I stayed 1 night in this hotel. I was greeted by Ellie at the front desk. Check in was fast. Room had a modern design and feel. I would stay again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Check-in was quick and smooth, and everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The bed was amazing — I slept better here than at home! Everything was well-maintained, and you can tell the hotel truly cares about cleanliness and quality. The location was perfect, close to everything yet still quiet and relaxing. The amenities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel comfortable. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

The AC in hotels these days are horrible. Luckily it wasn’t a super warm day but I can’t imagine the summer nights being comfortable. For what is being paid nightly, I’ll give a 3 star for this category.

The room was clean, AC in the room worked great! Bed was comfortable and overall a great stay. Only critiques are the elevators are quite scary to ride, and I wish there were trash bags in the trash bins (at least the restroom). Other than that, the staff was friendly and the property was clean. I appreciated the easy self parking, but beware, it does fill up at night and the spaces are tight if you drive a larger vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast or complimentary coffee. Overall a great stay for the price. I would return.

The front desk was rude after they messed up and charged me twice. House keeping were the only nice staff member there. They deserve the praise.

Kwok at the bar was friendly and personable, took pride in the hotel. Later discovered that he is the manager. Convenient to both De Anza College and Apple Park, Target within short walking distance. Note that windows do not open.

The night auditor was so pleasant. His customer service was Superb….The room had a hole in the carpet and stains on the floor. The room was listed for $263.00 for one night. it’s very disappointing regarding the quality of the room. I didn’t get much sleep just wanted my stay to be over.

Overall, I had a good stay at Aloft Cupertino. The room was clean and comfortable, and parking was very convenient, which made things easy. The amenities were decent, though I was a bit disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated. One issue we ran into was trying to call the front desk to request a crib — unfortunately, no one answered. Aside from that, it was a solid stay.

The hotel is a bit cold. The bar is not properly stocked with the bar tender constantly stating to us and other with various drinks that they ran out of the mixes to be able to complete the drink ordered. The room was ok and cheap feeling. Almost was not able to check into the room that we paid for because they do not take Apple Pay. How do you not take Apple Pay when you’re directly across the street from Apple!

The property is dated but very clean. There was lobby coffee in the Am but only dry cereal and a few sad Costco type pastries. My complaint is that Expedia mixed up two similar Alofts. One named San Jose/Cupertino and the other named Cupertino/San Jose. My reservation gave the address of the wrong hotel. Desk clerk says it happens all the time in had to drive to the other property

Super location that is easy to get to, really clean and updated rooms, nice underground parking with EV chargers, and extremely kind and helpful staff. My only one issue is that a non-EV parked in one of the three EV charging stations for two days straight, preventing those of us with EV's from charging - I would appreciate having signage posted that tells customers that those parking spots are for EV's ONLY.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel to you until they hire new management and provide good training to the staff. My experiences of my stays few nights here are unsatisfactory and below my expectations for 4 stars hotel. The price rate is High but it is not in a standard. My room has ants on my bed and toilet (two rooms had ants both) They ate my food too. The view is poor and my check in experience is horrible as I waited too long. Your housekeeper doesn’t not finish their work on time or too busy is not an excuse “all rooms are not available “. Customer should get an option to refund instead of keep waiting. Poor management for such as good hotel. The young English/Spanish counter staff with short and curly brown hair was unprofessional and terrible customer communication skills. How come there are no name tag or badge while working at the hotel???

I had to book last minute due to a canceled train. They were kind and so accommodating. I ended up needing to hang out almost a full day waiting to go to the train station and they were the nicest.

I Love Aloft Hotels but this one is really showing its wear. The floors were filthy- corners of the room needed to be deep cleaned- the shower was was questionable so I skipped it. This was not a simple house keeping issue- I reported it to the front staff and I was asked to email corporate.

Staff: Check-In & Upon departure was good, Overnight staff also nice. Amenities: N/A Other: Limited to no cold water, had to shower in uncomfortably hot water. Notified staff morning after Night 1, was unaware of any issue and assured would be looked into and resolved. Same issue morning after Night 2. Let staff know again, they were still unaware of issue. (They were having to deal with a Leak Issue somewhere else in hotel). If looking to take a shower in almost Scalding Hot water for either yourself, or your teenage child, this is the place to go. Staff felt bad and informed that management or supervisor would reach out. The Operations Manager Vlad emailed stating the it wasn’t their fault and blamed local Public Utility (funny as no other issues known to staff except in my room) and offered a complementary breakfast at our next stay. Basically excuses not solutions. Regardless, will not be back, employees friendly, parking good, just don’t look for management to care about your wellbeing or safety, maybe you may end up with a free breakfast offer also. Recommendation: Check ahead and call hotel to see if any single rooms have issues caused by local public utility, otherwise, be ready to like showering or brushing teeth in Jacuzzi or Sauna temp hot water!

Air conditioning was prefect in the room, I didn’t have breakfast there but they did have a good variety of food to order and also little snacks and drinks for sale.

