Great hotel. I have stayed here often. Lovely rooms,nice gym, good restaurant, and wonderful helpful staff.

The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The vibe/ambience of the room was really nice and chill. Comfy bed, so we slept well. No issues.

Room was clean, and bed was comfortable We arrived at almost midnight. I could not find a parking spot at the closed garage and looked for a space for about 15 minutes. I got lucky someone drove away while I was searching a parking spot. I don't know where I would have parked if that person did not leave. After you park at the garage the elevators don't work without the room key card, which is very inconvenient if you have stuff in your car and you need to carry them to your room. Your only option is the stairs with your hands full. The gentleman who checked us in was very unfriendly and was at the border of being rude, and I did not like the check-in experience a bit!

Our room was a good size, very clean, and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Cupertino.

No soap or body wash in shower. Only shampoo, no conditioner. They used to have a happy hour and no longer. Also, would be nice to have free coffee in the lobby like most hofels have.

Awesome and cozy place

Property is starting to show age and could use some refreshing of the furniture. Specifically, the desk chairs and toilet seat. Other than that, it was good and worth the cost.

It is a wonderful hotel and restaurant and great location. The garage signage is very poor however, to determine parking relative to elevators and then elevator lobbies are not well signed to know how to return to your car. That said, I'd certainly stay there again!

We came pack to an unmade room and came to find out that needed to request for it to be made up. Ok great you might want to let me know in some way or another. I have stayed here multiple times over the past 20 years and this would be our last visit as outside of changing the TV not much has changed since the first time I came here.

Unexplained charges to credit card after checkout.

Be aware that the provided breakfast is at the hotel restaurant. The included breakfast deal provides two breakfasts with drinks. You pay for anything more. This was not clear from the information on Expedia. Since 3 people were in my room, I was disappointed about breakfast. I will pick a different hotel in the future. Also, Hilton points were denied to me because I reserved on Expedia. Bottled water in the room was $3.00 compared to $0.25 at Costco. It's a solvable problem by drinking tap water but it just would have been nice to feel like I'm getting value.

Very nice stay.

The room was spacious, clean and has excellent housekeeping staff. Front desk is attentive and helpful. They have a nook that sells packaged snacks (the choice here could be a little better). The hotel is pet friendly and our dog loved the place as well.

The hotel is located in a busy area, which is ideal for finding restaurants (mostly Asian), but can be a bit hectic if you prefer to walk to nearby places. The hotel itself felt a bit rundown. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling, and everything felt old. For a quick overnight on a longer car trip, there would probably be better options near freeways.

The room is pretty spacious

It is always clean, beds are very comfortable, staff is always helpful! I also like the proximity of the garage to the hotel. Easy to come and go! Also, there is a Philz coffee across the street!

It had everything you could need, including both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Nice enough rooms, no views.

Room was outdated, not very clean and had a strange odor. Staff said housekeeping upon request. I said I want it daily and was told to tell them each day….the second day they said it wasn’t available. Staff was average and disinterested at best.

The place felt too congested, small, lacking vibe, boring especially the elevator and corridors. The guy who checked me in was curt and not friendly. would not repeat.

We thought it was great for the price and what it offered. It was exactly what we were looking for, and while the building is older and definitely had some issues (like tv not working, fridge wasn’t cold enough, walls were thin so could hear everything outside in the hall and in the rooms around us), we were there for only two nights and it worked out great. I’m not sure if we would come back, but the staff was very friendly and again, it was exactly what we were looking for after a long road trip and short stay. I do want to say the area around is great! And they are incredibly dog friendly… made our lives with our dog very easy.

Nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms and nice amenities including free parking. Only disappointment was that the restaurant and bar were closed by 9pm on a Thursday evening and there isn't anywhere else nearby that is open if you want a nightcap except some beer/wine in a cooler by the front desk.

The staff we did encounter was friendly and professional. The ppty is cashless, quiet, but no room service. The immediate area is walkable and as safe as can be expected these days.

I wish they had a more easy grab and go breakfast options in the morning - including coffee. They do have a restaurant. We had early mornings and didn’t have time to go to the shopping center across street to Starbucks. Rooms are somewhat dated but clean, pool is dated.

Very comfortable, clean accommodations. Had to call the desk for WiFi password info. Confusing open snack room by the elevator. Restaurant closed at 9 pm.

