Reviews
The hotel receives generally positive reviews for its beautiful views, clean rooms, and friendly staff. However, some guests have complained about thin floors, outdated decor, and issues with food quality and availability.

The property is in an ideal location with a beautiful view. I stayed here 12 years ago and knew the location was great. The view from the room was wonderful. Staff was accommodating and the grounds were well kept. The rooms could use some updating/remodeling. That’s my only constructive feedback. Otherwise the location is great and we enjoyed the amenities.

I will never book a resort from Expedia. I will rather use a Hyatt membership account.

The elevator leading from our parking lot to the floor of our building was broken during our entire stay. So we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs multiple times per day. At the adult pool there are hundreds of birds making habitat out of the shrubberies separating the adult/family pools. The birds poop everywhere and its gross. At least we were given a discount off our final bill after I complained about the broken elevator. Food at Elevation was excellent. Same with room service. Friendly bartender named Cheyenne at the pool. We’ll only return if we can specifically choose both the floor and building. Matters a ton!

Great location. Our room was nice but being on the ground level was not. The sound from the room above us was loud. Every little step they took came through the floor loudly and unfortunately for us they were up all night walking around. Walls were also.very then and sound came through especially from the front door. Usually I can just turn the fan/ac on constant and drowned that out but the fan would only run for 15 min or so and then then turn off.
- 4.5/5
the room was horrible. the floor from the people in the room above ours creeked very loudly and very annoyingly constantly from people, even little children, walking around. we could hear every creeky step. i'm a heavy sleeper, but it kept my wife and mother-in-law up all night. they were pissed. they had me call the front desk about it, so i did, but nothing was done. Also we didn't have enough towels in the room.
- 5/5
Resort offered free kayaking, free bikes, had a live band by the country club. At night they had free s’mores for kids or adults to enjoy. Several swimming pools to use according to your group. This was an absolutely wonderful place for adults and kids. I recommend it highly.
- 2/5
Everything else was awesome, but the bed was the worst I've ever attempted to sleep on.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing our stay was absolutely fantastic and the view from the mountains side rooms was breathtaking to see at all times of day
- 2/5
The property was not even close as it was described on the website being that it was Sunday night. A lot of The things were not open like the restaurant it’s we thought it seemed like we were more of a bother to them and I probably was because it was a Sunday night. The room was smaller than what was pictured, but that’s normal.

Staff was exceptional from maids, cart drivers, desk clerks, and waiters in the restaurants. liked daily room service, free drink at check in all the great pools and of course the view!!! GREAT BREAKFAST BUFFET. Better than a cruise by far I liked our top floor rooms, but they came at a price of lots of stairs. The elevators were out

So much to do and absolutely beautiful! There was something to do with our group of 10 and the children loved it. There breaker buffet was great! Multiple restaurant options for supper. We loved the beach area. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful surroundings, terrific amenities and very helpful staff. Will definitely look to return here!

Been going every year to this resort. However under new management changes has been made to pricing - adding parking fees, listing of other random fees, and some limited amenities included. Over all it was a great experience itself.

Overall, staying at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort wasn't a terrible experience. However, the first morning after I had a shower, I tried to use the hairdryer and it practically blew up in my hands. It was extremely cheap and right after turning on heated up to red, crackled and died. When I picked up the phone to report it, there was no dial tone. My colleague called on my behalf only to be told that they are understaffed and there is no one to bring me a replacement hairdryer. Not great considering I was there for a conference and had to be ready for a breakfast meeting. In addition, the hot water in the shower seemed to last about 2 minutes and then turned luke warm-ish. But the room and amenities were clean, staff was pleasant, buffet breakfast had a good selection. Not a terrible stay, but not the best either.
- 5/5
The property was beautiful! We loved utilizing the gym, pool & pickleball courts owned by the country club. Delicious buffet breakfast in the morning. The breakfast pricing was confusing as we booked a rate that included breakfast. They still billed the breakfast to our room and deducted it at the end. We would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Only slept there, did not experience any other amenities.
- 4/5
The in-room amenities need an upgrade. If you want to watch tv at any point, good luck. Impossible to navigate, no movie options to choose from, overall this was akin to an inexpensive hotel stay, not a high end resort. Overall it’s worth every penny if you are able to use all of the perks of the resort. If not, it’s just a pretty place to sleep.
- 5/5

This has been our favorite place to stay while visiting Colorado Springs. Staff is great. Rooms have great views. On site restaurants are well worth the visit.

