Reviews
Guests generally enjoy their stay at this hotel, highlighting the delicious breakfast and friendly staff as standout features. However, many guests note that the property is outdated and in need of renovation, particularly in the rooms and elevators.
- Delicious breakfast
- Friendly staff
- Outdated property
- Rooms and elevators in need of renovation

We spent two nights at this hotel. Location was convenient to visit the tourist attractions nearby. Rooms were clean and spacious with most of the facilities and room service. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was awesome with an option to get customised egg omelettes. There was complementary evening snack and drink. Parking was ample. Overall it was a great experience and highly recommended.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good. The staff was doing their best to keep up with the guests despite a few challenges.
- 3/5
Our room was clean but smelled terribly of chemicals and bug spray. The breakfast bar was nice. The location was good. We didn’t use the pool because it was small and dimly lit. We also had to pay for parking.
- 2/5
We stay at the Embassy Suites frequently and this is definitely the worst we have stayed at! The construction is loud and messy. Several elevators dont work. The room had lots of broken items. You have to pay for parking in a lot full of construction stuff. The deposit is $150. We came out the back door to a bear on the trash dumpster. We had an issue with our car and needed to stay an extra night. Front desk said there were no rooms open. We booked somewhere else and then noticed online there were lots of rooms open. We had to pay 2 Ubers to get us all to a different hotel.

We had a clean room with a very comfortable bed. We were able to comfortably visit with family in the suite, which was great. The breakfast was excellent! The staff were all pleasant and helpful. I was surprised to have to pay $15 a night for parking. One elevator was out of order, which slowed the other one down because everyone had to use just one. We liked the location. It was easy to get to the highway.
- 5/5
All the hotel staff were so kind, the breakfast was great, and the room was clean and had everything ready. It was a wonderful service.
- 3/5
We have stayed at this location before and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately was not has happy this time. Rooms were updated and clean. Our rooms didn’t have enough towels, bedding and refrigerator was not on when we checked it.It took more than 4 hours to get the stuff we needed from housekeeping. Breakfast was terrible we didn’t even bother going down for breakfast after the first day. They were doing construction outside the rooms at 8:00 in the morning on Saturday this should have happened later. There were also problems with the elevator this has been a problem in the past also you would think that it would be resolved by now.We had to paid for parking which I believe was hotels.com issue because they advertised free parking they need to update there listing.Although the hotel should have waived the parking.Hopefully the hotel resolves these issues for future guests.

The staff was great and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious but outdated. I recommend requesting a room that is not on the 1st floor and note that they charge a $15 self parking fee.
- 2/5
We knew hotel was undergoing renovations when we booked so we get the minor disruptions eg lift not working, but the room had a plumbing problem and noise from postage stamp size bathroom kept us up all night, the $15 a day charge for parking was ridiculous as the other hotels next door did not charge. These issues where communicated to staff who basically couldn't care less.
- 4/5
Everything was excellent, especially the staff! Internet and television were limited. But I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

- 5/5
We loved our stay. The newly renovated rooms are clean and nice. There is still a little construction around but that should be done soon. We would stay here again. The breakfast is amazing.
- 5/5
Room & staff were grate. They are remodeling so the pool was closed for part of our stay but when we were able to swim, it was also great! The only thing that was a little annoying the grass was cut and left all over the front of our car.
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice and very spacious! Even with them doing renovations it was still quite. I love how open it is and everyone was very nice! The Breakfast was amazing!!

Great place great breakfast!!!
- 5/5
Great staff. Great rooms very spacious. Great breakfast
- 2/5
They advertised a hot tub and pool. but both were out of service. They said to go to the hotel next door, but their hot tub was nothing but cold water. No snacks at Happy Hour like the other Embassy Suites I had stayed in before. Breakfast was nothing but a disaster- The employees there didn't care about not serving what was advertised on the hours listed. I had to get their manager involved to get any bacon, fresh fruit, and other necessities. The shower needed to be fixed. The plug was stuck, so I had to stand in water. The air conditioning was a joke and it was basically stuck at 75 degrees the entire time.
- 4/5
Very clean, even though under remodeling. Good location. Wish they would have coffee available even before or after breakfast times. Did not like, or understand why they have a parkibg fee to park in the Hotel parking lot.
- 5/5
Room was clean and spacious. I’m not a fan of carpet in hotels but they were clean and maintained. I would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent and we had good service. That being said, the motel was being renovated and was noisy and dusty. There was only one working elevator by the front desk and it was in need of repair. Long wait times and when buttons for floors were pushed it often didn't register in the elevator. The bad news for expedia travelers is that the hotel and expedia have an arrangement whereby you pay $15 a night for parking at a facility that advertises "free" parking for the general public. The charge is buried in the fine print of expedia's booking policy and most travelers will not notice they are being ripped off in this instance. I complained to management at the hotel and the manager was the one to show me expedia's fine print clause on parking. The manager waived one night's charge and I was told to contact either their customer support office or expedia to get the other night's charge waived. I did contact their support office and when I checked out there was no charge for parking. I'll have to wait until my credit card statement arrives to see if that was actually the case. The irritating thing is I should not have had to do anything as the motel advertises free parking and I should not be ripped off by embassy suites or expedia in the first place. It's a buyer beware situation and reflects poorly on expedia and embassy suites

Our bathtub was not clean and fan in the bathroom was full of dust and did not work. The air conditioner in the room also did not work properly. The security door latch was loose. The hot and cold in both sinks were on the opposite sides of what they should be. I was extremely disappointed with our stay and the amount I was charged for the room because it was not worth the price. At this time I will not chose to stay at Embassy Suites in the future.
- 3/5
Being re-done, no access to pool, spa, bar. A bit noisy and workers everywhere. Maybe it’s better when they’re done.

Rooms are big and clean
- 3/5
The room was clean, but had a little bit of a weird funky smell. The staff were very friendly/polite and helpful. We were aware construction was happening, which wasn't a problem. There was no noise or inconveniences from that. However, the firdge in our room didnt work, the fan in the bathroom squealed so loud we were afraid to use it, there was a large accumulation of dust and debris in the fan and it appeared hadn't bean cleaned in a very long time. The bathroom door kept sticking. The elevator buttons were finicky. The parking lot in front was nice but in the back it was completely covered in trash blowing around the parked vehicles. The inside of the hotel was beautiful had a lot of room for people to sit and relax and eat together. But the main esthetics of the outside of the hotel is what really brought down my raiting.

Comfortable stay!
- 3/5
The hotel has great views, huge rooms, and is very conveniently located to I-25. However, a large majority of the property is under heavy renovations. Hotels need to be renovated occasionally, most travelers know this. The problem we had was there was nothing on their website alerting us to the heavy renovations. 3 of four elevators were not in operation. The pool and hot tub area were shut down for remodeling. The Restaurant and Bar were closed for remodeling, but were operating in a makeshift bar area where you could order food by standing in line. However, The food was delicious! And the breakfast bar is well above average. The entire hotel staff was stressed having to deal with travelers that were unaware of the heavy remodeling, but they were very helpful and patient.
- 2/5
I received an email a couple of nights before our travels stating that the property was under renovation but it didn’t specify what was out of commission! Pool was out ! Casual hang out areas were out! Our bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine! We had lights that didn’t work in our room and to top it off they didn’t have secured parking but it was 15$ a night to park !! In the end I give it a 1.5
- 5/5
The property is going through a very much needed remodel. It’s still very pleasant to stay. But, when they finish it will be amazing.
- 1/5
Rooms were clean and beds are comfortable The pool was closed and the bar was closed this was not mentioned before booking and we booked here thinking we would be swimming and using hot tub. Going start charging $15 a night for parking which is just ridiculous. Anyway to get your money

