    The bed was clean. Having a kitchen is really convenient when traveling. The living area was spacious. And parking close to the units is a plus. There was a mildew-moldy stench in the air inside and just outside the unit. There were cobwebs around the windows and ceiling/walls. And the bathroom was really cramped due to the low ceiling and small space.

    Overall, we had an enjoyable stay until the final night, when we returned to our room and were met with a strong sewage odor. As a result, we had to pack up a day early and move to a different room, which was quite inconvenient. While the hotel was accommodating in arranging the room change, it would have been more hospitable to offer some form of compensation - such as comping a night or providing a Marriott gift card. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

    The parking lot was being repaved and repainted, but the gal with short hair was so patient and accommodating by letting us and others park on the red with a little paper voucher. I was so tired from my 11 hour drive but she was happy to repeat anything! Thanks so much!!

    The room was clean and very spacious with a full kitchen area. We did a late check-in at around 11 pm. The staff member checking us in was friendly and the area felt safe. The only issue was with the toilet being very low-pressure. We had to flush it several times. We will stay at this hotel again.

    Wonderful beds. Great shower. Kitchen was very clean. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the living room and a bag of garbage right outside the front door. Our window faced the freeway which was very noisy. Used earplugs. Breakfast was adequate. Good value for the money.

    I have stayed her a few times, previously rated 5 stars. Last stay was for 3 nights. I accidentally forgot 2 personal items in room, when I remembered 6 days later I went in to hotel and they were unable to find my items, said a manager would call me. I have not received a call. It wasn’t expensive however, it’s all about principal and raises red flag with integrity. Keep items safe and don’t expect they will be in list and found

    I was at the hospital for days and fogured i check into a decent hotel to get some rest, Ants are all over , they dont change uour bed, they sent two bills one that stayed the stay and was correct, then they sent another bill eith an extra $150 for dog cleaning which makes no sense ! Greedy thats all i can say they just want to meximise their profits without giving you an ants free room and chsnging your bed sheets ill never go back !

    Breakfast was provided and it was delicious. The unit was very relaxing to stay in. We had 2 bathrooms in the unit. 1 bathroom did not have a garbage can. We advised staff and they would try to provide. We did not receive a garbage can for the bathroom.

    Everything was clean, fluff pillows, fast service when we asked for extra blankets. The breakfast!! two parents and 2 teenage kids- satisfied all of us!! I especially loved the yogurt with all the fixings. Great choices. We came up to see my college son at St. Mary's and was a quick commute. Will being staying again soon. * we have extreme allergies and stay away from pet friendly hotels. No traces so I'm under the impression they don't allow pets. So thankful because hotels are hard to find that don't allow pets.

    Well the place was ok. But the power went out after being in the room for 25 mins. The temperature in the room went up to 85-90 degrees. It was too hot to stay. There was no ETA of when the power would comeback on. So I had to leave. It was unbearable heat. The front desk offered to refund my stay since their systems came back up. They called a day later and told me that I would have to contact Hotels.com. Because I booked through your company (hotels.com) they couldn’t help me. So I’ve been trying to contact you all. That is possible to do.

    First off the location was inconveniently surrounded by apartments at the very end of a dead end street. It seemed this hotel used to be apartments also. The check in took forever because everyone in line ahead of us had problems checking in. And there wasn’t even room to stand in a line. They don’t have elevators. They don’t sell alcohol on the weekend. The “suite” was a small one room and with a couple flies free of charge. The AC took a long time to cool down the room. The TV’s were pretty old.

    The Reservation department screwed up my reservation and had to contact me MULTIPLE TIMES to get my request for a downstairs room correct! They stated that I requested a handicapped room during multiple calls, which I did not. I just wanted a downstairs room. I ALSO requested a room AWAY from the freeway due to the extremly loud traffic all day and very late into the morning, every day. My children have been bothered by this many times before. When I called the morning of the reservation, as instructed by their Management, to CONFIRM that we would get a room away from the freeway, the person I spoke with ASSURED me that issue would "Not Be A Problem!" When we arrived and checked in, we received a Handicapped room (which I had told them I DID NOT NEED Multiple Times) but...you probably already guessed it...WE WERE IN A ROOM RIGHT NEXT TO THE FREEWAY

    I was almost attacked by a vicious pet a guest did not keep on a leash. I was terrified. When I went to tell the hotel staff about it the doors were locked and no staff anywhere in sight. Other than that the place was wonderful.