It was prom night, so there is people out late, the rooms are not insulated, we heard all sorts of noise, both voices and door, slamming, totally ruined our night sleep

If you are looking at where to stay just book this place. You won’t be disappointed. We were very impressed with our stay. Beautiful luxury place. Staff were all very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Housekeepers did an amazing job. The spa services were amazing. Pay extra for a mountain view, you won’t regret. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here.

We stayed in a nice room with a good view When I told the front desk someone was smoking a property they addressed it quickly although there was other people smoking on property wasn't able to report them Kind of felt like it needed some refresh though things were kind of a bit worn down looking elevator carpet hallway carpet and the bed Well it could use to be changed out at least in the next six months Overall it was good didn't eat at any of the restaurants Staff was friendly and helpful

From check in to check out this hotel is amazing! When you first check in you’re greeted with a welcome beer or non alcoholic beverage and the staff is amazing and quick about check in! We needed early check in and they made sure everything was ready when we arrived! They gave my daughter an ice cream token for her birthday to get a free ice cream at their shop I loved that! The rooms are outside like cabin looking apartments but super clean and super nice! I am 8 months pregnant and it was easy getting to the third floor! With Colorado’s crazy weather I get hot super quick and there AC system was top notch cooled the whole room off in under 5 minutes! I loved how the fridge was empty for we were coming in from a road trip and had our own drinks and cold stuff from the coolers! Rooms are super clean and even have a non slip Mat in tub this was perfect for our little one! The pools were amazing! We spent time at the indoor pool and had a blast even though there wasn’t a lot in there! They have you check in on a sheet of paper and have options inside for snacks and beverages but you must have room number or club membership to access even the vending machines. The front desk gave us complimentary s'more's kits for my daughter and we loved the experience! I loved how the lobby was decorated for Easter! They really take the time to put every little thing together! Everything was a 10/10 can’t wait to come back! Oh ya and it is only 10-15 minutes away from everything like the zoo and our favorite Korean bbq place so it was perfect location! Thank you and we can’t wait to be back!

We did not use the ammenities; however, they looked inviting.
- 5/5
View was beautiful. Rooms where clean and comfortable. Loved the breakfast.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly, but you can tell the resort itself is older. When you sit on the deck, you hear the loud wall A/C units humming right behind you which takes away from the serenity of the area. My main issue was not having a microwave in the rooms to heat something up quickly which I thought was odd for a resort but it forces you to eat at the local establishments so I'm sure it was a business decision (still irritates me that they didn't have a microwave for a quick reheat of coffee or to make popcorn when other hotel chains have a small microwave). A lot of amenities were closed due to the season so I'd recommend staying when the larger outdoor pool is open because the heated pool was overly crowded to the point, you just stand in one position so that you don't bump into someone else (that goodness for the bar being staffed/opened). Food was delicious at Elevations so highly recommend.
- 4/5
The resort is beautiful we were a little disappointed the snack shop by the pool wasn’t open on Monday nor was the gates grill! The spa was booked for the day! The staff was very pleasant!
- 3/5
Wonderful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable room/beds. Property definitely needs a facelift. Small hot tub. Lots of walking/hills/stairs across expansive property.
- 4/5
You should have ice machines around as well. The lunch/dinner restaurant inside was horrible service Saturday night around 6:30-7pm 3/22. The bartender was our server and we waited 30 minutes for drinks, 30+ minutes for 2 grilled cheese and salad which came out wrong and then dessert was 20+ minutes. No one ever checked on us, we had to flag people down.

