    Absolutely infested with cockroaches. Killed 10 least 10 a night after a long day at work. People were throwing parties on a Wednesday that lasted until Thursday. Staff adresses nothing. Shower didn’t get hot. Can hear your neighbor talking through the wall all night.

    When i get in the staff at the front desk was not friendly and when i got in the room the key access is not freindly , room smell bad no air freshener pillow and blanket was smelly i was so tired i cant even try to ask them to switch i have to manage sleep in that smelly pillow and blanket i took my parfume and spray then i slept and break was horrible only two type of cereal and one bread and some butter and gelly sachet thats it nothing else .. so over all my experience is bad very bad..     No “Do Not Disturb” sign, so we were woken early every morning. The room was clean, the AC worked and the refrigerator was exactly as you’d expect. We’d stay here again, hopefully in a different room though.

    First issue is the safety of the room. There is no smoke detector in the room the one that was there in the room someone ripped it from the ceiling and the wires is hanging out. How am i booked on a smoking floor and there is no working smoke detectors what am I suppose to do when there is an emergency I won’t be notified with an alert. The issue was bought to the attention of the front desk and the desk person was very dismissive. His response was “well what do you want me to do about it”. That statement alone says a lot about the safety and care of this establishment. He asked what room was I staying in he was told 134 and NEVER came no sense of urgency or care for guests. Second the beds in the room are broken when you sit down the bed completely sinks in. Now I’m sure all rooms have to be cleaned before anyone checks in shouldn’t housekeeping have told the establishment that 134 shouldn’t be rented out until beds are fixed. Third issue the smell of the room when you walk in the door it is a bad odor of smoke and pure funk. I had to find somewhere else to go stay be it that I was told nothing would be done about my issues since I booked through a third party site and not them directly. I was informed to reach out to the third party site. They have black mold growing in the bathroom behind the door along the side of the shower.

    Room was substandard rome key only worked temporarily, never worked. The whole stay had leaky toilet. And refrigerator microwave did not work. I had to purchase a new one at the last minute. Only one share in a room, not a chair of 2 for 2 adults. For the table, there were no hangers in the room. Sheets were burnt, mattresses was burnt.Smelled like leaking gas all the time.This is a horrible location to stay at

    The pictures given for the breakfast are NOTHING like what was there! It was truly sad to see the arrangement of "plain white bread" slices on a top rack,the lower rack had 3 packs of small chocolate chip muffins (2/pk) There was Cheerios, Frosted flakes, coffee, hot water, OJ, barely anything extra. There was a toaster for the bread. I was told on the 1st day it was open 6-8am.(everything was gone at 8:30 am when I got there from work)Then told it was 6- 9am.

    Room was disgusting! Smelled of smoke, cheap little microwave timer was flashing, alarm clock was flashing, phone was flashing like it had a msg. Mattress had a.bunch of nasty yellow stains!!     The lounge had a terrible smell of cigarettes, staircase and hallway had the same smell. I did not get a clear answer on that from the staff. Staff was very rude,especially when they were asked about the bread and coffee in the morning. They simply said, it is finished (30 minutes before the breakfast time was over). When requested for coffee and hot water for tea. They did not provide hot water. No bread. It was my worst experience ever. I will never ever stay in this hotel. I think it is the owner himself who smokes in the lounge and the hallway.

    I stayed here due to location for where I had to be. The place stinks like marijuana. The manager was hostile towards me because someone broke into the hotel room where I had stayed. They have cameras on the side but no cameras on the outside the property, so while they saw me leave, they had no idea who broke in through the window into the room where I stayed. I returned the next day after leaving since I had to extend my trip by a day. Instead of asking me questions, the manager angrily started accusing me of leaving through the window. I told them even if I wanted to I wouldn’t have been able to because of my age and health. But he kept attacking me when I am the one who should’ve been upset at them for poor safety and security. They let me stay again as I had prepaid through Expedia, but never apologized for inappropriately accusing me. Many of the guests smoke marijuana and the odor was so strong that I passed out. They don't patrol the property. As I was leaving I saw a suspicious character hanging out by the back door and the window. He must have seen me in the room as I briefly opened the drapes to let light in as I was leaving. Any way, I’m a professional making 6 figures, have an advanced degree, and have some health problems. The manager who appeared to be either a Pakistani or Indian was very unprofessional to me. My biggest concern is that someone broke into room and they had no idea who it was because they don’t have adequate security, cameras, and guards.

