathroom floor. There was a literal booger wiped on the wall next to the toilet and then saw two other little flying bugs which I just passed off. Is the room not being used for a while. Then I went and got ice out of the ice machine for my drink and pour a bottle of water it and I looked down and there were bugs coming out of the drink so there must’ve been bugs in the ice machine. I’ve since killed about three other bugs. The walls are disgusting in the bathroom. I’m staying here because I don’t wanna deal with the hassle of moving to another hotel but I would never come to this place again.
- 4/5
Very close to campus ! Always wants to stay in Tiger Town hotel… Older hotel small elevators and dated furniture -…. Small bkfast with no trays for carrying to room.
- 5/5
No frills, comfy clean rooms in an older hotel.
- 4.5/5
Convenient location, great value.
- 5/5
Staff and hotel was amazing
- 5/5
Clean friendly
- 4/5
Reasonable price for the winter months!
- 1/5
They would not let me stay because I don’t live further than 50 miles. I live over an hr away and came to visit my daughter because she had to work Thanksgiving. I had to get a room next door at Comfort Inn. When Booking called them to get a refund for me since they didn’t let me stay, they refused to issue a refund. You do not treat people this way. Do not stay here! Comfort inn next door is a much nicer hotel and are very friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
Staff was helpful. Check-in was easy and a very convenient location. Room was clean and in good condition
- 3/5
Property was good. Surrounding area was good. Staff was great. Room could use some touching up. Have regular coffee not the machine.
- 4/5
The entire hotel needs some TLC. It has gotten worn down over the years. Rooms are dusty ( light fixtures, headboards, baseboards etc…). Rooms could use a deep cleaning.
- 5/5
Very good location.
- 1/5
They wouldn’t give me a room.
- 3/5
You could use more hooks or towel bars on which to hand wet towels. I know it was a game weekend but we felt the price was high which is our main reason for only rating this as Ok.
- 5/5
Clean room, breakfast provided. Easy parking
- 4/5
Room was nice, friendly staff. The hotel lobby an breakfast were warm, maybe heat was already on. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location for the Clemson football game we were attending. The only thing I would change is, our room was a 2 queen bed and the bathroom was small for us all to use. Otherwise, breakfast and location was spot on. Hotel was clean and organized!
- 5/5
Very convenient, clean, affordable!
- 5/5
Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly location was convenient to our needs. We would stay there again if we were in the area.
- 5/5
Great location and very clean.
- 3/5
Staff very friendly and helpful
- 3.5/5
dated rooms
- 5/5
Very good place to stay… Clean… Friendly & supportive staff… Highly recommend this place.
- 5/5
Good
- 2.5/5
The cleanliness of my room was not the greatest, I spent two nights there and they did not make the beds. The counter top was pulled away from the wall. The door frame was not the greatest at night saw light all around the door. The need new pillows and mattresses.
- 4.5/5
Thoughtful touches in room made the stay very comfortable. Plenty of lights and power outlets at bedside tables, excellent shower head, comfy bed, very clean, instructions for everything you need. Central location. Complimentary snacks and water bottles. Even fresh-baked cookies in the evening. The exterior looks plain and tired, which made it a positive surprise to see all the nice touches inside. Color choices in the rooms were odd.
- 5/5
Great location, loved the decor and staff provided snacks and water bottles upon arrival. Fresh baked cookies were also available. Easy walk to Clemson downtown and campus. I would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
We had a problem with the mini frig which was never fixed. We also had a clean, nice room and a comfy bed. The staff was very nice. I would stay there again. Despite the frig problem, we had a nice and comfy stay.
- 3/5
Desk personnel do not speak English well enough to be understood. Rehabed elements were slapped together.
- 3/5
School events
- 5/5
Older motel but very clean. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again
- 4/5
Very nice b boutique hotel. Nicely decorated for Halloween too staff was very nice and place was very clean. Overall would stay here again at the right price
- 3/5
This property is just OK. Nothing special add some cleanliness issues, not major, but the detail was lacking.
- 5/5
The prices are outrageous due to the games
- 3/5
Overpriced. Average hotel price gouging for home football game. They know there are no other alternatives. They did try to make it nice though but you can only do so much with this property.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Very nice staff and great place to stay
- 3/5
Expensive for a very mid outdated looking hotel. Small rooms and don’t like the bathroom doors, set up
- 3/5
Property is showing its age. Carpet in room had a mildewy smell, shower door didn't seal and water leaked onto the floor, toilet was loose and toilet seat was broken. Location is what it has going for it.
- 1/5
Bathroom was gross. Old. Sink was very close to my bed. Floor dirty. Hotel smelled like smoke and mold
- 3/5
It was fine. Perfect $200 night hotel. It’s not a $1000 a night hotel.
- 4/5
Good location
- 4/5
This hotel reminded me of a hotel that gets a lot of traffic and it does like Gatlinburg. Everything was clean but repairs that had been made were messy. Blankets over couches in lobby to cover cracked fabric. The staff were very friendly. Depends on how picky you are if it’s a go or a no. Like I said clean and friendly.