Staying at Cheyenne Mountain Resort felt like a relaxing escape with just the right mix of nature and comfort. The views of the mountains and lake are beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset, and the grounds are well-kept and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though some areas feel a bit dated. There’s plenty to do—golf, pools, a small beach area, and walking paths which makes it great for both couples and families. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want a laid-back resort vibe with scenic surroundings, even if it’s not ultra-luxury.
- 3/5
There were a few problems though that made our visit less than ideal. The walls are very thin. Our upstairs neighbors were stomping around like crazy starting at 5:30am every morning. We were never once able to sleep in. Second, every time we called the front desk, housekeeping, or room service, it rang and rang with no answer. The front desk employees were unenthusiastic and seemed annoyed. They also charge 25 dollars a day for self parking (we were located at a building a good distance away from the main lodge) which seemed unnecessary and over the top especially seeing how they charge resort fees on top of that. We had a nice time, and the sights and activities nearby make it a perfect location. Unfortunately, a few small problems ended up putting a damper on the overall experience for us. We probably will choose different lodging next time we are in the area.
- 4/5
The hotel has 2 pools in the winter. My kids loved the pools. The craft table was fun along with other events. Some issues win the room which staff fixed but it’s kind of a pain to deal with that on vacation. We also had to wait over an hour for pool towels so maybe bring your own
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Lots to do on the grounds. Great food. Great atmosphere.
- 5/5
Beautiful resort, very friendly staff, clean and lots of activities to do with family. Absolutely loved our stay !!
- 3/5
Place was nice.. def overpriced and nickeled n dimed you for every moment which seemed extremely lame. For an establishment of this caliber, you either rank and run the the the big dogs or stay in court with the Holiday Inns
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The food and beverage options have always been top notch at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. We were very pleased with everything in that way. Our room was very clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. Disappointed that, on top of the daily resort fee, they are charging $25/day for self park. We have never encountered that before and all the extra fees just add up.
- 3/5
Unfortunately, it’s just getting old. The strong odor of whatever cleaner or anything they’re diffusing is too strong in the lobby. They charge extra for parking that we didn’t know about till we got there. The staff was wonderful and it was clean enough just not worth the price anymore.
- 5/5
Everything was great from the staff to the resort to the room to the View!!! I love the views and my kiddos loved the indoor pool so they could swim while watching it snow outside!! Would definitely stay here again!!
- 4/5
Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Staff were incredible! The only downfall was that they ran out of smores kits. They did give a complimentary ice cream coin however they ran out of ice cream as well. That's the only reason for less a star. Other than that we will be returning and bringing our family from out of state back to this hotel.
- 5/5
Wonderful place, beautiful views, great staff! Buffet breakfast is just amazing!! 100% worth the stay!!
- 5/5
Clean rooms comfy bed the resort is great and so are the restaurants.
- 5/5
Very nice!

Room was clean. I was annoyed that we were in a far building and didn’t realize we wouldn’t be close to the amenities in the main building

- 5/5
The rooms were very nice. What a beautiful view staff was very well helpful
- 5/5
Nice facility
- 1/5
I was double and overcharged for accommodations already paid for! I had to cancel my card to keep from being charged even after my stay. There's several bars which was nice until the other guests got drunk and began fighting and yelling at the top of their lungs obscenities. Not family friendly or peaceful when we stayed so i don't recommend. Much better options in that area.
- 5/5
The procide complementary gold cart or rides to get to otjer parts of the resort. The spa was absolutely perfection too.