    I actually did not even stay here. I made a reservation as I needed to take my child to an appt in PH. The next day I had to cancel as she was not going to be able to travel. Of course this facility refused to refund….that’s fine I bought insurance, however that won’t help because despite the fact that I called Expedia and asked to cancel they did not cancel and now o have no recourse. I went on line and tried to work with an agent who had poor English skills, refused to transfer me to another agent or supervisor and made me so furious. I did everything according to policy and they say they can’t fix it. Don’t buy their insurance it’s a scam. Don’t use Expedia…just call the place direct lesson learned.

    This property is not as nice as the most residence inn by Marriott. It looks like an old apartment complex behind another apartment complex. The rooms are dated with popcorn ceiling and need some maintenance. Our bathroom was very old with a heater panel door that was not closed all the way. Our first room was right on the highway and it was so loud we had asked to be moved. Staff was kind and helpful. Would not stay here again.

    Our room smelled like someone passed gas, awful! We had to leave our door open for over an hour once we got in because it smelled so terrible. We think it might be the AC/Heat, because when it would kick on it would stink again. We shut off the system and froze all night instead because that was better than the smell. Our dishwasher was running when we got in which was weird. The beds are horrible (both the king and pull out bed). Overall just not a good clean feeling here, carpet felt dirty, our bathroom wall was cut into, the shower soap trays were so gross. And the most unsettling… there are popcorn ceilings. Overall we are incredibly disappointed, this was so much money and we certainly will not be staying here again. :(

    I needed to arrange for a late check in. The recorded person guiding you at the direct hotel number to get to the front desk was horrible, obnoxious and made it very difficult. The hotel itself and the staff were great but the phone contact experience was so memorably bad I’ll never stay here again.

    Our second day, the house cleaner knocked and walked into our room without giving us time to answer the door. Didn’t even wait 5 seconds. One of us was undressed. How unpleasant is that!!? We called the front desk and asked this to be addressed. They said “oh it was probably just an accident”. That’s not what you say to a guest. You just say that we will take care of it and that you are sorry! This made the rest of the trip uneasy and uncomfortable.

    Residence Inn is one of my favorite choices, especially during the pandemic, since I can stock the refrigerator and cook for myself and don’t have to interact too much. This property (like some others) has rooms with doors to the outside, so no need to walk through stuffy common areas. It’s like a home away from home.

    I like that the hotels are set up like an apartment complex. I do wish that it stated on here that they charge a $500 deposit when you check in. I didnt know about this so i had to put $1000 up front which i wasnt expecting at all. Other than that room was nice. One of the bathroom doors didnt lock, but it wasnt a huge deal for us. Parking is free but they still give you parking passes for your car. Overall i would give it a 4/5.

    Margarita was awesome, she was accommodating and friendly and very helpful.She made out parents stay enjoyable for their 45th anniversary. The whole team we’re of great assistance .     when we went into the bathroom, it smelled like raw sewage had backed up in the shower drain. Tried switching to another room but there was nothing available. Also, we booked a king bed, and was told that they only had king beds in 1 bedroom suites, which is not what it says on your website. The bed was so soft that every time we rolled over, we about bounced out of it. We were exhausted and it was too late to find another place to stay, but we will never stay here again.

    However, the room was not properly cleaned. The first thing we noticed was overhead fan blades were caked in dust and too many cobwebs in corners. The counters and floor in the kitchenette needed a good wipe down. The bathrooms toilets and tubs needed cleaning, like it was just left it after the previous guests. In general the couches, chairs and carpet need to be replaced, the appearance is worn and grimy. I don't enjoy complaining, and not very fussy but this was bad enough that that we had to demand they take care of the cleaning issues right away. The staff was very pleasant, and helped us anyway they could. The issue we feel is at the higher Management level, quality monitoring needs improvement. Overall I would say our stay was average.

    The a/c was broken in our room. We were moved to another room at 1030 in the evening which was inconvenient for the travel time we had and having to be up early the next day. Because we booked through Orbitz, the hotel wasnt able to compensate anything for having that happen to us. Was very frustrating and inconvenient as mention above.
