    No microwave ! We had to bring our own teapot ! They claimed they did not have any black tea bags, only herbal tea ! But then the next day at breakfast, we had to ASK them again, and they finally brought out the black breakfast tea, that earlier they claimed they did not have !!

    The mattress was comfortable at first to lay on but a little too firm for me to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was good and enough choices. Nobody was present during checkout but hopefully we don’t get charged for anything.

    The front desk, cleaning staff and cafe staff were great and the room was very clean. However, the decor was pretty much non-existent in my room so it lent itself to being very basic and unwelcoming. The biggest issue was being unable to connect to the WiFi from my room. I had to go to lobby to log on so was unable to get work done on my laptop.

    I thought it was pretty decent for my time there. My shower was missing a shower curtain but no biggy to me. One of my military friends said it wasn’t a good area but I never had concerns. Came for the cherry blossom 10 miler.

    The AC kept the room nice and cool, the bed was very comforting, and I even found a pillow that suited my very specific needs. That NEVER happens unless I bring my own. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. Latrece Banks was the front desk help for the majority of my time there and she made me feel like family while still being very professional.

    The Manager was excellent and offered as much assistance as possible due to the circumstances! When I booked this hotel through Expedia I was not informed that it was undergoing renovations. Don't know the process of who informs who concerning this but I would have definitely booked another location if I had this information As I stated earlier the hotel Manager was very helpful in trying to make up for this inconvenience. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly and the parking was very good.

    At the front desk when I paid for my stay the front desk did not inform me that the television service was not working and no phone service in my hotel room. The lobby was a construction site with the floors covered with brown paper and sheet rock dust and other debris associated with any construction site. In all a very bad experience and I would not recommend The Comfort Inn at Joint Base Andrews , Clinton MD 20735 to any one

    The hotel is undergoing renovation, so any reservation for a king-sized room was downgraded to a double room instead. This would be a minor issue if I had been communicated about this. The manager said they attempted to contact me, but my phone number wasn't transferred from Expedia's booking. System errors happen, so I understand, but there were no further attempts at communication. When I arrived, the receptionist did not notify me of this change; I had to find out for myself when I walked into the room. The price of the stay was the same, thankfully, but I'd still wait until renovations are done or avoid altogether. Water pressure takes about 5~10 minutes to heat up for a shower. If you book a stay while they are renovating, I recommend downloading some shows or movies; the wifi wasn't working. Again, I wasn't notified about this issue and had to ask the front desk about it. The majority of my concerns would have been handled from the start by communication. The room itself is fine and clean, though I had to plug in the fridge. At least I know it's new! There is limited parking due to the construction, but during my stay, I never had an issue finding parking. The elevator looks a bit outdated due to cardboard covering the floor for renovation, but I have honestly felt unsafe in worse, so this one is good. I still took the stairs when I could. Overall, this is a 2-star stay, and I recommend looking somewhere else.

    The hotel was under renovation and this was not advertised. The bed was dirty. The hotel was dirty. The ice machine was broken. There was no microwave in the room. The front entrance was closed but the back parking lot was closed so you had to park in front and walk to the back. There was dust everywhere.The blanket was just a fleece throw. This was the worst hotel I every stayed in. Would not recommend!

    The hotel was not inviting from the lobby to my room. Needs a major makeover. No heat for 1 night of my stay, breakfast was poorly prepared and served. Hallways reeked of marijuana all day and night. On my day of check out, NO HOT WATER for at least 2 hrs then it was Luke warm ! The pillows were not even standard size. They were sofa size throw pillows. The beds new to be replaced, box springs wore out and bed hard. There was no comfort with my stay. This was the worst Comfort Inn I’ve ever stayed in. Needs NEW MANAGEMENT!!

    When I arrived found out immediately the the elevator was down, then found out my room was on the 3rd floor. I checked in around 8pm and was very disappointed, not to mention still carry all the luggage for me and my fiance to the 3rd floor. Then find out the next day that there is no hot water in the building, couldn't take a shower for hours it definitely held our trip up. I talked with the manager in the morning and she was very professional and helpful and definitely did a good job calming me down. I Thank her for her professionalism and the way she handled everything, that is the only reason I gave any stars at all.

