Although the room served its purpose - simply a spot to lay our heads down before jumping on the road home - we definitely won't return to this location.

I had a room that had a refrigerator and stove but there were no pots, pans nor dishes in the room. I would have to pay for them if I wanted the hotel to supply me with them. There was no iron, there was no blow dryer. I did not feel safe in this hotel as there were several men hanging around in the hall and in the back of the hotel.

The curtain of bathroom is not good, all water splits out on floor. No kitchen at the property. It's extended stay of the hotel.

Room needed mopping. Rooms needs cleaning more than once a week.

My reservation said call if arrive after 10pm. I called and called and called with few different #s, but no one picked up! Hotel.com was not helpful at all either and basically just told me to show up and it should be fine! When I got there at midnight, there was no one. There was a sign telling me to dial 500 which did not work!!! Luckily, a guest opened the front door and I saw another overnight # to call and someone showed up 10 minutes after he told me he will be there in 5 minutes max. The whole process was so painful and frustrating! Now the room review. The towel, sheets were all clean and no complains, however, it is very old and many things needed update. The faucet was leaking water; somehow the bath door was nailed to the wall so can’t be closed; the hanging rod was missing, etc. Although I did not feel unsafe, but I smelled weed inside and outside. I would not stay there again for sure.

Booked a single bed and got charged for a double. The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! The elevator shacks uncontrollably when it’s mid 3rd floor. The elevator inspection was actually due this month. The amenities advertised, are not available. I WOULD NOT recommend this Woodsprings, based on customer service alone.

The front desk/property attendant gentleman was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was equally friendly and helpful. Would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay. Everything was as advertised and I cant think of anything that needed attention.

Safety is a deep concern. The back doors are left open many times and exposed the guest to anyone with criminal intent to walk in during the day and night. This is dangerous.

I am waiting on a return call from Katrice Green the general manager to see if I can get the $69.00 refund that was debited from my account.

I'll just get straight to the point. Upon our arrival there was alot of dog poop on the sidewalk in front of the building. The staff we encountered was not the friendliest. The room does not look as shown in pictures so FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! When we booked we had no idea we would be sharing a room with other guests. The room is infested with roaches, they are EVERYWHERE even in the fridge!!! They have a little countertop burner but no pots, pans, spoons, nothing so you have to bring your own. We had to clean and disinfect ourselves just to feel a little comfortable staying here. Oh speaking on comfort, the beds are not. Worst sleep ever. It's crazy noisy in there as well. The stomping and banging kept us up half the night. This is what I get for playing cheap this time around. On a serious note though you guys need to take care of the roach problem. It's not cool for your guest to be sleeping and Roaches crawling all over them.

Customer service was great! However, the quality of the hotel room was very outdated, stains on the walls and the paint on the doors were peeling. Not to mention the smell was unpleasant and the beds had no cushion on them. Just to name a few things.

Room was clean but the bed only had two small pillows and a thin coverlet. The mattress was very uncomfortable and we got no sleep. The armchair in the room was in poor condition. The desk did not have a chair. There was no hand towel or hair dryer in the bathroom. I tried to call the front desk to request a hair dryer but there was no answer. When we left at 9:00am the front desk was closed with a shutter.

The staff was very helpful and polite. However, the area and overall appearance of the property was very poor. From the lingering odor of marijuana to the broken windows, this property definitely needs some updating and repairs.

I really loved staying at this suite. Staff were very professional and sweet . Especially Precious the woman who worked at the front desk. She was so kind and had such a beautiful spirit. This suite was a quite and relaxing place to stay . I would definitely book again !

Not bad, there was a couple fighting outside my window all night, but besides that a decent room and solid hotel. Kinda smelled liked the devils grass.

Easy access to I-20 & very clean & quiet property. The room & bathroom were very clean. TV worked great & great wifi connection. The bathroom needed maintenance because the sink drained very slow & the tub/shower faucet needed to be tightened. The shower still worked great with hot water.

Service wasn’t bad, however I’ve stayed at many hotels and this was the first I’ve seen a roach.. on the counter of the kitchenette. The hallway also smelled like musty feet. The bed was very comfy.

The staff is friendly. Everything else is adequate but not good. Some of the furniture in the room is seriously worn out with holes in the upholstery. The free WiFi does not work at all.

I did not know was a extended type of hotel. No curtains. Front desk did not greet us just a next in line. There is no dropoff for key once you are leaving. Just happened to open at time was looking. Probably will not stay here again

The room was clean however the bed was uncomfortable. Hallway carpet was heavily stained. Guest also like to hangout on the premises at dark talking loudly. I was on the 3rd floor facing the front and could hear the noise. Also someone a few doors down from me had a barking dog in the room.When i booked the reservation online I didnt realize the type of hotel this was.

