Reviews

Paid a lot for location. The AC in our room did not cool the room properly. It was warm most of the night all nights we were there until it cooled down enough in the morning. We were not trying to get it to cold 68-70 degrees. The TV never worked properly the guide would pop up you could change the channels but all the channels had a black screen. The bed was good but the pillows were underwhelming. The shower in our room was tiny. The water was so hot you could barely turn it on without scolding yourself. It is honestly a safety issue especially for children. Breakfast was good but pricey. The staff were all friendly. Overall not very impressed.
- 3/5
The hotel is in a good location I’m downtown Colorado Springs and the rooms are clean; however, the hotel is old and tired. It’s in desperate need of a full renovation.
- 5/5
A very nice, comfortable hotel. I would return.
- 5/5
Great views of Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak! Worth every penny!
- 2/5
Air conditioning was extremely loud and every time it would shut off and turn on it to wake you up from your sleep was not restful. I don’t think the place has been renovated since the 80s at least that’s what it look like. It’s kind of rundown in the rooms, the main lobby looks super nice and inviting, but as soon as you get into the bedrooms, it’s pretty rundown and especially for $300 a night. It wasn’t worth it.
- 3/5
No microwave and no free breakfast at twice the price. What am I paying for exactly?
- 5/5
Had a great experience thank you
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable stay for two nights. Front desk staff, restuarant and bar staff went out of there way to make us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Would definately stay here again on my next trip to Colorado Springs.
- 5/5
Breakfast was one of the best ones we have had at a hotel. Staff was very attentive! Valet was fast too!
- 5/5
Great stay in historic place. Fantastic view from mountainside room. The bed was was very comfortable!
- 4/5
.Our room was in need of an update and air conditioning wasn’t great, but was clean and comfortable. There was some maintenance around the property that needed attentionbut in such a large property it is constant need I’m sure. Valet was inexpensive and convenient. Overall I’d stay again.
- 5/5
The atmosphere and decor are like no other hotel for this price. The history behind the hotel is pretty interesting, and we were able to park underneath the building ($19/day for parking - $24/day for valet) and have the elevator take us straight to our room, so that was nice. Breakfast is not included in this package (unless specifically stated), but the buffet is $18/person and the hotel offers other options for breakfast (prices on these are based on the restaurant menu). There are a lot of things nearby, making our stay convenient! There’s a local pizza place called Bambino’s Urban Pizza and it’s amazing! Get the cheese sticks (GIANT CHEESE STICKS - they could feed 4+ people). N/A
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and amazing location. Entire staff was very friendly , would definitely recommend.
- 3/5
The hotel is nice and has charm. It’s an older hotel that needs someone with an eye for detail. We felt that it needs some TLC with paint, wall finishing, and fixtures. It felt like the ownership took over from an owner who didn’t do anything, put some money into a few areas, and left the rest to be picked apart by guests as far as improvements. The hot tub didn’t work inside and the exterior one hadn’t been opened for what appeared to be an extended period of time. The AC didn’t work inside our room but because the fan portion did we didn’t realize the room wasn’t cooling till midnight. They switched our room for us but in the middle of the night after traveling all day was incredibly inconvenient. The parking lot sucks to navigate and feels like a confusing maze the first time or two. The breakfast was ok but I felt that I would’ve preferred to go up the street and had a better breakfast for the price. Our rate was around $200/night and by the time we left we felt it should’ve been closer to $135/night. The staff was nice. Id say if you get a deal with the price it’s worth visiting but not worth an elevated price.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Amenities were great, the kids loved the pool (outdoor) and arcade. Our go-to spot for downtown Springs.

The staff is really great. Notably, the onsite engineer David is awesome… very personable and very responsive. Give that guy a bonus. Parking onsite is under the hotel. If you make your reservations far enough in advance, you can get your room(s) for very reasonable prices. But.. it is showing its age. So, the restaurant was a tale of two meals: nothing special for breakfast, but their dinner menu was great! New dinner options included sliders, a nice charcuterie board for 2 or 3; nachos; and multiple burger options. A group of us (5 families, 22 people) returned from the USAFA Commissioning ceremonies with libations and food on our minds. The bar was well stocked, bar-tenders were both professionals, and the food was on point. Two days later, they closed the bar early (2100, vice 2200) so we were disappointed after the great experience two days before that. Recommendations: The property can really use a focused “retrofit” and a one-week deep cleaning that should include stretching all the carpets, cleaning the HVAC, and reconditioning the HVACs. We would stay there again.. and recommend this establishment.

- 1/5
The property was extremely rundown. The rooms were not as clean as they should’ve been so much so that we changed rooms. There were huge gaps underneath the doors. So much so that our room was close to the elevators and we heard the elevator bells all night long. The property overall was just rundown. I was disappointed in the sense that it was closed down to the downtown area. It should have been a really beautiful hotel. It just seems they have not put the time or money into upkeep.
- 4/5
Interesting property.
