Best Western Executive Inn & Suites

When we arrived at the hotel, there was a sign on the door that there was not an elevator. When I asked to be placed on the 1st floor due to my illness they said they had no room available and that I had booked with Expedia, therefore I was placed on the second floor. My oxygen levels were very low and we had to leave our suit cases in the car and walk up to the room with our clothes for the next day and toiletries. I was very upset, and when I expressed my concern that why I was not informed that they did not have an elevator, the staff stated if should be on their website in fine print. I looked at Expedia's website and there is not any notification regarding "No Elevators". If I was not so exhausted and low on oxygen I would have found a different hotel.

I love how close the hotel is to everything in the city. It’s easy to get into and close to restaurants. The room is spacious. Coffee is always good

We loved having the pool and hot tub.

Traffic noise was really bad, had no elevator to second floor and did not advertise, loud guest and staff tried to move us when we had to get up in 2 hours, then would not reimburse the stay for the night. Bad experience and will not stay again.

We spent the whole week and cleaning lady came in only after we went down the lobby and complained no one cleaned our room for 4 days

Car alarm kept going off all night right outside our window. We were exhausted! Staff switched us rooms but very unfortunate. Obviously not anything the staff could do and they were all very kind and helpful.

Close to family I was visiting , young lady at front desk was very friendly and worked hard to help Pool was cloudy and dead skin was floating in hot tub that doesn’t bubble, breakfast was horrible, lemon water dispenser always empty

Clean room and hotel with dedicated staff - great hot breakfast

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was not ready for my co worker but was quickly fixed and checked in. Patient and understanding staff. Breakfast was good. Coffee was always available. Pool and hot tub are nice and gym available right next to pool. Unfortunately our keys kept getting demagnetized and stopped working almost every time we left and tried to come back in. It’s an older property so no elevators available. No free weights in gym.

Our first room was not acceptable. The room smelled like dog. We were then moved to a different room that was much more agreeable. Thanks to the woman at the check-in desk who made sure we were accommodated.

We liked the tea and coffee available when we checked in. The hot tub was nice, but the jets weren’t strong enough. Fast food, restaurants, and gas stations are very close by, the traffic is a bit congested, however, some are close enough to walk to. Overall, the location was good for us, the price was amazing, and the bed was comfortable. We’d book here again.

The pool and jacuzzi has cloudy water. The breakfast was good but not as good as other best western’s but the main issue is that I’ve been to a lot of best western’s and you get house cleaning daily but here it’s after three days and if you want a clean towel you need to bring your dirty towel to the front desk for an exchange

Everything was great for the price. The bad thing was the pool hot tube was in terrible condition. The water was green. They had to close it finaly.

The air was muggy and smelled like smoke. My allergies and my son’s allergies flared up immediately. There were white spots on the floor and dresser.

Everything was great at this hotel, the breakfast was spot on, the hotel was clean quiet I love the pool, the only thing that last was an elevator, but other than that really nice close to the exits off the freeway and had two good restaurants and a taco truck close by at all times

The stay was okay. The room smelled bad, the ac didn’t work, and the key cards stopped working multiple times despite not putting next to our phones. The staff was kind, especially those serving breakfast. The food selection was alright, but I wish there were more options. Overall, I was not impressed.

Breakfast was a little burnt and the breakfast attendant didn’t seem to acknowledge anyone in the room when we got food. The room we were in was amazing and very clean. The housekeepers were amazing especially when it came to asking for our room to be cleaned and extra towels and amenities. The front desk people however were rude and kept making snide comments about the guests having dogs and how we were wasting their time because our dog would have probably ruined the room.. The parking was alright a little tight but can’t help that none. The pool was good other than it isn’t heated and the hot tub broke down during our stay

The staff was mostly rude. The rooms were nice but couldnt control the temperature to keep it comfortable. The policies for the side doors was confusing and didn’t seem fair. The breakfast wasn’t very good either

We stayed one night on road trip and chose this hotel because pet friendly. The property grounds have very little green space to let our dog do his business. Also there is dog poop EVERYWHERE. It looks like no one including the property management ever cleans the per poop ever. Also the door on 1st floor leading to outside near where our room was slams very loud.

The room was nice and clean, I’m giving 3 stars bc I had to wait 5-10 min for staff to respond when I came for check in. I stood there and watched them talking to someone. I called the front desk and watched & listened to it ring while waiting for someone to come to the desk. And there is no elevator to access the second floor

Front desk staff when I checked in were really nice…not the girl when I checked out on Sunday morning. Very short and rude. Biggest disappointment was the hot tub and pool were disgusting. The water was practically brown. The whole reason I booked there was for a pool and hot tub and didn’t even get to use them.

