The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. My mother in law had a medical emergency and passed away. Before they had her loaded in that ambulance the staff on duty called and chastised my wife and started asking personal questions.

It was a bed for the night. Nothing else was positive.

Great place to stay if you’re on a budget. The room I stayed at was recently renovated and it was perfect for what I needed. Also it was in a great location. There was a Walmart and a few restaurants 5 minutes walk away.

Toilet rocks when sit on it, needs updating, dingy, didn’t feel safe. I was better with husband but I do not recommend a lady being by herself there.

The hotel was okay, it was cold in the room the heat wouldn’t work! You basically had to turn on the shower for the water to get hot in the sink! The toilet clogged up the tried fixing the toilet.. Front desk omg rude! Because I had already paid I made the best of it.

This place is nasty and dirty. The sheets on the bed had stains and holes in them. The door to the bathroom barely closed it was scrapping the ground. The tub was dirty and the sink was clogged. The floor in the bathroom was cracked and pieces were missing. NEVER AGAIN!!!

but i wont stay there again. the toilet seat was broken and so was the coffee pot, there were water stains on the ceilings and walls, there were stains on the sheets, the fridge had rusted hinges, there was missing floor trim, cracks in the walls, the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in a few times and was busted, we think someone was messing with the door handle at 2am and a roach crawled over me in the middle of the night. definitely not the best experience. but we did have a roof over our head and a pillow to lay on. it served its primary purpose.

I only stayed for 2 night it was ok for the price. Not the hotel i would choose if I was wirh the family or needed a room for a longer period of time.

It was basic. It's an Econo Lodge. Not much existed. But it was cool.

I has for 1 room with 2 beds and I had a bed an a box spring no mattress 😢

Everything here is very old. The paint is chipped and the bed even makes noises because the box springs are old and need changing.

Booked the room for two nights. Room was filthy especially the bathroom. Asked to be switched to a different room and was shown 2 options that were equally filthy. Asked for a refund that was never processed. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my money back

I was so tired when we arrived the first red flag was the attendant had locked the doors and was behind bulletproof glass. Then when we got to the room, we pull back the sheets and the mattresses were stained awful looks like menstrual blood stains not really sure, but we took pictures, very scary

Holes in the walls, burn holes in the beds. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a concrete slab. The bathtub was painted... weird.

The night clerk was an angry woman buti ignored her. That was the worse part. Best part was the shower... Amazing

NO Laundry offered on premises like it offers online as an amenity.. Also not customer friemdly. NO MATTER HOW MUCH Money or how long or often you stay there, YOUR TREATED AS IF YOUR NOTHING... THEY DONT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. Rude and dont honor reqard benifits promised , it would be nice to be greeted friendly and see a smile occationally. Treatedlike a person ...a customer ..just my opinion

Booked for girlfriend and forgot to change the name. When she showed up the desk person literally laughed at her.

TV would not come on.

The room was clean but there was spit on the wall, the shower curtain had mold spots on it, the shower head needed cleaning and the table to sit your ti.hings was wobbly. The night clerk was a little sharp at the mouth and the morning attendant didn't give me a check out receipt. She stated I needed to get it from the third party app I booked my hotel thru. I've always received a receipt after checkout. And I always go thru a third party

The staff is very very rude they don't have a clue on customer service it's all family that work there and they seem like they hate their jobs

Dirty, unclean, no Kleenex, toilet paper holder, floor peeling and buckling, mold on bathroom ceiling! No Wi-Fi! Either demolish or completely renovate!!

It was in terrible shape we would have never stayed but we ran out of options , hard bed terrible pillows , towels thin and seedy , strong cigarette Oder....

After we checked in we immediately checked out and went to a different motel that was clean & safe. I would appreciate a refund. Also the room was advertised for 79 per nite but we were charged 90. Not likely to use travelocity in future hotel arrangements l trusted you to vett your offerings and clearly you dont

Interior was old and beat up. Stains on the bathroom door. Tub had burn marks in it. Coffee maker, but no coffee. Blow dryer didn't work. Had to wait to check in, no one in the office at 3pm. Safety latch on door was missing. Bed was comfortable, not super plush. Heater worked. A larger TV would have been nicer. It needs some updates and TLC.

