Room was nice, the nearby Circle K and direct access to I-25 was very convenient, staff were always very friendly and the breakfast was definitely the best continental breakfasts I’ve had from hotels, especially the waffles. Will highly likely book again next time I visit Colorado Springs

Parking lot is terrible (spaces are too narrow). Toilets are too tight between the shower and vanity, not big person friendly. One elevator with 60+ plus guests is not pleasant. Place was very clean and staff was friendly as can be. I’d definitely pay the extra for nicer amenities and more space next time

I liked EVERYTHING. This will be the hotel we stay at when we come back for sure!! Staff was friendly, my son had what he says his favorite breakfest lol. I loved the fair pricing for the excellent quality it was. Not a single thing I hated.

Tip: 1. Don’t gas up at connivence store down the street of hotel. Prices are more reasonable away from hotels. 2. An ice chest will be helpful, especially if you have kids to keep drinks in. And chapstick too. 3. The drive to the Summit of Pikes peak is no joke. If you're not comfortable with a few hair-pin turns, high on a mountain, then there is a train that takes you up as well. Also, bring warm clothes incase a brief bout of freezing weather come as it did when we were there. Some people only had t-shirts and shorts on when the temps dropped below 40 degrees with sleet and gusty cold winds. The views are amazing though.

The staff was excellent. The hotel was clean and appeared well maintained with some minor updates needed (carpet was pretty old and saggy). The breakfast was great, the kids loved that and the pool. Overall we’d stay there again and it is in a convenient location for most sites and attractions in the area.

Ridiculous for a hotel to have worn out mattresses knowing damn well that the main thing about staying at a hotel is good sleep and rest. Come on best western. Yall know better.

Jeff at the front desk is a delight. Personable and knowledgeable. We always stay at a hotel with a pool, but this one had a lot of teenagers in there all night causing chaos. The pool is small, so we didn't swim. The remote needed its batteries changed, so that was a challenge to get the TV to work. The breakfast was great. Eggs, sausage and gravy, lots of options.

We've stayed here before when visiting family. Nice variety at breakfast. Staff is friendly. Would stay again. Would recommend a couple of maintenance things, but don't want to be overly picky.

The staff from check in to check out were amazing. Super helpful, very informative, very kind. Our room was tidied up everyday and fresh towels put out.

Overall a great hotel with excellent location, but I have to remove 2 stars because I booked & paid a month early, and when I requested a room with a mountain view they wanted to charge me an extra $10 per night. This extra charge is not advertised anywhere on their website or any third-party websites for reserving their hotel so this seemed a little shady to me.

Breakfast was busy and food wasn’t replaced without asking. It also was the normal container scrambled eggs, etc. room was great with a view but fan was super noisy on AC. Convenient to everything. Great cucumber water!

Everything was great Except for the swimming pool. The hot tub was upsetting to see as it’s not being maintained or sanitized properly. The swimming pool looked liked it also needed to have its water filtered. I didn’t want to approach the front desk about the issues because I didn’t want any retaliation fees like I experience at another BW in Utah.

The stay was great! There was a slight mishap whenever the plumbing was not working but the staff were good about communicating and being fair when it came to refunding me for the night. Im so happy with outcome and they were very welcoming.

We stayed for two nights. It is in a nice quiet area of hotels. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors talking. Rooms are on the small side, but the beds were very comfortable. Our bathroom needed some maintenance…slow drain in tub and towel bar kept falling down. Overall, though, it was comfortable, had a great view and good coffee😊

The room was amazing!! The mountain views from our windows were incredible! The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was excellent. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the green chili for the eggs. Delicious!! All of the staff we interacted with were extrenely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

It was beautiful, peaceful, very clean wonderful people at the front desk when I checked in when I checked out the people that worked there the only thing is they had in my room a bit wider curtains to cover up the window since there’s a big light right outside of it and all the light would come in through the edges, but besides this everything was wonderful

Breakfast both mornings were late. Several people left. Vending machines were not stocked. Exceedingly warm on our floor (2nd) had to use the AC in our room. Otherwise clean and comfortable bed and WONDERFUL shower!!!!

The room smells bad. The drain ran slow. I reported the problem to the front desk clerk but she said I couldn't cancel my second night stay and get a refund. I asked for a different room. She stated she couldn't refund me or give me a different room because I booked my room through. You could also hear the sound of neighbors toilets being flushed through the drain of the shower.

Breakfast was great. Only issues with room is that there was not a safe provided. Fitted sheets did not stay fitted which is an issue for me. Hate when sheet bundles up under me. Family emergency caused me to leave early. Was not given credit for leaving 3 days early.

There’s always been a stigma in staying in best westerns being dirty and cheap. Furthest from the truth. One of my favorite place to stay from now on. Very clean, the staff was wonderful. Nice complimentary breakfast. Definitely will stay again and refer people. Kudos to Best Western. You guys have done a great job.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent! This was the quietest hotel we have ever stayed at. It sits at the end of a small road near 2 other hotels. So there is no road traffic. Event hough the hotel was busy our room was quiet! Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was great and the breakfast was excellent! There were different options for breakfast each morning we were there. The food was fresh and even though we went down just about time for breakfast to be over one morning they were still bringing out fresh hot food. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel and every time it is always a great stay. The rooms are cozy and so are the beds. It’s a quiet hotel and at a perfect location. Staff is also friendly.

This is our first time staying at a best Western and it was an excellent experience! We stayed here for a night to enjoy my mom‘s 71st birthday. Everything from the room to the beds the TV the bathroom, the pool, the iced pineapple water, and the delicious breakfast and the gorgeous Mountain View. We will definitely be coming back. Dog friendly hotel with clean environment however, the dog friendly rooms always smelled like wet dog which was a bit odd - maybe needs to shampoo the carpet or put in new carpet.

It was ok. My bed was horrible definitely needed to go that was my only real complaint. Hot tub was nice the pool was a little too cool for me but my daughter didn’t mind. Staff was very friendly.
