It was good but not excellent, I feel that when they find out my booking was through this app, they gave me a normal one not the regular ones

After touring and exploring, we arrived to finally get some rest in the room I had reserved and paid for. It was late for sure, and we were refused our room. The hotel had cancelled the booking as a no-show. The clerk scoffed at us for arriving so late, and offered a room…if I would buy another night.

Parking was easy to access.

Very accommodating. Booked the stay with a third party booking site. Will stay again if i travel??

Clean room, comfortable (firm) bed, soft pillows, friendly staff, great location.

Spotless? No room is spotless, but it was VERY CLEAN and nice. Although the room layout was lame, with the bed facing the windows and the desk facing the side of the bed. So to watch tv one has to look over the other

Located in nice area to walk dogs. Dog friendly, nice staff to give us what we needed. Easy parking. Next to plaza with good food. Slept well! Other hotels have morning buffet? That would have been nice but liked the morning coffee bar regardless. Shower pressure very weak.

Shower Gel was empty as well as the shampoo. Bed was great and nice clean sheets. A microwave would have been a nice amenity to reheat my leftovers for the next day. My dead bolt did not latch, so being a single woman I pushed desk chair in front of the door at night when I slept.

Received a text saying our room is ready but was told it was not available when we arrived at the front desk.

I was shhh'd in the hallway by a child at a chess game convention for talking while walking through the hallway. If you need quiet then close the door! Couldn't keep the fan running for airflow on AC unit.

Pool was warm and close to our room. Loved the fire pit area. The person working the Bistro did a great job getting our order together in a timely fashion while very busy. The hotel was clean, modern, convenient. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was a little smaller than expected. Our room did not get cleaned our entire stay.

I’m a pretty understanding/patient person but when I show up to place that check in says 3pm and it’s 4:30pm and they still don’t have your room ready..that’s a bit crazy! It wasn’t just mine tho. Multiple families waiting in the lobby. Yes there was a concert the night before and there was one the night of my stay (hence why we were here) but I was very disappointed that we had to wait as long as we did just to get our room. And honestly the beds are okay but the pillows are HORRIBLE! Just know if you stay here bring your own pillow!! Other than that staff was very polite and the rooms and property were clean. The Starbucks is a bonus but I don’t think I will be staying here again.

It is a clean, comfortable,quite place to stay.

The staff was there to please the customer. They were awesome. My only suggestion is to have a mirror in the room and not just the bathroom.

I had a wonderful mommy weekend away and felt very safe and comfortable. Rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was nice. Pool was perfect to relax. Only issue was noise from my room being next to ice machine but other than that, enjoyed everything.

the mattress in the sofa bed had big red stains, everything else was fine

We asked for a handicapped room with shower accessible for a handicap person & there was a tub that my wife could not lift her leg over to get in the shower. Then when I used the shower I could not get the handheld shower to work. One of the bath towels had a red substance, either nail polish or blood. Not very happy with our stay.

Do not stay if you want to extend your stay, they will take advantage of that matter and charge you extra.

I had to go buy air fresheners of the room. Also had a homeless man walking around just about every night.

Easy to book on Expedia! We only stayed one night at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful in person. Dining options were available in the hotel which made it very convenient for us to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to the conference we were attending.

Easy parking and clean hotel

We walked into our room 349 smelt like strong cigarette smoke. Later that evening I saw cigarette buds in our bed and cigarette ashes! DISGUSTING. Which means the maid didn’t take the time at all to change the sheets believe her name was Ariel or Amy? NASTY !!! We asked to change rooms, second room was much cleaner and was cleaned by a different lady. However for the price I paid I should have not had to worry about laying on cigarette buds and cigarette ashes in the sheets.

It was okay. The bed was very uncomfortable. That's the only complaint. I felt the floor would have been more comfortable. The pillows were divine.

Quick family trip, but enjoyed ourselves

Very clean and the staff is friendly. The negatives are the property is next to the one of the major road so the noise of traffic even at night, 11:00pm is pretty bad. And the property doesn't have enough lights in the parking lot.

We have stayed at this property 3 times and each visit has been wonderful.

I don’t believe they have a maid who becomes a manager. She is a fraudulent stealing money with clients and her staff too rude and unprofessional. The hallways smell like sewers and I had bits from flees when I complained she ended my reservation.

The room was big. Both rooms had a giant TV. The bathroom set up was kind of small because the sink is on the outside of the shower/toilet area. Everything was clean when we arrived. The pool and gym were nice. The only issues we had was that the bed was super hard and the pillows flattened when you put your head on them. We asked for more pillows and they were nice enough to bring them. We were all sore from sleeping on the beds. I would invest in some matress toppers. I would also put an additional hook in the shower area behind the door or something to hang towels. There were 5 of us in the room and we can't all hang it on the shower. Otherwise the stay was nice and fit all five of us comfortably. I would probably not stay there again because of the beds but if you don't mind firm beds i would recommend staying.

