Clean room and pretty good breakfast

Room was not cleaned at all. I had to go get towels, soap. I had to buy facial tissue and trash bags from Walmart. It is not sanitary for the hotel to not clean the room and not to pick up trash for 3 days. Really!!! See above. Did not clean room

Very pleasant stay . Atmosphere of surrounding areas was a plus for eating and shopping options. Hotel staff was very helpful and considerate. Akeem customer service with check in was professional, friendly, and helpful.

Love Hampton Inn, it is a go to when traveling. However, this one was a little disappointing. Great normals - bed, breakfast all good. Bad on this visit- first room I was provided smelled like marijuana, had to be moved, a minor inconvenience. Second, no fan in bathroom, caused a dampness to bathroom and room. Third, my key stopped working and I had to get a replacement, another mild inconvenience. Finally, a few unclean things like mildew spots near ceiling in bathroom but probably because fan is not working. Overall, still love Hampton Inn, this time wasn’t impressed.

Whoever rated this location high, you must have stayed in the woods. It was horrible and I will not be going back. The chairs had stains and it was an awful smell as if it was musty with mildew.The carpet and tile floors were nasty and to top it off we had to rig up theshoer doors in order to shower. We roughed it but never again. Im really disappointed for this location to carry the Hilton brand.

Very nice hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows were not very firm. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay.

I liked that there was someone at the desk till 2am ( I got in rather later 11pm) I felt safe . The area was nice and convenient- Walmart and other stores in the area . Being Near major highways was super convenient too . The breakfast buffet was amazing coffee as fresh tasty they had a variety of things oatmeal toast bagels cereal,sausage eggs has browns . I will stay here again

Room was ok but evidently bathroom refresh wasn’t completed. Half roll of bathroom tissue, floor wasn’t swept. Not sure if we had all the towels, but we had a sufficient amount for us. Other areas were fine, but it wasn’t the normal Hilton standard we are used to.

I had a great experience from the staff being kind and helpful to the cleanliness of the room and the overall building to the complimentary breakfast to the 24hr fitness center. I highly recommend this hotel.

Checked in around 10Pm and the gentleman at the counter was very nice and got me taken care of quickly. Explained where everything was in case I needed any and was very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and a great all around stay!

When I got to my room I had a handicap room which I did not request. The shower water ran out in the hallway. We were moved to another room. When we got to that room the Tv didn’t work and it was NO TISSUE in the bathroom. Which all of that should be inspected and made sure nothing was left undone after cleaning the room. I don’t think we will stay here again

Food okay. Room clean with exception of cloth desk chair( the only one in the room) was badly stained and squeaked badly! Also the only elevator stopped working the day of check out but someone came fairly quickly to get it running again.

parking was a little bit hectic coming off the highway but overall hotel was OK. We could’ve used a little more towels. There’s only one towel for each one of us. They was in a convenient location on and off the highway and restaurants.

The breakfast had plenty of options; it was clean and most of the staff were friendly. The location was convenient. The parking slopes so it was a little challenging with a bell cart. The water pressure was not the best but I would stay there again.

Only had coffee. Coffee was good. Room was very clean. The lady checked us in very friendly. One of her co workers not so much. Air conditioning was cool. Our room no 230 had some noise in the wall that was constant 24 hours. We nor the staff could identify the sound. We got no rest at all. Hotel was booked so could not move. Very disappointing. The outside pet stations were overflowing with trash, I.e cups, paper bags etc. I understand staff cannot control the rude folks who use them as garbage cans but staff should make sure they are cleaned out periodically.

The room as so clean and the staff was great. Breakfast was ok but it was included so I won’t complain. Will definitely stay there again

The room was nice and clean, breakfast was good. The AC worked great and I appreciated multiple pillows on the bed. It would have been nice to have enough towels for the number of people in our party but we made do. It was late when we checked in and we left early so it wasn’t worth troubling anybody about it.

Breakfast had a great variety, and the food was stocked from the beginning to the end. Also, the coffee was delicious. The bed was decent, and the pillows were great. The room was mostly cool enough, but I like a fan to run constantly. However, the fan would not stay on when the a/c cycled off.

This property has potential just need a little TLC and the property behind this location is a problem everything from ladies twerking in the property right behind this location to hearing gunshots back there

All staff members were great! Front desk! Ask for additional towels, delivered quickly to room. No issues with parking even being sold out Quiet in room both nights. Plenty of luggage carts. Laundry was sufficient, loved the 24hr coffee options. Small pantry for items firhot to be purchased. Felt safe! Above average breakfast complimentary. Maybe $15 more than others but worth it!. Especially when outside pool opens I will stay again when in area

Everyone at the front desk was nice the manager Micheal was extremely nice when housekeeping didn’t clean our room he came and empty the garbage and brought us clean towels we stayed a week.so they might need to get the cleaning staff together this is our second stay at this Hampton inn and I will probably stay again

One minor issue - provided 2 wash clothes only for a stay with 2 queens. It’s typically 4 washcloths.

