Stay was good. Gio was excellent very helpful and friendly.

Once the room was available for check in around 4:15, check in should have been 3pm, the room was clean and roomy. Although there are No Marijuana Smoking allowed signs everywhere, my grand daughter and I had to walk through 3 halls with acute smell of Marijuana. Property management should enforce their policy, if not, then I suggest not staying in Colorado at all if you dont want to be around Marijuana at every turn.

Place was great especially for the price! However some things like the doors were run down when I put my card I had to go downstairs to ask why the door wouldn’t open in which they told me I had to flip the handle up instead of down first and to pull the door before inserting my key card. I also had a struggle getting into the hotel from other exterior doors with my key card as it wouldn’t read it properly.

The staff was great. Breakfast was on time and refilled promptly. the location was near the event even though the location of the event was changed. prepackaged simple meals and snacks were for sale at the desk. We added onto our stay but required a room change and staff was able to assist in holding our belongings until we returned from our day. weather was beautiful also.

The rooms including the beds and showers were extremely clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the little kitchenette and the cooking supplies. The staff upfront were extremely friendly. I also enjoyed the free breakfast. The first two nights we stayed I had no complaints, we stayed on the 3rd floor. There was some homeless people in the area and travelers who smoked outside. This wouldn't typically bother me but it is something to consider if you have asthma. The 3rd night we returned after a stay elsewhere. We were shocked by the level of noise from our upstairs neighbors and the parking lot. This included stomping, falling, and shouting.

The staff was amazing! However, the original room I was booked in and the replacement room I was given both had maintenance issued with the plumbing. It was ok for 1 night but 2 was pushing it. Again the staff were friendly and helpful.

We needed a place to stay while my son was participating in the Trap Shooting State Championship competition. We were coming from 3 hours north and having this hotel fairly close to I-25 was nice. We were impressed with the two beds split into two different rooms and also having a kitchen to make a meal in. We liked the BIG 10 Commandments that were presented on the property. The front staff were very nice and had clear communication. We would stay here again if needed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. The only other thing to mention is that the bar soap provided has a strong scent, like cheap perfume—I had to use a different soap because I didn’t like the smell. Overall the stay was nice—the most important thing for me is cleanliness, and everything was very clean!

If I had to find a flaw it would there was no charging ports in the room for a phone.

We had a few mishaps..air conditioning didn’t work, one of our cards didn’t work, phone to call front desk didnt work, lightbulb went out in the kitchen area…did i mention the smoke alarm battery going off in the middle of the night? It was sort of funny..we got help..did not complain..everyone was very kind and replaced our air conditioning within a day. Overnight staff took away the smoke alarm right away and replaced it the next day. Just a weird experience.

The carpets were nice, new and clean in our room as were the floors in the kitchen and bathroom in our room. The king size bed was quite comfortable.The furniture looks like it came from the last day of a yard sale; old, scratched, cracked and dented. The couch was filthy, sticky to the touch, and and the naugahyde cushions on it were peeling in long strips. The breakfast eating area was about half the size needed to accommodate the volume of guests on a regular day. Standard free breakfast stuff with cereal, waffles, eggs (powdered?), and super thin bacon. All this for only $160.

Room was spacious, and would have been perfect for a long stay (we were there 2 nights). Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and the place was really clean. Hotel is huge, you truly could get lost inside. There was an elevator so we didn't have to lug bags up stairs. The air conditioner was very loud and would cycle on and off every 10 minutes or so. So loud you couldn't watch TV without constantly turning the volume up and down. Turning the unit completely off was the only solution, but then the room got stuffy. Only other observation was the breakfast was very cramped. They had some good selection (scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, cereal, waffles), but the area designated for it was very tiny and crowded.

This is one of the best hotel stays Ive ever had. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious. It had a stovetop, dishes in the cabinets, microwave and full size refrigerator with an icemaker. It was convenient to get to the Air Force Academy, Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame and Pikes Peak. There was a Walmart and Target close by among other stores and restaurants. There was ample parking.

Best pillows & mattress I have slept on in hotels over the past week. Ice maker in the freezer! Breakfast served 6:00 - 9:30am with hot and cold options; coffee is always on. Surrounding property provides plenty of area to walk my pooch and receptacles to dispose of waste.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at MCM Elegante Suites. We were checked in by a friendly staff members. We couldn't believe how nice the suite was. We loved the room setup. It was so nice to have a kitchenette style room and full size refrigerator. The size was perfect for a family of 4. My favorite amenities were the fitness and laundry room. It was extremely helpful to have the capabilities of washing our clothes and working out. The hotel had plenty of parking and is also in a great location. The best part to our stay was the value for 3 nights. Our family loved visiting Colorado!

The smoke detector in my room was “chirping” all night long. It took me half the night to determine what the noise was. It was very random… maybe once per hour but enough to ensure I was up most of the night. Awful.