This is our second time staying here and we love it! It is easy and convenient to stores and restaurants. We traveled there to explore around the area for our kids. And the hotel was great.

Pool was closed for maintenance during the heat wave, a bit of a bummer since I was traveling with children.

I didn’t like the fact they there was no microwave in the room. I couldn’t make a bag of popcorn to enjoy while we watched a movie in the evening before bed. Walking down to the lobby and back up to our room was not something I’d want to do.

I absolutely enjoyed how close this hotel was to other spots. The sheer convenience was enough for us to consider coming back again next year. Really accessible hotel destination with a quiet location and enough space to get around. Amenities were great and my wife and I had no complaints.

The coffee maker in the room was dirty, did not used it all, the food in the market place is double the price.

The hotel is modern and attractive. The rooms are nicely furnished, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk staff members were very pleasant, helpful, and competent. But the housekeeping department needs improvement. One day they did not come at all, and the other days the service was hit and miss. On two occasions I needed to call the front desk at 11 pm to ask for coffee or paper cups or tissues or TP that had not been refilled. During our 4-night stay, the glass drinking glasses were never replaced with clean ones. The waste baskets were usually not emptied, and the sink and faucets were never wiped down. Hopefully, these housekeeping problems will be remedied, as the hotel itself is quite nice and the front desk staff is very good.

Check in process was so fast and simple. The staff were all very friendly, smiling. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a family reunion and didn't arrive at the hotel until after 10:00pm. We were promptly checked in and in our room in less than 10 minutes.

I stayed here for 2 nights, it was a spacious room, everything was clean and the desk area was ample. I appreciated the friendliness of the front desk and it was easy to walk to plenty of dining options, there was also a bus stop is nearby which I rode to get to places

Stayed two nights and everything was great! Loved that the hotel was close to the freeway and was super clean.

It was 4 of us staying here; my wife, my two kids, and myself. The hotel as well as the room was in great shape and clean. My kids used the swimming pool and it was nice of the hotel to provide towels to be used for people using the swimming pool. The staff was very nice, especially Mai (thank you!). Parking was not an issue and not getting charged extra is a plus. I have no complains and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a week on vacation and it was perfect. Staff was great, everything was clean and comfortable and the pool was warm enough to swim in at 9 AM on a 63 degree morning. We will definitely stay here again since we visit the area quite a bit.

We had a room that faced the inside courtyard so it was quiet. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is friendly and courteous.

If driving to this property, it is not accessible directly from Wolfe Rd. You must turn into the business park where the Hyatt is, turn left, and drive to the dead end of the street to find the Marriott. Breakfast should be complimentary.

The price was amazing. The lobby and staff were great. I would change a few things. More signage in the hallways. Nothing pointing to lobby or elevators. Thin walls and loudly closing doors. And I do not like a pocket door to the toilet/shower area. Prefer a full door for privacy. But we would probably go back due to location and price.

We love the fact that we can walk over to the Duke of Edinburgh pub.

When I went into the room, the toilet paper had paper in it, not flushed. Then I was putting my toiletries out, and there was a USED TOOTHBRUSH in the soap dish in the shower. My husband wanted me to ask for a different room, but I was going to an event and had no time to change, and was returning late.

The staff is nice and I got a free upgrade.

Worst hotel stay ever. This is a non-smoking property and the staff do not enforce the policy, further they allow guests to smoke within 25 feet of any entrance, in the doorway of the rooms. The bar and bistro are closed on the weekends. The pool hours are misrepresented on the website. The pool is very safe for preventing anyone to get in and practically in-escapable in the event of an emergency. They are, like most businesses, understaffed.

Solid place for the money! Great Courtyard! Limited laundry facilities and no continental breakfast will be a deal breaker when traveling with a family.

Right off the freeway, but tucked in a community with other hotels and apartment complexes, so it wasn’t a high transit area. The hotel staff was amazing and I actually really like the Bistro and Starbucks combo. This is my second time staying at a Courtyard by Marriott and my experience has been great both time.

Cleanliness of the room and the video displays of the process on how they show how the staffs clean the room just put us at ease. pretty much happy with everything. Parking very is convenient and things to eat just a few minutes walk away. 5 stars

Nice hotel. Looked like it was recently updated. We got there really early (around 11am) and asked them to hold our bags for us. When they checked our reservation, our room was ready, so they let us check in early and bring our bags to our room - super nice and helpful.
