I do not recommend it. We arrived after 3 pm and still had to wait because the room was being cleaned. I needed to use the restroom and they didn’t let me use the restroom in the lobby. The room smelled horrible, the sheets smelled bad too We arrived on a Friday and we didn’t want the room to be cleaned until Monday, when we arrived Monday night my friend noticed her bed was not made the sheets were all folded up on the bottom the way she left it, the sink was full of hairs and the bathroom was not swept. I called and complained about the room service , there was no toilet paper and the lobbyist wanted me to go to the lobby to pick it up. Really bad customer service. Totally unacceptable. Will never stay here again. I’ve stayed in many hotels here in the US, Mexico, Europe, in the Middle East and never had experience. Thumbs down. 👎

The room was nice and clean there was a iron and a blow dryer witch comes in handy and I like the breakfast in the morning The staff was rude made me check out early because they wanted to charge me double what the room itself cost so the room was 85$ and they wanted to charge me a 50$ deposit plus a 40$ early check in fee when it was a half hour before check in time so it's was ridiculous so since I didn't pay the early check in fee they made me check out early

Very friendly and helpful staff. A nice continental breakfast and good coffee. The room was comfortable and clean. Nice amenities. The are had several restaurants and shopping nearby - definitely walkable.

I appreciate that the parking lot is well lit at night, and that the ice machine was working well. The hair dryer did not work. It turns on for 10 sec and then shuts off and you have to wait several minutes before it turns back on again. ( for another 10 sec.) I think it just needed to be cleaned, to keep it from overheating. This was frustrating because I was trying to get ready for an important event and this caused me to get behind schedule. Just bring your own hairdryer.

I asked for a room downstairs away from the elevator and ice machine and the young clerk said it was noisy around there, and gave me the 2nd floor, was clean and he came to check it and found out the TV was not connected and he fixed it, after the first night we slept great and we requested towels from the housekeeper and said to ask at office and older gentleman was not very nice and told me to bring in the wet ones..? when we got back after 7pm from Knotts berry our cards did not open, so had to go to office and lady there was nice but no explanation why they turned them off, but I got a few clean towels, other than that all good. This is in Cypress town not in Buena Park. not that far from the park.

This property exceeded our expectations. My husband and I stayed for a week while I was recovering from surgery. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and the entire property. The staff did a wonderful job of making sure we were comfortable.

BED BUGS!!! Reviews and score on expedia are misleading and fake! Check on yelp multiple people expressed concerns for bed bugs. Pictures and everything. Hotel is rusted. Many things broken/ falling apart. Place is dirty. Even after cancelling my stay and bringing up concerns they still put the rooms up for booking!

They require a $50 cash deposit when checking in. The deposit was returned when we checked out. The room seemed clean. However, the sheets on the bed kept coming off - the elastic was worn out. No coffee pot or iron. Ironing board was stained. Breakfast was scant - a few pastries, bananas, cold cereal. The parking lot was well lit.

Very disappointing stay. Hot water was cold, and the coffee was often gone, it tasted bad. It’s hard to even consider what they offered as breakfast.

Clean room and I stayed for 4 nights. It’s convenient to and fro for Disney.

There was no coffee machine iron or iron board. It's a cool place to be if you're trying to keep from being homeless. The free breakfast is laughable. There's no free breakfast. It's little Debbie honey buns. The staff is nice. No security in the parking lot. It's conveniently located by stores and shops. The walls are paper-thin. You can hear your neighbors next-door, but you can't get a good nights sleep. Ample free parking. And priced well.

Pleasant surprise how nice it was.

We checked into our room and found out that nothing in the room was clean. Trash was still inside of the containers, covers were thrown off the bed and pillows were on the floor. Will not be staying at this establishment ever again.

Too many people hanging out outside partying and felt so unsafe and uncomfortable walking to our room with our daughter 13 and 6.

I will try to avoid that hotel next time I ever travel to that area.

#justsayin The room showed a double couch --- ours was not! The shower pressure was not up to speed. The Continental breakfast was kinda weak! But our housekeeper was kind, smiling and efficient! Probably the best we have had in probably years. Would probably stay here in the future if needed . . .but the older clerk at the office needs to be move to facilities. He is not ready for customer relations, if ever!