I appreciated the price and that I experienced zero hassle regarding my dogs, but I would not stay here again. The property felt run-down. Probably in-line with the price, so that's on me.

Even after changing the batteries out, it was not functioning properly and since we were only staying for 2 nights, it wasn't worth the trouble of complaining about it. They do have on site laundry, which is super convenient. I would stay here again.

Stayed for 6 days here while on vacation and check in was fast, Front desk staff was very friendly, Room was clean and comfortable, Unfortunately even though it was a nonsmoking hotel the room next to us the person staying was obviously smoking in the room as a lingering smell came through the vent in the bathroom and their room had a sign after they left that it was being cleaned for smoking but that didnt detract from our stay since it was addressed. Breakfest was plentiful and we felt very safe here.

The room was clean. The linens were lovely. The king bed gave us a great sleep. Breakfast had awesome bacon and scrambled eggs. We would stay here again. A couple of little things.. pls provide some liquid dish soap in the kitchen. Plus a covered glass casserole dish would be a wonderful asset for heating up food in the microwave .

Said they only have a limited amount so they were unsure if I could get one. There was a coffee maker! But, it wasn’t working properly. Otherwise, the accommodations were outstanding & the front desk clerks were very friendly! Overall very happy and yes, I would stay again.

Very clean room. Bed was slightly hard but manageable. Food was good and breakfast was warm every morning. Staff response was really slow. The biggest issue was that we stayed four nights and had to use the same towel and washcloth. While I am aware that I could of went to the desk to ask for more, I think they should have offered us more upon check in realizing there were two of us and we were staying four nights. The best thing was the comfortable pillows...like sleeping on a cloud

A delightful hotel! Staff are amazing and the amenities included are fantastic! The bed and pillows felt brand new. The kitchen was stocked as well with everything you would need. Full sized refrigerator and microwave as well as a dishwasher were clean and worked perfectly. The free breakfast is delicious and varied. I will definitely be staying there again.

My room was a king suite and had a nice little kitchenette, full fridge, large bathroom, comfortable bed, and a view of the mountains. Breakfast was okay. I wasn’t a big fan of the eggs, but the waffles were good. The batter machine poured a bit slowly, which might create a line during breakfast “rush hour.” Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Great price and a comfortable stay.

MCM Elegante Suites was a pleasant surprise and a super find. We stayed off-season and during the week, so the rates were super low(less than $90 a night). Pulling into the location was a little suspect for no other reason than the way the building is situated behind a strip mall with a massage business and a hookah business in it. The grounds are well kept, and the entrance is super inviting. Once inside, we were greeted with a super-friendly front desk gentleman and a feeling of cleanliness everywhere you looked. The entire building smelled clean and fresh. Walking into the room was just as exciting as walking in the front door. The room was probably one of the cleanest rooms we've stayed in at a hotel in quite some time. Not one hair in the bathtub, sink, or floor could be found. The well-equipped kitchen was full of everything you would need for an extended stay. Full-size fridge, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and cabinetry. The bed was super comfortable, the Ralph Lauren sheets were amazingly crisp, the heat worked, and the water pressure was perfect. We are seasoned travelers and not picky. If the place we stay is clean, comfy bed, has good water pressure, and doesn't feel like we're going to get mugged when we walk out the door, we give it at least 4 stars. In our opinion, MCM Elegante Suites in Colorado Springs is a 5-star stay in every way. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and awesome; they went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

The suite we reserved had a separate bedroom area but the "living room" was just another queen size bed. There are few places to just sit down anywhere but a bed. There was an arm chair in the bedroom under the TV and off to one side. The bedroom was so small that moving the armchair to be able to watch TV means blocking off one side of the bed and the nightstand. All of that said, it was relatively inexpensive for a suite and the 3 of us who shared the room weren't in each other's way. For a basic hotel with few frills, it suited our needs.

Look up my Google reviews. The latest twist is a couple cards were taken. I have artive transactiona today flagging from Taeget on North Academy. Target was not interested in helping with real time flags. Trevor is the GM here and he put me out in the dark and cold for dessent while i stood in a lobby. Dont don't do it...pass...

It's great that they accept pets. The place though could use some minor renovation. I appreciate that they provide kitchen essentials. This is my go- to hotel when I'm in the area

Stayed in the family suite with two rooms, two queen beds plus the bathroom. Privacy a plus. Comfortable and clean with view of Pikes Peak. Breakfast included hot items… eggs, waffles and either sausage or bacon as well as fruit, cereal and toast. They even had a sewing kit so I could repair a rip. Definitely will stay again.

Our room was very middle of the road clean. We were very surprised to find staff and/or construction workers eye on our room during our absence without notice. There was no reason to do this while we were paying for the room. Especially without notification. Shame on you. We would have secured our belonings if we had been told in advance as spills be expected.

