    The staff was cordial except for the long haired gentleman on the first night at check in who didn't want to explain why they needed my credit card after I fully paid for the room in advance, until I asked several times! Room was dirty with what seems to be toenails and cereal on the floors. Smell in the hallways was musty and really off putting in the morning when they were making what I assumed was breakfast. 3 days not just one soap left in the room for 3 adults and a child. Not that big of a deal but definitely not up to par!

    The room was nice, A/C worked good, needs are comfortable. I guess that is the important part. Unfortunately, our soldier graduated and wanted to relax in a pool, so we chose this motel, but the pill was closed the entire time for maintenance. It's the end of May and very hot out, you would think they would maintenance earlier in the year or at the very least state the the pool is closed. They had drink machines that were out of everything and didn't even have water as an option anyway, just soda. The machine took my money and then I found out the machine was empty, but never got my money back. I told the front desk and they said they would look into it but it never got refilled during my stay nor did I get my money back. These things are also important to guests, so for these reasons I personality won't stay at this location when I come back.

    The only reason we book this hotel was because of the indoor pool for our daughter. But when we arrived the door to the outside had had the glass broken out of it. We were there for 3 days. The glass was never cleaned up nor the door fixed nor the pool opened. That was very frustrating. The TV in our room did not work. We tried switching out the remote and that was not the problem but it was late at night so we just went to bed. The light switch in the bathroom was not set in flush and when we flipped it on the light sparked. We did not use that light again. The next morning I told the front desk about the TV and the light switch and they moved us to a different room which I appreciated. The rooms were clean as well as the bedding. However in the second room when we opened the pull out couch, the mattress had some pretty grotesque huge stains across most of it. It looked like faded dried blood that they tried to get out but couldn't so they flipped the mattress over to the wrong side. The 'gym' was subpar but better than nothing but no water source in the gym or easily accessible in the lobby area.

    The breakfast was very good and Mrs. Melinda was a great host she really makes you feel welcomed it was a pretty good stay me and my husband enjoyed the stay we will definitely be back The only thing that I didn't like was the water pressure in the shower was very low and the wifi code wasn't visible other than that it was great

    The wifi absolutely does not work. My toilet seat was coming off and when I told the receptionist she looked annoyed and asked if I could fix it. I tried tightening the screws, but they're stripped. Ice machine was broken. There was a rip in the comforter and my foot kept going into it. But, room was mostly clean. Our socks turned a different color pretty fast from the floors. Pillows and beds were comfortable. Today was checkout and waited for 10mins for water in shower to warm up. Then gave up and the fridge on the lowest setting froze everything.

    Location I was not informed that the pool was closed, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing— the waffle maker was out of order, there was no juice available, the muffins were extremely hard, and the sausage was cold in the middle. On top of that, our room had no remote. After being told one would be brought to us, three hours passed with no resolution, and we ultimately had to switch rooms. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I will not be returning. at this point the hotel is just letting guess check in and collecting money.

    The beds were comfortable. The clean towels had obvious stains on them, open used soap from previous stay was still on the bathroom sink, the shampoo and conditioners in the shower were empty, and the water took 20-25 minutes to actually get to even warm.

    Asked for Early Check in. They told me no problem. Showed up and had to wait 2 hours for the room because they “didn’t have towels”. Ok. Got in the room, couldn’t work the blinds, just figured it was my fault. Turns out they were remote and broken so the room was always dark. Went to bed and thought it was wierd there were three sheets an no comforter. Froze my ass of the first night but my kid in the next bed said he was fine. Turns out they only gave me the comforter cover not the actual comforter that goes in it. I called the desk to ask if they could send up on and they told me I would have to change rooms if I wanted one??? Crazy is an understatement at this point. The shower. Went from Luke warm to cool, never actually hot. The ice machine on my floor was broken. It’s not like any one thing was terrible, but when you add them up it like who is the adult in charge of this place:

    The rooms were okay. The morning staff were very nice and friendly. However the evening desk clerk needs an attitude adjustment. I showed up with my reservation for one room with a king and one room with two queens. He told me the reservation he received was for two rooms with a king. I showed him my reservation that specifically showed one room with two queens. He didn’t care and told me I would have to call Expedia. I could cancel if I didn’t want the room. Lucky for me the person behind me cancelled a room, which was a room with two queens. So instead of swapping the rooms, he charged me a $15 as an upgrade. I would have walked but it was 9pm and I had just driven 15hrs

    Convenient, clean… Warm breakfast (eggs, sausage,coffee) The lady that checked us in (8/23 p.m.) and out (8/25 a.m.) was very pleasant. I especially select a place to stay that has continental breakfast…and from the photos I saw on the website—it sure was deceiving. The receptionist (8/24 a.m) was nonchalant when I told her about the items not working in the breakfast area….she was not accommodating, all she said was I’ll put in to get it repaired…at least have some back up box juices for the guests… The breakfast: Juice machine not working Waffle maker- timer not working No condiments(butter, ketchup, jelly)

    When we arrived, the 2 rooms we had been assigned had been used and dirty, then we went to another set of 2 rooms, and the same situation occurred only this time, the air conditioner had been broken down and the bathroom had been used and the one bed closer to the bathroom had been slept in already. There were beds unmade in 2 rooms out of the 4, bars of soap open and in the tubs, shower curtains filthy and old, towels on the bathroom floors used, bed sheets have bad stains, the bed skirts and box springs badly stained, the room floors were dirty, looked like they were not swept or mopped, extremely dirty carpets in the hallways, beer caps and dental floss sticks and all kinds of garbage everywhere, the elevators are filthy inside, looks like they haven't been cleaned in months or years, the buttons on the elevator are filthy, and the entry to the rooms, I had to start the cleaning there because it was so dirty. I tried to contact management and noone responded still until today. I WANT A REFUND, I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE IN A HOTEL, I didn't even go in the pool or exercise room for the fact that I was afraid I would catch something. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

    When we packed to leave! This Comfort Inn was absolutely disgusting. We had 3 rooms and the only reason we stayed is because the owner wouldn’t not refund us. They gave us cleaning solution and a broom and told us that there was no cleaning services in the evening.

