    Is newly renovated and everything was top notch Pool could not be used because we were told it still needed to be certified. The staff offer for us to go their sister hotel about 4 min away and that we could use their indoor pool. We did and it was very easy and satisfied our young granddaughters.

    Our reservations had two rooms book and first we were told that it was only one room and then I pulled up email informing them of the 2 rooms and then they booked us on 2 separate floors and would not schedule them on same floor. Also, we were also not notified that this hotel was under renovations beforehand as the restaurant was not open during our stay nor was the gym available. Had we known we would not have stayed at said restaurant.

    There is a sewer issue. When you run the sink it will fill up. When toilets were flushed, it filled the sink. When other people flushed, our toilet would bubble.

    I reserved two rooms for one night. We woke up to no hot water. Called the front desk and they said the renovation crew turned off all the hot water to the floor and needed 45 minutes for maintenance to get to work to look and see. When ask about a refund I was told no. The manager gave me some points. This was a terrible experience. Don’t stay hear if they are still renovating this hotel..

    The staff is wonderful however the room is not what is shown in photos. The carpet is orange, stained and dirty and the room is overall outdated. We were also placed in a room right next to their construction zone as the hotel is under renovation

    Under construction. No gym, I bought breakfast with my stay and one day we didn’t get the breakfast and they didn’t want to reimburse me. Never told us what time the Bristol closes so couldn’t get anything on the grill.

    While the front desk service was exceptional, the cleaning crew was quite loud even after they knew I was in the room next door. There were 2 workers and they laughed at each other down the hall and the girl cleaning the room next door kept banging the door. Very rude.

    The carpet smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, the bathroom door handle was broken so you couldn’t close the door to lock it, the lamp on the left side of the bed doesn’t work, and the shower curtain is torn so it needs to be replaced. Very disappointed and that’s surprising because I’ve always liked any Marriott property

    The staff was really nice. The front of the building was under construction, which I get, but it was pouring down rain, so not ideal. We got our room and it smelling so bad like mold/mildew. My throat was instantly burning. They gave us a new room and as we were leaving the moldy one a piece of glass from the light fixture on the wall fell and almost hit me in the head. I took it to the front desk and they apologized. There was so much water damage throughout the whole place. I snapped a picture when we were leaving, I should have taken more.

    Arrived late at night at hotel around 12:40, called ahead to let staff know we would be late. When we went in room, toilet hadn’t even been flushed, bathroom door wouldn’t close bc it was sliding and had come off runner, picture in bathroom had smashed frame and sink tap didn’t work correctly. Was so late didn’t want to change room but was concerned sheets hadn’t even been changed. We was leaving at 8 next morning so only spent 7 hours there or we would of complained.

    When I checked in, there were crumbs in my bed, which was haphazardly made. They were understanding and gave me another room, but it took about 45 minutes to get it. Then, in the new room, there was a bug in the bathroom. I will not stay there again. Very disappointing for a Marriott.

    The property was in a great location and it was very affordable. I don’t think I’ll book again unfortunately though. #1 The hotel is definitely outdated and it smells awful. I couldn’t tell if the smell was mold or if it was water damage (visible damage on ceiling).There was also stains on the floor … and on couch… everything was just so outdated and old. My room was a connecting room so I could hear EVERYTHING my neighbors were saying. Oh and There was not complementary breakfast… Idk. Overall 6/10

    The room smelled extremely heavily of mildew and I realized it was coming from the window unit. I had to turn the window unit off for concern for my respiratory health, but then it was of course an oven because it was July in GA. Also, there were ants crawling on one wall (not near the window, close to the bed).

    It’s an older, but nice building undergoing renovations on the lobby and main entrance. The common areas downstairs Is warm and being cooled with only fans, like the AC may be out. The rooms are great- AC is perfectly fine (very cold actually.) Our room was clean, well equipped with plenty of towels and the bed and bathroom were both clean. We had a sliding door right out to the pool. I think the property itself is probably quiet, but we had some very loud neighbors when we stayed. Price was significantly less than other area hotels and after seeing location I felt safe and would stay here again. Good value! No free breakfast.

