Great breakfast good location

We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, room was clean, bathroom spacious and well appointed. Hot breakfast served both mornings was an added bonus. Definitely recommend. Yes, the brother in law was surprised!

Staff was very friendly The room was 82 degrees when I checked in. It never cooled down even with the AC on for hours. The bed was as hard as a rock and I couldn't even sleep. Very uncomfortable. Rooms are Tiny.

When checking-in I was told I have the last room available, fantastic. What they failed to tell me is this room is located next to a Utility room that has a generator the runs all night, with a loud humming noise that is unbearable to fall asleep. The next morning while checking out and voicing my concerns, I was told sorry for inconvenience and was offered a discount. As I do appreciate the offer, but not much help after experiencing a sleepless night. I would have appreciated more with being told the annoying conditions prior to checking-in, there are plenty of hotels in the area to choose from.

The elevator was broken so we had to walk up and down three floors every time we left. My husband has COPD so it was very inconvenient

Rooms were clean, staff can be friendlier and more welcoming, breakfast was amazing a lot of options, parking gets really full at night so have more parking or get there sooner. Overall, good place to stay felt safe and great location. Everything such as stores and coffee and freeway were near by.

5 Stars overall a great visit. I will be back next time I am in Fresno

The room was beautiful. The staff was great. The breakfast buffet was just scrumptious looking the best scrambled eggs I've eaten and I wouldn't have normally eaten breakfast but they look so good. I had eggs everyday. I just felt very welcome and taken care of thank you

Quiet neighborhood with nearby walking/ biking trail. Plenty of parking spaces. Easy walk into old town Clovis.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast, cute hot chocolate bar every night.

The hotel and room was modest. It was a bit of a hassle having to U-turn to get to the hotel. It looks pretty clean but I found a spider by the bathroom door and bath tub.

Everything was great. Except for the refund on my deposit. Haven’t been credited back

Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the hot cocoa bar in the lobby. I’ve traveled a great deal in my life and this was my first encounter with such a nice amenity. More hotels should offer this during the winter!

Great check in and check out, thank you! The breakfast looked good, but all we were coffee and juice. The restaurant part was clean and I would have liked to have tasted the food. The lady last night checked us in, was very kind and helpful.

We were here 1 night for a swim meet. The staff was friendly and close to Starbucks and dining options.

The beds were fine, pillows not my favorite, but Otherwise perfectly good place to stay at and I would stay again. Very, very good continental breakfast spread. Clean, great price, no issues, friendly staff. It was located in a nice quiet spot.

Bed was very uncomfortable, the tv has burn in and messed up audio, the room was clean but the bathroom could have used a little more tlc. I only was there for the night but I debated on doing the drive back home because the mattress was so bad. Breakfast was good. I was grateful they could accommodate an early check in. The front desk staff were kind and helpful.

Very quiet. We had two Varsity high school baseball teams stay here. Couldnt here the boys in the next room. Standard rooms are small. Suites are perfect.

Right off the freeway but tucked back into the beginning of old town clovis. Great location with shopping and restaurant amenities in any direction. My family and I have stayed here 3 times so far and will be coming back.

The beds were fairly comfortable. Bathrooms were nice. TV is pretty small and dated. Complementary breakfast for those who like it is a nice option. Just wouldn’t stay again because of the noise throughout the night

Very clean and quiet. Pool and hot tub open till 10pm which was very convenient. Nice walking trail around the place. Complementary breakfast and coffee.

Convenient location and great walking trail to Old Town Clovis. Full free breakfast, fitness center, pool and hot tub, and plenty of parking. Standard room. It's tricky to find the driveway, accessible from one direction only.

I like location right behind great walking biking trail. TV went out Christmas Eve.. back on day after.. but streaming worked. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. Option for room service.. ok w/ me.

The property was better than I expected it would be. It's a small thing, but I appreciated the pool had play toys for kids and floatation devices. The free breakfast was better than at a hotel I recently had to pay money to eat breakfast. Decorations were cheerful and well-maintained.

This hotel houses long time stays and guest have to deal with noisy conditions. The walls are paper thin and the hotel doesn’t enforce a noise ordinance. The breakfast is barely edible. I will never return to this hotel.

Great location for getting around Fresno/Clovis areas. Its right off the 168 freeway but far enough you dont get any noise. Ask for a room facing the bike path for even more priviacy

We stayed for one night. It was very hot (110 degrees) and decided to go to the small pool. Unfortunately there was only one umbrella so we only stayed by the pool for about 20 minutes before retreating to the air conditioned room.

Overstay was good our room smelt of smoke or like dirty carpet odd smell.

When I checked in, the lady asked why am I staying in a hotel in the same town I’m from. I wanted to say, “Lady, just book my room. It’s none of your business.” Very nosy here. Also, I asked for a one hour later check out and the guy at the front desk added an extra thirty to my incidentals. I travel constantly and have stayed in hundreds if not thousands of hotels and this is the first time ever in my 15 working years that someone said I’m being charged for a one hour later checkout. On top of that, I checked the availability of the hotel and the wasnt even full! Perfect example of someone who doesn’t like their job and takes it out on the ppl who provide him with the job. The customers. Backwards right? Lol. This was my go to hotel in Clovis when I needed a place to stay for traveling/business purposes, but now after the terrible customer service, I’ll never stay here again. I’m sure Clovis has more to offer.

The desk (Heather) was so friendly & made us feel so welcome as first time visiting California. And housekeeping was so nice & got us more coffee for room. The location was great to food, shopping, Walmart! We went to see Sequoia trees for my sons 30th bday!

The stay was great! Friendly staff and clean rooms. The only thing I didn’t care for was the breakfast. It left a lot to be desired. Most places that offer breakfast have either waffles or pancakes which my daughter loves.

The property is unkempt and dirty. There are hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground all around outside. The rooms are in dire need of updating. The "hot breakfast" is one of the most disgusting displays I have seen in my life. I did not eat it since I watched the person who was putting it out touch everything from the trash to the food and everything in between without ever stopping to wash their hands. Definitely avoid this place at all cost.

Property met my expectations. The TV didn't work but it wasn't a huge problem.

Climate control was either on or off hard to regulate next to utility room loud buzz all night but it was right next o parking spot

I was disappointed in the condition of the building. Construction was underway and the hallways were a mess. No warning on Orbitz that it would be that way, and no discount for the inconvenience.

Construction tools and material are located throughout the corridors while work is occurring inside of the guest rooms. Doors are left open where the work is occurring with compressors running, hammering, loud construction chatter, and radios blaring. Extremely disappointing for a Marriot property not to have construction protocols in place to address the construction noise activity. Radios should not be allowed. Period. Loud conversations and singing along with a radio, not cool.

We stayed one night but the staff were amazingly kind and helpful late at night and then early in the morning. The room was nice and cozy. The mattress was harder than my liking but it served my husband well. The breakfast was simple but good and free. If I stay in Clovis again, I will book here.
