STAY AWAY THIS HOTEL ! I had my clothes damage with their iron provided and yet to hear back with solution . Manager and staff are unprofessional . I had bad experience getting water sent to room and was given attitude . SAVE YOUR MONEY

Parking was a bit of a hassle. It’s a paid lot onsite but the room key would never work properly to let us in and out of the lot, so we were forced to pay by card to get out of the lot and then had to go have the front desk fix the charge that was automatically charged to the room per night. Other than that, it was a nice hotel, excellent location, perfect for a weekend stay

Overall, we had a good stay at the Hilton Concord. The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. Our room was clean and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant. The food was okay — not bad, but there’s room for improvement. However, the water pressure in the shower was too low, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the excellent customer service made up for it, and we would consider staying here again.

This hotel is perfect for business travelers—centrally located, comfortable, and convenient. His room even had a beautiful mountain view. On top of that, his dining experience was 10/10. We will definitely be booking here again!

As a guest paying for parking that has a long truck that I had to go around which made inconvenient. Another thing as the room do have coffee machine but come with no water in the room which makes guest go out of the way to get water. When asking for water you have be Hilton reward member and if your not you will not get any . The person handing out water not nice. As well for everyone to be aware to check the iron since during my stay the iron ruin a whole outfit that I needed for my work conference the next day. I still have not gotten any contact from management regarding fixing this situation and Hilton itself is not willing to give reinvestment for the value of the clothes that it ruined . Which is upsetting as a loyal Hilton member.

Breakfast was wonderful. Buffet only on Saturday and Sunday but it was perfect-eggs, waffles potatoes fruit etc. Jacuzzi could’ve been hotter. Would definitely stay there again.

It was very nicely upgraded from the last time I stayed there. I was down to go to a funeral and this hotel was centrally located to all events I needed to attend. I also found eating places surrounded the hotel I would definatly would stay there again.

We stayed here on our honeymoon night which was 41 years ago. Our company Christmas party was here and thought to stay the night. The hotel is just beautiful, and everyone was so nice. The room we asked for was ADA with a walk-in shower. Everything was so clean, and the bed was so comfy. The shower was perfect for me, and I truly appreciate everything being at my level being in a wheelchair. Thanks again for making our night special.

Great stay

A lot of things at hotel were broken. The main thing is the hot water was out. Then they moved me to another room and the hot water went out in that room. Jacuzzi at pool was broken. Ice machines were broken on floors I was on. Gate on parking lot was broken first few days. I would expect a lot better from the Hilton brand. I was on business and moved to another hotel after 5 nights. The other hotel was less expensive an everything worked.

Room is clean, some staff could have been more friendlier. Easy check in and so glad they were able to transfer my sister’s room when she complained of the first room she was given , the first room smells cigarette.

You have to request housekeeping and even after requesting it in person at the deck AND placing serve request on our door, the room wasn’t cleaned. Husband reported this and was handed towels. Waste containers look like someone smashed them.

The shower had hair all over the wall and sink. No wash towels. Toilet was dirty. Room smelled of smoke. No parking at night due to overcrowding and huge party. Will not be coming back to this over priced dump!!

The beds and the rooms are great. The staff is wonderful. The location is great right off the freeway with a large retail center across the street that has tons of dining options. The parking however is an absolute nightmare, the first night I was there there was not one spot open and I had to wait for 40 minutes for someone to leave. Parking is also not open, you need a key card to get into the parking lot. And there is no clear area where to park or where to go when you get there to check in. I just parked off to the side of the road and put my hazard lights on? The hotel also does not offer breakfast. Which is fine, but it does not even offer free coffee in the morning which absolutely blew my mind. You have to go into the restaurant and pay five dollars for drip coffee if you want coffee in the morning. The gal in the restaurant who pointed me to the coffee area which I served myself, even had the gall to give me a receipt with a tip request! if management reads this, you need to somehow improve parking. But the two easiest/cheapest fixes you can make is to offer free drip coffee in the lobby in the morning, and have a few signs out front for visitor arrival and check in.

I feel safe and at ease - everything is designed for a frictionless stay. The room is clean and spacious.

I chose Hotel for its name! However upon entering and checking room out there were ants and flying critters in the room (have photos) and that being mentioned via Expedia message the issue: the staff did arrange movement to another room and do thank them however the experience was just so memorable by the first room that I could not remove the vision of the ants and incects moving about then the entire hotel. Obviously an infestation. The room should have been comped not just movement from one to another along with comp of parking fee (they just insulted me) by charging that really?. Sheesh...Vegas Hilton would comp everything!! They want you to return. I was there visiting my 96 year old parent. Do note they did comp a burger and the new room was a suite however nice that was the whole experience ruined.

The hotel was older and tired. The pillows needed to be replaced, there was NO Housekeeping whatsoever. 5 days/4 nights they never even emptied the trash in the room or vacuumed, let alone changed the linens/towels. We had to request clean towels and they didn't remove the dirty towels. The trash cans were overflowing but the end of the stay. Disappointing.

The quilts are two thick and a sheet is needed for the bed in addition to the quilt. Also during the morning i missed hot water

The quality of the Hilton has declined since last visit. Having to walk a longer distance to enter the hotel due to the renovation of the main entrance, the mini market being closed due to the inoperable checkout terminal were inconveniencing.