- 4/5
The location was convenient and staff very attentive. The bathroom and air conditioning a little dated. Coffee in the room was great. Wish there was water or coffee in the lobby. The ice machines did not have a water option So sink water was it.

The whole experience was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the property was well maintained! I wish the indoor pool had been a little warmer, but all in all good experience!
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and staff very helpful, food was great and the bar staff very friendly and engaging. The only thing was foom A/C was not up to par.
- 4/5
Rooms need updating, but otherwise, an very nice stay.
- 2.5/5
Beautiful hotel! Nice location. Both pools were out of order and we has no A\C in our room.
- 3.5/5
Shitty toilet paper
- 5/5
Nice room and comfortable. Wish breakfast was served earlier and included in room pricing.
- 5/5
Very exceptional experience, staff were amazing, the mountain view was fantastic, and the amenities were above and beyond. The location was perfect with a variety of restaurants and bars, we will definitely be back.
- 3/5
The Antlers is an old hotel. Many areas need updating. The room was clean and comfortable, just dated. The hallways needed work...dark. The staff was great and the restaurant was good for breakfast( which was the only meal we ate there) The location was in downtown and in a depressed area ( homeless). Easy access to the freeway and beyond and parking was below the hotel. Next time in Colorado Springs, I'll take a pass staying there again, not for any particular reason, just dated.
- 3/5
Room was clean. Amenities not too great, 1st night, AC broke, blowing hot air when set at 62 degrees, was told by front desk we will get a complimentary upgrade but didn’t, got to change to another room with a broken door hinged and had to wait next day for technician to fixed it. 2nd day, door hinge was fixed while we were out then TV stop working, Direct TV not available. Last night, AC was not blowing cool air at 60 degrees and had to open window to cool room but sound of AC continuous making loud constant banging sound thru the night causing really bad sleep.

This made for an excellent impromptu couple's weekend away. Excellent location in downtown Colorado Springs, within walking distance of several restaurants. The room was well-appointed and comfortable.
- 2/5
Lots of damage to walls.
- 2/5
Everything felt old and a little dirty. Staff not very friendly or helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent 5th floor room with a wall to wall window city view. The restaurant and bar(bar menu) with personable wait-staff! Reasonably priced menu items that were presented professionally and very tasty. And the history of the motel made it a very special place to stay. I liked everything about the property.

Great location and rate for the Springs. Would recommend asking for a west-facing room for two reasons: the fantastic view and the east-facing rooms get really hot in the morning.
- 4/5
The self parking was a bit hard to find but once you do it’s easy to go inside and get out of the hotel!

- 4/5
The room was clean and the views were fantastic. My only complaint is the drain in the shower couldn't keep up with the water. The bartender was great! The location is ideal if you want to walk to restaurants.
- 4/5
Feels a bit tired. Older decor, bizarre red lights in lobby. Parking is expensive. Fine for a short stay.
- 3.5/5
I got a king suite with a mountain view. We were on the 12th floor and the view was spectacular. The room was very pretty too. There were plenty of drawers. (Although we did not use them, as we were only there one night.) My husband enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was involved and most were obviously enjoying it. However, as a vegan I found little (but enough!) to eat. The hotel clearly shows its age. The mattress was old and soggy to the point of discomfort. The room was almost out of tissues and lacked small amenities like an extra mirror--or other setup--to see the back of my head. There was not a full length mirror either. The parking garage ($19/day) was fine, but very confusing.
- 5/5
We stayed at this hotel in order to be close to a concert we were attending at the Pikes Peak Center. It was extremely convenient, and there was a row of restaurants one block away. Valet parking was a breeze. We also had breakfast at the restaurant the next morning, and it was delicious.
- 5/5
Breakfast was okay. Fruit was great. Sausage and bacon great. Eggs scrambled okay. Pastry okay. Juice and coffee good.
- 5/5
Danielle,
- 5/5
Spacious, comfortable room. Friendly staff and nice pool.
- 3/5
There is a breakfast buffet but NO service. We had to clear our own dirty plates and refill our coffee. The breakfast room was NOT busy. The buffet was about $21 but not worth it.
- 5/5
We’ve stayed here quite a few times and have always loved our experiences. It’s a beautiful building with lots of history. The only teensy issue people could run into…the showers are always a little wonky, but never a problem for us.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
The front desk staff and the bar and the restaurant staff were all helpful and friendly!

Great staff and wonderful time for our anniversary!
- 4/5
The breakfast buffet was very nice. The Antlers is an elegant historic hotel with beautiful features.
- 5/5
Although an older hotel it is in very good condition and well maintained. We had a clean, comfortable stay. Hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Enjoyed the meal we had in the bar restaurant and cost was reasonable. Would stay again!
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
This place was extra dreamy with holiday decorations and a blizzard outside. The snow was beautiful from the 12th floor.
- 3/5
The staff was amazing. However, the hotel was old and dated. The price did not reflect similar peers in areas standards.
- 5/5
Loved our corner room with terrace and the remarkable mountain view.
