The staff was very nice it was quiet but my window had no screen and also there were roaches well just one but that's just as bad the furniture was a bit old but I think there remodeling

The pictures are nothing like the actual place. It’s dirty, smells horrible, they never seem to empty their dumpster, literal trash everywhere, people loitering all day and night. Their rooms are hot, humid, and smell of stale cigarettes (even the non-smoking), they have duct tape holding up their ceilings and mirrors, there’s hundreds of thumbtacks on the walls for some reason, the floors in the rooms are dirty and full of hair, and the walls are an unnaturally stained yellow. It was so bad we had to leave and end our stay two days early. They said they would refund the unused days but never did. Just lied and took our money.

The atmosphere was very relaxed, and I received an excellent deal, even though I was slightly short on funds. The environment was quiet, and the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I made sure to leave the room in the same condition I found it. Overall, it was a great value

Room was clean but there was no other facilities inside room. Even bathroom was not well maintained. Washbasin was in an open room and it was releasing bad gas from gutters. For what I charged it was not worth. I must say staff was friendly and helpful.

They charged an extra $25 to check in early. They also only gave 2 pillows in total for two people instead of the usual 4. They also only gave us 2 towels, we went to ask for 4 more towels & they only brought us 2 more. They also TRIED to up charge for the towels. The woman at the front desk has great customer service, the hotel maid was very rude.

The staff were so empathetic to our having to (mandantory) evacuate my 91 year old father from his home due to a possible chemical leak/explosion in his area. They were kind and understanding. while still remaining professional. There was nothing that we didnt like about it. We were grateful that they were there for us in such a time of need.

Stayed here for three days. bugs, dirty towels, stuff on walls, smelled like cigarettes, cigarette burn in blanket.

Doesn't look like much coming in. But once you go to check in desk meet the friendly staff, a husband and wife. Both of which are extremely kind, attentive, detail oriented, and focused on guest satisfaction. Once you get to the room it is surprisingly better then you would expect from your normal motel experience.i was relieved how clean they are. Then add the almost full size fridge and freezer vs standard mini fridge, 50 inch flat screen smart TV with all the apps you need for entertainment during downtime, tile floors, as well as upgraded nice granite like countertops with Cherry Wood furnishings. The bed was actually comfortable too! Honestly I can say I haven't recienved this kind of customer service service out of the highest rated hotels available. They care and it shows. I definitely recommend!!

I also feel safe every time I stay here, which is a big plus. Anytime there’s been a small issue or question, the staff has been quick and willing to help. Overall, it’s a comfortable, reliable spot that I keep coming back to, and I definitely recommend it to others looking for a pleasant stay.

Property is in shambles as they are doing construction upgrades understandable. But they are you upgrading when the place is filthy and infested with roaches drug addicts and prostitutes living in the rooms was also woken up at 2am to loud domestic violence and arguing definitely do not recommend

The bed was comfortable There was roaches in the room,I literally killed like 12-15 of them in the restroom and by the ac unit. there was paint in the shower (like shower paint for little kids). This was my second time staying there, the first time was great no issues but this last time was a big NO for me I will not be returning

The room was pretty big. It was pretty clean. The only problem was I had to shower with cold water all three days. I did stay there. I called the front desk and their phone number was out of service. What the hell?

The hotel is in the middle of upgrading but grounds are clean and well maintained. Fairly peaceful with some music on weekends. Staff is available 24hrs and address your needs promptly. My air went out around midnight and the manager checked the fuse box and I was resting peacefully again.

The room was okay and the rate was reasonable. The blinds were broken and had tape to one side. The room had a few roaches coming from the bathroom. I gave it 3 stars due to the staff friendliness, okay price, location and safety.

Staff was fine. Room was clean. King bed had a flat sheet as the bottom sheet. The sheet wasn’t big enough to stay tucked in so when you lie on it it is very loose and comes off the mattress exposing the vinyl bedbug cover! It was a little disgusting.