- 2/5
First room carpet was wet and lights between beds didn't work. Had to get them to give us another room. Traffic getting out of parking lot hard at times. Shower dirty. Microwave on bottom of cabinet. Had to get down on all 4's to get food in and out. Ice machine on top floor at opposite end from the elevator. Nobody servicing the flood court. No milk, no bread for toaster, waffle batter empty by 7:30. Won't stay there again.
- 4/5
I love the waffles for breakfast but the juices were all empty both mornings we were there. The coffee was undrinkable. I did like the options for breakfast. I love how convenient it was to everything.
- 4/5
Great location close to campus. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed here several times and never had any issues.
- 5/5
The staff and stay was great. Could use some updating.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 4/5
Nice staff, clean room
- 1/5
I already put in my experience.
- 5/5
Convenient , really nice staff and easy parking. The breakfast was pretty cheap/ low quality .
- 4/5
Its fine. Its dirt chea
- 5/5
Very Clemson spirited. Clean room. Sparse breakfast options, though.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Great experience all-around!
- 4/5
I was there for a family reunion. The hotel was centrally located making it easy to navigate. The price was reasonable.
- 5/5
This hotel isn’t fancy but is fully functional and a great option when staying in Clemson. Also, I cannot say enough about the staff and management. We had a special request for our stay and instead of putting us off as most establishments would, they used compassion rather than policy to assist. I will give them my business on my next visit.
- 4/5
This hotel was a great value. The staff was really helpful and friendly
- 5/5
The Inn was a nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable. This was just an overnight stay on way hime from Beach.
- 3/5
This was our 3rd stay, first 2 stays this year were great. Check-in was great, our room at 11:00pm when we checked in had such a strong cleaner smell, we could not change rooms, hotel was sold out. We propped the door open for an hour and with air running it helped. The toilet paper holder was missing off the wall so there were 2 half used rolls on the back of the toilet, both of which had dirty prints on the end. Was able to get new roll but had to put something in bathroom to set it on the floor beside toilet. Breakfast was almost empty both days with 30 minutes left of time. The lady did go make more eggs, and brought out bananas and was apologetic the first day, we didnt say anything Sunday. Several people walked in, looked at the empty pans and left. There were bagels, waffles, and yogurt, but no hot food. This visit was just not as impressive as first two vists.
- 4/5
It is a nice property and great access to Clemson University!
- 2/5
Toilet ran all night long. TV would shut down while watching for no reason and had to put it back on. Refrigerator wasn’t very cold. Outdated looking. It was a lot of money for what we got.
- 3/5
Didn't clean the room or offer fresh towels during 4 night stay. Breakfast was not very good but juice and coffee was fine and it was complimentary.
- 4/5
It was very clean. A nice place to stay
- 3/5
Hotel was just okay. No frills. Saw several areas of garbage or crumbs on the carpet not picked up for two days. Don’t like that you have to ask for cleaning service.
- 5/5
Breakfast not optimal lacked eggs and sausage
- 2/5
Upon initially making my reservation for this property, I had reserved a single king-sized room, but upon check-in, I was unexpectedly assigned to a twin queen bedroom. Upon returning to the front desk and requesting the room I had reserved, I was informed that none of the available rooms were in satisfactory condition. Consequently, we opted for the two-bedroom queen room. Unfortunately, the room was plagued by an unpleasant mold odor, and despite our efforts to ventilate it, the issue persisted. On the morning of our departure, we discovered a stain resembling vomit between the bed and the wall. Additionally, the hotel’s advertisement claims that a continental breakfast is included with the stay, but neither day of our stay did they provide any breakfast service.
- 5/5
Love love the Clemson Tiger decor every where !!! Very clean and very easy going welcoming staff and check out !!! Definitely will be staying here when I visit my daughter at Clemson !!!
- 4/5
Stayed here for a music festival, booked last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Only thing that was challenging was the internet signal was not strong and wouldn’t stay connected
- 4/5
The hotel was the perfect distance to Clemson for orientation. It’s clean, although a bit rundown. The breakfast had more options on the weekend than for the weekday but the chocolate chip muffins were next level. The staff was friendly and attentive!
- 5/5
It was good
- 5/5
Second time we’ve stayed here for Clemson University visit. Clean, staff nice, area safe, location perfect. Short drive to the school. Front desk girl, Senior at Clemson, think her name was Kinsey. Super sweet,
- 5/5
Very nice and clean, and excellent price!
- 5/5
The staff was absolutely amazing. We stayed there while our son attended Football camp and he unfortunately was injured and we needed to stay another night. They were able to accommodate us as well as put us on the first floor so he wouldn’t have to go far with his knee injury. Highly recommend and we certainly will be back. Breakfast was good as well.