Inside the coffee maker was really dirty with mold!? And coffee powder remains. Too bad. I ran water through it a couple of times but a lot of stuff came out floating in the water so I didn’t feel like using it 😢

Showed up and even with a reservation, they were "out of rooms" was stranded with nowhere to stay. The front desk clerk lied and said they let hotels.com know a couple of days before that they didnt have rooms but hotels.com customer service said they never received such and that the reservation was confirmed. The hotel staff didnt care at all, the room was paid for in advance. Even though it took well over an hour, customer service from hotels.com was able to get me into a comparable property not too far away. Juniper gets 0 stars, hotels.com to the rescue!

Room a little dated and needs upkeep. Graveyard front desk clerk (male, white, balding) was not too friendly. On weekends the bar is closed and the restaurant does not serve dinner. Would've been nice to know (disclosed on property description) before we reserved a room and stayed there

This is the second time we stayed there, it feels like home.

Nothing that i planned for was actually there at the facility. I was hoping to order room service and watch a few movies and get some sleep. No room service. Ok i get it... post covd but hotels.com needs to update website. No pay per view movies. This one was not a big deal until i circled back to the hotels customer service. Engineer is out to lunch he'll be sure to visit your room once he returns. He did. He explained that the hotel hasn't had pay per view for over 2 to 3 years. So there is nothing to fix. I wrote back their manager. Who replied to tell me that the engineer told me that the pay per view has never been broken for 2-3 years. Which is odd since i was the one having the conversation with the engineer (not the manager). Now you have insulted me by challenging my memory. Now I am starting to see a patern. I respond to the manager that this was false advertising and that needs to be addressed. He responded that the Hilton website does not have pay per view movies on their website. They do. Under *more information * in the room details tab. Didn't stay. Packed up and left.

Its a very nice building from outside mostly! Inside is clean but little old. We like the location and the staff super friendly. Also safe parking in garage.

Not many food options!

We enjoyed our one night stay. The only negative thing I could say would be is that you have to walk through the casino to get to the restaurant. The hotel staff are great ambassadors and very helpful.

Great hotel with easy access

There were many issues during this stay that I usually don’t have at this hotel. Everything was resolved by the manager but required alot of unnecessary effort from the customer.

Would recommend if you’re in Cupertino.

My problem was about the toilet. I don't want to say much more, given that it's such a small thing to most, but wow, it informed how I perceived the hotel. What other things do house-keeping take short-cuts on?

The font deck staff Benajas has provided the excellent service., he has helping to get our boarding passes.

We enjoyed the easy check in and close parking. The beds were comfortable and room very quiet. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The two complaints that we have are that the refrigerator wasn't cold enough for us to trust putting our food inside. Which is typical for most hotels. The other issue which I've never experienced was one of the nights shower. I lost pressure four times and had to wait a few minutes for it to regain before I could shower again. I gave up after the fourth as I wasn't enjoying my shower.

Great hotel for a family stay

The service was outstanding from checking in, the bar and people working here. I was having trouble changing my Tesla. And a nice guy who was off work came and helped me. So kind.

The staff tried to be as accommodating as they could, but they could not make up for that room. With as many calls as I made, I should have been compensated.

My stay was wonderful. Chose this hotel due to it's close proximity to the Mountain Winery in Saratoga where I attended a concert. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room--comfortable bed. Great experience!

Key card wouldn’t work in assigned room (door). Maintenance was called to assist.

The restaurant closes at 9? Come on. Atleast keep the bar open until 10

Recommendations I would suggest would be a fan in the bathroom as it did get a bit stuffy when using the shower, but nothing we could not work with. Additionally, the use of the key card to access the floor our room was on was a bit excessive, however, we did appreciate the added security measure (it was just hard to manage finding our key card when we had a lot in our hands!) We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again! Thank you Jun

This was my second stay at the Juniper (although I've eaten here many times) and I have been pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the rooms are. They're very well-appointed with lots of natural light. The lobby is quite comfortable and the fitness center is better than those at most hotels. There are also lots of stores and restaurants within easy walking distance (and of course Apple and other companies are super close by). The staff is also incredibly friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Hard to find a property with free parking, free Wi-Fi and a gym which were requirements for us. Was a nice stay, staff was great. Little noisy in the mornings, but that was other guests not being considerate.
