Our stay was amazing! The staff goes above and beyond to help you, make sure you’re enjoying your stay and speak to you in every passing. The room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was very enjoyable and fresh. It was a lovely weekend stay for us and will stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Mariott Conyers. The only problem was housekeeping. I requested clean towels twice for my weekend stay and never received any. I arrived on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, no housekeeping or clean towels.

The staff are fantastic! The facility is in a convenient location if your doing the spartan race! Thee rooms are spacious and the bedding is Marriot amazing! No microwave or heating device in the room.

The size of the room was great. I enjoyed in the on site fitness room. My television was having issues connecting to the internet, so Netflix was not an option.

The staff was very good. No issues checking in or checking out. The facility is dated and needs a serious renovation. The room was adequate and clean (as far as we could tell), but it was dated. One of the electrical outlets didn't work, and it was not possible to see the TV if you were laying on one side of the bed. There were no USB ports for charging devices. I would not use it for an extended stay.

Upon checking in at 130 am we found our room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Leftover fast food sitting out, a dead cockroach and dirty towels in the corner of the bathroom.

Our room (307) phone did not work properly, it was reported to hotel management. Phone was not fixed prior to our checkout, so it was a bit annoying that I could not call room to room.

Pool was closed even though advertised as open. Staff was friendly. No cookies even though it’s a Courtyard. They have a Starbucks inside however, at 7:00 am, no brewed coffee. My room was missing its remote for tv and I had to go fetch a new one. Very little staff working. Room key did not work when trying to reenter from outside. But room was clean and staff was good.

The service was top notch . The systems were down to no fault of their own but these employees were making it work. Outstanding and friendly customer service. The managers were not on site helping but I hope everyone working during these dates gets a bonus. It was so much extra work for them but they shined out! Front desk , employee who worked PM 07/19, the next lady working 07/20 were patient and 19/10 competent . The ladies working at Starbucks were so kind and lady from Pensacola that met us raised the bar for making us feel at home at this hotel. The room was clean, pool was also nice but shallow and small. Fine for younger guys but older kids might get frustrated.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The few shortcomings were 1.) Our particular rooms did not have a microwave and 2.) The refrigerator was small. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay and would stay here if in the area again.

The pool is inside and only 3 1/2 feet deep! The whole property is smoke free..dumb rule when you have smokers renting rooms! My daughter went down to the in-house “store” and bought 2 regular size bags of chips and a bottle of water and went to pay for it and the lady at the front desk said she would just charge it to our room, IT WAS $20 FOR 2 BAGS OF CHIPS AND A BOTTLE OF WATER!!!! THATS OUTRAGEOUS Y’all advertise you have a Starbucks in the hotel, you have bottled Starbucks drinks for sale!

We booked a room with 1 king size bed and 1 sleeper sofa. After checking in we noticed that the sleeper sofa had been removed from our room which resulted in one guest having to sleep on the floor. The hotel was not willing to accommodate us at all.

The room I booked with the sleeper couch wasn't available. They couldn't give it to me. They couldn't give me a discount because I booked 3rd party. I also got got the room because the pool was inside so I was thinking it would be heated it wasn't the water was freezing cold. It was a waste of my time and money. Its exactly like every hotel in the are but cost more money for no reason. Please book somewhere else. The only good thing was the staff was very polite

We were in town for a soccer showcase. The room smelled so fresh when we opened the door. Our room was very clean! The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We will stay here again!

Upon arrival our first room had a terrible musty, mildew smell. So they were able to move us to a room without a smell. We had a little trouble with the a/c but it finally came on and cooled the room nicely all weekend. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed it. We were disappointed that the indoor pool wasn't heated.

The property was centrally located, the lobby looked nice, the entrance to the parking lot was convenient. My dislikes were how i was handled concerning the third party i booked through, the cleanliness of the room, and i was also lied to by the hotel clerk prior to booking about the pool being open. The pool is not open. It is also obvious the hotel needs renovations.

I love how I am able to get my rest when I stay; there is no one walking in and out at all times of the day or night. The staff is always so nice and helpful. I only wish they provided microwaves in the rooms, but other than that, I loved my stay.

The hotel was very poorly taken care of. The furniture was old and out dated. The air conditioner sounded like a car in the room. The door lock didn’t properly work. The shower had mold in it and on the shower curtain. Basically hotel hell, I would never ever stay at that location again.

My room was nice. The bed was a little uncomfortable, and the blankets were very thin. The water pressure from the shower was very hard. There is Tea Tree shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but they were all watered down. There was no microwave in my room. I called the front desk and the staff was very nice. They helped me find the microwave in the Market in the lobby.

We were definitely disappointed in that in the purchase of staying at here it was advertised that breakfast was included and why we choose stay there because my daughter was playing in early morning softball tournament. When we walked down to eat breakfast everything was closed and no breakfast provided making us have to rush out and then find a breakfast place at 6:45am in the morning before having to get to field at 7:15am! Manager was notified and have not received a call back.

Good location, convenient. Also, though limited, the lobby bistro was open in the evenings. That's a nice feature during the pandemic. However, a couple of things were not great. Staff was mostly friendly, helpful and courteous. A big crowd of people showed up for a Harley event nearby one evening. Most wouldn't wear masks and were practically getting in people's faces in the bistro. I know the hotel can't completely control the behavior of their guests, but this was a bit irresponsible for a Marriot property. Also, limited housekeeping services and amenities, like no cups or hand soap in the room.

Not sure if it was because of Covid, but this place was not what it could be. No microwave or coffee maker in rooms. I did ask for a coffee maker and was given one. I had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. The hallways were filthy. People put their trash out their doors and it smelled horrible. Several guests smoked pot in the rooms, which traveled throughout the hotel. Unfortunately this hotel didn’t feel like a Marriott. The staff was great when you asked for something though.

This property appeared to be new. The outside of the building was nice as well as the check-in, lobby and breakfast area. The rooms however were not as nice. Our room in particular was not cleaned very well especially the bathroom area and the floors. Also the floors through the building were really dirty and needed a good vacuuming. Our checkin process was great. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Overall not a great stay due to cleanliness issues, but customer service was good.

Request for room on highest floor ignored. Spent two nights with small child running around in room above ours until 3 am. Although total number of guests was provided, room was not supplied with appropriate number of towels and linens.