Room was clean and staff was courteous. I arrived late at night on Christmas eve. It would have been nice if someone had offered help to get my luggage up a stairwell to my room.
- 5/5
Nice room. Nice location. Friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was very good!
- 5/5
Amazing place
- 4/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. Next time I won't use Expedia to book my stay. I'll go directly through the hotel. I was not aware of rooms with a view of the mountains from the balcony until I got to the desk to check in. At that time all the rooms with a view were taken, so I was told.
- 5/5
We love this resort. We stop here every year on our way to the ski resorts to relax and have a nice dinner. Perfect check in, awesome amenities, great pricing, the Country Club is legit, we love it. We always come with kids, and this place is never crowded but always a few families running around !
- 5/5
Brendan was the valet that helped us and he was GREAT! Esmerelda helped us check in and was also so nice and
- 5/5
We got a fabulous alacarte breakfast
- 4/5
Room was good. For a king bed. The bathroom though was small. The door hits the toilet and there was no space to reach the tub to take a shower. But overall the experience was good.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Overall great stay
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and courteous
- 5/5
Clean room, beautiful mail building
- 3/5
The beds were not comfortable. Felt like the beds had a scoop in them Breakfast buffet is to high priced. Scrambled eggs were cold
- 5/5
no one thing in particular. It was nice to be at the resort when there were not many other folks....quiet.
- 4/5
We were stuck in the elevator for an hour and the fire dept had to rescue us. Soooo. It was interesting
- 5/5
The amenities were great, and the staff were professional and kind. No complaints at all. Thank you.
- 5/5
The balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains and the hot tub is very relaxing and clean. I would recommend this hotel for sure! This is my third time staying at it and I will probably stay at it again in the future.
- 5/5
Picturesque property with breathtaking views of the lake and Cheyenne Mountain. Staff is exceptionally helpful.
- 5/5
We have stayed at this resort twice now and both times were outstanding! We travel a lot. This resort has a very friendly staff. The views are beautiful!! You can enjoy them from anywhere but the balcony off of the main lobby and restaurant are incredible and comfortable. Nice seating, fireplaces and TVs. The food at the restaurant is excellent along with the service. The breakfast buffet isn’t free BUT worth every dollar. Best buffet breakfast that I have had at a resort. They have a huge variety and the quality of the food is exceptional. We can’t wait to stay again!
- 4/5
Nice views. Older property. I wasn’t happy about the 25$ a day parking fee surprise add on charge.
- 5/5
There are several factors that stood out - the ambience, the service level, the amenities, the location and the cleanliness.
- 5/5
I was most impressed by the staff, especially Housekeeping as they texted to me that I left the do not disturb sign on the door and they were wondering if I wanted the room made up which I did of course. Check in people were friendly and helpful and the checkout person at 5 o’clock in the morning was cheerful and very helpful. All in all a marvelous resort hotel.
- 5/5
Fun friendly staff. Beatiiful location
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great pool complex, close to local attractions.
- 5/5
Clean room. Well appointed- great view. Staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the bar and pool area
- 4/5
It was a short stay at the property but it was accommodating , clean and a beautiful area!
- 4/5
The added fees of $25 per day plus $40 per day resort fee is quite excessive
- 5/5
I really like this facilities
- 5/5
Great amenities
- 3/5
There was a stain on the sheets look like blood, call down they gave us new sheets they gave us new sheets we made the bed on our self did not tell us about the resort fee and the parking fee and we were in a area that they had parties so kids were running up and down the hallways till late. Other than that, it was relaxing, but we’re unable to use the resort benfits because it rained all weekend.
- 4/5
Pools were nice. Lake beach vovered in goose poop. Rooms were decent, outdated and worn. Definitely overpriced. Dining options limited.
- 5/5
This is our new favorite “staycation” spot. We love this place
- 5/5
Our stay was wonderful, always a pleasure to come back to this place! The staff is consistently helpful and welcoming, but this time Manager Esmeralda truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. We’ll definitely be returning!
- 5/5
Restaurant options are limited however there’s a lot of great places to dine and coffee shops within just a mile of the resort, so plenty to choose from. The aquatic center by the golf course clubhouse is really great. They have an adult pool and hot tub only. They also have a beach area to walk on and to enjoy the day. Definitely will go back.
- 5/5
Beautiful resort and in golf course property. Enjoyed our stay so much. We extended a couple days and it was easy with management adding to our stay.Had a room at the Mountain View and it was gorgeous. Enjoyed the athletic Center with the adult only pool and hot tub.. Will stay here again.
- 5/5
The view was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. Dinner and breakfast were delicious!
- 5/5
Pool was nice
- 5/5
This resort was absolutely amazing! The staff was excellent and very accommodating with the few requests we had. There are many great food options in the area. We did not eat at resort at all, but did have a drink one evening! The views are stunning! Only small complaint was the beach at the country club is pretty dirty. Would definitely recommend to friends and go back if we ever are in the area again!
- 5/5
Comfort beds
- 4/5
Great location. Extra charges are annoying. They now charge for parking, a resort fee and only provide buffet breakfast.
- 5/5
Beautiful place
- 5/5
Loved our time here
- 4/5
generally a great experience. I wish the hotel would offer EV charging so it's more convenient for electric vehicle owners/renters.
- 5/5
Staff was absolutely amazing.
- 5/5
Amazing amenities for kids - they didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
First time staying and can’t wait to come back. Loved the beach, water rentals, multiple pools and more. Rooms were a bit outdated compared to the common areas. Would love to have more counter space in bathrooms. The rooms were not laid out very efficiently. Lots of wasted space. Great location. Because the restaurants were so expensive I wish there were rooms with kitchenettes.
- 3/5
The pool is fine, small overall and at times was overcrowded...but not crazy. It was clean and the view is beautiful. The rooms are straight up between a motel 6 and holiday inn level. The bed/bedding was nice. Bathroom, shower, lighting and remainder of the room is old, outdated and feels like I'm in an uncle buck/John Candy movie. This is not a resort room by any stretch of imagination. They are individual clusters of rooms/cabins away from the main central hotel. I would have expected to pay $99-120/night for a room of that quality in an average town. I understand; there are no nice options other than super fancy Broadmoor; but this place needs a major renovation on rooms
- 4/5
The property is really nice. It is hard to beat the view, however for the price I would just expect a little bit more from the room. It was very basic, the beds were adequate but nothing you wouldn't expect from any hotel, and nothing that you'd say beats a Holiday Inn Express.
- 5/5
Great property with access to aquatics! Food options are slightly limited onsite but there are quite a lot of options in 5-10min drive.
- 4/5
We were very busy with all our planned activities and didn’t spend much time on property, so we did not get to enjoy the amenities much. The $40/room/night was a bit steep considering we only got to swim once for an hour. The indoor pool closes at 8pm, which is early when you’re touring the area all day.
- 5/5
Amazing staff, service, view.
- 5/5
Great property!
- 4/5
We had a few issues but the front desk handled everything quickly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was great. We had an amazing view of the mountain and golf course. I’ll remember to request Cripple Creek room 275 next time.
- 3/5
Beautiful resort! Pools and lake were anazing! Front desk staff eas amazing! However house keeping didnt come until very late in the dayvafter 2 if they came at all abd restraunt hosts were incredibly rude
- 5/5
Great property and grounds. Very clean and spacious. Beautiful pool area and grounds.
- 5/5
It was nice, good food and drinks at the restaurant in the main lodge. Great view, nice helpful staff. Had a great time.
- 5/5
The view of the mountains was amazing!! The options for breakfast and diner right at the resort were great. All in all nothing but good things to say about Cheyenne Mountain resort.
- 5/5
Our family stayed for four nights and enjoyed every minute of it. We could not have asked for a better resort close to all the activities we had planned for our trip. The service was unmatched and the scenery cannot be beat. Can’t wait to come back.
- 5/5
Beautiful property. Staff was great. We only had a few complaints which included a broken restroom door that needed to be updated. On our first night the cleaning was excellent but the second was not that great. Excellent place to have a family vacation; we were very comfortable.