    When we arrived at the Comfort Inn Joint Base Andrews, it had recently snowed and the parking lot was barely plowed. We had to be careful not to slip and fall stepping over ice/snow. The front desk was staffed by a woman who never got up out of her chair to check us in. She informed me that the room I reserved wasn’t available and asked me if I would take a double room to which I said yes. The lady had her young child there with her and she kept addressing the child and said to me that school was closed that day so she was there with her. I understand that sometimes that kind of thing happens but it shouldn’t be as unprofessional as it was. Overall, the hotel was substandard, old and in need of a major upgrade. Beds seemed very hard and the springs could be felt just by pressing on the mattress. I was told they were 2 queen beds but it appeared to be full sized beds. The bed linens were old and looks as if they’d been usDesk had gouges in the wood.

    My room was small and quiet until someone would start gunning their engine several times at night...which sounded like it was outside my window. The staff was nice and courteous. I got there early and the lady advised me of 3pm check in...but she would get me in after 1:30pm and she was about her word. Their Elevator was broken to guests but accessible to employees. I am glad they let me stay on the first floor because I had a lot of bags. The only thing is I had to call them today about refunding $100 for incidentals and they told me they did and they didn't so now I have to call Mr Dinish on Monday about this issue

    As soon as we checked in we went to check the room, the elevator was broken so you have to use the stairs which was very dirty and has a very foul smell that you want to puke. As soon as we got into our room floor, the hallways are very dirty and ghetto. We went inside our room and it was very dirty and moldy so we decided to cancel our stay. We spent 3mins inside the room and they still charged us for the night. What a way to earn money on their behalf, the expedia pictures are decieving as hell. Very terrible staff and disrespectful. I would recommend this to the demolishing company to remove this hotel in the area.

    I ended up losing the money I paid for this room because I left after checking in. The parking lot felt totally unsafe with people wandering all over and sitting in vehicles. They appeared to be living there? Signs on the fence about not responsible for theft and damage to vehicles. Hallway was dirty, smell of marijuana through the entire hotel. No thanks. Worth the money loss to get a good nights sleep somewhere else.

    I am stuck in a filthy hotel because of the rating system on hotels.com. 7.2 is a joke for this hotel. It should be 3 at tops. Holes in the ceiling, poop on the side walk, stained carpets, toilet tank cover doesn't fit and dirty water so you can't shower or drink. This hotel shouldn't even be offered on the site. I should have been warn about the water issues prior to checking in. I am done with any of Expedia sites. I should have checked Google for the rating of a 3.2. I would have never book here if I check Google. Your ratings can't be trusted they must be bot reviews. This app will not allow me to add photos. I took pictures of all the issues.     I booked for 5 nights. You can see my booking in the system. I would go out every day and every evening my key would not work. After a long day of conferences and having lots of paperwork with me etc., I would go to my room and my key would show red. The woman at the desk claimed my key was next to my phone. When I assured her that was not the case (on day 3) she told the other guy “put in three more days”. So, the initial explanation was all nonsense. The WiFi was spotty according to where I was in my room and the complimentary breakfast was the same every day and not very good. The carpet needs to be changed in the hallways and the rooms. The best part of my stay was the water pressure in the shower and the AC. The entire Northeast was experiencing a heat wave and I could not complain about the coolness of my room. They absolutely need to do better.

    The front desk staff was polite and friendly. We needed a placevto crash because the AC at my house stopped working. We also have a cat, so I needed very reasonable accomodations, close enough to my home, that allowed pets. This place always comes through. This is NOT for luxury,lets be clear, its a good place to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They also have continental breakfast included. What I didnt like at all was the obvious aroma of a certain smoked item , that greeted us in the lobby when we checked in . Also tbere seemed to be a lot of families there,and it was noisy at times. I didnt feel safe at night.