Some of the staff were very helpful but the property seemed like it was under construction. Elevator under maintenance, pool and hot tub under maintenance, restaurant closed. First room the heat and ac didn't work but we were given a free night for our troubles and a different room after the first night
- 2/5
The breakfast was abysmal with unclean plates, stale food, and completely unappetizing, ruined fruit options. Security was also a major concern; our room door stopped locking entirely. We requested a room swap before heading out so our belongings would be secure, but maintenance was severely delayed. For the price and the brand name, this was a massive disappointment. Avoid this location.
- 5/5
Only downfall was when I booked the hotel the 3rd party did not tell us they were renovating.
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit cramped but was clean. Free made to order breakfast was great! We did pay for a mountain view, which i suppose we got, from the living room area, which we didnt spend much time in. The elevator was a little sketchy so we avoided it. The staff was great! And very friendly! Very clean rooms! We don't drink so we didn't take advantage of the free drinks, but it's nice if you do!
- 2/5
In my opinion the worst embassy suites i have ever stayed at... 2 out of the 4 elevators weren't working.. the pool was out of service, my room had 1 remote for both tvs AND it didnt work on either tv and to top it off there was a leak in my room and they didnt offer to compensate in any way, they just said "we will have it dry before you come back"... not a pleasant experience..
- 2.5/5
Construction going on so couldn’t really sleep in lots of sketchy guys in the parking lot taking young girls to the rooms

Elevator are super slow. 10’ wait to get down at times. Rooms are very small but are clean and well kept.
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel, and excellent experience. The four star rating is just because it’s under construction, but they are handling it as as well as as could be expected.
- 1/5
none of it. BED LINENS VERY OVERBLEACHED, could not sleep without eyes burning and problems breathing. I FEEL ANGRY and RIPPED OFF. Paid alot of money for a KING SUITE to gave a great, special night away! None of this happened and when I checked out I got a canned response of indifference
- 3/5
I have always like Embassy Suites. However, there was construction that was not on their website. I went a second time too look after the attendant at the check in shared the information with me and not in a positive or supportive manner. I took pictures of the website with no mention of the construction work. Then there were no amenities- no pool, no hot tub nor gym- everything was being renovated- so upsetting. I should have given them a 1 for amenities.
- 1.5/5
Everything was malfunctioning at this location. The elevator and telephone in my room were out of order. The indoor swimming pool was closed, and the weight room was not in good condition. This was a waste of my money, especially since I was traveling with my son, an athlete who enjoys working out and swimming. I’ve been in better Embassy Suites, and this one in Colorado Springs will not get my money. again.

Location was great, breakfast was good I chose a specific room for my wife because there were no accessible rooms available during our stay. I intentionally selected Room 422 because it was located directly next to the elevator to minimize walking distance, as my wife is disabled. Unfortunately, the elevator on that side of the building was out of service, which forced her to walk a much greater distance than expected instead of just a few steps to our room. This was especially disappointing since the room location was chosen specifically for accessibility reasons. I also felt the $150 incidental hold was unusually high. In my experience staying at other Hilton properties, including Homewood Suites locations, I have generally encountered lower incidental holds, so this amount felt excessive. The $15 per-night parking fee also felt difficult to justify considering the parking lot is open and uncovered. Finding parking was challenging because several spaces were occupied by old mattresses and roll-off dumpsters due to the ongoing renovations. Given the limited availability and construction impact, parking should have been complimentary. For comparison, even the Broadmoor charges more for parking, but their fees come with covered parking and valet services. Charging for uncovered parking with reduced availability during active renovations felt unreasonable. The property itself also feels quite dated and clearly needs the renovations currently taking place. The open atrium concept has potential, but it definitely needs some updating and a fresh look. Overall, I understand renovations are temporary, but several of these issues had a noticeable impact on our stay and overall experience.
- 2/5
Good breakfast, locked entrance door reassuring safety. Made a reservation for a queen suite room with a private balcony. When we got checked in the room didn't have a balcony. Asked if we could get moved to a room that had a balcony and the rooms were booked. The elevators took forever! Then proceeded to ask to be put on the first floor so we didn't have to encounter that. The hotel was also going through renovations, I feel like they should at least put that on the website along with the pool not working due to that.

A lot of construction going on and the pool was closed
- 2/5
You’d think there’d be communication regarding the state of the hotel prior to check-in, but there wasn’t. The same $ rate each day, with limited amenities and construction all day. The pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant and bar were closed, and half the elevators were out of service. The breakfast was out of stuff each day. The sinks in the bathrooms stopped working, exits were closed, the towels smelled weird, the sheets smelled like cigarettes. Also, you have to pay $15 a day to park at the hotel, which is so unnecessary. There should be a discounted rate with those conditions. If we knew that was going to be the situation, we would’ve stayed somewhere else.

Restaurant, pool, spa closed
- 4/5
Breakfast,as always was superb, shame the pool and other areas are being renovated
- 3/5
The property is getting old. Roof leaking in the atrium, elevators breaking. Breakfast was good but we waited 20 minutes fur an omelet. Parking was scarce. Bathroom is small.

The breakfast is awesome. The rooms are comfy and big for the family
- 1/5
The hotel was supposedly under renovations. With that being said the pool is closed the workout room was closed. Zero notification to anyone. Construction started daily at 7:am banging ,shouting, paint fumes were noxious. The bar was closed .even room service wasn’t available. TVs didn’t work. Worst experience ever.
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Hotel was undergoing renovations but they did their best to make sure guests were not inconvenienced.
- 4/5
The staff were very helpful. Thank you.
- 3/5
Rooms smelled bad. We called and made sure the pool was going to be open during our stay but they closed it a day early.
- 2/5
There was one small elevator that you had to jump into or it would leave, even though there were people trying to get on after the others had gotten off. The front desk only had one service member, and when we arrived, there was a line already started. As mentioned before, the pool area was closed for refurbishment, and there were “excuse our dust” signs everywhere. It was not until the cancellation deadline had passed, that we actually received a notice from Expedia that the pool was out of service. Overall, we spent too much on a lackluster room. Would not recommend.
- 5/5
Most of the employees are super nice, friendly, helpful and sweet but there is definitely 3 that are super rude and always seem to be annoyed when you talk to them.
- 4/5
The room was spacious, clean and roomy. Beds were great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The main seating for the restaurant was closed for renovations so they had a makeshift, awkward setup to order dinner and drinks from. There were lots of options for breakfast however the food at the buffet was lukewarm at best. We would stay here again but preferably after renovations are completed.
- 4/5
It will be nice once the renovation is complete. However, right now it's in a mess. Staff explained completely but still quite inconvenient. Especially the free drink area as the alcohol was a 3 at best. Once renovation is complete, I'm sure it will be nice.
- 2/5
The Housekeeping staff was wonderful. The food and beverages department was terrible. The front desk staff was ok. Not a very pleasant experience overall.
- 3.5/5
I didn't like how the towels were on the counter, I waited for a blow dryer or never came.