Checked in right around check-in time 3pm. The room was on the 1st floor, handicap accessible which was fine; however the shower was so SMALL I don't even know how anyone besides a small child could shower in such a tight space. Not to mention, the way you have to stand in the shower, pretty much guarantees the water is going to SOAK the bathroom floor. Oh, at least there's a little bench in there, but if u sit on it your knees will be touching the wall right in front of you. Lol....Then, at night, I noticed a gap in the frame of the door because our lights were off and I could see light coming thru! I looked down into the gap and could literally see the hallway floor. What. In. The. Hell.....But wait, there's more, the worst part of this stay were our next door neighbors who came in late around 10pm SO loud that our TV, air conditioner and white noise app could not drown them out. By 1am they were blasting their radio, which finally prompted a call to the front desk. They acknowledged the complaint, a few min later it sounded like they called the room and ask them to keep the noise down, I think? The radio was finally turned down but the couple of drunkards continued on with their "party" and by 3am I had to call the front desk again and let them know I would be calling the cops if the noise didn't stop, especially since we had to be up by 6am! What kind of establishment where people SLEEP allows this level of noise until 3am?! ITS 2026, DO BETTER.

Washers and dryers, clean facility and pool. Staff was very helpful and friendly. When leaving breakfast was good fast, warm and delicious.

We weren't happy with the Hot Tub however, the jets weren't working properly, the water wasn't hot and there was stuff floating in it. We went back to the room and showered it off.

The abandoned Crab Daddy’s restaurant next door was unpleasant but whatever.

This place is fine, just in a wierd location and doesn't present well from the front. You feel like you might be walking into the back of the hotel. Just kind of wierd. Folks were nice, place is fine, just funky getting in and out of the random parking lot.

This is not a good area of town. The property outside has evidence of homeless people in the area. We were there 3 nights, requested new towels and garbage be changed and it never happened. Staff at the front desk is not friendly or quick to help. The only nice person there was the lady that puts out the wonderful hot breakfast and keeps a tidy dining area.

Carpet needs deep cleaned.

The hot tub has very weak "jets" or they were inoperative. The breakfast "buffet" on Sunday had a really good green chili.

Key cards very rarely worked had to go down to the desk almost all the time for a new one. No the cards were not near our phone. Staff were excellent and very professional but of course frustrated because of the key issue, never gave us a hard time about it. Not sure of the spelling of her name, maybe Lovi would see us walk in and already have a new card for us. She was such a friendly person. The other issue was no elevator.

This "Hotel" in in terrible physical condition. The expidia advertisement gave it 4.5 stars, which is an absurd lie. The location is extremely unsafe, the staff was not present when we attempted to check in, the parking lot is destroyed, My wife was pretty sure we'd be murdered if we stayed there. Tried to get a refund, but ultimately three away the $500 dollar reservation and went to another hotel. This place should be closed and demo'ed.

The hotel seemed clean and the staff was nice. The beds are firm so thats why I gave a 4 star. The room gad a microwave and small fridge which was nice. The hotel is located just off the highway which was perfect. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. The rooms were quiet and clean. The only issue we had was the hot tub jets didn’t work, but we were able to soak to soothe sore muscles after walking all day.

Staff was nice, check-in was easy, however the door getting into our room was stuck and we had to force it open. In the room the air conditioner wasn’t working as the check filter light was on and it was So Hot in the room, fridge was barely cold, and the very nice shower was missing any shelving to put soap and other essentials on so had to put them in the floor.

The showers had excellent water pressure! Most hotels have pretty poor water pressure, but I was delightfully surprised with this one.

No elevator to reach rooms on upper level. Hallways upstairs and down reeked of smoke despite being a nonsmoking facility. Paint chipped in all rooms. Very outdated.

Meh. It is okay. Comfortable bed but a tiny room and bathroom in fair condition. Everything was loud but I got a good night sleep thanks to the comfy bed.

Great hotel. Location was near the interstate and also dining. The breakfast bar had lots of options with delicious coffee. The pool was relaxing and clean.

The room was smelly . The carpet had pet pee stains in a large number of places . The room smelt musty . I told the front desk about this issue and also took pictures .I would not stay here again . I needed a pet friendly room not a pet dirty room .