When we arrived we could see that it was a very old property (it looked horrible). The lobby was dark, smelly and univiting. If we hadn't already paid through Expedia we would have found somewhere else to stay. We rang the bell and we watched a man in the back fold towels. When he finished he came to the desk. A lady came from the bathroom and asked our name and proceeded to check us in. She was friendly and maybe the only redeeming aspect of this property. We went to our room which was dismal. No updates, the sheets and towels were old, dingy and gray. There was 1 bath cloth and 2 towels. The sink had no hot water. The toliet was loose. When we checked out and shared feedback a young man said, "You only paid $79." Which was incorrect. And gave us a receipt with a charge of $45 charged to a Master Card. We paid in advance on Expedia and had no idea who or why this charge was on a receipt given to us. We went back in and the friendly lady was there and explained that was a mistake and that our receipt from Expedia was correct. Overall this was not a good experience at all. Disappointing and unacceptable. Perhaps, Choice Hotels should visit properties to ensure they meet standards.

the bowling alley that someone started building around midnight upstairs. i finaly got up around 2am and left.no empathy from staff. no offer to compensate forun used night.

A barebones facility. Stayed in accesible room and accessibility was goid. Furniture in good condition. But oddly, the mirror was not hung but propped on the luggage rack. Bathroom was clean, but past renovation or repairs were crude. Not enough towels, washcloths, pillows. Check-in person had grumpy demeanor. In a way, my bad: Next time will not choose the cheapest offer!

Horrible desk service. Charge $100 deposit for booking on line. Cheap hotel with moldy smell and way over priced. Highly unrecommended.

this Econo Lodge needs updating 1 on 1. the room was terrible. the bathroom floor needs pressure washing. the sheets on the bed was super nasty (not cleaned) infact they turned the sheets inside out and you can see the dirt at the top of the flat sheet. the spread on the bed has never been washed since the opening of the hotel. the towels was dingy and when I used the face rag it became clean. I slept on top of my luggage. I would never stat at this Econo Lodge ever again and will not suggest anybody to stay there. NASTY NASTY NASTY

On the plus side, the room accomplished what we needed - two nights sleep, safe and sound - bed was generally comfortable, the microwave and tv worked fine, and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. However, I was notified two hours before check-in that the room layout that I had reserved (two double beds non-smoking) was not available, and that I would need to move to a room with a different arrangement (single king bed non-smoking or a two double beds smoking). Several amenities were disappointing - the lobby was closed so breakfast was not provided, there was no alarm clock in the room, the in-room coffee maker did not work, and the flip-bar lock was barely screwed in and felt insecure. So, met our need, but with some disappointment.

For the prices they could include breakfast.

I would say the only thing good about the hotel is the location because there is a Walmart behind it

WE LEFT! This hotel is nasty. After a long 24 hour straight drive from Colorado to Georgia, I had to interact with a rude woman at the counter. But when we saw the condition of the room...we left. Stains on the bed and hair all over the room...ugh. No one would give us a refund either. Beware of booking here.

Pictures do not match what the room looks like. Giant whole in the wall in the room. You could tell they didn’t clean the sink or toilet. Dissatisfied is an understatement.

Cigarette burns in all of the sheets. A/C was off in the room when i got there took a really long time to cool it off. Power went out halfway through the night, and wasn't back on yet in the morning when i checked out. Won't be staying here again.

The sheets had holes from cigarette burns in a non smoking room. The shower was nasty. The only 1 plug in we could use had the cover off. The light by one of the beds and the vanity light both had shorts in them and you had to keep fidgeting with them to get them to work. Also the tv was hardly watchable half of it was dark tinted.