The staff is amazing to be honest. Very kind but I had a terrible experience this time. Our bed smelled strongly of urine. Also, the two rooms near us were so loud. They were arguing, screaming literally all night and slamming doors. We didn't say anything because we didn't want issues. I did however let the manager know when I checked out. Roaches in the bathroom and got on my box of pizza. They always have a microwave and fridge and they said none were working. I hate to complain but wow this was the worst experience I've ever had so far. I would hate to complain though but I'm just being honest

Im sorry, but the pics dont do justice, in a wrong way. First there we're many, roaches or water bugs that I experienced. They we're in the refrigerator, that wasnt working. When you open the fridge, the odor notrocious. Many bugs in the fridge with layed eggs. I liked that it had a living room and a bedroom with a privacy of a door for the room, however the odor and numerous bugs, killed it.

Amongst the any hotels, their stands a better. Reinventing the better. I will always be staying if I’m near Knott’s berry farm or Disneyland. Best location. Traveling, backpacking, family stay. This is the most place I will be staying if I’m ever back in town. Family owned and respected

The bed I slept on was very uncomfortable. For some reason, my back was in pain sleeping on their beds. Other than that, everything was fine. Like when I needed water, I was given bottles of water.

I enjoyed my stay. They have a lot of convenience stores, fast food restaurants, and it's close to Knott's Berry Farm. The room was big, nice, and clean. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. It has a 4ft tall refrigerator. They do require a $40 deposit when checking in which is not bad. It's better than $100 deposit. You do get it back once you turn in the TV remote and card key. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely book here again.

Looked nice when booking and lady at window(entrance closed) was nice, but after i check in and go to room which is downstairs,tv is not working properly but has a nice refrigerator and microwave but i went back down to talk to someone about tv and they moved me to a room upstairs that has a better TV which was nice but now it has a small refrigerator and no microwave.. very noisy.. you can hear the other rooms through the walls.. also had to kill a couple roaches.. then on second night police followed someone in and so right in front of my window around 10 and did not leave until after 1.. hardly any sleep. not a good stay but it was only for 2 nights so i dealt with it.. not going back

The only thing i liked about this place was the price... but as the old saying goes.... you get what you pay for. Trust me spend 20 dolkars more and stay somewhere else. They charge you a 40 dollar deposit as well

This stay was really rough. The bed was very dirty. There was mold and rust in the shower. The room did not have a room key so we had to trust that our room lock worked. It was boiling hot because the air conditioning unit was broken. The only thing that made this trip bearable was the customer service when we checked in and out.

My girlfriend and I absolutely love it. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and surprisingly affordable. One of the best parts is the location—you’re within walking distance of at least 20 different stores, making it super convenient, especially if you don’t have a car. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay in a great area.

The room was nice only complaint is the bathroom was a disaster. I'm guessing they're mid upgrade but then. Why even rent out the room at this point. There was mold but beds are nice TV a full refrigerator microwave. More than most places offer in the area tbh.

The floors were greasy, the bathroom had grime embedded in the wide swaths of caulking around the shower and floor. the room was just gross. When I went to checkout, a stood outside by the service window (and right next to the "Open 24 Hours" sign), hitting the button for service, on and off for about a half hour. No one answered the call. I walked around the corner and banged one the door to their living quarters, but still no help. There was no key drop either. I ended up leaving the key in the room and I left.

The glass window was broken. No fitted sheet, just two regular thin sheets on a matress with some kind of protection cover. A thin blanket that was not big enough. TV looked like it had been stolen and replaced with one they put on the dresser. Cold tile floors, walls are grimy and patched. Side dressers looked sticky. Lot's of noise from people around my room at 2 am. The woman that gave me my keys was very nice and very polite though.

I was able to change rooms after the first night. I did not sleep well, the first night, i could hear a child crying every now and then, from 8 pm to 1 am.

One of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Tons of visible holes, patchwork, MOLD and Mickey Mouse repairs. The ONLY positive thing was that the manager let me have early check in with no charge. I am appalled they charge people to stay in rooms in these conditions. Completely disgusting and management should be ashamed

The rooms very spacious and decent quality with some of the upgraded room being surprisingly pretty nice and comes with refrigerator in microwave. Also the location is great and along with the pricing i would definitely recommend if needed a hotel in the area

Room was really rusty and dirty (walls, floor, bathtub, sink). Found 7 baby cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The room smelled like weed every time we came back to sleep. Not truly recommended for family trips. Good thing: microwave and refrigerator in the room were very clean and looked brand new.

The staff are amazingly friendly and incredibly accommodating. I was allowed an early check-in. The wonderful gentleman recognized me right away from a previous stay and offered me the same room.