- 5/5
I love the hotel it is very nice and the front desk is super friendly The only thing I don't like is that you have to pay to park and your gas also has to pay to park if they have a vehicle
- 5/5
Our stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Great scenery of downtown Colorado Springs
- 5/5
Great location and nice property. Staff very professional and friendly
- 2/5
I've stayed here before, and had a different (better) experience. This stay, my room was in very poor condition - missing cabinet doors, missing wall electrical plates, exposed TV cables, fraying curtains, etc. On top of that, the AC stopped working at 2am - which affected my rest. This experience and the lack of consistency will likely prevent me from staying here again.
- 2/5
So our room was supposed to be a suite. It was decent but the fridge had a funky smell to it but we used it. The next morning went to get our food out and noticed black mold on the top of the fridge inside. So we had to throw our food away. When I was brushing my teeth and I just happened to look up and there was about 1/2” of dust caked to the return air vent right above the bathroom sink. The thick dust was a fail on housekeeping and maintenance so that means multiple people saw that dust and just decided not to clean it up. There was something splashed and dried to the wall behind the trash can in the bathroom and a couple random hairs in the tub. Housekeeping is definitely slacking. The hot tub outside was closed. The inside one was open 24hrs. We went to relax after 10 hours on the road and the jets didn’t work and the water had so much chlorine we both itched terribly and my husband got some kind of rash/irritation on his skin that night. I hate to be a complainer and hate to leave bad reviews. But for the price the suite wasn’t worth it. Last time we had a regular room and it was fantastic. We didn’t try the breakfast so I have no review on that. The front desk lady that night was great and helpful. I couldn’t say anything more than she was so kind and helpful. I did let them know at checkout about the dust and mold and my husband overheard her telling maintenance to go look at it. So hopefully it was fixed. Like I said our first stay was great, this time not so much.
- 4/5
We stay here quite a bit when in town. It’s typically incredibly comfortable. The Bartender on Sunday evening was not friendly & seemed to be bothered by our presence at the bar rather than welcoming. The beer served was warm but that’s the only thing that was. Very strange vibe this stay.
- 5/5
The breakfast buffet had a great variety.
- 5/5
Super nice hotel. The steak I had at the restaurant was amazing. Definitely recommend and will be back for sure.
- 5/5
The lady in the restaurant for breakfast (silver hair) was awesome. Food was good. Also Rick the bartender was efficient and nice.
- 5/5
The room was clean and had a nice view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and informative.
- 5/5
Clean room. Here for conference. The WiFi was not good in conference but ok in room
- 5/5
Top Notch Facilities! The steak at the Antlers Grill was to die for! And the staff very kind and accommodating!
- 4/5
Location is great. Close to downtown with walking most places
- 5/5
Woke up to Piles Peak, and beautiful sunrise. Oh and the hotel was great
- 1/5
Our room didn’t get cleaned the first two nights we were there, even after we specifically requested it. The valets don’t start work until 7am so you have to wander around in the depths of the parking lot to get your own car. The place is old and tired. Many nicer rooms available in Colorado Springs for less money. No wonder it was practically empty.
- 5/5
Yes.
- 5/5
Always has been a good spot to stay in Colorado Springs
- 5/5
The staff was very nice. Clean and great Hotel!
- 5/5
We (our teenage kids and my husband and I) loved this hotel! Great location and wonderful accommodations! The shower is incredible and the rooms are spacious.
- 5/5
Wonderful check-in process, staff, and accommodations! We had a great stay and the kids loved everything about the hotel! The location also makes it easy to get around and go to nearby restaurants.
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms and friendly staff
- 3/5
Good service, good location, old hotel
- 5/5
Our room was clean and had a great view. When i checked in they asked if i wanted a city view or mountain view. That was up to me. Within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Pool, hot tub and arcade games/pool tables open 24 hrs. Plus they have a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Starbucks too! I had an amazing time here. Im from the east coast and when i return to Colorado, i will be staying here again!
- 5/5
Very cool old school luxury vibe! 😎
- 1/5
Horrible experience
- 5/5
Stayed in a suite with the kids -- beautiful view of Pikes Peak, which we all enjoyed. The pool and hot tub were fun, as was the arcade.
- 5/5
The food at the bar was first rate.
- 5/5
Beautiful and great location
- 4/5
It is a cool hotel. Stylish and has an older presence. Very clean and the staff is super friendly. The only thing that could notice our stay would be if they had access to streaming services we could log into on the tv. We only had cable and we are spoiled.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
No shampoo
- 4/5
Staff was great and friendly.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent! The bar (Rick Sarah and Grady) were super friendly and very personable! Amenities were fantastic ! The hot tub jets didn’t work but water was still hot and relaxing.
- 4/5
The room was very nice but had a crease in the carpet and hair found in parts of the bathroom. I called a month before 2 weeks before one week before and the day before my check in to ask for early checkin. I was told every time it should not be an issue, they said theynwould put a note on my reservation. When i arrived early to checkin i was told the room would not be ready until closer to 4pm. It was a very frustrating situation.