Clean room, great breakfast the only thing is now they charge for parking and they want you to pay advance which is great until you check out and they charge you again to park . I’m not sure I’ll be back and I used to really like this hotel
- 2/5
The remote did not work for the tv and neither did the air conditioner it was so hot we couldn't sleep.
- 3/5
Terrible customer service. I have contacted the propery regarding a sweater that was left behind less than 2 hours from checking out. I specifically told whomever I was texting the room number and I had left the sweater on the bed. No response whatsoever!
- 3/5
Room was clean but looks like the new upgrades are already falling apart.
- 2/5
Is definitely not what we're used to at that location, which we've stayed at numerous times.
- 3/5
Super peaceful/quiet at night and the beds were really comfortable. I normally don't sleep that great at hotels, but did here. Big rooms too. There was construction going on every day, which had it's challenges because I was working from my room. The breakfast buffet was pretty meh. Omelette bar was good and you can also order fresh eggs which was saved breakfast. The buffet though didn't change and wasn't good. Potatoes were always undercooked and always the same style. Pancakes were dry which they changed out after a few days with french toast which was dry/hard as well. I was there for a week and thought they might get biscuits and gravy, or some ham, or breakfast scramble mix. It was just the same stuff every day and nothing was very good. I gave up after about the 5th day. They mixed it up better with the evening reception which was snack food. I'd stay there again but I'd skip the breakfast buffet.
- 1/5
Suit yourself, but I will not be staying here again
- 1/5
Yes
- 5/5
Everything was great differently would stay here again.
- 5/5
They are currently updating the hotel but our stay was wonderful. Hopefully they are planning on renovating the pool and hot tub area. It was extremely dingy. Other than that our room was wonderful, breakfast was delicious and the happy hour was nice. The bartenders were wonderful.
- 1/5
Air conditioner in the room did not work. Bathroom dont stacked with proper soaps/hair products. Television in front room not working. Called Maintenance two times in two days. Breakfast had good selection, but if you got there after 9 am alot of items were gone. Charging for parking when hotel lobby and courtyard still under constructon was a bit much. Would not recommend.
- 4/5
We really enjoyed our stay at this embassy suites. It was a great location. We were close to cave of the winds, Garden of the gods, the Broadmoor hotel, shopping, movie theater, and restaurants. The hotel has been recently renovated and it looks great. The room was clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was great as well. There was plenty to choose from, including a made to order omelette station and waffles, and it was all delicious. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
- 3/5
Coffee ran out early on
- 5/5
Great customer service, room, housecleaning. Breakfast omelet bar and other options were a great way to start the day.
- 5/5
Great staff. Quiet place to rest. Good breakfast and very clean. Definitely will come back.
- 5/5
Elisse, made this stay amazing. She has been great. As front desk staff she has been so welcoming
- 3/5
Location was in the process of remodel thus construction activity inside and out. Disappointed that there were items not available for dinner and breakfast that were listed on their menus
- 5/5
Great overall. Very welcoming.
- 4/5
The staff was nice. My room was clean. Bed was made up, but the sheet had crusty strain on them. I didnt complain I travel with my own away.Im not sure if they still offer complimentary water or not But it would have been nice to have some water in the room. Breakfast and cocktail hour was great. Im hilton rewards member .I love there facilities. This one was beening renovated Im sure its going to be beautiful when its done. I would stay at this hotel again.
- 3/5
The charged for Parking while other hotels in same area did not have parking fees. Same Food Menu Daily, not a lot of Fruit Choices. Room was clean but since hotel was having renovations it smelled bad with leaky roofs and leaky room windows. Picture showed they had outside balcony.None of the room have it. I had more expectations from Embassy Suites but not as expected, same quality as others with cheaper rates, no difference.
- 5/5
Room was nice besides having a sink issue but the front desk was very friendly and was able to put me in another room
- 3/5
Breakfast was good, except even if we arrived with an hour before it was over many of the items were out and not replenished. Often was out of bacon, yogurt, fruit and bagels.
- 2/5
Reception was impolite, we tried to check in early we were told from 1130-310 that we would be unable to check in as housekeeping had not started cleaning. I was unwell, no sympathy, very abrupt answer no check I. Until 3.
- 1/5
the food was horrible and cold, the pizza wasn’t fully cooked, the loaded nachos didn’t have any cheese just a little on the bottom of the container. only got complimentary drinks one night cause bartender took the card. we stayed two nights and were supposed to get two drink each for each night we stayed. had to pay $15 for parking per day. parking was HORRIBLE. parking lot was so full of ppl that didn’t have rooms that some ppl parked in front of the doors which is ridiculous for the amount of money they charge for parking. pool says it’s supposed to be heated but was cold, hot tub was too hot it made us feel sick just being in there 3mins. toilet was hard to flush. the tub didn’t have a plug to bath our kids, had to make our own. the sheets were torn and the window wasn’t weathered proof on the outside so there was rain inside the window when we woke up the next morning. main elevator sounded like it didn’t want to work all the time.
- 5/5
Our room was great. The hotel provides a breakfast buffet, which was good - lots of options. I used the laundry facilities which was a plus. My son and his basketball team enjoyed the pool and the parents enjoyed a free complimentary beverage at the hotel restaurant. They do charge $15/day to park.
- 3/5
Breakfast was never open at advertised time, restaurant manager was rude to guests. I won’t book there again
- 5/5
They were renovating when we were there but did a good job of keeping up with the construction mess. Breakfast was good and really enjoyed the selection.
- 4/5
Mountain virw and breakfast. Noise fro. Remodel was loud
- 2/5
Breakfast was cold and empty, door to the room wouldn’t shut properly and $150 deposit for incidentals was outrageous.
- 5/5
Loved the free breakfast - many good options, great omelettes. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice
- 5/5
The hotel is undergoing renovations, but everything was super and guests weren't inconvenienced by noise. The breakfast is very good and the evening reception is a nice break at the end of a day.
- 5/5
The hotel is currently under a major renovation - but even while all that was going on we had a great stay. Our room was clean, they have soft and fluffy pillows. They have a free breakfast each morning with an omelet station!! The hot tub was not heated for our stay, unfortunately and over run by a kids birthday party. Other than that we would highly recommend and would stay here again!
- 1/5
Facilities were filthy dirty and the buffet breakfast was terrible. Overall terrible service from staff.
- 5/5
Yes great buffet and the cleanliness I put a 3 because it’s under construction. Other wise very clean. Staff was great
- 4/5
Rooms were clean. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good as well. Bar was lively and drinks were plentiful lol. I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been a pleasure.
- 5/5
This property is actively under significant construction/remodel so not the cleanest, elevator down, pool and hot tub were both very cold and packed with kids (volleyball tournament weekend), breakfast was average-made to order omelets were a nice touch but line was crazy long so never got the opportunity to enjoy this either and rooms are a great size but dated with our sons room literally having nail tips sticking out of the wall which I imagine/hope will be improved after remodel. Overall it was fine and staff really were accommodating but not for the amount they still charge for rooms at the moment.
- 5/5
Amazing front desk help! Breakfast and happy hour is the best
- 5/5
Great staff! Room was clean, I loved the divided bedroom and living space with a TV in each area.
- 3/5
Breakfast was Ok. Staff can do better keeping utensils and food refilled
- 5/5
Construction continues at this hotel, but they compensate by making it a good value for your money. The construction never bothered us, and our room was remodeled and lovely. The happy hour was a bit limited as the beer tap wasn’t working during our visit. The breakfast was delicious!

Front desk hosts were friendly and greeted us every time we walked in or out. Considering the construction going on during our stay, cleanliness was good.
- 4/5
breakfast was amazing! cooked to order and buffet. Lacked nothing in choices and freshness.
- 5/5
the hotel was convenient clean and staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast made it easier for our stay.
- 5/5
a great time.
- 5/5
Free breakfast was a nice surprise for this type hotel, but staff fell behind on keeping items stocked. Renovations were going on during our stay, but once they are done, hotel will have a nice appearance. Free snacks in evening another plus along with 2 free drinks.
- 5/5
Espectacular nuestra estancia la pasamos súper bien en familia la atención excelente y el personal amable y atento a todo
- 5/5
Great staff, clean rooms and good breakfast.
- 5/5
One thing I would have liked was to have a few bottles of water in the room. This has been the first hotel that I've stayed at that didn't have complimentary water bottles. Other than that I absolutely loved the hotel.
- 3/5
The toilet in the suite was totally impractical, i had to hold the handle while it flushed. The flush was so inadequate just a kleenex would swirl around the bowl and not flush away. My shower gel remained unfilled the entire trip. The bar had no CO2 for the beer delivery system so 'happy hour' mainly consisted of spirits or house wine. I just like a beer once in a while.
- 3.5/5
Pretty much everything was amazing, definitely top 3 hotels I've ever stayed at They recently change their free parking for paid parking, it was not updated on booking.com and they said they would not charge us and they still did.

