Good location for my needs. Nice modern hotel. I like the coffee shop. AC in room was too loud and beds were little too worn out.

Trash was not emptied in garbage can. Cable TV did not work.
- 5/5
Great experience. Clean, nice staff, and good location.
- 2/5
Relatively clean. Staff really friendly The “king” sized bed was a queen size bed. The door way to the neighbours room was right nest to the bed, so you could hear the neighbour burp and fart all night, the HVAC is set up so the fan cycles on and off, so when ever the fan turned off I would wake up and then the room would become hot before the hvac cycled back on.

The front desk that took care our check in was awesome.
- 2.5/5
Clean. Good location. No coffee available before 6am except for the K-Cup maker in room. Breakfast took 25 min for mediocre eggs, frozen potato cubes and very very thin bacon. It was included with room but otherwise food is not great and overpriced. Other chains provide many more options for food and coffee 24/7. Came down to lobby at 5:30 and male staff member was curled up on couch in lobby watching videos on phone. Very unprofessional. Expect that from a motel 6 not Marriott. Second disappointing Marriott Courtyard stay in a year. The other one was in Ogden. I won’t be booking a Courtyard stay in the future if I can avoid it.

Bottom line, this place is dirty and understaffed. I will not be back to this location.
- 3/5
Room was very nice. Charging people $10 to park in your parking lot is ludicrous. Breakfast options were pretty weak too.

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The location was convenient, the area was quiet, and the pool was perfect for younger kids. Our room was spacious enough for our family of three (two adults and a five‑year‑old), and everything was clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel.

I couldn’t make the reservation and could not cancel or get a credit for the future
- 3/5
Breakfast cost too much. Check in attendant wasn't very welcoming. Otherwise, everything was good.
- 5/5
Great service and clean! Thanks
- 5/5
Incredibly soft bed, nice shower, and the temperature actually stayed consistent, which is rare for hotel rooms, just overall extremely comfortable room. I have stayed in a ton of hotels and this is definitely in my top three. Also the bartender was extremely nice, as was every staff member we talked with. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

They charged my card twice.

Be advised that they rent out the pool from 3pm-8pm for private swim lessons and the pool is closed. Our family spent the day at the zoo and was excited to swim when we got to hotel. We were very disappointed that it was closed. Both days we stayed. Tv apps didn’t work. And there was no children’s channels on tv. We were hoping to have a movie night since pool was closed. We were unable to watch on the tv. When we clicked on internet tv. Screen just went black. Their “store” was not stocked. A few chips. And stuff for laundry or Advil. Breakfast is not included in your stay. Food is pricey and was burnt and crumbled into small pieces. Over all not family friendly with pool closed during day. ( pool should be available for paying guest). No hot tub. No kids channels on tv. It’s set up for more of business stays instead of families. Some good was beds were comfy. Shower was hot.
- 4/5
It is too bad you have no EV chargers. I had to find one at a business area about 2 miles away, and then get an uber ride there and back.
- 5/5
Nice, comfortable stay. Clean!
- 5/5
Awesome stay! Comfortable and clean

I stayed at the Courtyard for 2 nights for a convention happening in town. Overall, the stay was good. My only negative feedback is that the shower had hairs in it and the toilet seat cover had hairs on it as well. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you to the kind reception staff!
- 5/5
Employee at the front and food area were extremely responsive and friendly!
- 5/5
good
- 5/5
Great location near the broadmoor area. However, I have been charged twice for my stay and hotels.com’s customer service has been atrocious. They charged me online and again at check in and no one caught the glitch. Not very organized.
- 3/5
Walls s-lettered with unknown substance, No Kleenex - empty box, partially used coffee condiment package, no new condiments, water in ice bucket from previous guest.
- 2/5
The property was not lit up very well, No light on the marquee. Check in was fine. The elevator was filthy and one of the beds looked like it was slept in. There was no remote for the TV so we had to go to the front desk since not one would answer the phone. The attendant was not at the front desk so we had to wait. Expedia indicated that there was a free continental breakfast, but this was not honored. The manager claimed that they could not be responsible for what it says on Expedia.
- 2/5
When we walked into our room, we noticed a big stain on the rug. The elevator was also dirty. The bed was comfortable and I did sleep good.
- 5/5
Clean and very friendly

