Great place to stay! Easy and easy out, clean with friendly staff

Booked the hotel after other plans fell through. The hotel was clean and cozy. Rooms were great and very clean. The location was within walking distance of different food spots and very close to Manitou Incline. Will definitely stay here again.

There was no food or coffee left when we went down at 9:30. Parking lot had the same water bottle out in the garage for three days. Trash in garage was overflowing.
- 5/5
The rooms are spacious with plenty of space to spread out and relax, sleep, or work if needed. There are plenty of outlets/usb plugs to charge all your devices. The beds are comfortable. The AC is effective but quiet, so perfect for sleep. The refrigerator and microwave are perfect for longer stays. The firepit in the courtyard are cozy areas to rest outside.

Despite having a prepaid confirmation, the hotel was overbooked when I arrived at 10:30 PM after a long journey from the UK. Without any prior warning of the cancellation, they transferred me to the nearby Antlers Hotel, which was not of a comparable standard. As a lone female traveler, it was not ideal to finally get into a room at midnight. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my refund.

They really have the best breakfast like other reviews said. We were there for four nights and had breakfast 4 times, we enjoyed it so much. There was a wide selection of breakfast items. Tea and coffee were available in the lobby all day. The location was excellent and minutes away from major attractions. We are very happy with our stay!

No overhead lights made the room dark. Our window looked right out onto someones patio. Window was worthless to use. Negated all and any privacy.

However, there was an issue with the shower in Room 439. I understand that this room is designed as an accessible room, but the water drainage was very poor. After showering, water would remain on the bathroom floor, and the shower area was flooded throughout our stay. One night, I had to wash my feet after using the bathroom because the floor was still wet. I reported this issue to the front desk, and they told me they were already aware of the problem. Nevertheless, this is something that clearly needs improvement.

Room was spacious Homeless man was sleeping outside my room, my truck didn’t fit in the parking garage, handicap room so the entire bathroom floor got wet after every shower and would stay wet my entire stay, over priced for quality of stay

I have traveled to 14 states and 10 different countries. I will tell you this Marriott is on my top 3 best hotel. From the views to the food to the rooms. We had 4 kiddos with us. We got 2 queen bed and nice pullout couch. The bathroom was top tier. I recommend 10/10
- 5/5
The room was a normal room for Springhill Suites but we were on the 3rd floor. Being downtown, you could hear all of the people that were out late until all hours as we were facing the street. I would suggest requesting a higher floor. We did not have a car but there is a $21/day charge for the parking garage. The breakfast was fantastic.

Overall, nice hotel, but poor customer service.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars was because of the shower and how it drains.

Great hotel
- 4/5
The hotel had everything we needed. The only reason I rated it as good rather than excellent is that I was not informed ahead of receiving my bill that I would be charged a fee for something called PIF. It was only about $3.50 but it was added on after we checked out. I called back later and was told it was to do with a Colorado Springs downtown improvement tax. Additionally it would be helpful if the charge for drinking the bottled water in the room was posted on the bar where the bottles were placed. I knew there was a charge but was surprised that it was $6 for each bottle! At that price I would have chosen tap water.
- 5/5
Very clean , very affordable. Will definitely stay again. We did not eat breakfast there but it did look delicious with lots of options
- 5/5
Great property and location. Really enjoyed the rooftop lounge and restaurant.

Room was good but a/c unit was loud and never shut off when it reached temperature.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and very well kept! The room was more than what we expected, will consider staying here again. The front desk lady was not very informative when I checked in. I was listening to what the other employee was telling another customer. We missed breakfast both days because we didn’t know the times.
- 5/5
Dont stay in room 441 it's a handicapped room, shower water pressure is super low and the bathroom floor gets soaked from the shower curtain
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Beds were very comfortable! Staff was friendly. Everything was very clean. Did not like the 21$ a day parking and breakfast did not have much to choose from but did enjoy our stay!
- 3/5
I got an accessible room which I didn’t want. The floor in the bathroom got wet from the shower. I almost slipped and fell. The USB charger bedside didn’t work. I was surprised by the $21 parking fee.
- 5/5
This was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever been in!
- 5/5
Even though I didn’t get the 1-King size bed that I selected with a nice view, I got 2-queen beds with a scenery of a brick wall. The queen beds were extremely comfortable and so was the pillows. The hotel lobby for breakfast was extremely clean and the waitstaff was very nice and attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. This is the first time I tried this hotel from my usual hotel because my son was getting married near by and I wanted to upgrade for the special occasion. I don’t travel hardly ever but on my next vacation I believe I will always look for this hotel. The only real negative thing is that we wound up bringing our drinks g at the last minute (which they do accept pets for a $50 fee per day) but they did not have a place (grassy area) for pets to use to relieve themselves). Had to walk 3-4 blocks down the street to grassy area in front of a museum.