It was great!

The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, with a mix of modern amenities and cozy, rustic touches that give it a truly Colorado feel. Our room had floor-to-ceiling windows with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. Waking up to that sight every morning was like something out of a postcard. The on-site restaurant was a real highlight too. We enjoyed a delicious dinner featuring local ingredients, and the breakfast buffet had everything we needed to start the day off right. The outdoor patio area was perfect for an evening drink while watching the sunset behind the mountains. For those looking to explore the area, you’re just a stone's throw away from all the amazing attractions—whether it's hiking, the famous Broadmoor resort, or even a quick trip to Garden of the Gods. The hotel’s location is ideal for nature lovers and city explorers alike. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. If you're visiting Colorado Springs and want a peaceful, picturesque retreat close to Broadmoor, this is the place to be!

The amenities were great. We enjoyed all of the water activities. The views from the room were fantastic. The only down side was they didn’t have enough staff to clean to rooms so towels, trash, coffee mugs etc weren’t replenished daily. This did not meet our expectations for a high end hotel resort. Beyond that it was very family friendly with lots to do and plenty of places to lounge in the shade by the pool.

The lake was covered in goose poop making in nearly impossible to walk barefoot on the sand Room service did not service our room stating we had the do not disturb sign up when we did not Advertise Starbucks coffee on website but do not serve Starbucks When checking out was told balance of the fees would be sorted out with Expedia and then was charged an extra 240$ even though the receipt I signed for at check out was zero I would not stay here again based on the rate we paid it was not worth what we got

Bathroom needs more light.

