    It's a decent place. I asked them to check in a bit early since we arrived in Corpus Christi a bit earlier and we were with kids. They could not accommodate us for some reason. Breakfast could have been much better and the staff could have been more pleasant and helpful. The property was clean, and the room was comfortable. Other than that it was okay, but not a luxury for sure.

    The staff was very accommodating, and the room was nice and clean. I did not take advantage of the breakfast, but my wife did and she indicated that it was OK - typical hotel breakfast. The TV left a lot to be desired. When I finally found a channel guide, it did not correspond to the TV channels...go figure! Also, there was only one ice machine (that I could find) located on the first floor at the furthest end of the hallway - very inconvenient!

    They have remodeled and some items were missing from my room. Also I had a two beds and the one next too the ac blocked the cold air. Maintenance did what they could and moved the bed away from the ac 7nit. The new ac is horrible because the vents dont move enough so that you can adjust them. Also the towel rack was removed and the new one didn't have a hook so I had to but my towel over the bathroom door so it could dry. Oh and the chair is wobbly.

    The roomwas very clean and beds were really good. We went as a lagre team for a soccer tournament and the employee at the front desk at night was not very welcoming. The would be my only complaint. The emoloyee in charge of the breakfast area was was an out standing to our kids. He always made sure their was enough food for our large groupnof kids. He was very patient and seemed to be a very happy to help us. Every one in our group keept on talking about him withbplenty of good things said about him.

    The shower and bathroom area very spacious, the shower pressure was strong, and the warmth of the water was perfect. The breakfast was good, and the lobby was clean. The the man who prepared the breakfast was very kind and friendly. On a less positive note our room seemed pretty beat up. The wall by the door was scraped up. A cleaning rag was left on our bathroom counter. The carpet looked stained, the furniture needed to be replaced. One of the chairs was dirty and had spots on the head rest part, the armrest, and other areas. This review is done by the wife.

    The property was right off the main expressway and near lots of places to eat. It was comfortable and the AC worked great. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive and kind. It smelled a little musty, and was under renovations. Nothing too inconvenient though.

    While Hampton Inn & Suites has consistently delivered clean rooms and courteous staff, this recent experience fell short of expectations. Despite the advertised 3:00 PM check-in time, our room was not ready until 4:00 PM. No prior notice was given, leaving us to aimlessly drive around for an hour after a long trip. This lack of communication and preparedness was both unprofessional and disappointing. Guests deserve timely updates and respect for their time—especially when plans are made around published check-in policies.

    Not alot of noise from guests. Plenty of space inside room. The fact that the hotel only has parking lot cameras at the doors. We had our trailer hitch stolen from our truck. When we talked with the hotel staff & manager, they were unconcerned. Said this happens all the time. Well, how about stop accepting it & up your security instead? The refrigerator didn't work in our room at all.

    We continue to stay here because the property is consistently clean, reasonably priced, and the continental breakfast is a nice touch. However, I was disappointed that despite calling ahead to request a first-floor room due to my leg condition—and being a regular guest—they were unable to accommodate me. I don’t believe that’s asking too much.

    In a nutshell, the property is old and needs a facelift! We had a king suite with a sofa bed. The room is big and spacious but there’s a big desk right in the middle of the room which makes if feel closed off. The shower head did not work, the light in the bathroom area flickered like we were in a club, and the bathroom door didn’t open all the way because it got stuck. The staff was very nice and greeted us everytime we came back to the hotel. The breakfast is good, but they run out pretty quickly. They have breakfast from 6-10am. We got down there about 9:30 and they pretty much had run out of everything.

    This was our second time staying at this hotel while in corpus, we enjoyed it. Upon check in the lady did tell me that they are undergoing renovations soon. The room was pretty clean although the carpet was very dirty and the chairs in the room were covered in old stains. My toddler was walking in the room and the carpet quickly soiled his socks and feet. The a/c seemed to not be working in the hallways as well. Other than that I don’t have any complaints, I really enjoy the free parking and breakfast. I just wish the breakfast had a little more options.

