I've been coming to this area for 30 years and stayed in every hotel. This is definitely my favourite and current "go to". Large, well appointed rooms in a great, quiet area with good amenities in short walking distance

The Location, Miss Wood, but the room is position in a noisy area of the hotel, where the front Street because a lot of noise Mochon is very old and the pictures and the reality are very different. The Breakfast was so so.

This hotel is conveniently located with easy parking. There are many restaurants nearby. The rooms facing the atrium are quiet, spacious, and well-equipped. The beds and bathrooms are comfortable, the WiFi is fast, the breakfast is plentiful, and the front desk staff provide excellent service.

Very nice breakfast offerings, which is complimentary and quite varied (several hot food options, including scrambled eggs, different meats, sliced fruit, whole fruits, muffins, pastries, bread, yogurt, cereal, etc.) I'm a repeat visitor to the hotel (solo travel due to work) and every room I've reserved has been extremely spacious. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was ideal for my stay. Close to my event and close to restaurants. I had not been in the area for years and was surprised to see how much Main St. in Cupertino had grown. The lobby needs to be updated. The rooms were comfortable. And I liked the layout however some of the furniture could be updated.

Although the hotel may seems to have some history with it, it is maintained well and very clean!

I was very pleased to find the Woodcrest. Over the years I have stayed at most of the chain hotels in the Bay Area, and found them all over priced a disappointing. The Woodcrest offers large rooms in a location right next to the "Main Street Cupertino" area so has a great a variety of restaurants in short walking distance, including the excellent Country Inn for breakfast. All at much better prices than the big brands.

Room nice. Left in morning to have breakfast elsewhere

The night I checked into my room was far from welcoming. There was no hand soap, the water was cold, and I was completely unaware that I wouldn’t be receiving any body wash. The following morning, I discovered ants near the closet and found that the refrigerator didn’t work even when set to 55 degrees. When I approached the front desk to express my concerns, I was met with indifference. The associate informed me that the supervisor wouldn’t be arriving for several hours and that no other rooms were available. He remarked that he had never encountered a complaint like mine, which only highlighted the lack of genuine customer care. This is unacceptable. Customers deserve respect, warmth, and attention, not dismissiveness. When I showed him a picture of my room and pointed out the missing soap, he falsely claimed there was soap available. He then offered a temporary room for a few hours, but informed me I would have to leave because a meeting was scheduled in that space. I explained my busy schedule, emphasizing how difficult it would be to pack again. Eventually, my room was changed, but not to the standards I initially requested. Although I was eventually upgraded, heating issues persisted. The staff clearly needs proper customer service training, and management must prioritize genuine customer satisfaction. Despite these frustrations, I will say that the hotel’s breakfast offered a redeeming moment of comfort and quality.

Hotel was very run down and dirty. Was shocked that this hotel is rates like it is. Makes me question the rating system. From the outisde it looks like an abandoned building. The large dumpster in the parking spots in from of the entrance doesn’t help either.

The Woodcrest is lovely. Big room with a nice desk and vanity/bath area. Love the microwave and tea kettle in addition to the fridge and coffee. Breakfast was great too. Staff was great.

AC heat not working. asked front desk couple of times and gave another additioanl heater. no shampoo /conditioner in bathroom. a light is not working. anyway breakfast is fine.

I had a wonderful stay at the Woodcrest Hotel in Cupertino. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always making me feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the overall environment is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly rich with plenty of options, which made my mornings so much better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The staff was a little curt at first, but they more than made up for the first impression. The parking situation is a little cramped, but over all it was a pleasant stay.

It took a bit to heat the room up. You had to turn it up to 76 to get it warm then we backed it back down. Otherwise very nice stay.

Breakfast was great our whole week there. Fresh eggs, coffee, bacon, good variety of cereal, fruit, pastries, so much more, very tasty and healthy. Someone is really thinking and succeeding. Old fashioned daily room cleaning & large rooms.

I had no remote in the bedroom when I first arrived.But no problem.I calmed down.Got a remote very quickly. The bed however, could have been a bit more comfortable.I do appreciate all the pillows but the mattress itself needs to be replaced in room 202

A very nice area, with easy and efficient check-in. The room was spacious and felt clean. The property has a characterful feel, although it's older, and has been renovated.

The internet is extremely slow. It greatly impeded the work I needed to do during my visit to Cupertino, furthermore, it used an Archaic captive portal. It's a weird thing to cheap out on in the heart of silicon valley, hopefully it's a trivial thing for management to fix. It was a great stay otherwise!

This was my second stay at the Woodbridge Hotel and it was great, love the breakfast too! Both times, staff was very helpful, everything was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay again, definitely recommend!

I appreciated that on the day of my check out, the manager allowed me to keep my car there while I was with a work partner at a meeting. That speaks volumes to me.

The welcome basket of snacks and goodies was such a wonderful surprise! The cleaning staff was top notch as I stayed for 5 days and everyday I had fresh supplies in my room. Highly recommended!

Staff was great and polite. Front desk had no problem with a late check out because my husband was at Kaiser for a medical procedure and I couldn't pick him up until after lunch. If we ever have to come back to Santa Clara, I will definitly chose this hotel again

Overnight stay only since we had an early morning appointment in the area. Friendly staff. Older hotel but still pleasant. Quiet. Walking distance to restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.

I worked at this hotel 30 years ago back when it was called the Woodmark Hotel, and loved how quaint and classy it was. Now that we’ve recently moved out of the area, I really enjoyed staying here. It’s still a beautiful first-class hotel with recently renovated, very comfortable rooms, and everything inside and out was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the staff were very kind and accommodating. We had a small issue with our tv, and it was fixed immediately after we informed them. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel and will definitely be returning.

Had been impressed with them about 2 years ago. This time I became a stronger believer of their dedication to customer care. One day I accidentally failed to fully close/lock the door of my guest room, and I wasn’t aware of it. A housekeeper who passed by noticed it. She knocked on my door to catch my attention and gently pulled the door to fully engage the lock. As a female traveler, nothing makes me feel safer than this act of kindness. Thank you, Woodcrest team, for watching out for your guests!

Inside of the hotel is renovated nicely. The room is nice and clean, the stuffs are also nice and friendly, but the building itself is old, so we heard the foot steps of people who is staying upstairs and the room heater is noisy and not efficiently working.

The staff was super nice and the room clean are really a beautiful and comfy and the complimentary breakfast was very very nice I would for sure stay again

Room we chose was very spacious. Place is definitely dated, but our stay was very pleasant. Located near lots of restaurants and shops. They left us a nice welcome basket when we arrived. Breakfast area had quite a nice spread of options. Parking can be a bit snug in their “garage” area, but it was fine really. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

The staff at hotel were great and super breakfast. The only problem was we left on Thurs and we contacted Expedia about change days before our arrival. We expect a refund from Expedia for Thurs cancellation.

1. They apparently have a curfew and lock the doors overnight. If you’re in town for work, don’t stay here. If you work late you won’t be able to get back in. 2. I booked the reservation for 2 people and they would only give 1 key. 3. They share a parking lot with an office building, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get into the parking lot during rush hour when everyone is leaving or entering the office building for work.

The hotel is very close to main street Cupertino and has many dining options within walking distance. The room is clean, spacious and has amenities like iron inside the room. Very satisfied with my stay here