- 5/5
Loved how the staff took care of all our needs and the breakfast was excellent.
- 5/5
Property in midst of renovation but still solid. Breakfast is great. Rooms gave our family enough room to spread out and relax.
- 5/5
This hotel was very nice and clean. The only thing i can complain about is having to pay to park. It didn't say anything about that when i booked. Other than that everything was great! The Breakfast was the best i have had in a hotel.
- 5/5
Lovely stay.
- 3/5
Was not aware that you had to pay for parking and was not aware on construction being performed inside the hotel prior to the stay.
- 5/5
The building itself is very nice- love how open it is in the middle and the sunlight that comes down from the skylights. The room is great, love having a bedroom plus the pull out couch in the living room. The breakfast is the best I've ever seen at a hotel, with every imaginable option plus omelets cooked to order- you choose what goes in. The pool and hot tub are very nice. There was a birthday party the first night so it was very, very busy, but after that it was ok. Having to pay to park is a bit weird- never experienced that short of staying downtown in a very large city.Anyways, they are renovating it now, so if we come back here and stay here again it'll probably be even nicer! We got an amazing price too for this place- more than got our money's worth! Highly recommend staying here. The staff also were so incredibly nice and friendly- wanted to mention that as well.
- 4/5
That was very good
- 5/5
The staff was super helpful and personable. Very welcoming and friendly. My mattress in room 441 was a bit worn. I still slept well.

Our room was clean, all but one elevator was in working condition when we arrived. Throughout our stay that one elevator was struggling to keep of the demand of the whole hotel. The breakfast seemed as if they were preparing for far less than what was checked in. The advertised food was not available - oatmeal, fresh fruit, muffins … they’d run out well before the end over an hour before the end. The arcade advertised is by coin- and there is no cash to coin even if I was going to pay for the games. The free drink added was nice if there wasn’t such an enormous line for it.. the ventt in our restroom was so obnoxiously loud there is no way anyone could use it, in fact we heard when our neighbors used theirs for a second before they decided it too was too obnoxious. Also parking was noted to be free however they charged me 50$ … I can’t say I’d stay there again. The plus was that they were very clean and the staff was very friendly even with the complaints they were getting… since they were also going through construction upgrades - that I feel they handled well I mean it’s something that has to get done. However if I’d known a portion of this would not have booked here and spent the money I did unfortunately :/
- 5/5
Great stay; some remodeling was being done, and the elevators gave everyone issues.
- 4/5
Great place for families. The happy hour is a nice perk, and the breakfast options were much greater than most hotels in the same price range.
- 2/5
Pool was warm. Bartender was great. Check in was lousy - couldn’t find an employee for 30 minutes. Breakfast was blah - no fruit options and food wasn’t very good. The room had no lightswitch and was super dark. I fell on the coffee table while I was walking around the dark room trying to find a lamp that worked. I will never go back.
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing and loved the accommodations of 2 drinks a day.
- 3/5
Didnt appreciate all the construction.. breakfast was cold . There was something spilled on floor by back door the entire 4 days i was there so no one cleaned that floor .. our shower knob was also broken
- 1/5
Breakfast was good. Elevators not working
- 3/5
They are updating and only 1 elevator worked out out 4 so that made the stay rough
- 5/5
Very welcoming staff. Although a lot of remodeling being done there didn't seem to be any disruptions. Nice breakfast and happy hour too!
- 1/5
Non working elevators, unhelpful and rude staff., Appear to have added extra charges. Never again!
- 2/5
Front desk clerk was a delight, room was clean and comfortable but breakfast was the worst ever in all my years of travel. There was no food or plates anywhere so I had to stand in line for omelets which was almost 1/2 hour wait. Really disappointed.
- 2/5
I have stayed in so many Embassy Suites in several states and I have never been so disappointed in them as much as I was this past weekend. The breakfast was subpar at best. Even after sharing my thoughts with Elisse whom said she would make sure that breakfast issues were corrected the next day which never happened. We had a long funeral to attend that morning so we were depending on getting a good fulfilling breakfast and we did not. We finally decided to just drive somewhere else to have breakfast. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the fridge never cooled down. If I ever visit Colorado again I definitely will not be staying in this hotel.
- 1/5
We had two rooms. In my daughter's room the air/heat vent rattled so badly she had to shut it off to sleep. There was an out of service elevator near my room that did not have a sign so we waited and waited before finally giving up. There was a sign on the first floor. Breakfast, which is usually a Embassy Suites specialty, was a disaster. They were out of fruit, bagels, pastry, french toast, sugar for coffee, and hash browns. We arrived 50 minutes before the end of breakfast. I asked the person at the omelet station (the only person in the breakfast area) if they were going to restock. She didn't know. I pointed out that they were out of all of those things. She said, "oh." The line to get an omelet took more that 45 minutes just to place the omelet order. I went to the front desk to see if anyone could restock. They said they would look into it. There was never any re-stock. Meanwhile, I went into the bathroom and both of the toilets were full of poop and would not flush. We feel like we wasted a lot of money on this hotel.
- 5/5
Staff was extremely nice and helpful, complementary breakfast and drinks was awesome
- 5/5
They were in the middle of a remodel. Two of the 4 elevators didn't work and one was extremely slow. Other than that, the rooms were clean, the food was good, and overall was a nice stay.
- 2/5
The breakfast was always empty before the end time and also they only had 1 elevator for the whole hotel so it took forever just to get down to the main floor. It was so crowded the pool was a huge mess and the hot tub was dirty.
- 3/5
The breakfast was so disappointing. There was minimal food out. There wasn’t plates or forks or cups. The line for the omelette station was 25 minutes long. We have stayed here multiple times in the past but I’m not sure we will be rushing back.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
Visited during construction—only one elevator was operational. Breakfast was decent, and the happy hour offered good drinks along with food available for purchase.
- 4/5
They are having renovations done so if that bothers you I wouldnt stay here, but overall we were not disappointed and enjoyed our time. The breakfast missing bacon was a little sad for my husband but atleast there is an option to have something to eat in the morning. We will be back and cant wait to see the updates!!
- 1/5
I want to start off with the positives; the front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Now onto the nitty gritty. Our room was not clean. The shower drain in our room was clogged and the fan did not circulate at all. The pool was very dirty, including a glass that had been there the entirety of our stay and not picked up as well as “floaters” in the pool. Breakfast left much to be desired as every day something was missing such as mugs for coffee and cups for juice. When we asked the staff at the breakfast area for cups and mugs we were met with indifference and rude attitudes. We ordered room service one night and received burned Mac and cheese (not sure how you even burn it) and the most disgusting fries known to mankind. We also were not informed that the hotel was under construction and the elevator was barely functioning. Using the stairs and seeing the leaking pipes was an interesting experience for us and our children. I could go on but I think I have said enough. Overall, I’m very disappointed.
- 2/5
Room was good as usual. This is our 3rd time staying with yall. Staff was very nice. We were a family of 14 and we all enjoyed. Only down fall was breakfast ran out witin an hour or 2 no cups to drink out of. Have 4 elevators only 1 half way worked. So stairs was our best way to get from the 4th floor to the main lobby. Horrible!!! But other them that we will still stay here.
- 5/5
Perfect, spacious, clean!
- 4/5
The hotel was under renovation. Everything was still very clean. The staff was friendly.
- 4/5
Hotel was actively being renovated- this was not an issue except for only one elevator was functioning, and it was slow. The king suite was updated and very spacious!
- 5/5
Breakfast could have been better fully stocked. The lines were too long and it was running out things quickly, there was no regular creamer for the coffee, only 1 waffle maker, the line for the omelets was too long because there’s only one chef besides that everything was perfect. We would like to stay again.
- 5/5
The rooms are very clean, staff are very polite
- 5/5
Overall amazing
- 3/5
Good environment , just took forever for maintenance to come and fix the heat in our room.
- 5/5
Clean room and very friendly staff
- 5/5
Yes. Everything was perfect!
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 3/5
Everything usually is great when we stay here, unfortunately this time around our room was very humid and air conditioning was not very efficient.
- 5/5
The hot water went out one night, but it was fine
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 4/5
Said pool was heated but it was not very heated. Also, you need more than 2 cooks at the breakfast counter. Very long lines
- 5/5
Great front staff, they are in middle of upgrading the facility but it was very quite and not that big of an issue. I would go back.
- 3/5
There were several things that brought the score down. The elevator nearest the breakfast area was very dangerous. It would skip, drag, bounce in place and move slowly. Once time didn't move at all. The breakfast was a sad situation for many of the folks staying at your location. Running out of food with 1.5 - 2 hours left of service, no scrambled eggs, meat or syrup. Your egg cook snapping at your other employee. The young man was just letting her know that the food trays were out of sausage and eggs and she snapped at him that there wasn't any more. I highly doubt it was his job to order supplies so he should not have been snapped at. A manager should have gone to the store to buy more food and get reimbursed by HILTON in that case. It was each morning so it wasn't even one of my stay days Travelers have a lot of choices in that area and I imagine they chose based on the HILTON name and the convenience of breakfast. I can afford to buy my own but there were several families with kids that were very let down by the situation. I will be traveling to Colorado Springs several times a year as my adult kids just moved there and I have to be honest and say, I don' tknow that I would trust staying there again.
- 1/5
The room was dirty there was random pieces of tape all over the walls, blood on one of the pillows and dried blood in the shower. They give you complimentary drink passes when you check in but the bar wouldn’t honor them but we went 15 mins before happy hour ended, mind you we were still there and still ordered 15 full minutes before it ended yet they refused to honor them. They refused to honor the complementary dinner the front desk had also given us stating they needed to be informed 24 hours prior? Didn’t make sense. It seemed the front desk and the hotel restaurant/bar were just not communicating or something. We went to the front desk they confirmed the complementary dinner for our anniversary went back to the restaurant they said no. The breakfast bar just wasn’t being restocked so unless you were one of the first people there wasn’t anything other than custom omelettes with nothing else. The pool was suppose to be adults only from 10PM-12AM but the hotel would not enforce it. Kids were playing in the pool all night which usually wouldn’t be an issue but we this was one of the selling points on this hotel for us, we asked front desk to get the kids out of the hot tub at 11 because we wanted to enjoy it and they just didn’t. The elevators got stuck multiple times once for a prolonged period with children inside and they were screaming bloody murder while the hotel staff just casually walked around. Not enough urgency IMO seemed like a common occurrence which is scary.
- 3/5
The room had an unusual odor. Check-in was difficult because the system was down, and staff were unsure which room we had been assigned, so they had to call us later. The hallways also smelled strongly of marijuana.
- 2/5
We were there for 4 days. The very first day, they had no Waffle mix, no syrup, no protein, no coffee. Not much left with still 3 hours to go before breakfast was over. Other guest were also upset and one approached us and have us a business card for the general manger of the hotel. We called him and never received a call back. We spoke to the front desk and was told they had been waiting on a truck delivery that had not yet shown up and they would check into it and call or room to let us know. They never called either. It was the same way for the entirety of our stay, ditching us to go out for breakfast. Next, they elevators were very slow and some not working at all. They were remodeling and we shouldve been notified before we arrived and given the option to stay there or not, due to construction noise. Jets in hot tub not working.
- 3/5
Our room was extremely hot. Maintenance was supposed to fix in the evening but never came. They are remodeling but the noise wasn't unbearable. Hopefully they renovate all rooms soon as they are pretty outdated.