- 5/5
We spent a wonderful weekend at the Antlers feeling totally pampered! Gorgeous hotel, spectacular views, cozy bar and restaurant, delicious food. It was the getaway weekend we had hoped for!
- 5/5
Great customer service! Nice amenities and delicious breakfast buffet. The beds are super comfortable- premium mattresses.
- 4/5
The property is nice, but dated. I only had a fridge in my room…and the pillow were very flat. Beautiful view of downtown or the mountains. Finally it’s right downtown great for walking around.
- 5/5
The staff was great and they welcomed our dog.
- 5/5
Comfy bed, clean and quiet
- 1/5
Checked in loved the hot tub hours but once we got there the water was dirty lukewarm and jets didn’t work much. Super disappointing as we chose hotel for the hot tub. Sign on mirror says they change sheets and towels daily, no one ever came, I called for sheets and towels to make the bed myself she never came, went down to the front desk asked again, she came up but with the wrong size sheets . The next morning on check out date the maid was basically pounding on the door when we opened she wanted to clean it, it was 9 am on the day of checkout. Go to leave and they never registered our truck so we couldn’t get out without going back in. Staff was rude too. I won’t ever go back
- 5/5

- 3/5
The room was very out dated the bar restaurant was amazing though
- 3/5
Tired/worn down hotel. Room needed an update. Not luxurious or felt special…just a room with a view. Lobby was nice, but everything else just looked run down.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Best. Hotel. Ever.
- 3/5
Loved the feeling of the hotel and the rooms and view of the mountain was spot on. Was not thrilled with the parking problems we experienced in the garage and trying to leave the parking garage. Found out its owned by 3rd party company so it has nothing to do with hotel itself. Just became a pain everytime we tried to leave.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Friendly courteous staff. Guest rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable & well stocked with amenities.
- 5/5
The whole place was amazing
- 4/5
Hotel is very nice, location is great. The room however is very aged. We love the older look but the room we stayed in needed an update…keeping it the same but fixing what needs to be fixed. I give it a 4 so that is very good as I really liked the location, room, and lobby but just seems like it could use some GLC
- 5/5
Beautiful, the staff was amazing!
- 5/5
It was a really nice hotel inside, The restaurant had great food, our room had a great view.
- 5/5
Perfect location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.
- 3/5
The lady at the bar, Gina, was super rude. More interested in talking to her friends than pouring drinks. When she finally came over, I ordered and she goes "I asled you how your day is going". Well, good until I met you.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable stay. Staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Nice classy hotel. Beautiful views from our room. Lots of great dining within walking distance.
- 5/5
Everything was great. The stay was a little pricy but for such an upscale hotel, not unexpected.
- 5/5
Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was awkwardly laid out.

Beautiful views, old style ambience, great in house dining, great staff. Loved the valet parking, great cost per value rating for me.
- 5/5
I had a great time. The staff and food was wonderful. I recommend it to anyone that visits Colorado Springs.
- 4/5
Room location was very nice. Refrigerator did not work and no basic shampoo or conditioner.
- 5/5
Great room, super comfy bed, stunning view of Pike’s Peak, easy to walk to all sorts of restaurants and shops.
- 5/5
There was a brief problem with my reservation, but the staff quickly resolved the matter with an upgraded room and parking. This was truly appreciated, as I had just driven 16 hours to deliver a truck to my son who is serving in the Army. Our stay was perfect, thanks to the staff.
- 5/5
Mostly the staff. They were very helpful and accommodating. Also the view of Pikes Peak from our corner room was spectacular.
- 5/5
Great pool, gym open 24hrs hot tub was okay and the arcade room unlimited games the best part.
- 4/5
ALL The staff, in every dept. was over the top helpful, friendly, and lovely. The breakfast buffet is worth $18 and the $7 cup of green chili was amazing. Nice HOT showers. Clean everything. Parking is easy. Internet works. Good for the price.... The direct tv sucks bad bad, 10 seconds on and 10 seconds off, every channel. Fix that.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean. Alot to do in the area.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
The staff is always friendly and awesome Gina at the bar told me all about the town and the local Dunkin’ Donuts
- 5/5
Loved the hotel atmosphere. Amazing Christmas decorations & feel.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 3/5
I question the cleanliness, I found someone's beer can in the fridge. I question the restaurant staff, half was unseasoned and the salmon was salted to the point of being inedible. The desk staff and bartender were very nice.
- 3/5
We waited in line for 45 minutes to check in. It was frustrating.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Beautiful lobby.
- 5/5
The views are great! This is a really beautiful old hotel, but they seem really short staffed. The staff that was working was kind, but things moved slowly, if at all.
- 5/5
Hannah in the restaurant was so sweet and helpful. I really enjoyed staying there, the building is so beautiful.
- 5/5
very clean staff professional kind and helpfull
- 4/5
1 bedroom executive suite had 2 full baths which was nice for our family of 4. Large sectional couch was comfy but a little stained up. Great view of Pikes Peak. $19 to park in attached garage per day. Food and drink options close by. 24/7 indoor pool and hot tub was very clean and nice! Friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff and ver clean property.