The rooms are clean, but the breakfast was bad and poor!! The pancake machine was not working, and there was no orange juice available!!

They advertise pet friendly and they don't allow cat's. The room had an awful smell coming from the carpet. Breakfast was the worst. They don't serve real food it's highly processed. The only thing I recommend is the coffee and the fruit.

Room was great. Breakfast was excellent, and staff ensured that nothing ran out. Both times we used the pool, there were no clean pool towels. Hotel was well kept, and is close to amenities, but the immediate surroundings are abandoned and dilapidated.

How to get a key over and over and over and over over and over over and over

The location is kinda shady, especially at first glance. However there were no issues. The bathroom probably is in need of some remodeling due to the shower head leaking pretty bad, can tell it's taking a toll on the walls around it. Overall, it was a good stay! I'd stay again! Thank you to all the staff!!

This was just an overnight stop on our long travel up north. The staff was nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Nothing fancy but good enough for our needs. Walls were thin and so it was loud and we were by the pool and it stayed open until midnight

What you’d expect for the price

Area of the hotel looks rundown.Not the best area of town. For $200 a night per room I expected a lot better hotel and service.Morning breakfast was ok.The pancake test like rubber.The egg did not taste like real egg.

The room was large and what I was thinking of. Loved the microwave and the empty mini bar. One thing that did bother me was in the notes I mentioned we were celebrating our 2 year anniversary a little early but nothing special was put in the room. As someone that also works at a hotel that was very disappointing hopefully you can start some sort of amenities for special occasions. Also when we removed our ‘privacy please’ sign and left the room at 11am and not returning until 5pm the room was NOT serviced at all. My husband had to go ask for fresh towels & toilet paper. Staff was friendly except for 1 person that kind of had an attitude but maybe she was just having a bad day.

Was great visit

So many things! First - they put us on the second floor… in a motel with no elevator… with two children under 10. It was very difficult to get our stuff in and out of the room. Breakfast was ok, but the eggs were overcooked and the bacon was undercooked. The pool was really cold - especially for an indoor pool. The staff was fantastic and were super helpful.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was awesome beds comfortable we had our service dog with us. We went in one door and right there was our room which was so convenient for us. They have a buffet hot breakfast. It was really good. would definitely stay again.

When we got there, our room was very clean and the beds were incredibly soft. We had a refrigerator that was clean and the room was stocked with toiletries, and things like that. We had plenty of towels, but the room smelled of dog pee really bad. I ended up pouring an entire bottle of perfume around the room because I could not get over the smell. The water did not drain very well in the sink or the tub. We also had to keep turning the air conditioner off and on in order to cool off the room. The pool was fun for the kids, but the water looked dirty. I couldn't really tell if it was the water or the pool itself, but it looked very dirty and dingy. They did have plenty of fresh clean towels in the pool area to dry off with. There were 2 bathrooms, very close to the pool. Area so you didn't have to go all the way back to your room to use the restroom. They also have a small area for an exercise room. This included a treadmill, an elliptical and a stationary bike. You are allowed to bring drinks, including alcohol into the pool area because on the second night of our stay, we went to go swimming and there were about ten adults in there all drinking beer. My children and I didn't stay very long on this evening. I did not like them being around the alcohol. The first morning, we were not impressed with breakfast but apparently they change the menu every day so by the third day we had biscuits and gravy, which we loved and tasted amazing. All the staff were very nice and helpful.

The pillows were like rocks - flat and hard - barely bendable. There was an issue with the cable tv hookup as well.

Shady location, small rooms, not up to 3 star rating.

The best surprise is no surprise. Just the place we needed for an overnight stay on our trip out west. Easy to get to off the freeway. Room was clean and comfortable, staff pleasant and helpful and excellent. Would definitely recommend

Great hotel staff

The hotel was clean and quiet. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The decor is pretty outdated. Everything was dark and poorly lit. It looked clean but the carpet in my room was sticky on my feet - kind of gross. The guy at the front desk was very nice. They didn’t have real coffee for breakfast; it was an automatic machine - disappointing.

Then she efficiently and politely checked us in.

Great customer service!

First of all, the area was dark in a lot of transits outside the hotel. They do not have an elevator. The room was close to the freeway so I could hear all the noise and I wasn't able to sleep. A lot of noise in the back parking lot until 3:00 in the morning. Television wasn't working. I would have left the hotel but it was too dark outside and I was afraid to walk to my car. As I was alone. Lesson learn. The only good thing about this place was the receptionist that helped me when I arrived.