But one of the Front Desk Staff was Arrogant and should not be working there. To the point that I cancelled the booking I had for the subsequent week.

There is no housekeeping and room will not be serviced during stay. The hotel wouldn’t even provide trash bags for us to take out trash during a 4 day stay. Would not recommend

Checked in for one night, hotel lobby were nice and clean. We were out and about all day cause my son had baseball tournaments. Got back to the hotel about 9ish and was getting the kids ready for bed cause we had to be up early for a game. Moved the comforter and there were blood stains on the bed sheets. Immediately called front desk asking for all sheets and pillow cases to be removed. They did offer to move us rooms but at this time it was 10ish and our stuff were already all over the place so I declined to move room and just wanted my sheet changed so my son can get a good night rest for the game. Front desk called and stated that they only had one cleaning lady and is short staff so to have my sheet changed is gonna be about an hour or so. At this point I was irritated so I told the lady bring me the sheets I will change the beds myself, cleaning lady brought the sheets and my husband and I did her job for her. So I question the staff if the sheets and room were actually being cleaned and changed out daily cause this is REALLY UNEXPECTABLE and unsanitary. So I paid for ONE night ONLY over $200 to get this kind of service from the Hilton hotel. So very disappointing and going to rethink my future stays at Hilton hotels.

My stay at Hilton Concord was wonderful. Everything was excellent. The only thing I would change is to add a microwave oven in the room.

Great place to stay

We always enjoy staying here. Even though there are choices where we would receive deeper discounts we choose to stay here. Not only because it's close to tons of restaurants and places to shop but because you can tell the employees care about the experience of it's clients.

The room was very small the bathroom door pretty much hits the toilet, there is no room service, no breakfast included, the front desk staff is rude and not helpful as far as giving directions when directions where the elevator is located kind of important information to have, basically too expensive for what you get,

property did not have daily room service. we were asked to go to front desk if we needed towels...we stayed for 3 nights.

We had a great experience, beds are comfy, relaxing stay. The plaza’s across the street are very convenient. The rooms are a little outdated, but overall great stay.

This is a really nice hotel overall. The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel is clean inside and the lobby is very inviting. The room was above average, very comfortable. I wish that Hiltons, in general, would give you a couple bottles of drinking water as a courtesy. There were no bottles of drinking water in my room, and I stayed in a Hilton in Napa the night before that charged $8 for the bottles of water in the room. I find that a bit petty. My only other criticism of this hotel is that the hot tub was filthy. For a hotel that presents such overall good upkeep and luxory, one would not expect the hot tub to be in such bad condition.

We always have a nice time here. It’s convenient since it’s so close to other places in the Bay Area. Great shopping center across the street, nice bar inside the hotel and the beds are comfortable. The pool is heated, which is nice. Family friendly if you’re coming during the summer for the water park. Breakfast is average. Not as nice as other Hiltons but it’s still a good place to stay.

It is easy to find one's way around the facility. All is well kept and clean. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

Cleaning staff totally whiffed cleaning our room one day! Parking is $19 a day, sheesh.

I saw a room with a bidet on the Expedia website and booked it. The room was on the mountain view, which was a little more expensive than the rooms on the city view, but I booked it. When I checked in and went to my room, it was a city view room without a bidet. When I returned to the lobby and told them that the room was not the one I had reserved, they refused to pay the difference, saying that the hotel did not have rooms with bidets and that this would happen because I did not book them on their own website. It was very disappointed.

The room was fine but the heater didn’t work well. Engineer came and got it to work for a while but it only got the temperature from 64 to 67. We have stayed at this hotel several times and really like it here but not being able to warm the room really affected our comfort.

Overall a decent experience. The inconvenience of the EV parking was the only real downfall.

This was part of a 4 day trip my husband and I took. There was an event on the first floor and we could hear & feel the music until almost 11 pm. So inconsiderate of the hotel not to place us on a higher floor. We have stayed here 4 other times, not anymore.

First, they did not disclose that there is a $20.00 parking fee. I re-checked the property description and there was no mention of this charge. Second, the HVAC was quite loud. It reminded me of the two years I spent aboard a WWII aircraft carrier. Not a deal breaker, but it might be an issue for some. Finally, the breakfast at the on-site restaurant. The over-easy egg was significantly overcooked and tough, the home fries lukewarm. As a former restaurant owner, I know that cooking eggs properly is a test for many line cooks, but for an $18.00 breakfast I expect a level of competence in the kitchen. None of the above is a deal breaker for me. The property was clean and conveniently situated, and our experience overall was acceptable.

Clerk at check in great but later very rude, card key did not work , called husband downstairs she only gave him one card not two. Explained needed another card, whileI finished request . Special needs son called so I hung up. Then later could mot leave room till husband returned. Went to desk tried to get another card she tried to take working card after I repeated explained this was the card that worked. Then she yelled at me for hanging up phone and would not help me for checking out some cokes that I was buying. Breakfast I ordered 2 separate orders not separated correctly and eggs overeasy brown . Did not notice tll I was back in room. Very disappointed in Hilton.