- 4/5
Nearly everything was great. The staff was professional, friendly, helpful, etc... The lobby looked great with Christmas decorations. Great city/mountain views. The room was too hot though, even after turning the temp as low as it would go. So, we opened the windows, but that caused all the room darkening shades to clang against the windows all night. Also, when turning on the shower the water was brown, so had to let it run 5 minutes or so until it went away. Could have been rusty pipes from maybe having not been used in a while. Not sure.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very welcoming and professional. The valet parking was very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean. The restaurant had a fabulous menu and buffet brunch.
- 4/5
Clean room. Instant hot water for showering. Easy check out. Love the incorporation of vintage & modern amenities.
- 5/5
Big help with late check in and getting a room away from the elevator. Lovely historic propery.
- 5/5
location is perfect, hotel is very pretty. Our room was OK, not amazing but not bad. Will be back.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel and the area was phenomenal.
- 5/5
All of it was great except the parking system. I had self parking charges to our card for each night and there was a time where we couldn’t get out of the parking garage. We called to front desk for assistance but they had a heavy call volume at that time which is understandable but we needed out so we ended up having to scan the QR code and ended up paying an additional $42 to exit the parking garage which needs to be refunded. Other than that, it was a great stay.
- 3/5
Friendly staff and easy check in, rates were good. The parking situation is a bit complicated (in garage) and needs to be easier. Rooms are a bit dated. Check out was easy. Overall a decent value. Not quite a high end hotel anymore!
- 4/5
The views are amazing. Had a nice meal and drinks at the bar.
- 4/5
The staff at the bar and check in were very friendly. The view is amazing and the property is pretty fun! M
- 5/5
Loved the room
- 4/5
I had a good time with my family during Christmas break. Staff was friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the area. The hotel was quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Amenities were as expected and added to the overall comfort of the stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free experience.

- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Room was perfect. Beautiful view of downtown with large window. Perfect location. Very friendly staff. We will be back
- 4/5
The room was small but cozy. It could use some updating. The staff was excellent - friendly, courteous and very helpful
- 5/5
Amazing the ways the oldest hotel around before and after.

Parking situation is ridiculous. This hotel desperately needs a renovation. Carpet in room loose, tripping hazard. Water pressure was horrible. Planned on having breakfast at the hotel, stood by the wait to be seated sign for an unacceptable time while the hostess/waitress just chatted with a couple that were seated. While checking out @ 8am housekeeping just kept vacuuming by the front desk unable to hear the lady at the counter.
- 5/5
everything was great very nice and helpful staff
- 5/5
The rooms are great. We got the corner Executive Suite, 10/10 woukd stay again. The breakfast downstairs at the Antler Grill was great.
- 5/5
Very helpful staff. Loved being able to.swim and hot tub in the middle of the night.
- 3/5
Very dated. Shower did not work.
- 4/5
Yes
- 4/5
Staff is extremely nice and helpful! Great location for walking to restaurants and surrounding downtown establishments. Beds are comfortable. Wish they'd take better care of the hotel- needs a lot of work... paint, updating, a good thorough clean! Bathrooms have cheap faucets and shower heads. Someone needs to put some money into this historic hotel!
- 4/5
Having to notify the desk every time we left the parking Garage was the only issue.
- 4/5
The only downside is the bathroom, horrible
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Shower pressure was amazing! Our heater was out but maintenence had it fixed within 30 minutes from the time we called to report it. Jeff was great! He even brought us 2 breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. Vallet, front desk, manager on duty and even the Starbucks staff were the best! We stayed there the night before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving day. Will definitely be back. Gorgeous hotel and lots of history! Very elegant!
- 5/5
Cleanliness and friendliness all excellent!
- 5/5

Staff, access to transportation location
- 5/5
Spotless rooms, excellent staff! Happy with my experience, no incidents whatsoever ❤️
- 5/5
Mountain view
- 4/5
the room and lobby were nice, bathroom was small and dated. good value though.
- 3/5
Unfortunately, I couldn’t change the channel from HGTV to anything else! My sink was clogged, my lavatory faucet was leaking on the cold side handle, and it was strongly noticeable that the edges of the room do not get cleaned 😬 Other than that the location was great as well!
- 5/5
The beds are comfortable the room is cleaning I love being on the highest floor to look at the same way it was beautiful
- 5/5
Great staff and excellent on-site restaurants.
- 4/5
The check-in process was smooth and the staff member gave a nice brief description of the property and its amenities.
- 5/5
We had a great view of Pike's Peak. The bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We did not get a chance to have breakfast, but heard it was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and professional.
- 3/5
Cracks throughout, room was not clean and markings on the wall and mold in the bathroom. Staff was professional but when asked to clean the bathroom they spent less than 1 minute in there with no cleaning supplies.
