Everything was excellent but the breakfast could get better!

Good location and free parking Stayed 4 nights and my room was only cleaned one night. The one night it was cleaned was after I asked reception twice that day to have it cleaned.

Clean room, polite staff, good breakfast, easy parking

We were looking for a refundable room for the Super Bowl and this for the criteria. The staff were wonderful. The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows are not good. Housekeeping comes every two days.

Staff was friendly. Clean and spacious room. Amenities were great. Breakfast could use a few more options but it was still good. Not complaints.

The staff was very courteous and attentive. The room very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, though it would be nice if it was open at 6:00 a.m. The parking garage was well lit and safe. My only negative comment - a very weak shower. Other than that, it was great, and I'd definitely stay there again.

For a pricey hotel, they should have flippers and wardrobe. The towels were soft and their bed was extremely comfortable.

We had the best staff at this hotel, including Eduardo who took care of some items of value that we had left behind, getting them back to us safely. We felt well cared for during and even after our stay. It is also a beautiful hotel and restful environment. Highly recommend. We will return.

GPS took us to an incorrect location-it took us to a nbhd strip mall? If I recall, we had to double back and turn into N Wolf Rd to find hotel. There appears to be beginning of construction going on across street area from hotel-maybe street names, prior locations changed? Interested to see what will be there in the future. Surrounding older mall parking area towards front of hotel hopefully will be undergoing renovation/redevelopment? Hotel entrance signage needs to be more visible-almost missed the curved entrance. Our main view from our room was freeway & freeway exit. Could be a plus though, for those wanting proximity to freeway. Great place for families with little ones! Pool up to 3 feet. We had a lovely end unit with a kitchenette which had a regular sized frig, cooktop, and fully stocked dishes/glasses/pots, etc. Again, great for families. Pull out sofa bed mattress a little thin but adequate. Lots of local eateries close drive by. Breakfast included at hotel was a nice bonus! Enough variety for all-plus we got to have a custom ordered omelet. Loved the underground parking and outdoor patio. This may be perfect place to stay for those that want to check out nearby Apple Store and see unique Apple donut shaped building from street. Hotel felt up to date and modern. Thank you to the friendly and helpful staff!!

Awesome stay. Great location. Nice and accommodating staff. The conference room is also nice - used it for a remote work appearance. We ended up staying an extra night. The kids loved the pool. Definitely recommend.

The breakfast and kitchen help tremendously with food expenses. We stay there every time we visit Henry Cowell State Park. The hotel is clean, quiet and convenient.

I was there during some police investigation, it was very tense, I’d like a refund if possible.

This is a newer property, and it showed. The entire hotel from reception, dining area, fitness room to the rooms themselves are clean and well appointed. The only suggestion is for the hotel to activate their restricted access to room floors to increase security.

One area that could use improvement is the breakfast. It would be great to see more child-friendly options, like yogurt and whole milk. Additionally, we noticed that the breakfast plates sometimes had stains, which made us a bit concerned. We made sure to wipe them down before serving food to our little one. On a positive note, we loved the thoughtful touch of having children’s books and board games in the front desk area—it kept our kids entertained and happy. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and are grateful to the amazing staff who made it so pleasant. Thank you!

Easy to miss driveway but the room made up for it. Smelled new, very clean, attractive. Added bonus was breakfast in the morning.

The hotel was simply great. Me and the family loved the room as well as the hotels design which was very nice. Breakfast is really what you need. Boring over fancy but really nice, especially the omelette. If I were to stay in Cupertino I would like to stay there again.

It was very clean, comfortable and convenient, but the star attraction was the staff - from Bhuwan in front desk to Emelia during breakfast, and everybody else who made our stay a great pleasure. Hyatt should really keep a good thing going; its rare to have such high quality staff where every individual is providing service with a smile

Very clean and renovated hotel. Excellent breakfast (ADVISE: hotel is huge, don’t be late for the breakfast, otherwise you’ll wait for the hot food in line.) Easy check in and check out. Stayed there one night.

Right off the freeway. The comp breakfast was good. It’s about 45 min to Santa Cruz. About 10min to downtown San Jose. My family and I would for sure come again. Also Benihana’a restaurant and bowling alley is right across, walking distance from the hotel. There’s also other eating options around the area.

The service at reception was excellent. However the walls a bit thin .I can hear pounding sound of people above my room. But I will still be back as service was great by the hotel personnel and it’s very convenient location.