Very clean and nice staff

IF you want breakfast- the meals are sooo expensive! $10 for oatmeal, $15 for toast!!! And the coffee was out in the lobby! Won’t stay here again!
- 1/5
Checked in a few minutes early and that was nice. Room was ready and nice to move around in. 10.00 charge for parking, pretty unreasonable. Just why? Went to take a shower the next morning and NO HOT WATER. Tried to call down to front desk since I was in a towel. NO PHONE SERVICE, There was a number to hotel on the phone so I called the phone number from my cell phone and got a FAST BUSY SIGNAL. Still no hot water. Finally got dressed and went to lobby partially wet. Timed it on my phone. Stood at front desk for FIVE MINUTES before I was acknowledged. Just enough time to become highly agitated. Phone service has been out since Sunday/Monday high winds? (and you didn't mention this) Said hot water went out at 10 am this morning. Said they were working on it and it should be up by noon. still no hot water. We left at 1 pm because still no hot water!!! time's awastin when you are on vacation!!!! Will be contacintg credit card company!
- 2/5
M stay at the courtyard was not good at their pool was not opened which wasn’t mentioned online and 2nd their TV did not work. I couldn’t get the internet or the channels I wanted to watch. The staff really didn’t care other than to say “unfortunately”
- 4/5
It was in a location that I needed for my trip.
- 5/5
We arrived with a large group/team, the staff was incredible and very accommodating. The public areas were under construction which we were not notified of but the staff did the best that they could to assist us. Definitely recommend staying here but check to make sure the remodeling and updates are complete if you have a family.

Hello.... I'm sori i don't mean to complain. But this is horrible i need some one to call me please this is too crazy. We stayed this last weekend 2/24-2/25, they gave us 2 beds that we didnt fit in and they didnt care.
- 1/5
This hotel was under renovations when we got there. They advertised pool and hot tub but failed to mention it was closed for renovations. Hotel also does not offer any kind of breakfast accommodations even though description stated breakfast was included. Hotel was dirty and staff was rude. Will not stay here again.
- 3/5
If not they could get us next door to each other Did not happen The hotel was pretty empty so we figured since we had kids and grandkids they would have been more accommodating Then we have never paid for parking It was $10 for an open parking lot On a good note the beds were very comfortable
- 2/5
Dirty carpets, sink and toilet didnt drain or flush. I killed three spiders in the room, wasnt informed that you had to pay for continental breakfast which didnt matter because the staff didnt show up to put it out the two mornings there. Couldn't pay me to stay here again
- 5/5
Front desk lady was very nice and helped a lot...dont remember her name but we got there around noon on saturday and she was working that shift.
- 1/5
Hard, hard bed;Walmart bedding Black mold in shower Tiny sink area No balcony Lukewarm fridge No sweets at store area to purchase Needs some major upgrades!
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
Clean and updated.
- 5/5
I didn't know this hotel accepted pets. I had a hard time breathing and swollen eyes. They didn't have any allergy medicine that you could buy. The front desk receptionist had some in the back for employees. The room had a bad smoke chemical smell. The water pressure in the sink was almost none. However the shower was fine. I had them move me to another room. Still chemical smell but less allergies. The room next store was loud fighting you could hear everything.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service from every employee. Clean, quiet, convenient and affordable!
- 5/5
Overall was nice
- 5/5
A very comfortable room, bed felt just like mine at home. Very clean and inviting.
- 3/5
Building under repair. No pool. No lobby restrooms. Plumbing issues. Had to move rooms. Still more plumbing issues.
- 3/5
First, I didn’t get the room I booked which was very disappointing. Secondly, the pool & ice maker on both 1st and 2nd floor didn’t work. And finally, the laundry was also out of order.
- 2/5
The least you could do is have enough towels, what’s clothes, sheets and pillows for everyone. Thermostat was set to warm. Swimming pool wasn’t heated.
- 3/5
Staff has been friendly but our room wasnt cleaned well and no towels, no hair dryer. I felt like I was constantly calling the front desk for things which they were very friendly about but it got old calling once I kept realizing what was missing from the room. Also the hotel is under construction currebtly which I wasnt prepared for. Overall not a terrible experience but could have been better
- 5/5
Everything was great. They had construction on the front entrance, so that was the only nefative. I am sure it will be lovely when that is completed.
- 4/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Our stay was great, however i was a little disappointed that it stated they had a hot tub. There isnt one but the pool was heated pretty nice.
- 5/5
The room was spacious.
- 4/5
Front desk service was great.
- 3/5
The room looks good . During the booking it said to be Mountain View but not . The shower doesn’t work and we asked the staff but not cooperative enough to fix it . Glad we stay there only for one night.