    Entryway was on bouncy uneven plywood, not up to workmanlike standard due to being replaced and renovation to closed restaurant. We are 70 ish and would stay again. We felt safe. Good value for the money. We understand business is under constant managerial challenges.

    The property needs a lot work. There was roaches in our room. One being on the bed. The lobby was extremely hot, the front desk employees had fans to stay cool. The shower curtain had mold on it, the shower did not drain, the curtains were stained, blood was smeared on the way and writing on the desk, hair in the tub and sink. The hallways are pealing, smelled like cigarettes and were extremely hot. One of the worst locations I’ve ever stayed at.

    As solo travelers see that I’m a female; putting me the first floor with sliding doors with no safety bar for them is a hazard. I was never comfortable all night. A man sat in front of my room all night I had to turn my lights and things off so he couldn’t see me on the inside. I had too study for a major exam for witch I could not because of this. Things need to change at this property. I will not stay here again.

    The air conditioning did not work well in the room. The hallways were also very hot I’m assuming there is no air conditioning in the hallways weird with this property being in the south. They did nothing about the people next door fighting when I called the front desk and told her to call the police.thus was at 4:30 am.

    Housekeeping falsely accused me of smoking in the room and I was banned from staying there. They did not give me the opportunity to defend myself against these allegations. I was unjustly banned due to a housekeeper having a bad day apparently and I found this very insulting and unfair.

    We have stayed at this hotel before and booked directly with them, our stay was amazing! This time, we booked through hotels.com and our room was not as described and unfortunately there were no rooms they could move us to. We were under the impression (given the description online via hotels.com), we would have a suite. We had a king size "room". There was a sofa, but there was not really enough room to even move around the bed for it. When we asked the front desk about it, they said that was the third party booking error and happens a lot. Overall, we will still stay there again, we like the location, the bistro is amazing, the hotel is clean and staff are friendly but will not use hotel.com to book.

    My stay was horrible and I would like a refund! Checked in on Friday night the 28th of Feb and there was NO HOT WATER I could not shower that night after traveling from Florida. There was a DIRTY washcloth left in the bathtub, there were several roaches that made their appearance in the room (I have pics). This was the WORST Hotel I have ever stayed in, however the staff was very nice and the lobby/food area was very nice and looked clean.

    Good stay. Have stayed here now 2 times over the past month while traveling to the Columbus area. Bed is comfortable, quick and location is good for my business travels. Front lobby has been remodeled, but rooms do look older. Some staining on the floors and couch in this latest room, but room does appear "clean". Tub drainage in this room was the same, just a little slow. Great price compared to the other area hotels. So overall, a good place to lay your head. Nothing great, but not bad either.

    Nice place. You can tell it is a little older. I had a clean room and the bed was comfortable. Price is really good for the area. Quiet. The only thing is the shower had a tough time draining and it seems like the plumbing has issues. Overall not a bad place to lay your head.

    When we arrived the room we were assigned didn't have a working refrigerator. I'm not sure how many rooms the lady had to try before she found a room with a working refrigerator. there is only 1 elevator to go up to the second floor. It was over in a front corner of the hotel. When you got upstairs you went down a long hall, turned onto another hall and there was another hall. It was ridiculous. When we left the ice machine that was on our floor was out of order. The ice machine on the first floor was not convenient. They need to do a lot of work in that hotel. And they need to think about putting in another elevator. We won't stay there again. I was very disappointed in this one!!

    The people who worked the front desk were super nice and very helpful. The hotel itself was very pretty. The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that there is no free breakfast. Even a very minimal continental breakfast would be nice.

    My room smelled mildewed. Paint falling from ceiling, toilet leaking, coffee maker in room was dirty.They switched my room and the second room also smelled like mildew and stained carpet. The only good thing was the friendly staff.

    Wife and Daughter stayed last March, They loved it,Close to base and mall, They knew when I was going Come and See My Granson at the base I Would Like My Stay Also and they were Right, Quite, Nice People , Clean and knew I would like Starbucks...     there front drive awning is still in disrepair since i stayed there 6 months ago. but looks close to be finished. other than that it was clean quite and the black out curtains are the best for working nights and sleeping during the day.