    The hotel had a musty smell. We got inside the elevator, and the smell was worse. We got up to the 2nd floor, and the smell did not get any better. When we got to our room, as soon as we opened the door, it had a very strong odor, like musty but also like cigarette smoke. So, regardless of the no-smoking sign, the room smelled like smoke. The smell was overbearing. We went downstairs to request another room, and the attendant was very nice about it and thought the smell was like the "perfume" they use, but I told him it was not perfume. We got another room on a different floor, and the room was a lot better.

    I made the reservation for this hotel bc the pictures of the hotel showed a deep tub. We asked about a room with a deep tub the staff member blamed Expedia for false advertisement. It was the hotels we site that I seen the picture. The Continental breakfast was absolutely terrible. The coffee and hot water machine did not work. I went for orange juice. The one was clear ish and cloudy. The second one was soured. We had to eat somewhere else and spend money we didn't budget for.

    We had two rooms and both were absolutely disgusting. Hair on the floor, white powder substance on a chair and a large blood stand. At the free breakfast the yogurt we grabbed was spoiled and a fly flew out trying to get a bagel. We checked in really late and had no options but stay, they gave me a broom to clean our room so we could sleep. The beds were hard and awful. Perspective though, while at breakfast we were talking to another guest who said the place next door was crawling with bugs and this place was “much better”.

    The service was good but could have been cleaner. The elevator had a musty smell, there was an eaten chicken bone on top of the microwave & the shower curtain had alot of mildew on it which in turn made the bahroom smell. The humidity vent to the bathroom was also so dirty that the dust was pretty much blocking the air vents. I guess you get what you pay for bc it was not expensive but i would NOT stay here again.

    The photos are of a well appointed hotel. The a/c leaks into the room. The wall plugs won't stay plugged in. The pool is very hazy,and stinks of chlorine. To add to this the parking lots was being sealed so we had very limited parking with no handcap spots.

    Experience was great. Very friendly staff and was close to Fort Benning where we had to be at a fair price.MY son wanted to see a real King Tiger Tank from World War II. and it is the only one in the USA. Well worth the trip for there are many pieces of armor there from all countries. It is only one to the public a few times a year. Check out Fort's visitor center for when availability.

    They were under construction. It was crazy, they were painting in the hallways so the rooms smelled all night of paint. There was plastic on the floors for the paint/construction, I assume, but it wasn't really clear what they were doing? Then the breakfast was a joke. There was no coffee, the waffle machine was there but not working. They also had a juice machine that was not working, because of construction. They made only a small amount of sausages, eggs, and biscuits. When I went to toast the bread (as the only real breakfast choice) the toaster wasn't working either and the guy had to keep plugging it in and unplugging it. It was honestly terrible.

    It was a really nice stay overall. We were a bit disappointed that they didn’t have a jacuzzi like it shows in the picture. The shower also doesn’t have very hot water, it was warm though. They made up for it though in service. Very nice people there & yummy breakfast. When they ran out of food because we went down late, they offered to make more. Overall a good experience:)

    The property was not in the best neighborhood, definitely shady characters walking around the area but we felt safe. The hotel was under renovations but we got an unrenovated room. The carpet was dingy, stained, and torn. The toilet paper holder was hanging on by a thread but it was clean for the most part. The pool was indoors but not heated. The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly. The lobby was updated and clean. The hotel was quiet.

    Everything is being worked on, didn’t look safe to enter. A family having a dip in the pool tracked large puddles of water in the hallway and the elevator.. there was a language barrier so staff didn’t bother trying to tell them they are causing extra hazardous conditions. Everytime I went out to my car there’s a guy asking me do I know where dr*gs are and if I want to hit his w**d pen. Nooooo sleep all you heard was the elevator going up and down alllllllll night. Oh no parking either. Take your chances parking illegal.

    Overall the stay was pleasant and the room comfortable. The ice machine on floors 2 and 3 didn’t work and the neighborhood wasn’t very walkable but otherwise I have no complaints.

    This place was bad. No landscaping like shown in the pictures. Wads of hair on our floor in our room. Only hot water in bathroom sink. Sludge came out of sink faucet on our toothbrush. Stained carpet with holes in it. A guy worked on a broke down truck in the parking lot all week. No place to park with dumpsters, semi's, and stacks of bathtubs in the parking lot. Maintenance and house keeping were bad. I will not stay here again ever.

    Construction equipment blocking parking lot. The rooms across the hall and next to me had noisy construction going on until 7pm at night. I had to change rooms because the toilet didn't flush in the first room I had. The pool was closed for half of my stay. Not a great neighborhood. Street people loitering about. One guy was working on a badly damaged Ford Explorer in the parking lot that was jacked up on sections of wood. I will not be staying there again.

    Overall I had a wonderful time I just had one problem I had to wait for a room my check in time was at 3 o’clock but I didn’t receive my room until 3:40 the front desk clerk was very nice she talked to me while I waited on my room

    Staff was on personal call as we checked in. The bathroom had white powder on the floor. There was regular hair and pubic hair on the bathroom floor. The tub had mold in it Curtains smelled liked like marijuana. When we left we realized the same girl that checked us in had ran out charge card so we have paid twice.

    The staff were welcoming and nice. The inside pool was green in the month of June. The appearance could use a good pressure washing and update in the kitchen area to eat. The carpet is very outdated throughout. Overall, it was good just needs a upgraded touch up👍