- 5/5
Rooms were spotless. Greast service
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. great location. friendly staff. wonderful food
- 5/5
Staff was great - front desk, valets, cleaning services, and the breakfast buffet crew. So friendly.
- 5/5
Great stay. Would recommend.
- 4/5
Overall great stay, exceptional view with friendly and efficient staff. Good area for walking.
- 5/5
Maintenance lady was extremely friendly and helpful!
- 2/5
Room was good. Other guests wasn't so great! Pounding on room doors, kids running up-- down halls all night.. cops were busy all night. Probably will not stay at this hotel again! I don't think many people got much sleep
- 3/5
Hotel was nice. But, there was huge bug issue in rooms. We switched due to the invasive lady bug in first. Probably found 20 plus in secon room
- 5/5
I arrived at 2 AM. The lady at the front desk was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel. They care about their customers.
- 5/5
Staff friendly, hotel beautiful, easy walking for great shopping and restaurants..Can’t wait to go back!!
- 5/5
Hotel was great. Clean rooms, great service and good location
- 5/5
Love the balcony
- 5/5
TERRIFIC VALUE AND CLOSE TO TEJON ST, COLORADO COLLEGE, ORO, RESTARAUNTS, GREAT VIEW FROM WINDOW ON 11TH FLOOR FACING MOUNTAINS. BEDS QUITE COMFY. VERY GOOD PRICE.
- 5/5
Property was older, I could tell by the furniture & decor. The staff was super friendly & helpful. Only issue I had was a broken hair dryer that the promptly replaced.
- 5/5
A modern hotel with elegant touches. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Ask for a mountain view room and wake up to a view of Pikes Peak.
- 5/5
Did not eat Breakfast at the Hotel since we had to get back on the road early.
- 5/5
Mountain View was fantastic
- 3/5
The parking garage is very confusing. We had trouble finding the hotel fom the garage.
- 4/5
Helpful staff, good location
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Parking was a little tricky to figure out, but was easy enough after that.
- 2/5
Does not look like the photos. Incredibly outdated
- 4/5
i hate being obligated to write a review
- 4/5
Nice but dated hotel. Would stay there again
- 4/5
The lobby area is nice the room and hallway was dated and needed a freshening
- 5/5
Hotel was nice, rooms were clean. The staff was great. Centrally located. I woukd definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Staff were great. Too many tvs in public spaces
- 5/5
Rooms need to be updated at the cost we're paying per night.
- 3/5
Clogged drains and had to get my car from valet myself due to staffing issues.
- 5/5
This property is located within walking distance of the downtown area. The view from the room was beautiful. Staff were incredibly welcoming and created an excellent area for networking and building relationships. I would definitely return and stay at this property!!
- 4/5
Beautiful view if you are on upper floors.
- 5/5
Great experience, friendly staff and good amenities.
- 2/5
We reserved a King Suite with Mtn view and while two rooms the bedroom especially looked like a $20 motel room. Absolutely appalling. No furniture, lots of exposed wires, bathroom door that couldn’t close because was just two pieces of cheap wood that closed together with a hook. Absolutely awful
- 3/5
Old and dated, the AC unit kicks on and off every 10 mins and it’s incredibly loud. We left a night early.
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
Dated property but centrally located.
- 4/5
I was there for a conference. Every employee was courteous, helpful & professional. The catered meals were well prepared. The banquet and meeting room facilities were good. My hotel room was perfect. It was clean, comfortable & had all the items I needed. Thank you for providing free bottled water in my room and at the front desk!!! Staying properly hydrated helped me enjoy my trip to this higher elevation!! I hope I get a chance to return.
- 4/5
It was
- 5/5
Best experience!
- 5/5
We were on the 6th floor with a view of the mountains and it was stunning. Nice room, loved the bar. Great parking. We will be back
- 4/5
Overall, I felt this was a great hotel for the price and would stay here again.
- 4/5
pools and hottubs need upgrades!! dangerous ladder rungs on indoor pool, slippery. functional but "tired". did NOT harm our stay! loved the decor! great elevators. front desk seemed a bit distracted, 3 different individuals. again, did not detract from our stay. only FYI. THX.
- 5/5
I thought the hotel was gorgeous and so convenient with restaurants hooked into the facility. Staff was exceptional. My only complaint was there were traces of mold in the shower up high on the shower wall. Refs to be cleaned with disinfectant.
- 4/5
More in-house dining options are needed with reasonable hours. In need of vending machines and valet parking with $24/day vs $19/day to self park in a remote parking lot.
- 3/5
In serious need of repair. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Shower heads sprayed all over the bathroom. AC unit in room wouldn’t cool during the day. Elevator lights out.