- 4/5
The check in staff was great. Our key didn’t work so she came upstairs to help us.
- 3/5
Nothing works. Coffee maker and waffle make in breakfast area broken. Ice maker and laundry machines broken op CD
- 4/5
Everything was fine until we found out the coffee machine was broken when we got there. Thought we’d have a cup of coffee when we arrived after driving 5 hours but no. It really sucked in the morning though to wake up with no coffee.
- 3/5
Nice place close to campus. Toilet flap leak caused hissing every 5 minutes but since I checked in late, I didnt ask to have it fixed. Breakfast was a waffle maker and some cereal and yogurt so I ate out. Otherwise, an average stay.
- 2/5
We were not impressed at all. The beds were bad. The shower feels like you’re in an RV shower with the floor flexing like it’s going to fall through. The continental breakfast was lacking. Would not stay here again.
- 4/5
Liked the area, but had to drive everywhere
- 4/5
The Inn was a convenient location for me and has been decently updated. Bed and pillows were comfy. It had a large tub which was really nice. It was quiet and overall pleasant. It seemed to be the best deal for the money around. The only issue was the hallway had an unpleasant smell. I stayed on the third floor. Perhaps the carpet needs a good cleaning or to be replaced. Other than that no complaints!
- 5/5
Went to Clemson for a sporting event. This was close to downtown, not walking distance but under a 10 dollar uber.
- 5/5
Front desk very helpful and friendly
- 5/5
Good cheap stop.
- 5/5
Very inconvenient location for Clemson parents. Nice staff clean facility.
- 5/5
A pleasant hotel.
- 4/5
Great location, close to campus - cute
- 5/5
We stayed here for a beer festival in town. It’s was a nice room and it was very quiet. I loved the shower. Everything was clean and they let us park there before our check in so we could Uber to the beer festival
- 5/5
Beautiful place to stay. Bed was comfortable, room very clean, stand up shower stall was large. Very enjoyable stay, will book again!!
- 5/5
Great stay at a great facility. Will definitely be back!!
- 3/5
People were nice and helpful. Place needs thorough renovation.
- 1/5
I did not get to stay. 5they canceled it because of a 50 mile radius rule and not been able to get a refund from Expedia
- 4/5
Kind, helpful staff. Grateful that this location had last minute rooms available at an affordable price. There was an event going on in town and all the other properties had gouged their pricing. Room was clean. You can tell that the property has been renovated. The color scheme was nice. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast available. Fridge and microwaves in room. Properties walking distance to some shops and restaurants. I’ll definitely keep this location in mind if I ever visit Clemson again.
- 4/5
One odd thing was that the hotel did not have soap for the rooms. I noticed we didn’t have any in our room and went to housekeeping. They told me they were out of soap and we would have to use shower gel. It seemed strange that they would run out of soap right before the weekend.
- 3/5
Negatives - Tiny bathroom, no hand soap ( front desk said they were out), little to no hot food at breakfast (arrived at 8:45am). Toilet paper holder and towel hook missing.
- 5/5
Really nice stay ! Will return
- 4/5
The Inn is a great place to stay, staff is super friendly and it's in a great location 👍
- 2/5
Really out of date. Bed squeaked every time you moved. They provide enough towels for length of stay. Not really cleaned.
- 5/5
We came in town for the Banana Ball game. We were so close to everything.
- 4/5
Great location -close to campus. Good value for money!
- 4/5
Very clean and spacious and a short uber ride.
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and things to see in the area. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely think of staying at the Inn@Clemson.
- 5/5
Had a wonderful experience
- 4/5
It was fine. Nothing fancy. Remodeled motel, maybe? It served its purpose and not a far drive from campus.
- 4/5
Lots of charm in the decor but it’s basically a low-cost chain. I expected a lot more than was here because of the pictures of the listings from online. Our in-room appliances (namely, the toilet, if you can believe it, and the AC) were extremely loud, so we didn’t get good rest at all, and the temperature varied considerably overnight from hot to cold, etc.
- 5/5
Great place for a one night stay
- 5/5
Check in was easy and all staff at check in and check out were great. Room and facility were all very clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
Hotel needs a major cleaning -
- 5/5
Cute hotel. Perfect for the spring game weekend.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay
- 5/5
Stayed here for a quick weekend trip for a gymnastics meet. It was great. Great room rates and easy access to food and the location we needed to go. Would book again.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff & loved the Clemson theme! Breakfast was great; many food items to choose feom.msny
- 5/5
Perfect stay for Clemson student tour. Very quaint and clean hotel. Would definitely stay again. Girls at desk were so nice and friendly.
- 5/5
Front desk employees very courteous and helpful.
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful, they have been very accommodating. They were able to fit me in for a last minute booking. I strongly encourage people to stay here if they’re ever in the Clemson area.❤️❤️❤️❤️
- 5/5
Very nice and affordable. Only bad thing was the coffee (which was a little surprising, as that is an easy thing at a breakfast bar). Otherwise, great.
- 5/5