- 2/5
Stayed here a few years ago and it was great. This time, all the breakfast food was cold and not stocked with utensils, we could not connect to the WiFi.
- 2/5
I had booked at Embassy for a nicer hotel for Valentines Day. When we arrived the front staff took about 10 minutes before assisting me. When we got to our room, we had booked and paid for a king size bed and we ended up with 2 queens because they booked out our room to someone else. The elevator wouldn't work properly, we got stuck on it for a couple minutes before it would work. They had construction working at 8 am, which they did warn us when we got there but that would have been good to know when we booked our room. They also charged my card $150 upfront for incidentals which we got back but usually hotels just have a card on file for incidentals. Luckily I had just enough to cover the extra $150. All in all, we were very disappointed with our stay for a pricier "nicer" hotel. We won't be back.
- 4/5
The breakfast buffet food lacked taste.
- 2/5
We stayed on February 6 and 7, 2026. Overall, not a bad stay for my wife and I but both mornings there was no hot water. On Saturday, we were told they were working on it. A few hours later the water was tepid but not hot. Sunday, we skipped the shower as there was not time even if we checked out at 11:00. We enjoy Embassy when we can afford it but at $150 per night I really don't feel like taking the chance again. Hot water is not asking too much and is not a hard fix. How many rooms were booked on Saturday knowing there would be no hot water for them on Sunday? In my mind, that says a lot about Embassy's drop in customer service, integrity, and reputation.
- 5/5
The accommodations met my expectations, especially for the price. The staff were all professional and very nice. They were very attentive to my family and children. Will be back for next year's gymnastic competition
- 2/5
Dingy and everything was out of stock. Breakfast was sad
- 4/5
Great customer service. Clean rooms, great room!!
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Hotel was being remodeled, but I will say staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I travel frequently and can’t remember last time. I met employees that were so kind and helpful and happy.
- 5/5
The staff was great and the breakfast was elite. Great stay!
- 5/5
The room was very spacious and very clean. The bar, dining area, and over of the hotel was very clean. The staff was very kind and friendly. Definitely no complaints at this hotel.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and courteous. They made recomendations of places to visit and watch the football games. They aslo let us see the room before we were assigned to it. We will stay there again of future trips.
- 3/5
The room smelled weird, staff was great and overall stay was good but not up to usual embassy suites standards. If your thinking of staying here I would recommend the BEST WESTERN PLUS across the street it is much nicer, cleaner, smells great and overall just a better experience I stayed at embassy two nights and BW 1 night.
- 4/5
The best part was the freshly made omelets, the other food was okay but it wasn't very hot in the chafing dishes. Some silverware was still dirty when it came out of the dishwasher and the plates were ice cold
- 5/5
Pros :Room was clean and spacious breakfast was awesome me and my grandson really enjoyed the pool happy hour was a plus definitely will stay here again . Con : the atrium was so cold but two coils were out so that couldn’t be avoided
- 5/5
Excellent hotel, very clean , modern and luxurious , wonderful free breakfast, spacious and renowned rooms, great staff, nothing negative to say… 100% recommended…
- 5/5
I really enjoyed the Happy Hour, what a nice perk! The breakfast was excellent (although you could use more ceramic bowls, instead of plastic).
- 5/5
Yes everything good
- 4/5
Solid room, great breakfast but only two elevators were working for the entire building.
- 4/5
Staff was really wonderful! Still a little work to be done to keep the hotel updated and fresh but they're on their way. Restaurant was very reasonable and had some good food.
- 3/5
It was cool they had an omelet station bit they were out of key ingredients. No cups for drinks and it was cold and short staffed.
- 2/5
The rooms need major updating along with the linens. The windows are paper thin it was freezing it ac unit keep shutting down outlets for charges are slow and only one worked I will be applying for a refund.. was but a good family Christmas trip in either rooms I had.
- 5/5
Great breakfast and managers reception. Clean room.
- 5/5
The room was clean, the staff went over and above and the views were great
- 1/5
No silverware or plates to eat breakfast with! Long lines … food buffet terrible… very disappointing…
- 1/5
We had no hot water when we needed it to get around before dinner. The shower leaked and had to listen to dripping water. There were no cords to the phones so couldn’t just call front desk. Could not connect to the internet. Not what was expected for the price!
- 5/5
Alena was amazing and we are so appreciative of her for everything!
- 5/5
I had lost my wallet by accidentally throwing it in some trash and the staff went above and beyond to help me find it. I wish I caught the two workers that help me. Definitely will be staying here again.
- 5/5
Even though the property was undergoing renovations everything was clean and I love the perks of the breakfast-omelets cooked to order and happy hour.
- 1/5
The staff really didn’t care. The breakfast was good. There is an older gentleman from Puerto Rico that was the nicest to me and my family. Only 1 elevator worked to get to my floor. Even at that the elevator only worked sometimes. Definitely will be staying somewhere else next time.
- 3/5
The room was cold right next to the outside floor to ceiling window and on the night it got below freezing, ice and frost built up on the inside of the glass. The pool towels were thin and very small. The rooms and hotel were nice overall and the breakfast was great. The housekeeping did a great job and they will come daily if you like. The staff at the front desk were great as were the staff that ran the omelet station and breakfast area. So overall it will probably be a great place to stay once the renovation is done but check to see if it’s still going on before you book here.
- 5/5
The staff was so hospitable and took excellent care of us. Would stay there next time we go to Colorado Springs.
- 3/5
Very old building
- 5/5
The staff members cooking the omelettes 😁
- 5/5
I had a great stay at Embassy Suites overall. Even though parts of the hotel were under construction, the staff did a great job keeping things clean and comfortable, and it didn’t take away from the experience. The rooms were spacious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything I needed was taken care of. The only issue I ran into was that only one elevator was working at the time, which caused a bit of a delay. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay and I would definitely consider staying here again.
- 5/5
Staff was courteous
- 5/5