Not sure how it’s my fault they don’t have enough capable staff to get the rooms ready by 3pm check in. I should have been upgraded not downgraded. But the guy at the front desk was very unprofessional. I felt racially profiled and stereotyped which is why I was probably downgraded.

My check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 4:45pm and the room wasn’t ready yet because they let the previous guest have a late check out at 4pm. I needed to have my room ready as I was attending a show. I was downgraded from the suite to a regular room. That was not ok. My room should have been ready.

The place is excellent with the amenities. Staff is nice. Guests who live there walk loud and bang on wall next to it but those are out of control.

First time at Aloft.. super bare bones- kind of reminded me of a dorm. There was a 2 inch door stopper out in the middle of nowhere that both my husband & I stubbed our toes on. We learned not to go back.

There were plenty of spaces in the garage and parking was free. Then room was quiet, more spacious than i expected, the bed was comfortable. It had a small fridge i i put some fruit and drinks in. The room had USB plug right by the bed. Carpeted. Big screen TV with directnTV, though wasnt into watching TV. The only glitch i encountered was when i was leaving. I had 2 loads. After taking my first load down, i was automaricslly locked out of the room. I had to go back to the front desk twice to get back into the room with my key. The desk clerk was awesome, and i dont blame him for the computer not hooking my key back up the first time. I did not get breskfast...i had my own food. I love the noon checkout time. I didnt have to race to get out. The hotel has an modenn vibe with the decor. The lighting was fine for what i needed. Bathroom was nice, big walk in shower. Didnt use it tho.

We stay there for 3 night's they never clean our room, not a single time they tried , i remind them to clean but the last night we we where there, it wasn't clean again, so i ask why they didn't clean, that there are shorted of staff and just take the sign off the door probably they the housekeeper don't understand what it say, i said really

Overall decent stay, stayed here on the way home from an ad-lib trip to Santa Cruz one Sunday night. Easy to find next to a lot of good options for dining. Staff was friendly. They did tell us on the phone the pool was heated it wasn't my son was a little upset no big deal though. Unfortunately the TV was not able to be controlled by the remote consistently. I called a couple times that night to see if they could get somebody to bring us a new remote so we can turn the TV off and go to bed. They said yes but after 45 minutes to an hour past I just ended up unplugging it.

Ordered breakfast, our cold coffee was a little strong, we asked them to add a little more creamer and one of the ladies made us a complete new coffee and said it was on the house. Clean , quiet, easy parking, walking distance to shopping center. Very accommodating. Major cities near by. Overall experience 100/100 I would definitely stay there again.

The room was nice, I just wish there was space for us to park somewhere. They do have a parking garage, but apparently they don’t have a parking garage big enough to accommodate all their guest.

Maybe because we booked through a third party website (Hotels.com), so we have lower priority to better rooms? This was unacceptable especially after a long day and a two-hour drive next day. The manager was no where to be located and have not responded to this complaint 4 days after check-out. We had no choice but to reach out to Hotels.com, and it got us $35 in refund. What a joke! Well, last time staying at this property and would never recommend it to anyone!

First of all the hotel is a very nice and modern facility. We were greeted by the front desk so that was nice. Unfortunately, when we were given our room keys given that it was our first time staying there, neither staff that was at the front directed us to our room so we were walking around looking which direction to go until they said “, oh it’s on the other side”, after we looked loss. Second of all the incidental fee was hold on my credit card was double charged! It is issupposed to be $150 per night but Juan held $304.94. I can tell he was probably newly employed because he kept going back and fourth trying to ask his other staff member of what to do.

I’ve been wanting to stay at Aloft for awhile and seeing them on the freeway they look beautiful with all the lights. My partner surprised me with this hotel, it was great. Staff are friendly helps us a lot. I love they have pool table and play there too. The room is clean, neat and it was amazing! We enjoyed our stay, I wish the bar opens later than 10pm. Parking is easy and safe.

Decent stay! Hotel itself was super easy to locate and enter. Self-parking was great, just be sure to turn in early if you actually want garage parking! Hotel is decently up to date and clean. Beds are alright, couches look a little sus. Bathroom was nice, okay water pressure in sink and shower. We didnt utilize them but had great amenities. We kept missing their kitchen and were so confused on the snacks for purchase. We did ask but didn't really get an answer so we gave up, but also the snack prices were a little crazy. Save some dollars and just go to the nearby gas station. Staff was all friendly. If we ever found ourselves in this area again we'd definetely consider this hotel.

Overall, it was great. The only downside was being woken up early in the morning (before 8 a.m.) by loud noises outside the door (room was on the first floor).

Very clean facility and room. They placed me at the end of the hall on the top floor, so it was very quiet and convenient for me because I was on call for work and needed quiet for rest. The mini fridge was big enough to fit all my snacks and dinners for the weekend. I do wish they had smart TV’s, but overall would come back and stay again.