Although the hotel was busy it was quiet. The room was clean. I did not use the gym. The dining area for breakfast was crowded and the food was pretty basic. My eggs were cold.

There was a problem with the room that we booked and they upgraded us which made us feel better. Staff was always very accommodated. Highly recommend this hotel.

Da room was too small for 4 people, the beds were up against the wall, the person who sleeps in the inner side of da bed is kissing the wall and having to crawl out off bed.

The ac unit did not blow cold air. It was set to for the fan to run without any actual ac. Like when you don’t push the ac button in your car and the fan is just running. The refrigerator makes a loud noise at night. Like a car idling badly. The shower head was disgusting. Looked like mold on it. The woman at the font desk let me check in early.

This property is very nice. The studio was great! Please note, there is only ONE table in the lobby for breakfast. It was round and would seat four people, but it only had three chairs at it. Another couple finally asked the hotel attendant to find another chair and he did.

Yes, the property is dated, the furniture is mismatched and cheap. But the room is very clean, very large, and comfortable. There is a gym on site. Hot breakfast is included. Good budget suite hotel. Renovations ongoing, second floor seems to have new carpet. Good breakfast selection. Note the large stone Ten Commandments outside the main entry door - some might like this and it might put others off.

Parking was a bit inconvenient as it was one way road for the lot other than the very front only the building and food was bland and meh. Bc the parking in the back is slanted taking the luggage cart out there was a just a little difficult bc if I let go it could starting rolling down. They were training so I’ll give a pass for any slowness when checking in/out. Kitchenette in the room was nice to have. Good for the price I guess. We were still able to enjoy the experience in Colorado Springs, it just wasn’t THAT good and would probably look for another one when we revisit.

The room was spacious, two bed in a room with separated doors was my first experience in a hotel. The little kitchen space was wonderful and perfect for reheating food or making a meal and the full size fridge was awesome. The breakfast was great with many options. The staff was friendly. Our stay at this hotel was all in all pretty good with a few glitches. We stopped in when we first arrived into the city to see if we would be able to check in earlier than regular check in time and were told that they would contact us when a room would be ready. They never did call, so we showed up at 3pm. Besides luggage for 3 people we also had picked up groceries and asked for a cart. It took close to 15-20 minutes for them to locate a cart. Over the course of our week long stay we had on several different occasions called to get something for our room like extra toilet paper, paper towels, coffee or shampoo, but only once did anyone answer the phone and help us. If we needed something, we had to walk to the office and ask for it. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and quiet and the breakfast was decent and included eggs, sausages, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereals and fresh fruit. I would only suggest trying to keep the food hotter as some of the items were only barely warm. I would have liked more items in the kitchen like at least one large bowl, more silverware (there was only 1 teaspoon and 3 tablespoons), but there were enough forks and knives. Also would have been nice to have some dish soap and a dish cloth.

Had a reasonable breakfast, great location for our needs close to food, shopping, major roads, but undergoing some renovations, could be a bit cleaner.

Parking wasn't the best, the needs were very hard, there was a strange smell in the hallways. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Staff extremely helpful especially Alex who helped with getting our room available for 4 days without having to change rooms. Room itself was nice and free breakfast was good. Would have liked fresh towels daily but needed to schedule night before.

The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. The staff was nice. Breakfast was above average for a hotel in this price range.

Wonderful staff, super kind and helpful. Affordable fee for dogs but I was so happy to find a dog friendly place. Viewhouse nearby was close and dog friendly as well. Our room appliances didn’t work but we didn’t need them. Breakfast options were delish and filling.

Clean and quiet place in Colorado Springs

Affordable and clean

We’ve stayed here twice before and have had no complaints. For the price and convenient location it serves our purpose. Breakfast options aren’t fancy but it does save on having to pay for our own. Customer service was great. We found we needed an extra roll away bed and they provided one quickly and without a fuss. Room was clean and staff friendly. I also like the free laundry available for guests. Great to come home with your suitcase full of clean clothes from a trip. Only downside is that during this stay, the DirectTV service in our room was unreliable. It would work one day and not work the next. We were out and about most days so it wasn’t a game changer but for someone who enjoys watching the TV a lot, you might be a bit frustrated.

This is a good place to stay and the area feels safe. Room was pretty clean and the breakfast was modest. However, it would have been perfect if there was a control attached to the ac it would have been perfect but nevertheless my stay there was good.

The complimentary breakfast was especially fresh and delicious. It exceeded my expectations!

I always stay at MCM when I come to CO Springs for doctor's appointments. Mai-wa and Patrick were both super helpful in getting me a first floor quiet room. Every room I've every stayed in is clean, comfy and spacious. The bed is super comfortable & the hot breakfast buffet they serve is much better than most!!