- 5/5
Excellent personal and friendly service. Pack Bennett, asst manager went over & beyond to make us feel welcome & accommodate our needs.
- 5/5
Check in was BAD… took 3 rooms as first two were occupied!!!
- 5/5
Room was clean, well appointed. On line the pet fee said $25 but at checkin they said $75. I informed them of what was on line and they gave me the lower charge.
- 4/5
The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. The pool had been drained the day prior to my stay and after two days was still only 65 degrees so part of the reason for booking was unavailable. I also chose this property for the in-room whirlpool tub and if these are only in specific rooms it was not listed that way. Finally, my reservation was changed by the property (cancelled through Hotels.com and rebooked internally) so that I did not earn rewards for my stay.
- 5/5
DJ was very friendly and accommodating
- 5/5
we had an extra lsrge room due to it being the handicapped room. i was there to attend to a medical appoitnment across thevstreet. i needed flexibility on my checkoutbtime and they were very accommodating!
- 2/5
Check in took over 20 minutes. The woman did not look up from her computer for the first 4-5 minutes while we stood in front of her. She did not smile, was not ready or prepared for us to check in. This was after 4pm & we were told that we could check in after 3pm. While we were standing there, without much conversation from the woman, we had to ask if there was a problem, there were four other groups that were waiting to check in. This woman needs immediate training in customer service skills. Walked past her later that night when returning to the hotel, she was sitting by the front desk, not working. dressed to go outside, looking grim, no smile or kind word. She did not appear to be a happy individual. This person should not be working with people! We will not recommend this hotel.
- 2/5
We chose this hotel because it was a Marriot, but it felt more like a 2 star comfort 8 motel.
- 4/5
Didn’t like: lack of plug ins near the bed to handle CPaP, USB ports to charge watch and phone, nothing in fridge to purchase, limited room service for a meal, was there a hair dryer?
- 4/5
BFast caffee maker machine in bistro for cappuccino latte was INOP vending machine for soda and water was empty on 3rd floor no bar open as advertised online Wifi was OK.
- 2/5
Was checked in by a not so friendly staff member. My daughter was questioned by the staff member instead of reaching out to the parent. Terrible place for pet owners. Will definitely not stay at this hotel chain in the future. Very disappointing experience.
- 4/5
The convenience! Property could have been better maintained. Room was nice but toilet ran a lot & lightbulb was burnt out in the lamp by bed.
- 4/5
Good Service
- 4/5
I like the location. The room is big enough for a family of 4 and 2 puppies. We stayed for 2 nights and requested to make our bed on the our second night since it is only by request but apparently the front desk said they only have 1 housekeeping working for the entire 50 rooms so when we came back at night nothing was touched in the room even the trash.
- 5/5
Convenient location. Plenty of restaurants within a mile of the hotel. They even offer a take away menu for breakfast. The kids loved the pool too. Didn't love the flourecent light in the sink area (the balast needs replacing). Also didn't like that the sliding door didn't lock. There was an arm lock behind the door, but would have felt safer if the door's own lock was functional. Comfortable beds, but had a rough night of sleep. Motorcyclists were racing on the street below. Seems to be a theme in CO. I don't think the hotel can do anything about that noise though.
- 3/5
Not the cleanest hotel, but not the worst I've ever seen. Carpet was sticky. Pillows are flat. Not in a great part of town. Would not stay again.
- 5/5
Clean. High end shampoo, lotion & conditioner.
- 5/5
Awesome place
- 1/5
The staff was very unfriendly and we were not able to use the pool because the hotel let one group book the pool for 6 hours.
- 5/5
Location and good property to stay
- 4/5
Enjoyed it overall. Thermostat didn't work half the time and there was no shampoo
- 3/5
Was told they have spa rooms and they don't Was very noisy and bed where so uncomfortable
- 3/5
Location was great, quiet at night. Room 104 could use some work on tile floor. Wasnt spotlessly xlean.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds, and very clean.
- 5/5
Great to be able to use the pool privately for an hour of scheduled time