- 2/5
Our stay started out great. We thought the lobby was beautiful, we were surprised when our room had a balcony that we really enjoyed. The rooms were pretty dated and could use some upgrades. Minor things.the issues started when we parked and realized that there was no security in the building at all. You could get to any floor of the hotel from the parking garage elevators, it made us a little uncomfortable. We got up the next morning and there was garbage bags lined up in the hallway outside of our room that never were taken away. We tried to go to the pool but the water looked so dirty that we opted to go out for a few drinks instead. The following night was eventful. We were woken up around 4:30am by people screaming in the hallway. When we looked, they were gone. About 45 minutes later we were woken up by Colorado Springs police who questioned us for several minutes regarding the disturbance in the hallway. They never told us why they were questioning us. When we got ready to head to breakfast around 7am, right outside our room were several police officers and the hallway and one room blocked off with caution tape. Police greeted us and we went downstairs to check out. The woman at the desk asked us how our stay was and my husband said “well, quite eventful” and the lady laughed and said “yeah I bet it was” and handed us our receipt. When we asked her what was going on, a detective stepped up beside us and quickly changed the conversation. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
- 3/5
Ac didn’t work shut off in the middle of the night which made it uncomfortable to sleep ,went to indoor hot tub and the spa bubbles didn’t work
- 5/5
The unrestricted flow in the shower head was great
- 5/5
I will definitely be back there
- 5/5
I love the antlers! It’s such a wonderful hotel located within walking distance of downtown! Amazing restaurants and shops nearby and the amenities of the hotel itself.. I come down here at least twice a year and will forever book rooms at the Antlers!
- 4/5
Great place in a great location. Best shower pressure ever.
- 5/5
I was happy to see it is a comfortable place to stay. The people are down to earth, super laid back and nice. I was assuming they would be stuck up a holes. They aren’t. I would be concerned
- 3/5
Two things I did not like about the service here. I asked them to do a full service on my room after two days. Came back and they did not even change the bed sheets or vacuum the room. I checked out a day prior to my original date. Received text and emails the next day asking me when I was checking out. The associates that I checked out with did not even check me out.
- 4/5
Convenient location
- 5/5
Lovely hotel and bar.
- 5/5
The service at the desk, bar and valet was friendly and great. The location is convenient to downtown restaurants. We would stay here again.
- 4/5
Nice but charge too much. Bar is wierd
- 2/5
Someone’s panties was still in the room and the showers was rusty and the tub
- 2/5
The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. The air ran all night but didn’t cool. Some of the lamps worked and some didn’t. A few outlets didn’t work. Bathroom door was in bad shape. Caulking was gross around shower and tub. This place needs an upgrade. Overpriced for the property
- 3/5
It was an average hotel. Nothing great but nothing too bad. Just very dated.
- 5/5
Great room. No bugs which is a big deal for me
- 5/5
Two thumbs up!
- 5/5
I was gladly surprised the staff and energy is warm and inviting, comfortable friendly and down to earth. So happy I stayed here. I’ll be back often. The pool and hot tub are 24 hrs. Which I love!!
- 4/5
Hotel is located perfectly. Walking distance to meals, day hikes and tours! Hotel is clean and comfortable!
- 4/5
Comfy bed
- 5/5
Nick, at the front desk, made the visit perfect, personable, and helping to make our stay special.
- 5/5
Excellent and grand hotel right in Colorado Springs Downtown! Staff was so kind and friendly!
- 5/5
Downtown
- 5/5
Great place!
- 3/5
They gave us the wrong type of room. Tried to just gloss it over
- 4/5
The staff is so friendly and amazing! The lobby itself is beautiful too. We didn't check out too many amenities during our stay, but I did see the beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. The rooms are definitely outdated, which doesn't bother me especially knowing how historical the building is. The carpet was a little bunched up so I tripped a few times and the tub drain wouldn't stay open on its own, but I got a good nights sleep regardless.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing at The Antlers. We had an amazing view of Pines Peak and a glimpse pf Garden of the Gods from our room. Walkable to many good restaurants and bars with its downtown location. Nice little outdoor pool and hot tub with a 24 hour indoor pool and hot tub. We will absolutely stay jere again in the future.
- 4/5
Other than the overnight drama I enjoyed my stay completely. I will stay again.
- 5/5
Beautiful Mountain View’s from the room. Convenient to all things downtown. Hotel and staff were nice. Valet parking was super convenient. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Very central to downtown and Garden of the Gods, Pikes peak. Charming hotel, you can tell it is a hotel from the 1800’s but with new updates (water pipes are noisy, smaller room) but the charm and character are so fun. Starbucks right in lobby, east valet parking, 24 hour indoor pool, beautiful Mountain Views. Customer service is amazing!!
- 3/5
Excellent views and easy to walk to some restaurants. The property is dated and the only restored part is the lobby. Our room run down and outdated. The pool area was nice and they do have an area with pool tables and arcade games. Service was poor. My suitcase stand was broken and they said they would replace it but they never did. We couldn’t get housekeeping to clean our room after asking twice at the front desk.
- 5/5
Great hotel, clean and great location…
- 4/5
Our King room with mountain view was clean, with the exception of the exterior of the windows. The staff was accommodating. Check in and out was smooth. The property is showing its age, but the location is ideal.
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and serviced regularly. We had a Mountain View room and it was amazing!!