Great service and fresh breakfast.
- 5/5
Great stay ,clean room good staff ,good food breakfast
- 5/5
It was really great
- 5/5
Best place to stay with family
- 4/5
Amenities
- 3/5
This hotel is very old and needs renovation. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. My family enjoyed the free drinks and breakfast.
- 4/5
Room was very clean, even tho the hotel is going through a renovation, you can’t really tell the hotel staff and housekeeping are keeping up with the cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast is amazing
- 1/5
Friendly staff. In the middle of remolding, lots of dust, construction going on, elevators not working, leaked in the bar area, dirty common areas.
- 4/5
Breakfast is always a hit at this location. Staff in the evening are friendly and even the water leak didn’t dampen the spirits of the staff.
- 1/5
Very disappointing to come back to Embassy Suites and find this. Stained couch, stained tub, loud door I had to force open and closed, weak shower with little pressure and not hot, falsely advertised as a balcony room - tiny half moon of concrete without railings, closest elevator out of order.. but the staff was nice.
- 5/5
Wonderful time. Staff very friendly. Enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Front desk attendant was very nice. Omelette bar was so great to have! Common area was a bit chilly but will definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Nice
- 5/5
Great staff, liked the gym , close to several things
- 4/5
A Relaxing & enjoyable stay. Staff was respectful and responsive to our needs and requests. Thank-You Made to order breakfast was the best.
- 5/5
Cleanliness and being kindness
- 3/5
The hotel was very cold , everyone including the staff were wearing heavy jackets inside. The cable was out and minimal channels were available.
- 5/5
The Staff were really nice, the Breakfast was Amazing. Loved that the hotel had mountain views, with a hot tub and a pool.
- 5/5
Great breakfast every morning
- 3/5
The staff and room itself were great. The issue was with the lack of heating, mostly in the main areas, making it uncomfortably cold.
- 1/5
Staff rude unhelpful. One elevator. Did not hanr
- 5/5
Our room was spotless, the staff really was amazing and great amenities. The variety of items on hand to purchase was also great.
- 4/5
Nice staff. The smokey odor carries up to room from breakfast.
- 1/5
Hotel under going major renovations which resulted in elevators out of service and loud concrete drilling noise hears throughout hotel between 9am and 6pm daily. Main open area was severely under heated which required guests to wear warmer/winter gear during happy hour and breakfast times.
- 5/5
Great service and the employees are very sweet and kind, there always there if you need anything great stuff definitely coming back.
- 4/5
Overall, stay was good. Our room had some carpet missing, and the furniture looked worn with some stains, but the staff was very kind and willing to accommodate however. They are working on a remodel which is needed.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was very clean and new carpet, lamps, mirrors, etc. Drawers for any of furniture didn’t really work. Only couple of elevators working and needed more central stairs . Breakfast was great. Hot tub and pool great.
- 5/5
I think this hotel ruined all other hotels for me, I really loved staying here
- 1/5
It appears there is no way to protect yourself against flight delays or cancellations. And I literally just read an article about this very thing in Yahoo. Most hotels do make exceptions. Disappointed embassy did not.
- 4/5
First room was what looked like was used. Went to the front desk
- 5/5
The staff was awesome! Everyone was so nice. Excellent customer!
- 5/5
We loved everything about our stay! From the friendly staff to the comfortable rooms, and the open spacious feel, restaurant and bar on site, and amazing pool and hot - all together it was an amazing experience and have already decided we will definitely stay here again when next we are in the Springs.
- 4/5
Staff was courteous and the hotel was clean. We really enjoyed the pool area and the happy hour!
- 5/5
Hotel staff were very nice. They let us park our U-Haul on the property before our room was ready. Very accommodating
- 4/5
Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. Location safe. Very quiet. I like the atrium as it makes things feel much more open. The free breakfast was way better than other hotels I’ve stayed at. Great customer service from all staff. Very friendly. We had an entire high school marching band staying here and no complaints that I was aware of from any of them.
- 4/5
Big and clean room. Very spacious. Great experience overall. Breakfast Food was exceptional.
- 4/5
No comment
- 5/5
Area is under renovation, but they're doing their best to not effect people staying here.
- 5/5
Great stay, beautiful hotel, large rooms and great breakfast.
- 4/5
Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff The only drawback was the fact that they are doing renovations and there’s some noise and some elevators weren’t working or were slow. For those that do breakfast there’s a vast array of produscts.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay -- the staff were friendly and the breakfast was on point. Room could have been cleaner, but ultimately all was good.
- 4/5
We love the omelets
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Great stay. Loved the happy hour
- 4/5
Clean and comfy. Could use some updating. Tiny bathroom though.
- 4/5
Rooms were fair. Elevators (most were not working) Understand renovations will be starting...I'd update the lighting in the bathroom & get new mattresses & linen. Staff was super nice.
- 3/5
Check in was not good. There was a line of 8-10 people and only one person working. The lady working was very friendly but took almost 30 minutes to check in and I was third in line at the time. This was at 4:00 right at check in time. Not good planning
- 4/5
Breakfast was good
- 4/5
Need an update.
- 5/5
Embassy Suites is my choice if at all possible!
- 5/5
Hot Tub was great
- 3/5
The hotel itself was nice... and a good northside location. Easy access to get to sites, shopping, restaurants. Overall a 4 out of 5 stars. What would have given them a 5 was for their staff not to be so rude/have so much attitude. Desk staff had a take it or leave it attitude, like they were doing you a favor just to recognize you were trying to talk to them. Bar staff would not engage in conversation with the guests. With each other, yes, but not us. Still, if you are not actually spending a lot of time interacting with the staff, it's a pretty good stay/location. Would stay here again.
- 3/5
For a hotel that charges over $250 a night it was not good. This hotel from what I understand is going thru renovation. It's going on three years now. Other than painting the building last year the renovation is extremely slow. This year two of the four elevators are not working. The only thing about this hotel I can rave about is the breakfast and the happy hour. Next year when I'm in Colorado Springs I might be looking for a better place to stay
- 5/5
friendly staff