- 2/5
Even though it’s on the website, validating parking would be amazing. The extra $21 is a bit steep. The noise facing the street is beyond ridiculous. The front desk admitted to it being a bad problem and no one knows how to fix it. That they asked the city for a noise ordinance but have heard nothing.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, close proximity to downtown restaurants and bars
- 5/5
Beautiful property, comfortable room and excellent breakfast
- 5/5
Very clean room and the staff is very friendly and polite

Great staff and hotel! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. My only gripes are the rooftop bar was terrible. Staff was rude and pompous. Then the pool and hot tub are in need of a good cleaning as well.

Made a last minute reservation and was able to get a larger room for a great price. Amenities were fabulous including breakfast. Parking garage had very tight spots and expensive.
- 5/5
We stay here whenever we are in the Springs. It's a beautiful hotel and amazing service.
- 5/5
The hotel feels brand new—modern, clean, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with great amenities. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. One standout feature is the private underground parking, which provides direct elevator access to your floor—super convenient. Parking is $20 per day, but well worth it for the added ease and security.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room, pool and hot tub were very nice. Within walking distance to plenty of amazing coffee and food for every meal.
- 5/5
Everything was great! The pool and spa could use some work however.
- 5/5
I plan to return to this hotel when visiting Colorado Springs. The staff was friendly and hotel was in a nice location.
- 4/5
We had a moth situation in our room that wasn't best. I called down to the front desk and was told that they would send up pest control.
- 5/5
Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was good. Property was quiet and staff were friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Positives: The property was modern and was decorated nicely. The breakfast offerings were good. The restaurant on the 8th floor was fantastic!
- 5/5
Nice and clean hotel. Great service!
- 5/5
Best place I’ve stayed in The Springs!
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Spacious clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was far better than I've experienced at other hotels. Dinner at Lumin8 was very good. One suggestion is to request a room not facing the street. During the evening there is a lot of very loud motorcycle noise. It does subside by bedtime but is prominent during the evening hours.
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly, and the continental breakfast was a great way to start a day! The room was very spacious and we felt safe during our stay.
- 5/5
This has to be the best Marriot we have stayed at yet. Super friendly, accommodating and the best sleep every. The beds are SO comfortable. Jackson, the Manager was amazing when asked if our Granddaughter could have some friends over for her birthday to swim in the pool. We will stay here whenever we are in the Springs.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
Great stay. I’ll be back!
- 5/5
Probably one of the best night's sleep I've had at a hotel! The bed was perfect and the room was immaculate!
- 4/5
Great property and breakfast. Only complaint was that whilenout friends' room had a small closet, our room had literally nowhere to hang clothing. Not even pegs. Where the closetbwas in their room, we had a ventilation/hvac unit.
- 4/5
You have to pay for parking in the garage ($21/day) but it was convenient and the downtown bus is free in the downtown street in front of the hotel. The pool was very nice too.
- 4/5
The only problem which was beyond their control was a fire in the garage. One of the guest cars caught on fire and the entire hotel had to be evacuated thus causing all of us to scramble out the hotel at 12:30am in the morning. It was concerning because it was so cold. We had to sccramble into a near by Pub and most people remsined outside or searched on foot for other hotels for accommodation because we werent allowed to get our cars. Logistically, on the way it was handled was very poor. From the Police. Fire, and Hotel staff. We were not allowed to re-enter until 3am or so. There seemed to be no one who knew what was going on. There were little kids and elderly people in their PJ's with no coats. Perhsps their should jave been blankets passed out at minium. Rather thsn go in further I am chosing to movr on past it snd offer this info a reference so they can sim to improve if this were ever to happen again. In the end the hotel comped the rooms for 1 night. For both nights for one of my girlfriends becsuse the smoke lingered in the vents in her room although we were on the 7th floor. Bailey the GM and Matthew front desk clerk walked into a mess when they arrived for their shifts in the morning. However, they handled everything very well.