- 5/5
Everything under one roof for when the kids needed something to do plus food options
- 2/5
Pictures deceiving property is very run down. Wouldn’t stay here again. Disappointed
- 5/5
Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Greta location too!
- 3/5
Rooms were dirty, hallways were dirty… need to get a vacuume going in the place. Bars and restaurants were ok.
- 4/5
Loved the historic hotel and the staff were great. The only issue I personally had difficulty using their toilets in the room bathrooms. They were the shortest toilets I have ever seen. It was quit difficult getting off. Had I known that, I would have booked a handicap accessible room.
- 1/5
Hotel rooms were old, not updated and fixtures and ac broken and loud.
- 2/5
The hotel is nice enough, but there's work that coupd be done. Communication is a bit off. Simple issues with easy fixes if taken into consideration.
- 2/5
I liked that they tried to help us quickly with the room situation even if it was not ideal. I also liked the beautiful mountain view. The valet personnel were mostly excellent. Location was also good.
- 4/5
Older but nicely maintained property
- 3/5
For the price, the interior of the room could’ve been nicer
- 4/5
Couldn’t get extra towels from staff, otherwise everyone was helpful. None of the restaurants were open though. And that was a big let down
- 4/5
It was an acceptable stay
- 4/5
The only downsides were that the A/C was quite loud, which made it tough for me to sleep (I struggle with insomnia), and the toilet was slow to flush. Some of the amenities also felt a bit old and dated. Overall, though, it was a great stay and we loved the location.
- 3/5
The location is great. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, etc. Cannot understand why the hot tubs never work time after time. The outside pool and cold tub without working jets opens at 10:00 am, which is late. Indoor hottub lacks working jets altogether. Pretty disappointing. The staff was very nice, fun and personable, so that was refreshing. Love the validated indoor parking. Lobby is beautiful.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. A bit confusing in parking with the different entry locations. Worked out ok. Loved the view. Nice bed. Easy walk to restaurants.
- 4/5
We enjoyed the location of this hotel. It’s within a 20-25 minute drive to all of the main attractions. The restaurants in the hotel were less than desirable. Food wasn’t worth the prices. The pool, hot tub, and arcade machines were hit for my family. Kept up entertained in the little downtime we had. The room itself was nice. You can tell this hotel is older and there’s wear and tear in the rooms and throughout the building. The room didn’t get super cold, and the mattresses were lumpy. Didn’t sleep the best, but overall enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Really nice! The only downfall was the indoor hot tub. Looked super grimey and gross. The jets don't work either.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay at the Antlers. The property is older but still very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I absolutely loved the wood-fired pizza at the restaurant in the hotel, and having a full-size Starbucks in the lobby was a great bonus! I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Colorado Springs.
- 5/5
Amazing stay. Nice amenities, wonderful beds, polite and helpful staff. Will return.
- 5/5
The P2 Parking garage was not up to Wyndham standards - very dirty….
- 4/5
Overall, it was fine and room was clean. TV was not setup properly, so I had to change the input settings to HDMI3 each time I turned it on.
- 5/5
Charming historical hotel.
- 3/5
Won't go back unfortunately. Seems like the hotel is run down and not maintained. Lights were out in elevator, dust balls falling from the ceiling. Carpet in hotel room was filthy. The doors were all dinged and chipped. Everything is just falling apart.
- 5/5
The bed & pillows were fantastic slept very well. Had a room of mountain views it was beautiful
- 5/5
Great location and view is good!
- 4/5
The tv set up is bad. Signal is spotty and channel selections are terrible.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars.
- 4/5
Historical and downtown building…
- 5/5
Awesome Stay! Pool areas and arcade could use a touch up, other than this it was great.
- 5/5
It was great and we will stay again. It's convenient in downtown and many things near by. The only thing was the carpet in the room had this crease down the middle like it was loose or not put in right and the indoor hot tub was out of order.
- 2/5
The bed was horrible. The pillows were worse and the AC unit kept going on and off. The whole room needs to be brought up from 1985, the hallway also smelled. This is the worst Wyndham property I’ve ever seen. I will never go there again.
- 2/5
Over rated and too expensive for the condition. Good location but dated dirty rooms and the outdoor pool wasn’t heated as that’s why we went there.
- 5/5
Wonderful room, views, and amenities. Had a great time!
- 5/5
Clean quiet and convenient….pillows were to flat but bed was clean and comfortable!
- 5/5
The service was great my mom was there for almost two weeks and I was there for three day and they were nice and unbothered by anything and staff were all nice and friendly and very helpful
- 4/5
Furniture in main lobby was tattered and old though
- 5/5
The parking here is my only conplaint. $40 a day. Otherwise this hotel is very nice
- 3/5
The hotel itself was clean but the air conditioning system did not work well. Even after placing the thermostat in high fan with the lowest possible setting the room was hot and stuffy. We asked to change rooms, which they gladly accommodated, however this didn’t help as the new room was not much colder.
- 5/5
2 pools and arcade was fun with great mountain view