It is the worst place I have rented this time. I use a hotel every 8 days but this one was horrible. I drove for 5 hours and when I arrived it took them 45 minutes to resolve my reservation. I had reserved a hotel with 2 beds because I came with my wife and my child and when I entered the room it was only a small bed and I did not want to complain because I was very tired and the staff would surely leave and take another hour. I will not rent that hotel again. It did not have an iron, a dryer and it smelled badly of marijuana.

I missed somehow when I booked this that it is more designed for extended stay. That maybe explains some of the problems. Room was not very clean. Very basic amenities. Just soap, no shampoo, no kleenex tissues, no hand towels. TV was on and scrolling the menu when I arrived about 9:35 PM. By the time I realized there was no TV remote to adjust or turn it off, I could not reach anyone at the front desk or alternate numbers. Went down to speak to someone and the desk was gated up and closed. Apparently it shuts down at 10, with no managers available on the property. I had to unplug the TV to shut it off. The window only had a draw style shade, no curtains of any kind, certainly not blackout. The next morning I called and they did get me a replacement remote and a couple pillows, as there were only 2 very mushy ones supplied. I am not super picky for just a 2 night stay to visit some relatives, but I will pay more for a better experience next time.

I arrived late in the evening to travel and attend a funeral, expecting to check in with an immediate checkin time and CEO’s ting to stay only 7 hours to sleep However, I quickly realized the check-in time had defaulted to the following day, which was not my intention nor what I needed. Upon arrival, I attempted to contact the property immediately to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, no one answered the locked door, and none of the emergency contact numbers listed were reachable. I also contacted Expedia, who made multiple attempts to get in touch with your property on my behalf, but they, too, were unsuccessful. At this point, it was nearly 3:00 a.m., and I had no other choice but to find alternate accommodations—incurring an unexpected and unnecessary expense on an already emotionally and physically taxing day. Given the circumstances, I am requesting grace and a full refund. I made every reasonable effort to resolve the issue in real time, but your property was simply inaccessible. I sincerely hope you understand and do the right thing in honoring this refund request.

Took almost an hour to get checked in because they were on the phone with some guy instead of checking in the customers at the hotel

It was not what I expected ot to be I thought it was a hotel not apartments it was just too many kids and teenagers running around and I don't think I will be staying there again

I stayed here for 2 weeks until i found a new place. Front desk very helpful. My room was very clean and everything worked with no issues. I appreciated that the hotel is dog friendly ONLY, to mostly all size dogs. quite location.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. Housekeepers do an excellent job here. The front desk is very polite and helpful and makes everything go smooth at check in and out. I would for sure stay here again. Good location with plenty of Grocery stores, Food places and convenient stores near by.

Overall was a fairly decent room. The reservation and check-in process was seemingly smooth. The lady at the front desk was very nice, respectful and courteous. I only spent 1 night, had no issues and the room was clean and accommodating.

The property is an extended stay motel. The lobby area had an unpleasant odor, which i brought to the attention of the African American receptionist. he responded defensively attributing the smell to a customer. While attempting to cancel my reservation in the lobby, I observed customers carrying soiled linens to the reception area and utilizing the luggage carts transport groceries. Furthermore, the exterior environment felt unsafe. However, the Caucasian staff member was very nice. I advised her that I was unaware the motel was an expended stay and she assisted me with the cancellation process. She was courteous and understanding.

I liked that the property had a fridge in it. However, I expected it to be cleaner and less run down than it was. There were roaches and it smelled of pee when i entered the room. Also there were burn marks on the outlet where the a/c and heating unit was plugged in.

It's very simple but convenient for us. I like that the rooms don't have carpet on the floor. What I didn't like was that the room offers a kitchen but no kitchenware. They make you buy a pan set and also a plates set. Also there's no hairdryer (which is standard in almost every hotel). Overall the room is ok and it was clean. The kitchen and bathroom seemed new but the armchair in the room seemed very old and falling apart.

I didn’t like that I was surprised with cockroaches. The hall way upstairs reeked of dog and urine. The rooms were better but it was so unpleasant to go inside the hallway and the elevator; so we went up the stairs. I couldn’t find the staff or the phone number to call them when I needed to leave which wasted my time.

The elevator button does not allow you to go tothe floor. To get to the first floor, someone on the first floor has to push the button when they are on that floor. This really sucks when you are staying in any floor above 1. Building right side door scanner does not work. So you have to either park or walk to the other side of the building. None of the gym equipment work. Was pretty disappointed as it caused me to miss out on my daily run.

Check in for a 3 night stay and went to the room. There was rust all over the lamp, refrigerator and chair. Went to the front desk and was told because it was a third party reservation I had to go through the company that I booked with. I did that and they spoke to the manager who said they would charge me for the night and refund 2 nights. Still waiting on the refund Woodspring Suites did not honor their word. Very disappointed customer.
