Noisy AC, expensive bottle of water $5 and very basic breakfast. Staff were very aloof too busy chatting away. No help with suitcases, you are basically pointed to the trolley.

The entire working staff was simply phenomenal. From Al in the front desk, to all the cleaning staff, they truly demonstrated professionalism and kindness. We will definitely book another stay in the near future

Room was pretty clean. I would say that they should do better in the bathrooms in the tub i found hair and around the toilet. But other than that i loved it here. The breakfast the tranquility i felt the entire atmosphere was zen.

We came for my daughter’s 9th birthday because she wanted to have a hotel sleepover and go swimming. We enjoyed the indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. Our room also had a mini kitchen which was a plus! It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay overall.

It was a good stay. The room was cleaner than other hotels I've stayed in. The staff was courteous and helpful when needed. Was a long walk to the elevator from the lobby and the room was smaller than I'm used to. Was not feeling well and went to the lobby to buy a gatorade. Could not believe that I was charged $6 for not even a large bottle. Overall a good visit.

The room was very clean and had all items we needed. The staff was helpful and considerate with any questions we had making our stay comfortable, safe, and enjoyable.

However, please don't come here if you are used to a nice breakfast buffet and creamer for your coffee. Breakast I would rate a 1.75. Coffee a 6. Breakast had zero selection. I did get down 20 minutes before clising but there was one piece of bread, 2 english muffins, no bagles, no sf syrup, only 3 small hot omlets, a few turkey links..snd a waffle machine and 2 days in a row no creamer the entire time i stayed in the 24 hour coffee area. The bathtub in room 320 was dirty and the wall beside the toilet had a brown substance so we chose to fi bird baths in the sink. The layout of the room is fantastic! Love the mattresses so if you suffer from any type of back pain, spondylolisthesis etc. This is THE place. Just buy your groceries and make the most of their kitchens especially for breakfast and coffee! And check the cleanliness of the bathrooms! Overall i would rate this hotel a 9. This is because of the superior mattress quality for back pain sufferers and room layout. Excellent!

It's pet friendly, it's military friendly, great pool area.. I love the fact the someone paid attention to hearing impaired people !!

Our room was very nice and the amenities were great. Full size fridge, nice comfy queen bed. Very convenient to our objective locations. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. Breakfast every morning was very nice. 10/10!

Arrived at 3:15pm. Room was not ready. Rooms need updating. Bed needs a new mattress. Would not stay there again.

This property needs to be updated. Has an old smell to it. Bed is very used, needs new mattress. I would not recommend.

The app isnt letting me upload pictures.. but the blood stain was pretty gross. I wouldnt stay here again though the staff was kind.

Great stay. Only problem that I had was I was kicked off the hotel computer when doing an important project just before I was finished. Hotel computer does not offer a save feature.

Please film yourself when first entering your room and before you check out.Not sure I was charged 50$ incendential fee. At any establishment, film.The waffle machines did not work. So not the best experience for me. Hell, I’m to tired to dispute 50$. They will NEVER falsely take my money again .

I should have done a little more research . I think to charge $100 for bringing a small dog is ridiculous , if it would be a deposit in case of damages made by the dog yes but to say you are pet friendly and change that much, please!

The stay was nice. The internet was sketchy. It kept going out or was doing an endless load. Pool was nice but i was sad because the hot tub was broken 😢. Everyone we met were friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

The property was ok but their wifi / Internet is being upgraded and it needs it. The ey have two networks, one kept dropping and the other was too slow so web pages timed out. The hotel was generally clean but no one cleaned the dining tables.

Staff was nice. Room was average not bad not great. Breakfast wasnt that great but served the purpose. Didnt know pet friendly hotel(not there fault I should have checked) and had a yapping small dog next to us. 3 stars.

It was a chill spot while visiting the area. Bed could’ve been a tad more firmer in my preference but still comfortable considering. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have been better. And could hear occupants above us and was a little hard to sleep. But for the most part I enjoyed my stay.

Came to this hotel after leaving another place down the street due to feeling unsafe there. This hotel had a high fence all the way around it, which made me feel better about leaving my car in the lot overnight. Although I wish they were using the gates out front.

Nice room but not very clean it had ants crawling around. And smelled of old smoke even though it was non smoking. Since I am a severe asthmatic I ended up getting sick but only when in the room.

The hotel did not present itself as advertised on line. The room smelled and the A/C leaked. We had to change rooms after one night.

Nice and quiet

The breakfast was unexpectedly good on the first day but only average on the second day. There was no room cleaning for “short-term stays”. Had to ask the Front Desk for replacement towels which they cheerfully provided. They even allowed a free refreshment on them for the trouble. The Front Desk staff were all very attentive and polite. Every time we saw them, they told us to just let them know if we needed anything.

This is a great hotel for the money. The staff are so friendly and always greet you. Nothing is too much trouble. Very handy if you have business at Joint Base Andrews.

I have stayed at this location a numerous of times and as always the front desk workers are so professional, they inform you about everything from breakfast to the gym and pool. The rooms are always very clean. All in all I really like this hotel that's why I normally chose this location.

Employees and service were very good. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

Overall all the hotel waa clean and very safe. The dirty sheets and towels setting in the hall was off putting.

The staff at the main desk are very friendly. The facility is clean and has convenient amenities. Definitely recommend a couple, family or single traveler. Thank you

Staff was rude. I stay in a hotel every weekend for work. Called for a turn down service since the sheets had bloodstains on them from the guest before me. I was told you are scheduled for cleaning tomorrow can it wait? I then just insisted to please at least clean the sheets for new ones. Staff was also outside smoking. Rude answers almost every time we had a question. Place is nice but for someone that travels every weekend I defenitly noticed the rudeness in employees.

The Hotel need more modern upgrades. For example, there was no USB charging in the room.

My stay was very comfortable and convenient to business area.

As always, Marriott provides wonderful accommodations all around. The only suggestion I would like to make is about the complimentary breakfast-Can they please enough food of what they are serving up until the breakfast time ends. Some guests (like myself) like to sleep in as late as we can as are on vacation/staycation & may not be able to get to breakfast as soon they start serving. This particular location ran out of potatoes almost an hour before the breakfast time ended & I had my hopes set up them only & was let down. Thank you.

I experienced problems upon arrival. Had reserved 2 rooms but night manger on duty stated that they had overbooked and only had one room available. After a back and forth, I contacted Expedia booking for assistance. The non-existing room appeared from somewhere after Expedia contacted the manager on duty. Other than this incident, it was a great stay at TownPlace Suites.

Horrible experience. Will NEVER stay there again. Got attacked by vicious, uncontrollable dogs while exiting the elevator. Awful breakfast...no wonder it's complimentary. Not the most courteous or responsive general manager. Other staff are good. Horrible location in terms of surrounding filth.

The room had the basic essentials for my stay. Could of used more pots and pans, I had a egg skillet and a 2 qt pot. But I got by. The room was maintained well during my stay, the Housekeeping Team stayed on top of things.

Great friendly hotel which is close to Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. The staff are friendly, warm and welcoming and the hotel is kept very clean. We felt very safe during this trying times of Covid 19. Highly recommend to anyone , especially if you are just PCSing to this area as we were.

Complimentary dinner was provided on the house for the first three nights. The food was fabulous! Overall l had a very pleasant stay!!! I’ll chose Marriott facility anytime anyday