    The room’s interior was awful. The walls looked patched up. The bathroom walls were sealed with white silicon and the cracks was not all the way sealed. If you needed towels at night, you couldn’t get any until the next day and then you couldn’t get them tell later on. The fire alarms went off early in the morning and never stopped for hours. No one came or called to let people know if there was a fire or not. Elevators never worked after the fire alarms. The lobby looked a HOT mess! The breakfast was horrible, sausage was not cooked all the way. Food wasn’t fresh at all. The apples were old. The carpet in the hallways has white paint on them. The whole entire hotel needs a COMPLETE makeover!!!!! And the stairways smelled like moth balls and something else I won’t say. Never again will stay or refer anyone else that comes to Clinton, MD Comfort Inn. By the way, front desk staff not friendly and welcoming. When I checked out, no one was there to check us out. Others were waiting for at least an hour to see an attendant. After I left, I called to make sure they received the keys I left, and for an hour calling no one answered. When finally got a person to answer the phone, she was not friendly nor did she know what agency I booked the room under. She said you will get a receipt from Expedia, I never booked under Expedia…..it was Hotels.com. So therefore her information was totally wrong. I wish I had took photos.

    All the staff was frendly from check in to check out. Very quiet location and it was not busy at all. It is an older motel and you can definitely tell by the old carpet, paint and room furniture. The room itself was clean but not so much the hallways and the vending/ice machine areas. It was extremely hot outside during my stay and the AC in the room worked great. I would pick this hotel again for the location and price.

    The room was fine. The complimentary breakfast was fine. I had an issue with not receiving enough towels. There were three of us and we only had two towel sets in the room. When I asked for an additional set, I was told there were no clean towels.

    The property was not appealing. The entire property inside and outside, rooms, hallways, lobby, breakfast area, elevator, bathrooms all need an upgrade. The place is disgustingly nasty. Prostitution is rampant. I didn’t have breakfast there because I didn’t want to get sick.

    Staff was rude, room smelt terrible. Waiting for the reaction in 24-48 hours but I’m almost positive I was bit by bedbugs last night I keep/kept itching. Overall very unhappy.

    The young woman at the check-in desk was lovely. She checked me in quickly and I headed up to my non-smoking room on the second floor (of this non-smoking hotel). The room reeked of cigarette smoke. It smelled so badly that I returned to the lobby to request a different room. The woman at the desk was apologetic and quickly provided me with another room key. The second room on the first floor smelled of mildew. There was very clearly a leak into this rooms’ bathroom as evidenced by the mud patch on the ceiling in the washroom. At this point I was too tired to request a different room so I fell into a bed and to sleep. I woke up to use the washroom (for the first time since my arrival) and when I lifted the lid to the toilet imagine my surprise to see actual feces in there! Someone obviously did not clean the toilet between guests. Additionally there were what I believe were bits of toilet paper on the floor of the washroom. The chair in my room has some staining on the fabric from some long ago mishap and the carpet was so old and gross I dared not take off my shoes. I’m no princess, but this hotel was really gross. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.

    We got to the room and flaked out straight away. I woke up at 3.30am freezing as the aircon was stuck on full power,i was brought more blankets up,then had to swap rooms at 4.30 am,subsequently couldnt get back to sleep because for some stupid reason the curtains are on rails that only close a quarter the way so you cant draw them and it was light. Then the attitude of the woman on reception checking out was appalling,to be fair,rhe ladies who brought blankets and changed us rooms were great,just a terrible night after a long day

    Walls are so thin I could hear my neighbors conversing through the night beyond 1130pm. Check in area had a strong smell of weed. Stayed 2 nights for business trip. Beds are below average. As they say you get what you pay for so keep that in mind when booking this property. TV cable stations didnt work in room, wasn't a major issue just would have been nice to have something to drown out all the noise from the hallway people opening and closing doors hard and talking that could be heard around the clock non stop.

    The person that checked me in was very pleasant, as well as the lady i spoke with the next. The rooms can use a makeover. The walls were dirty. They had stains and holes from what look like previous towel bars or equipment. There was a gross smell in the hallway once i got off the elevator. I asked the housekeeper for a towel and bath cloth, she didnt have any and i had to go to the dront desk for.

    Helpful and staff and the hotel is clean. Had an issues with no working microwave in my room but they changed my room to another one with a working microwave, so that was good.