The staff was so nice, made the process quick and easy. Gym was really nice, pool was great to entertain the kids. And the breakfast was awesome!!! Staff made it more memorable! Never stayed there but would love to stay again!

It is gorgeous, and it feels like home. I did not expect it. Big refrigerator, great side kitchen, and large dinning table, comfortable sofa with TV to watch many shows. Two queen beds and clean restroom which is perfectly. The view with all angles see through glasses. Continental breakfast was delicious and many varieties to select. The gym and swimming pool are cleaning and the site looks modern. We love it.

Everyone who works at Hyatt House was friendly and helpful and made sure that our stay was exceptional. With two kids loving every minute in the pool, and a terrific free breakfast (omelet bar!!) each day, we enjoyed our weeklong stay. Very conveniently located near restaurants and shops, and we cooked a couple of meals in our kitchenette as well. We loved every minute! Thank you HH Cupertino.

In addition, the dishwasher was not attached to the frame at all. It was loosely hanging from the counter hardware. The breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. Attention to detail and cleanliness are important. It should not be the guest's responsibility to find out these issues for the management.

This is a hidden gem in Cupertino. Free breakfast. Next to the 280 freeway. Directly behind Main St Cupertino area with many restaurant options. It has plenty of EV charging stations. The shower water pressure is outstanding. The room is clean.

I wish your mattress and pillows werr firmer. Breakfast selection is excellent: omelet bar, fruists, oatmeal scrambled eggs , bacon, pancake, assortment of bread and cld cereal surprise to see Miso soup and steamed rice.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. They had a pool. The rooms were quiet, clean, came with iron and ironing board. The beds were comfortable. It was modern looking and close to locations in Cupertino, San Jose, and Sunnyvale with easy access on and off the freeway.

Suite was large enough and comfortable for a family birthday celebration. Had to wait for our room 1 hour past standard check in. The staff were super friendly and the accommodations were perfect!

I loved everything about the hotel. It was in a great area, quite, lots of parking and very clean. The only thing they need to improve on is to have more plant base options for breakfast.

This is our go to hotel when in the San Jose area. It is a modern hotel, it is clean, staff are friendly, Breakfast, wi-fi and parking are all free. It is close to several dining, shopping, grocery and other points of interest.

Clean and modern room. Could not sleep for two of three nights due to very loud guests in room above me. They partied from 10 pm until 4 or 5 in the morning. It was exhausting. People at front desk were pleasant but not very friendly.

Makenzie at the front desk is amazing, wonderful customer service. The breakfast was great and cool area to lounge in the lobby areas after a long day. We stayed in the studio suite really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hyatt House is a well maintained, family friendly state of the art hotel. We felt comfortable and relax at the property. The staff is very accommodating and polite. The breakfast is superb! What a nice surprise! Healthy choices and tasty food. I had an egg white veggie omelette, sausage links, fresh fruit (the fruit medley had berries!) bagels, coffee etc. we played board games and they have a full bar with big screens tv and a pool table. The swimming pool was bod I did not swim but my husband loved it. I sat in the pool are lounge and just enjoyed my self for the quick weekend getaway/ jazz concert and delicious wine from the Mountain Winery

Nice and pleasant stay for family

The room was neat and clean with comfortable beds. It has a nice long sofa couch to relax in, a microwave, and a mini refrigerator. The room we booked was a standard room without the kitchen. They did forget to restock cups for the coffee maker they have in the room. The blackout shade was locked so you can’t fully bring it down, which was a bit odd. The facility does offer hot complimentary breakfast with made to order omelets. The location was very convenient as it was next to the i-280 and near plenty of places to eat and buy supplies. Especially if you booked a room with a kitchen. The H Mart, Target, Marukai, Trader Joe’s, and others are all within less than 5 miles radius of the location. I would definitely stay here again.

I brought my dogs and stay in the Hyatt house. Location is convenience. The hotel is clean and modern. The room is nice size and clean. Will stay in the future again.

On Saturday July 15, 2023, as I left with my omelette in the dining area, the male cook made a deragatory remark in a loud voice about how no one was leaving tips and then proceeded to use profanity. I don't believe such a rude and discourteous person deserves to be working in the hospitality business, especially for Hyatt, so I'm bringing this to your attention.

Great hotel overall. Water pressure in shower was very low and elevator wait was a bit long.

Folks, if you can find a decent sale, this is the place to book! Friendly staff, newly built clean facilities. Anita at the omelette bar was the highlight of morning breakfast. Thank you to all the staff!