I thought I’d try Marriott after being an IHG member for a long time, I think I made the wrong decision. This hotel, along with a lot of the other Marriott brands I’ve been staying at, are sub par. Room is dirty (does any hotel ever clean their coffee makers? There is mold in this one), bathroom is in need of updating, and there is no reason why they can’t have coffee in the lobby.
- 4/5
There was water damage on our floor so drying fans were running constantly but it wasn't a problem.
- 5/5
It was nice, clean and quiet. Very cheery staff. Great location too!
- 3/5
While I appreciate, and even encourage safety, I don't like paying for a 3 night stay where I have to gather towels, assemble and bag my trash, fetch new pastic bags for trash and towels, etc, and not be given a discount OR free amenties like bottled water. This was especially true since the Bistro was closed. Also, I'm not so sure the room was really disinfected, as I never saw disinfecting wipes or spray on the housekeeper's cart. Everyone at the desk was nice. Bed was a bit soft, but didn't hurt my back. I wish the linens would have been a softer on the skin. I hated the in-room a/c unit----it was noisy and we had to turn it off at night. Also, the refrig rattled and hummed when it would kick on, but thankfully it didn't happen frequently. Overall, it was an average stay.
- 5/5
The assistant general manager was BEYOND helpful with my girlfriend and I and our little guy. He had such a positive attitude, and went above and beyond to make sure our key cards worked with the doors. They had to switch our rooms mid stay due to some issues with another room, but he made sure we were all set up. Highly recommend
- 4/5
Staff very pleasant . Good Covid precautions every where .
- 5/5
Paco, the night clerk, was very helpful and friendly.
- 1/5
When we got there all the bed have lot hair snd feel yellow spot
- 5/5
great place to stay … close to everything
- 4/5
The room was very quiet, nicely decorated and clean. The room frigerator has a high frequency sound when it was working. It would wake me up each time it ran. Staff was wonderful at the front desk and restaurant.
- 5/5
Ms V at the front desk and jerimiah at the kitchen/bar, they were awesome and very responsive and accommodating to my needs. I actually really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend this place.
- 4/5
The location is convenient. The views from the rooms were nice. Everything was clean the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
This place was quiet, plenty of stuff around and the staff was amazing all around.
- 5/5
Great access to all of Colorado Springs. Great restaurants in walking distance
- 4/5
The room had a balcony and I really enjoy when I wake up in the morning being able to open that door and smell the air and see the sunrise. Very unique feature not too many hotels house. Enjoyed this day very much
- 5/5
Friendly staff, comfortable room/bed and great fitness center
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, room was clear. Only one elevator.