The hotel was nice but, there were a few concerns. We were placed in a connected room and had two dogs with us. Of course the connected room guest complained and I requested to move rooms. We were moved and all was well. Why were we put in an ADA connected room to begin with,? Other than that issue out stay was comfortable.

Happy with everything except food & drinks sold in the lobby area were extremely overpriced. $4 for a can of coke!

My room was okay condition. However, my air conditioner was very loud at times. I also did not appreciate breakfast. The first day we were served one breakfast meat which was pork sausage and no other options and the second day, one option again and this time it breaded country fried chicken patties (YUK) For the price of the hotel and it's reputation, I expected better:(.

I was in a handicap room. Black out curtain was inoperable with a corner piece missing. TV remote batteries were corroded and tv wouldn’t come on (I picked up batteries from desk) but tv still had to be powered manually. And, there was no hair dryer. Staff did change my room to next door but wasn’t happy about moving late in the evening.

The Hotel allows pets on every floor. I'm allergic to Pet Dander. The staff was very nice. The entrance to the Hotel is very difficult to get into. It's not very lit up at night and it's in a heavy traffic area.

Overnight stay

Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it quite a bit. The room was large and Clean! The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good with a nice variety, including some fresh fruit. The location of the hotel is near a busy intersection, and access into and out of the parking area can be tricky if there is a lot of traffic going through that nearby intersection. Overall, it was a very good stay and reasonably priced, so I would absolutely consider staying here again.

It wouldve been great except for the air cooling in the hallway and room. It was kind of muggy and the pool was closed until Sept 2cd? Other than that, the front desk, excellent! Breakfast was delicious! Room was very clean.

The hotel was excellent. There is road work happening around the location making it difficult to navigate.

The room had a stinky foot smell. They were supposed to clean the room and take the trash out every other day and did not, even after I asked about it. We had to go to the desk for extra towels. There was a random fork in the refrigerator so it wasn’t completely cleaned out and the phone only worked periodically. As a Hilton brand, this was not a good experience.

After driving 8 hrs on the road, this hotel room was a welcomed delight. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and overall, just what you need. We did experience a small snag, the TV glitched a bit. Once we called the front desk, a service man came immediately. Very impressive & no further issues.

Location not the greatest. Hard to find entrance and difficult to walk off property because of fence and roads. No access to shopping area except by car even though it is across the street

Breakfast was out of food an hour before it was supposed to close. Needed to refill milk and coffee as well. I ended up eating cereal. Room was adequate. Service was meh.

We arrived late and the staff was super friendly at 1am and helpful. The room was comfortable and a great stopping place in our trip elsewhere.

Monica was great. We enjoyed the breakfasts and her professionalism and her making you feel like you were welcomed. We were there for three days and she made our stay most enjoyable. The front desk was also outstanding and helped whatever we it was a nice place to be snowed in that.

The stay was a very good experience, only thing wrong was the refrigerator did not work properly and I lost food we brought, otherwise it was fine for the time we were there.

Bad- Dog barking from room down the hall. Loud family fussing down hall. And room 313 Air Conditioner rattles when it starts up every cycle. Breakfast wasn't stellar but passable.

The staff was kind, courteous and friendly. Room service was quick. The rooms were quiet, especially the havoc unit. The only issue was the sticky tile in the foyer and bathroom. I really don’t believe the tile was dirty, I believe the floor wasn’t rinsed well when moped and the stickiness was dried soap. Overall, a very nice stay.

The towels were past the date of retirement. At my house. the dog would not use them. The floor as cold and damp. We were disappointed in the Hilton Hotel. Guess ups should watch your ads. I miss the days of daily room service.

One elevator did not work for the 5 days I was there, one entrance way was closed due to water but smelled like sewage the rest of the week, fan control did not work it ran continuously and could not change room until next day, 2 people in room but only one chair and staff would not provide a second chair

Great, clean hotel

I ordered a hotel at Microtel first, my son got there and they said they had no rooms. Got sent to a sister hotel, then said he had to be 21. We waited over an hour on the phone while yall checked other hotels, all said has to be 21. Then we got disconnected. We called back and finally after over 2 hours he was able to stay at the Hampton Inn. Our son was traveling from Alamama (from college) to NC for Thanksgiving. The total trip is 12 hours. He needed to stay somwhere because he got a migraine and could not drive any further. He was far from home, crying, sick feeling from the headache and just needed to lay his head down but could not. WE have been with Hotel.com for several years and never experienced such turmoil and frustration and dissatisfaction.

Just needed an overnight after a concert. Perfect place to stay. I felt secure. The night clerk was very helpful.

Seems like this place was remodeled recently and it was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was hot and lots more choices than other Hampton Inn.

First night there were a lot of teenagers running the halls and being loud. They need a noise rule in place. Other than that the stay was good.