Pool and aquatic center were the highlights.
- 5/5
The views from the room are absolutely amazing. The deck is a nice place to sit and have coffee in the morning. Loved the “check-in beer”. Overall 10/10.
- 5/5
Beautiful property overlooking the Broadmoor valley. We played at the aquatic center pools with the grandkids and had fun on the diving platforms and slides. In the morning we picked up lattes in the lobby. The beds were particularly comfy!

Nice location with a view of the mountains.

Great for relaxing by the pool. Incredibly helpful staff…golf cart service. Restaurant food was low quality.
- 5/5
Beautiful property , amazing view of the mountains and the lake . The breakfast buffet was delicious great start to the day . Great experience! private beach and the pools were great fun for family !
- 4/5
We liked the staff and they were very nice and professional. We ate at Elevation the first day and were not impressed so we ate else where the rest of the stay. Our room was not cleaned well the first two days but they cleaned well after we called and complained.
- 2/5
Beware. The photos of the indoor pool and outdoor pool with slides is actually part of the Country Club of Colorado, not the hotel. While you can access it, so can the regulars. There were several swimming lessons occuring during our time there and the country club swim coach basically yelled at the hotel guests because some kids were playing. It felt like we were at the local YMCA, did not enjoy it at all. Secondly, the onsite store closes at 7pm and there are no vending machines, so good luck finding anything to purchase/drink/water, etc. The hotel is about a block away from a very undesirable neighborhood with a lot of homeless folks and heavily damaged roads. Will not be returning.

Great family place staff is very friendly and the views are pretty

Dining and drinks were bit too expensive Personally, I will never stay at a pet friendly place. The dog above us barked all day and when the family got home, they played and bounced a ball. Very loud. We did say something to them the first day, but things did not change. My husband would not let me complain as he did not want to start an issue. With what we were paying, I felt this should not have been an issue. I know the cleaning staff heard the dog also and should have discussed this with their supervisor.

We had a fantastic stay! We truly enjoyed the amenities and the beautiful view from our room. A special shoutout to Kayla (hope I spelled that correctly) for making our visit memorable! She upgraded us to a Mountain View room and ensured we had a quiet and relaxing space. The entire front desk team was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. At checkout, Manager Esmeralda was incredibly kind and helped me sign up for Hyatt membership. I’m already looking forward to coming back next month with the whole family—we absolutely loved the views and overall experience!

Beach is nice to relax. Don’t think water is meant to swim in, I just put my feet in. Views were amazing.

This is a resort pretending to be something it isn’t. Look, complaining about an expensive hotel while people struggle to feed their families feels extremely disingenuous. However I don’t pretend to be anything that I am not, and this hotel does not subscribe to the same philosophy. And I absolutely, positively, hate wasting money when people insist that I’m receiving good value for that money. The staff, while friendly, knows nothing about the resort they work on without the help of a manager. The bar staff disappears without warning and, after waiting 30 minutes, I have yet to find out when they return. Ordered a drink (old fashioned), got a really bad drink (idk what it was) from a manager who had nothing to do with food and bev, and then they argued with me when I said they served me a drink I did not order. The management is too busy to deal with complaints, and they never returned my call to the front desk describing my complaints. Nor did they respond to my complaints on Facebook messenger which is absurd. Why have the page if you don’t monitor it? It takes 45 minutes to receive a bottle of wine from room service when you are a 5 minute trip from the hotel bar, and you might just get a nice room temperature white with no ice. They will however, describe to you where to find and how to procure said ice. The air conditioning is dated and extremely noisy, although I suppose you could just shut it off for a more pleasant view of the nearby Range Rovers drivi

The food was very good at the restaurants and their staff was nice. My only complaint was our “resort” view room had a view only of 2 bushes. It was a let down since the resort is so beautiful.
- 5/5
Wish we had more than 3 nights to enjoy their amenities! Beautiful area.
- 5/5
Beautiful location, appreciated access to the country club facilities.
- 5/5
It was a great stay, beautiful views.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly, but the facility was worn and dated. The floor creaked in our room as did the floor above us. The bathroom was outdated and had some odd convertable hardware, finishes to try to enhance the wear. There are steps down and up to get to room...and should be a ramp. This was inconvenient and dangerous. Breakfast was expensive for quality. Breakfast restaurant table chair and carpet needs replaced yesterday.I refused to eat there and sat and watched others eat. Hyatt needs to do some upgrades to this hotel to stay competitive.