The sheets and towels were stained/dirty. Pubic hairs on the bedspread and washcloths. The refrigerator didn't work. The ice machine had mildew and mold growing out of it. The room came with 2 towels and 1 washcloth and the staff seemed frustrated when I asked for more. There were homeless people parked all around the outside and WalMart carts parked outside our door. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and the safety latch for the inside of the front door was ripped off as well. I did not feel safe at this location because there was an employee that watched me every time I came and went from my room. I will never stay here again!

The room was is complete disrepair. The bathroom door knob was damaged and busted through the door. Roach bugs were all over the bathroom floor. Paint was peeling off the doors and walls. This place should be condemned.

bathroom door was bigger than the room to close it so you had to push as hard as you could to get it past the toilet, no soap and shampoo offered at check in... had to walk back down to desk. no breakfast as was advertised, they of course blamed Covid, but they have had since March to stop advertising it. TV channels turn at snails pace... its like they had a meeting to try and figure out how to annoy the guest...and that, is one thing that they did arguably well!

I rented 2 rooms 1 of which during the night my sister and i slept in the same room but in the early morning hours the following morning around 5am i went to go over to our other room to shower and get ready for our day and apparently because we were not inside our 2nd room the hotel felt the right to rent our 2nd room to someone else so they double rented not only double booked but recieved double payment and after paying for the room had no access to it when i went to the office they only said well u were not using the room and said they had guest that needed room no refund nothing no im sorry or anything

It was not as expected looked nothing like the photos on the website .. had giant holes (the size of 2 fist) in the bathroom walls but some on the roof were patched up ! On the bright side ONE of the beds were clean and fridge area ...

I couldn’t sleep at that place. I had to find another hotel because this place is not safe at all.

Did not like registering and being told extention of stay was not possible (the motel was less than half occupied and clerk did not know how to extend our stay there)……..this place is a dump! Electric outlet did not work.....basic room supplies absent......tv had blurry picture....DROP THIS MOTEL FROM YOUR LISTING!!!!!!!

The rooms were unclean, mold on pillowcase bathroom not clean, TV didn’t work at first and the remote was very dirty. Didn’t get my room cleaned the next day until the afternoon when I return. The lady was ready to argue with me to say I left a no service sign when they didn’t have a no service sign on the door for me to leave. Then she said I said no service when I said wait I am in the shower. Then she proceeds to say miscommunication (smdh) I will NEVER stay at another Econo Lodge

Our toilet sounded like a lawn mower when flushed, while the water was filling up. Instead of giving us our money back, we were asked if we could deal with it for the night, and we would receive a discount on our next stay. At checkout, nothing was said about the discount, not even sure if that was even put in the system. Didn't have any hot water to shower the next morning.

Sad and significantly over priced. Shouldn't have cost more than $40 with tax! Grateful this was just a quick overnight stay, but it was not worth the price. The sink counter top was filthy. The hotel doors look like someone tried to bash them in with chairs. The surrounding area is decent, large strip malls with any store you could want to shop in, wide variety of $ and $$ eateries. But Econo Lodge looks abandoned, the property is so run down. My husband and I were afraid to stay here. Lots of impoverished families living here. Kids running around the top (2nd) floor riding in a shopping cart. Embarrassed to have to stay here.

Staff was super friendly. Iron and ironing board were tiny, but in good shape. The WiFi signal was strong.

The most horrible room I’ve ever seen, I’m so disgusted that I had to sleep in this room. I had no choice because everything was booked because of the evacuees from Hurricane Florence... it was covered in dust, looked like it hasn’t been touched in 30 years...everything was stained yellow and stains running down the walls, the blow dryer alone was an electrical hazard, missing the front with exposed parts, stained nasty yellow, only 1 plug worked in the whole room, I had to move the coffee maker to the bottom of a dusty shelf to use it, but there wasn’t any coffee, cups, etc. I would like my money back, I’m going to have nightmares from having slept in that bed...

The room was smelly, I had to go get towels from the front desk, went to Wal-Mart for cleaning supplies because the sink and bathroom were not clean. Plus the bed was horrific, I could feel the springs with every move. Horrible stay.