- 1/5
I booked a room for my family here because we didn't want to stay home during really bad storms we would be having. We didn't know that they wouldn't book rooms for people who live within a 50 mile radius. We came late and then couldn't find another room for the night. I'll be keeping this in mind when booking rooms for my family from out of state when they visit. We won't be using the Inn at Clemson
- 5/5
Very quiet!!

They would not let me stay because they considered me a local. My church helped pay for this room due to a fire in the area. I had to evacuate my home for a day or two. Totally disappointed in all of this.

Property was very nice. We were on the first floor near parking so got a little noisy once in a while but not bad

Enjoyed the stay. I would only say they need to put more towels and wash clothes in the rooms and the shower has one little spot to hold shampoo , conditioner and body wash . I could not put all I needed to use up in the shower.

You could hear everything going on in the room above us and in the hallway. We were woken up at 5:45am both days by the people above us. It sounded like they were coming through the ceiling.

Nice, decently priced hotel conveniently located with a great staff. Check in was a breeze and Caroline at the front desk was very helpful. The only thing that was amiss was the fridge in my room needed to be replaced because it was not staying cool and the TV still had factory suggestion pop ups on the screen that you could not remove with the provided remote. Besides that, the room was clean and very comfortable. The included breakfast was great too. The hotel really lives up to it's reputation and I would recommend it to any traveler who's looking for a clean, quiet place to stay.

We always stay here when we come to Clemson! The team that works here is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure we feel appreciated. The beds are comfortable and our room is always clean. We appreciate all they do to make our stay here such a good experience!

Nice.

Worn carpeting, very uncomfortable bed and pillows, no WiFi security. Filthy glass and hinges on shower stall. This place needs a big update.

The mattress needs upgrading to a pillow top.

We loved how close it was to the University and many other things to do. The staff was excellent and provided some good suggestions on things to see and do.

I didn't like the fact the a person that stay 50 miles or less can not stay at this hotel. Some people may have to stay because of housing issues, or for jobs during inclement weather