    People were seated in front of the items that was up for breakfast, decided that to go over there to aee what was provided. I mentioned the WiFi was a priority that never worked. I was ask did I call the front desk. I said know, but you can fix it now. It never worked, nor did cell service. I was given a room as a single female with a door to another room, that was very uncomfortable. They did have hot, but hard to combine with the cold water. I opened the refrigerator and the freezer part appeared to have black spots, didn't need to use it. Available parking even when I arrived later at night.

    Rooms were half cleaned. We checked in and 15 minutes later we checked out due to bed bugs in the bed and what appeared to be dried semen on the sheets. Hotel staff were very friendly. When I went to check out she finished my sentence and knew the reason we were leaving.

    This isn't a five-star hotel, so keep looking if that is what you are looking for. The staff is friendly, courteous, responsive, polite, and kind. The room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located close enough to DC, shopping, food, and gas in the immediate surrounding. I would definitely stay there again.

    Property very unclean. Room and bedding did not appear to have even been cleaned beforehand. Bugs and roaches crawling around in bathroom and surfaces covered in grime.     My 5 year old child said "this hotel is old and dusty". Kids don't lie. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes and old musty carpet. The best part of the hotel are the bed bugs. My partner is covered in welts and bites covering her whole body. Watch out in the morning of checkout (at 11). At 10:00, the cleaning person opened the door without knocking. How can they improve? In every way.

    Fist of all the experience at front desk was not good to begin with, she asked me multiple times about stuff that was already done and never asked before, felt like I was a thief and the place was a luxurious 5 star hotel. Later she gave me the key to a smoking area room and could not sleep due to the smell, was so strong that I could not concentrate or close my eyes, had to ask for a different room around 12 midnight! Came to the front desks and the guy gave me attitude whe tried to explain the situation, however he gave me the card to another room, so the next day I went out and came back, the given card was not working, came I late an all I wanted to do was sleep, so, I had to go back downstairs to get it fixed, that lady asked me you were given a key and he didn’t take a copy of your id , I said “ he never asked, and can’t guess how to do your job” at that point I was so disappointed that all I wanted was to leave that place for good but I could not cancel since it was already paid for, do not book in this place if you don’t want to have the same experience.

    A very affordable and satisfying hotel if you are wanting to visit D.C or Maryland. The only two problems I have is that they purge the complimentary coffee at 9:00am and that their carpet in the hallways and stairs are dirty; therefore, I would like them to pressure vacuum their carpet and have complimentary coffee out 24/7.

    The only part of my visit that I didn't like but as much money as y'all make it shouldn't b no excuses but the wifi sucked major ass.     The property was safe, clean, very conveniently located to my church where I was attending a class. The most it taken to get to my church was 5 minutes there and about 10 minutes to get back to the hotel. The downfall or what I was not pleased with was the continental breakfast. Not much to choose from. Not a big selection to choose from. No eggs, bacon, or sausage to go with the toast that was set out daily. But I will say that was the only dislike of the whole stay. Everything else was a plus. Thank you so much for your service.

    The property could use a renovation. Considering the price point of the hotel is charging more of limited service hotel price. I believe the company can afford at least new bedding updates. The hotel is being maintained.

    I went to help my daughter move into the Air Force base, and the area is sketch. My room also had damage doors that was just covered by duct tape, there was a lamp that had a red bulb that was colored red by a marker rather than having a real red bulb. Pay the extra to stay in a nicer, safer area.

    Lobby smelled of smoke--girl at office curled in a chair with slippers on on the cell phone--carpet on hall had holes--room smelled moldy--no hot water--they changed our room but the next room the toilet would not flush (no one to repair it )--they changed our room for the second time and we left.They also left the lobby with no one for peoples security. My room was paid thirty days in advance and they made me pay 50 dollars to secure the room.