1.The AC/heating did not work properly. When we arrived the temperature was 59 degrees. We set the control to 75 degrees, and the temperature went up to 60 degrees where it stayed all night. It was really cold, my wife and three little kids were suffering. Next day we asked the front office to send someone to have a look. They said they will but no one came. 2.The telephones in the room did not work. Both telephones in the room did not work. In order to contact the front office we had to call from our cell phones. 3.The room keys were deactivated every evening. 4.The breakfast on first morning had only a few items. The custom omelets were served as usual, but the main food island was mostly empty at 9:15 am, 45 minutes before the end of the breakfast on Saturdays, 10 am. No potatoes, no sausages, no pancakes, very little scrambled eggs. 5.The toilet flushing mechanism in lobby restrooms did not work. I tried to use the lobby and/or the restaurant restrooms, only to find out that the toilet flushing mechanism could not be manually activated. The automatic part was too erratic itself as well. 6.There was no freezer in the fridge in the room. 7.Shower water was coming out of the shower, even with the shower curtains closed, resulting in flooding of the floor every time.

Everything was great ALL staff that we encountered were so kind and helpful! Our stay was amazing. Only thing is water in tub went down too slow but that is my only small issue. No problem. Would definitely return!

Very nice hotel
- 5/5
Alena was amazing we got there early she had a room for us and she checked on us numerous times throughout the stay, the only issue we had was that most of the elevators kept breaking but it was a fantastic trip, also the workers at the breakfast buffet were awesome
- 3/5
Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and happy hour snacks/drinks. Elevators were broken. Room was extremely hot with temp adjusted down. Filters were dirty and definitely not changed recently.
- 2/5
Food at the restaurant was awful pizza was a 17.00 frozen pizza. Blackened salmon was full of bones. Breakfast was overcooked oatmeal and the omelet was dry and tasteless. Staff was friendly! I expected more for 300 a night. Plus a 150.00 hold on my account.
- 1/5
Yall let me book the trip when they didn’t even have an available room so then I had to drive 2 hours south to Trinidad to get a room
- 1/5
The staff member Sherri who greeted us upon our arrival was rude and not nice or helpful she assumed I couldn't pay and I had to bring my grandson so it made 5 of us she got huffy and said you cannot stay in that room I can't check you in I asked if they had an a adjoining room she said No. I said ok what do you have? She said one clear on the opposite side of the Hotel so we got that one. But that night my husband spoke to a maintenance guy and a housekeeper they both said no one was staying in the room next to us until Sunday the day we were leaving so we could've took it for my brother and his girlfriend. Sherri was just being Facetious!!! This was our first time in an Embassy Hotel and Now will be my last plus she over charged I tried to tell her i had Expedia and Hilton that we have stayed in several but she still charged regular and never gave us the Discounted rate!! All with a stupid smirk on her face until i handed her my American Express!!
- 4/5
However it was better a couple of years ago. But it is still good. Can't complain. Drinks were very good, and the service was excellent. I have stayed at several Embassy Hotels before, and have stayed at this property before. My main complain was the room. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. One day we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. We assumed that the following day they would remove it. That was not the case. It wasn't removed until I spoke to the person in charge of the rooms that it was removed. You could tell that the only thing that was done in the room was the bed, and change of towels. Other than that the room was dirty. No trash removal was done on one occasion. I was disappointed, because this had never happened before. Please make sure that someone checks the room to make sure they are clean. .

Bathroom tile, tub, vents and corners need deep cleaning

Good stay

Like almost all Embassy Suites hotels, this one is very nice. The in-hotel restaurant was a big plus because we were able to get a delicious chef's salad without driving anywhere. They had French toast and waffles, but no pancakes for breakfast--apparently pancakes and French toast alternate days--which was slightly disappointing, but the omelets are great and they have a variety of other things. The manager's reception is a big plus which most hotels don't have. We didn't try the pool, but the hot tub was wonderful. The room, as usual, was spacious and comfortable.
- 4/5
The only thing I would complain about was the Ac would not work properly. Around 1:30am each night the room would get to 72 degrees even though the AC thermostat was set for 65. So we would wake up sweaty. We complain and had someone look at it and said it was fix but still our room never got cold at night only in the mornings at 8am.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
The quality for the price was outstanding. A family of five plus one dog were able to stay one night in a clean hotel. The hardest part was that our AC was terrible. Our room was so hot, it was a suite style. Maybe we could've notified the front desk, but we kept hoping it would cool off by nighttime. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus--they actually worked unlike every other hotel I've stayed in for the last 4 years. The breakfast was above and beyond for a complimentary breakfast. The restaurant was open late and very accommodating, fast service and friendly staff.
- 2/5
The windows are old and you hear freeway noise loudly. The internet is weak, the TV shows were pixelated. One elevator out of order but appeared to be a storage for custodial supplies. The water seemed to be a weak flow when flushing. The drainage in showers were slow. The staff at breakfast service were wonderful and so were the front desk employees.
- 4/5
Its an older Embassy Suites but still a good place to stay. Breakfast was great. Reception was descent, two free drinks was nice but snacks were ok. Im an adult, i dont want Goldfish, give me someting more filling. Overall, i'd stay here again.the staff was awesome and professional
- 5/5
Some things still not remodeled, elevator lights dont work, 2nd floor rail still chipping and needs paint. Room smelled like someone smoked in it
- 5/5
Our stay was excellent!! Customer Service along with breakfast was great. Rooms were very spacious.
- 4/5
Everything was great, however, at the time of check out, the receptionist, was NOT courteous, friendly or attentive at all. Honestly, I was surprise she did even ask me about, how was your stay?? or a thank you for choosing Hilton. It was obvious she lacks customer service and people skills.
- 3/5
OK
- 5/5
it’s a great place to stay
- 3/5
On sat 2 elevator not working On Sunday got stuck in elevator on second floor along with several others till we got one of the workers attention who knew how to open elevator 😟
- 3/5
The bathroom was tiny, there was one USB port in one lamp and it didn’t work, our shower leaked all over the floor and required 3 large towels to soak up the water, then I had to make two requests to have new towels for the second night. Incredible breakfast, though!! And my son loved the pool.
- 3/5
ELEVATORS IN SAD SHAPE. Only one was barely operational in the lobby area. A bit disappointed with a “Hilton” property.
- 3/5
I want to start off by saying the staff was incredible and they were put in an unfortunate situation because of the building’s condition. Upon arrival there was a huge check in line and I was notified the A/C was out in the majority of rooms. I had to try out multiple rooms to find one that wasn’t scorching: this process including getting a temporary key, bringing all the luggage and my two young children to a room discovering it was not air conditioned and returning to the line at the front desk to do it all again. It took nearly an hour to finally have a room and a proper key card. Not very fun for a 95+ degree day when everyone is tired. On top of the A/C not working neither did half the elevators! For the price of the hotel I would expect it to be in better working order.
- 1/5
Our room smelled like smoke. There were no other rooms available so we had to leave the room and stayed at a different hotel. Because we booked through Expedia the hotel had absolutely no flexibility to refund us. We do expect a full refund.
- 5/5
Good overall
- 3/5
The hotel is outdated and needs several updates including new carpets. The bathroom smelled mildewy and the ac didn't kick on.
- 5/5
Staff was great and the property was awesome. We had an issue with the shower curtain and they took care of it right away for us.
- 5/5
Excellent family friendly- we will be back!
- 2/5
The air conditioning wasn’t working in a lot of rooms. My grandson had a hard time trying to sleep. They did offer a refund when I checked in but we had driven all day and didn’t want to try to go to another hotel. The bartender was great and the pizza was good.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay a lot!!! Friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing!!!!! I would definitely pick this hotel again and stay longer😀😀😀
- 5/5
Clean rooms soft beds and pillows. Breakfast was delicious
- 1/5
The air conditioning in our room was broke and the front desk staff did not seem to care. Our room was hot and miserable. We ended up switching hotels
- 5/5
Nice stay with great breakfast options and comfort bed.
- 4/5
The manager was very helpful on changing rooms from the freeway side to the quieter side. Carpet seemed run down in room and the bathroom is small. Note on ac thermostat to keep set at 65.
- 4/5
Staff and breakfast and cocktails great. AC did not work in rooms. Roof leaked due to heavy rain.
- 3/5
The room was hot....the air didnt work. Got the iimpression that they knew the air was not working. Had several tooms with fans in them
- 2/5
Half the AC was broken, the bathroom had a damp sewer smell, elevators broken, lights out in hallways
- 5/5
Good breakfast option
- 5/5
Extremely friendly staff! Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding.
- 2/5
The hotel looks great on the outside and the main seating areas. Our room was horrendously filthy! The walls in the bathroom were slimy, the carpet was sticky and the curtains didn’t close right. When we got there the fridge was broken, and the sheets looked slept in and not washed. There were suspicious stains on the pillows and the towels were dirty on the bottom. There was black soot in the air vents so that on high fan setting we would cough. We were very tired when we got there, and figured the whole hotel might be that dirty anyway. Staff was pretty good but some were stingy with towels. Would not recommend Embassy Suites or any Hilton for that matter and will never sleep there again.
- 1/5
AC was broken, black mold in the bathroom ceiling, asked for a refund. Definitely will not be staying here ever again.
- 5/5
Might be the best free breakfast ever. Better than most paid breakfast. Ton of space
- 5/5
The rooms themselves are a bit dated but very clean and the one bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 6. The staff from front desk and restaurant to housekeeping and maintenance were incredible. Always happy and kind. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour each night and the breakfast...... WOW. Omelets made to order, fresh baked goods, fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, juice, potatoes, eggs, bacon and sausage. We've never seen a breakfast quite like this! Amazing. We would 1000% stay here again.
- 4/5
Reception person didn't provide the room as per my reservation. She didn't provide proper mountain facing room; only from a particular angle mountain was visible
- 5/5
Pull out couch bed was really uncomfortable
- 1/5
The pool was dirty. I hard a hard time finding a clean table to sit at because they hadn’t been wiped down or cleaned at dinner time. I was 10 minutes past happy hour and the woman wouldn’t give me the complimentary drink tickets. The food was awful. The rooms had no insulation and we could hear people partying all night. The beds and pillows were so old and squishy my back and neck hurt. We will never stay here again or book through a third party ever again.
- 4/5
I thought it was a nice stay. Friendly staff. The removal of the balconies was the only real disappointment
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Very helpful
- 3/5
I am always a fan of Embassy Suites, however, this hotel is run down and dirty. Broken elevators, Furniture is very worn. Needs updated, new carpet, new furniture, shower rod and curtain are ridiculous. Food was mediocre, happy hour snack ran out quickly, not allergy friendly options for breakfast or snacks. Pool area not clean.
- 5/5
This property is well maintained, family friendly with a huge atrium to hang out or to eat from the restaurant next to it and with lots of complimentary snacks and drinks. Only downside is the outdated bathrooms.
- 3/5
There’s always a broken elevator???!!!
- 5/5
I like the stuff and the cleaning of the property, but it needs a lot of work. Broken elevator needs to be repaired to ease up thee customers movement.Overall, it was a great experience.
- 4/5
The property was kept clean.
- 5/5
Awesome facility! Breakfast was out of this world! Nighttime snacks, and fabulous areas to view and sit. Was a really unexpected gym in our trip! Couldn’t have asked for a better fa facility!
- 5/5
The whole stay was great. Room was clean comfortable. Staff friendly. All a good experience