    Staff were very friendly. Beds were smaller than advertised. We paid for a double queen and instead both beds were full sized and sheets were barely big enough for some reason to make it to the edge. Carpet had stains all over it. Hot tub was hot but had no jets/bubbles. Not sure why pool can't be open till later when it is outside.Location is decent with several food restaurants within walking distance and easy to drive to several top tourists spots. Highlight was the breakfast.They have a great free breakfast with many options.

    One thing about my room, the bed a piece of metal frame sticking out the side and my leg got scratched. I informed the front desk and was told maintenance would fix it. Othet than that, my stay was great and everyone was very friendly. I will stay there again on my next trip to Corpus Christi.

    Loved that they're pet friendly but the front desk didnt ask me if I had pets when I checked in. I went to my room and my fiancée came in with our dogs and she hollered to him that we didnt pay a pet deposit. He was upset with they she informed him. I believe the clerk should have asked me when I checked in before giving me our room cards. With that said, we had a awesome breakfast. The woman and gentleman that where were running the breakfast area were so kind, happy and attentive. They had a great spirit about them.

    The carpet in the room was covered in huge food stains, apparently hidden under the refrigerator. The bathtub was full of hair — absolutely disgusting and totally unacceptable. To make matters worse, we were given a room with the worst possible view, as if they had assigned us whatever was left over. The place felt so unhygienic that I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower. I deeply regret not taking photos of everything, because honestly, the overall presentation was terrible. Thankfully, I did manage to take a photo of the jacuzzi, which I’m attaching here as proof of what we had to deal with. As if that wasn’t enough, I asked how much the room would cost without using the app, and I was shocked to find out it was $35 cheaper than what I had paid. I would never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and misleading pricing make this hotel a terrible choice.

    I was only in Corpus Christi overnight. The room did the job. The chair and carpet were stained but it looked like the room hadn’t been renovated in awhile. The toilet was dirty. I let the front desk know at check out. Breakfast was good and the dining area was clean.

    We had Neighbors with loud music all night long and asked the front desk for help and they told us they went to check it out and they heard nothing. After i complained three times they finally understood what was happenig they coundnt move us and we where stuck there for the night. i had my three kids with me and we did not get any sleep.

    I requested first floor but when I checked in the guy said, “Oh we just gave the last 2 bed room on the first floor to that lady.” She hadn’t requested it but got it. Why couldn’t they hold one for me? I had already paid with a no refund reservation. When I said something about not getting my request he was a little rude. I asked him, “What good does it do to request? Y’all probably don’t even look at those.” Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

    Elevator and doors were out of order so I can though there’s was plenty of parking, the only access was through the front door. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was absolutely horrible and the front desk staff was a little rude.

    I understand that they are per friendly but I think before you book a room they should make sure it doesn’t smell like dog! Honestly we couldn’t stay in the room for most of the day and at night we were coughing and sneezing most of the night. It was a terrible weekend.

    Although the hotel was well appointed and clean and the staff were friendly, my room was next to a room that had two dogs. These dogs barked constantly when the owners left their room. When they went out Friday night and to breakfast on Saturday, they barked and barked. I tried to contact the front desk Friday night via phone and also personally at the desk, but no one answered or were present at the desk. Luckily, the owners of the dogs returned before we retired for the night, so we were able to have a quiet night. I spoke with the manager upon checkout and she told me that Hampton/Hilton is "pet friendly". I asked if, for future reservations, I could ask for a room not near guests with dogs. She said that is not possible. I will have to seriously rethink booking Hampton (used to be my favorite hotel) in the future.

    Upon arrival there was no one at the service desk. Looked for someone for 15 minutes before the attendant showed up. Then had to pay for parking even tho webpage said parking was free. Bed was decent. Breakfast also decent. Come back to the room see a roach on the ceiling. Roaches weren’t water roaches they were hood roaches. Then find one in our bed. Carpets were stained and our AC had completely soaked the carpet under it. Water pressure was horrible. When checking out we tell the clerk about the roach. She could care less she didn’t even address it. Definitely not worth spending the money staying here.

    Nina at the front desk was amazing and very helpful! I put excellent for all areas, but for overall, the only reason I put four stars was because we found the breakfast to not be as good quality as we remember from years before. Other than that everything was perfect!