    My only issue was that the bathtub didn't have a matt in it already. When I was checking out, i mentioned it to the woman when i checked out and said to me YOU HAVE TO REQUEST IT. That should be included like towels and toilet.

    There was no one at the front desk to check anybody in. After having to wait for someone to show up. Because my government ID didn't have an address on it. When someone finally showed up to check people in. The woman named "Vanni" I believe was quick to disregard my ID instead of just asking me for my address to enter into the system

    The room was non-smoking, but still smelled a bit of smoke. Maybe that was from the hallway, or maybe it was from someone having smoked in it previously. I was disappointed in the laundry services, as I bought detergent and dryer sheets to use, but when I went to use them, it took quarters, and there was no change machine and the front desk did not sell change. That's a pretty easy fix, and should have come up before and been resolved.

    We went to check in at 11pm, and the told us our reservation had been cancelled with no warning from them NOR expedia. plus the area was kinda sketchy, and the outside was dirty.

    I paid $100.00 for 1 night this place should be maybe $25 a night. Rm 235 cracked sink in restroom bathroom door chip old furniture stains on bedspread why are you still even open highway robbery 1 night way to long and you put a $50.00 hold on my card for damages really any damage would be an improvement I should have charged you

    I thought I might make a mistake by reserving the wrong room. I don't know why I made a reservation for a smoking room while I am a non smoking. Therefore, I spent the night in the parking lot of the hotel instead of my room! I could not breathe well for a few hours. Bad experience but I can't complain!

    There was no actual hand soap, the shampoo dispenser in the shower was completely empty, and all we had that made any suds at all was a pre-opened tiny "sample" bottle of shampoo left on the bathroom counter by a previous guest. The red "you have a message" light on the phone was blinking. But we did not have a message. Yet it could not be turned off. So I had to cover the phone with a towel to prevent the red blinking light from haunting us the entire night.

    Well, the cleanliness was horrible, I reserved for non smooking room but upon getting there my room was given to someone and the only available room to equip my family was a smoking room. it was very late and we were very tiered after 8hrs drive, so I took the room when it was offered to me. The condition of the place is nothing to write home about. It has a distinct horrible smell.

    I would not recommend this place at all. My room was not cleaned properly when I checked in. I had to keep taking garbage out myself. I felt very unsafe. I requested a non smoking room but I could still smell smoke from other guest even though no smoking was permitted. I ended up cleaning myself the time I was there. Breakfast is cheap. Just cereal, muffins and white bread. The pictures online are not accurate and I felt very unsafe there. The cops were at this hotel quite often i was approached in the hallway by one of the other guest asking me if I wanted to make some money.. Stay away do not recommend.

    The room appeared clean, but the floors were a bit sticky and walking in white socks made them turn black. We stayed for two nights with my family; housekeeping cleaned the room and provided fresh towels after the first night. The hotel was quiet, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, my son had a few bites, likely from bedbugs, and I noticed small blood stains on the bed sheets, although none of us had any injuries. Breakfast was simple — cereal and toast with jam. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price, but addressing the bedbug issue is necessary.

    3rd night room was not cleaned. Went to desk for clean towels. Side entry door lock was broken. Anyone and everyone could enter the building at any time. Very unsafe!!!! The hallways smelled horribly of smoke. We requested a room away from smoking due to asthma issues. Tub/shower needs non-slip grips in bottom as my son and I both slipped.

    Gross and dirty! Floor in room was sticky, air conditioner shook the room when turning off and on, holes in corners of room where I’m guessing mouse enter and leave, table next to bed was sticky and dirty.. all furniture was scratched and dirty, should be closed and torn down and rebuilt! just gross!

    While I was staying here I checked in on Monday and had no problems with plumbing. On Wednesday when I got back to my room I went to use the bathroom and washed my hands and went out to get something to eat and came back there was water all over the floor in the bathroom. I called the front desk to let them know my issues and they told me that they can put me n another room until the morning cause there wasn’t anyone to fix the problem until the morning. My thing is that once again I been there since Monday and had no problems and when I looked under the sick it looked like someone had done it on purpose cause it was a hole in the pipe