Service in the hotel was mostly nice/cordial, but didn’t go even slightly out of their way to get information or problem-solve for a large group of business guests who were staying there but attending a conference at the Broadmoor a couple miles away. Also, the biggest reason I score them only 3 is that the hotel forgot to tell me at checkin that they were paving the parking lot 2 days later. They directed me specifically to park in a section that would be getting new asphalt. Then they started calling me repeatedly tje day before, which I didn’t answer at first bc Caller ID had it as the restaurant… finally got me the next day, and someone needed to come to my room and pick up my keys and move my car because i was (obviously) not able to because I was working. Just seemed super discombobulated.

Beautiful resort with lots to do and wonderful staff
- 2/5
The room was outdated and had poorly repaired/fixed items such as picture frames in the bathroom. The repaired seals around the towel racks were cracking and the bathroom door had rusting hinges. The stairs to our room were not level and created an uncomfortable feeling of unsteadiness. There were two tiny trash cans for a room with two Queen beds. That said, the beds were reasonably comfortable, and the room was cleanish. The biggest issue was the noise. There was a dog that continued to bark and children were screaming outside on the balcony about very inappropriate bodily functions. As a result, I called guest services and no one answered so I had to drive back up to the front desk to ask them to address the problem. Being an outdated room, the noise was not buffered so late into the evening we could hear a lot of walking/stomping above and outside the door as people came and left. The "thin walls" also made us uncomfortable when we could hear the intimate nature of our neighbors' activities. As a rule, if we can hear clearly then our neighbors can hear clearly. During our weekend stay there was also a consistent noise that sounded like someone was attempting to open our door with the wrong key. As we were packing up to check out, we discovered this noise was the freezer of the mini fridge. I chose this resort for our anniversary weekend because of its reputation. I was highly disappointed and even considered leaving early for other accommodations.

We booked third party and it wasn’t mentioned that the amenities like the spa need to be booked weeks in advance. The Jacuzzi tub in our room was nice, but the jets didn’t work. We called for room service for breakfast and left a message and never received a call back. The room was clean. 6/10

10/10 recommend

My family and i enjoy the amenities they offer. We love using the pool and also the basketvall court. It had a good amount of food options conveniently close by. The only thing we did not like, was how the ac in our room was not working and when we called the office they said the were going to send security to fix it sikce maintenence had gone home for the day. Well, after waiting over an hour and being passed midnight we decided to just deal with it and go to sleep.
- 4/5
The price through Expedia booked weeks in advance was NOT a good deal. In the end, I paid about $150 more than a last-minute booking for the same room (including $25 to park my own car, and no breakfast). Overall it was lovely and I will definitely go again, but book directly and at the last minute!

Really nice property, clean room and really friendly and helpful staff! No pool towels at the pool and called housekeeping but no towels after an hour. Elevations restaurant was really good and they gave my son a complimentary dessert for his birthday!

Fabulous time here

Really fun resort for my husband son and I... the staff was very helpful!

The room we stayed in is not an Excellent Condition. Unless you use the whole property, the price isn't worth it. You can get a much nicer room at half the price by going to a 4 star hotel.

Our stay was not great. The check in staff notified us that dinner would be served until 9pm. When I called to request dinner before 9pm, I was told they would be closing. They took my order and I was told they would let me know when my food was ready. After some time had passed I called the front desk and they told me my food had been ready and it’s a bit cold. For a fee, they offered to deliver our food to our room. The shower does not drain so you are taking a shower in a puddle. The lighting was terrible in the rooms. And turning on the thermostat was a challenge as someone has flipped the completely unit off. We found out how to turn it back on to warm up our room. Overall, our stay was not great and I would not recommend staying here. There is not “resort” feel and for sure was not relaxing.

Excellent views. Clean and updated. Great location.

I was on the 3 rd floor - for the price I thought it would have been a little nicer - $20.00 to park in the parking lot was ridiculous. It wasn’t even clean or nice -