Bathroom lock didnt work
- 5/5
Staff is super friendly.
- 5/5
Great experience the staff was awesome
- 1/5
No cleaning has ever looked this poorly. I stayed at Hilton because of the name. They don’t vacuum at all. Was moved to 4 different rooms because of stains and basic things not working like AC, refrigerator, shower, or the blinds in the room. Had 2 rooms with gross stains on the walls and was told to me was a “deep clean and spot checked by cleaning management”. I tried corporate and they sent me right back to the front desk. Front desk is extremely friendly but the rooms are disgusting and there are no vacuums with the maids ever.
- 4/5
Great breakfast, very nice staff. No pack N play sheets provided (gave us regular bed sheets which we could not use), and room smelled like previous occupant had smoked. Comfortable bed, clean room.
- 4/5
The stay was good enough for what we needed. The staff were awesome and super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The room left some to be desired. Was not super dirty but not the cleanest. Bathroom grout had mold growing and the soaps were out in the shower. Would not have an issue booking again if we need a place for a night. Again, staff is awesome.
- 5/5
Fantastic hot breakfast.
- 3/5
The breakfast buffet and people helping with the buffet are amazing. The pool and game room are fun too. I enjoyed this hotel the first time around when the check in staff was much more helpful i got my room early even and my room wasnt so dark and cramped .
- 5/5
Everything was great !
- 2/5
Rooms very dated and musty, there was mold in the bathroom, very few lights worked in the room. Couch was gross and smelled.
- 5/5
Great view of Pikes Peak! 20 mins away from Garden of the Gods. 25 mins away from Manitou Springs. 30 mins away from the Cave of the Winds. The best breakfast out of all the hotels we stayed in on this trip and the only hotel that did not charge for parking. They also gave us free drinks during happy hour! They also checked in with us multiple times to make sure we were enjoying our stay!
- 4/5
Room was great. But the cleaning staff didn’t do a very good job.
- 2/5
Update the photos. This feels like a scam. I booked an ADA room, and upon arrival at 5pm we were informed that they did not have a room ready. At 6pm we were informed that a room was "being made ready" and it was explained that the room had flooded 3 months ago and had been out of order since then. But now, magically at 6pm on a Saturday night, it was ready. The missing artwork, holes in the cieling and slightly musty smell said otherwise, but it was late and we were exhausted and the staff did seem apologetic as they explained quite honestly that theit owners were trash. The Front Office Manager just couldn't not touch me, apparently. Offering me a hug instead of a nice accommodation and then two minutes after I declined a hug, she felt the need to start rubbing my back. The pool was cloudy and too cold, at 86 degrees and the hottub was far too hot at 104. Room service might have been nice, but in their hurry to tell me the room was ready, no menu or information was available. The roll out bed in the living room was just beyond terrible. They actually tried to tell me it was a brand new couch with a brand new mattress. See pictures. Oh, not to mention the sink full of water. Couldn't figure out how to drain it and didn't want another creepy backrub.
- 5/5
Great breakfast! Many steps above normal free breakfast!
- 1/5
They cleaned our room... left only 2 towels for 3 occupants and now wash clothes. Plus they left gum in the sink and never took the trash out. The carpet was never vacuumed or cleaned and the air conditioner was broke for 24hrs during a heat advisory. The toilet would not shut off and the drains for the shower and sink were backed up. Never stayed at an embassy suites this bad in my 40 years working for the US Army.
- 3/5
Breakfast was great, but the hotel was a little run down
- 2/5
Very run down and dirty room. First room we got smelled like cigarettes and we had to switch to a different one. The second room had hairs on the blankets and dust on the shelf’s and the pain was falling off the walls. All the employees were very helpful and nice.
- 4/5
Staff and location were great, hotel rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Would stay there again!
- 4/5
That bathroom was really small and the curtain would not stay up which caused a lot of water to get on the floor. Also the rooms are in need of renovation. But the staff was welcoming and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was great and the location was great if you will be commuting from Colorado Springs to Denver.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel to stay at. The breakfast is the best around and food from the 14ers is amazing. Very good experience
- 2/5
Dirty carpet, microwave not in service, not enough bathroom towels. Dirty walls and elevator was in such it dirty conditions.
- 3/5
Elevators dirty and broken, needed more staff for cleaning, needs more lights very Dark.
- 3/5
The positives...water pressure in the shower and the omelets! Negatives...really needs renovations (carpets dirty and don't fit). Bathroom door didn't close bc cut too tall. Outlets didn't work, were loose and one was burned. Room carpets weren't vacuumed before entry. Safe wasn't functioning. Mattresses very soft (we rolled into each other). One mattress has big nasty stain. Staff were nice, but room grossed me out.
- 5/5
Awesome place to stay...we had a mountain view room an it was awesome
- 4/5
All was good
- 4/5
Solid hotel, a little dated, staff was very friendly
- 4/5
The room was large and the bed was soft and cozy. Bathroom was small and the curtain rod was loose, so the curtain kept sliding which caused the water to cover the bathroom floor if you weren't careful. The common areas were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The couch in our room looked dirty and was not comfortable. I'm guessing there was a lot of water/rain recently because the entry on the east side smelled musty and the carpet was wet. Overall it was an okay stay.
- 4/5
Room was great! Desk clerk’s humor not so much. After long day, when I checked in clerk looked at my drivers license and said she couldn’t check me in. She said she once got a speeding ticket in my city so she couldn’t check me in. Whether trying to be humorous or not, it had been a long day traveling with a disabled husband. Bar and restaurant staff were polite and courteous and had great service. Room very ample.