Great hotel. Clean and very comfortable. I loved having the separate area with the sofa bed and the walk in closet made it easy to keep all of our bags out of the way. The area that the hotel is in is safe and quiet and walkable to the restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Great location. Friendly staff. Good free breakfast.
- 5/5
A wonderful, full breakfast was included as a bonus before hitting the road again.
- 5/5
Loved the location, cleanliness and great customer service.
- 5/5
I've stayed at many hotels in all my travels and this one ranked in my top 10. It was clean, the staff was very friendly, their breakfast was great. The rooms had a great setup. We had connecting rooms and there was so much space for us to all hang out. The restaurant that is on the 8th floor of the neighboring/connecting hotel was great. We just loved our stay here and will be back again.
- 5/5
Just typical city stuff: homeless people cracked out of their minds, yelling at people
- 5/5
I loved our room!! So clean, spacious and very comfortable. The room temperature was perfect, it was quiet and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, but SpringHill Suites definitely is at such a high standard. Very enjoyable visit!
- 5/5
Jacuzzi was super hot on the second floor. The restaurant on the rooftop has a stunning view, however we did not have dinner there. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Loved the location! The hotel room was so spacious and comfortable.

Everything was great!
- 5/5
Great location and property. Rooftop bar was amazing with great staff.
- 5/5
I was worried about booking a room in downtown Colorado Springs, but our stay was great! The hotel was quiet and service was friendly! Traffic was even non-existant, so getting to our hotel was quick! Breakfast was minimal but tasty. The hotel is also conveniently close to many points of interest such as the Pike's Peak Cog Railway, Garden of the Gods, and the Manitou Cliff Dwellings. This hotel was also pet friendly! My only tiny nit-pick was that there was no immediate spot near by for my dog to relieve herself. Overall, it was such a comfortable stay! Highly recommend!
- 5/5
The staff was accommodating and polite.
- 5/5
Comfortable and roomy. Good breakfast!

Cleanest hotel Ive stayed at in a while. The bedding is extremely comfortable.
- 4/5
Great hotel, convenient, and walkable for downtown Colorado Springs. Don’t expect a good rest on the weekend though. It’s on a street used for cruising.
- 5/5
Very convenient! Clean. Loved restaurant above hotel!
- 5/5
Pleasant bar/lounge/restaurant overlooking mountains and city on upper floor
- 4/5
It was quiet and I had a view of Pikes Peak at my window so it was great
- 5/5
Only thing, the shower is very strong
- 5/5
Great property!
- 4/5
Parking should be included. All was great.
- 5/5
Good location, awesome outdoor / public areas
- 3/5
Maid service came only once, the day before we checked out. The end of the bedframe did not have anything on the sharp edges and I was cut twice. I am thankful it was not my spouse who is handicapped. The room was clean and facilities nice. Parking was a challenge.
- 5/5
Check-in went very smoothly, as I am 18, and the normal requirement is 21. The front desk was helpful when we needed to ask any questions. The room was SO CLEAN, I love Marriott for this exact reason. The breakfast was amazing and delicious.
- 4/5
Housekeeping came once during our 3 night stay-as we got clean towels and wastebasket emptied once. Front desk did not authorize our garage tag appropriately until the lady night manager fixed it on day 2. We came for a wedding and did not get our wedding goodie bags with wedding info on check in. We asked the next day and they were nowhere to be found. The Bride had to make new bags which we got on evening #2. The shower force was weak.

Truly one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Clean and quiet. Bed comfortable and room had a cozy decor style. Definitely staying here again the next time in in Colorado springs. I would give it more than five stars.