Stayed 2 nights near my family. Basically stayed here for the price to sleep somewhere at night. The place was clean and no issues of any kind. Slightly outdated but a few upgrades made it work fine for us.

When checking in they ask for $50 cash deposit. If you don't have the $50 in cash, there's an ATM machine right outside the door (with fees), how convenient. The a/c system is extremely noisy and shuts on and off all night long. Why can't you just have a fan blow on a low speed? The room was clean, and everything worked great (except the a/c).

We were not told of any of the amenities. Stayed for 13 days and found out the day we checked out there was a daily breakfast. Pool is only big enough for small children. Found a roach in the room.

It was fast check-in, great location close to a lot of stores, but less amenities and very noisy a/c which makes it hard to fall asleep every time it turns on/off.

We arrived late. The girl working the night desk asked me to pay in cash. I explained to her I was going to use my credit cards to get the miles. She “attempted” to swipe the card several times. She asked again for cash. I told her no. She tried my atm card. She asked AGAIN for cash. She finally turned on her computer and was able to run the card. She than asked for a cash $50 deposit for a pet and/or smoking. I told her i neither smoked or had a pet. She insisted on holding on to my id until I checked out. The “ breakfast” was disgusting. Stale cereal and processed tiny muffins.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Lock on door was broken. Bathroom was dirty and beyond tiny. I didn’t stay the night. I was only in the room 5 min before requesting a refund. They refunded quickly and without question or delay. Also credit card machine was down so I had to pay cash. If someone wasn’t prepared for this it would’ve been worse.

When we checked in we were informed that the water heater was broken and they were trying their best to fix it. It was fixed by the next day. Comfort beds, good price point, free parking. Microwave didn't work well and the floor was very dirty with dust...it was swept but could tell it was not mopped in a while.

Everything was perfect up until the last night of the stay the hot water wasn't working. It was fixed by the morning.

Beds were super comfortable and housekeeping left our room brand new. Towels were clean and AC worked very well. The restroom was perfect. If you’re looking for an affordable room with a comfortable bed, highly recommend.

The property was in a residential area with easy access to various businesses, and wasn't far from a lot of landmarks. Staff was really friendly and accommodating and I'm very pleased with our experience.

I was told all rooms on first floor were occupied. Only a room for me was on the third (3) Floor. (Did not seem to have that many folks stay in the rooms.) KING size bed fairly comfortable. Shower water pressure medium. The Lady Reception Desk very professional, Courteous and helpful.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. Only down side was police activity a lil upsetting. Im disabled and had to park at another hotel and walk back to get to room. It was not the hotels fault that there was a shooting in their parking lot.

This property was about 2 miles from the starting point of the move. The room was clean and warm. The bed was comfortable. The bar soap provided was more strongly floral than I prefer. The TV remote needed new batteries. There are numerous places to eat within easy walking distance. Overall, it met my needs very well.

The Super 8 location in Cypress is one of the best spots around the rooms are nice and clean and cozy and comfortable The staff is friendly. There's plenty of dining options nearby and shopping. The Super 8 location is one of my go-to spots and will always be.

50$ cash deposit required. They will not work during check out hours and force you to find an employee to get your 50 back.

The beds are old. You can feel the springs and super noisy, any movement during sleep is loud. Try the sofa bed and it’s also super old and you feel all the springs as well. Did not have a good sleep. And at 6am you hear all the staff and kids running around.

Not a good stay. I was charged a $50 dollar Cash only deposit which is strange. Also during complimentary breakfast there was no coffee left and no milk put out for cereal and juice machine broken and tv on wall was not working. Very inconvenient. The worst part i ordered a non smoking room but that room smelled so bad of cigarettes smell it was awful.

Overall a good stay just not as clean as I would like taking my little one. The bathroom was very small. Employees were very nice and very short commute to Disneyland.

This Super 8 location is a quiet , safe and affordable place to stay and relax. The staff are courteous friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Some of the rooms are equipped with a built-in spa bathtub which is most excellent. The surrounding area in neighborhood provide a safe experience while walking day or night. There's plenty of stores and restaurants and other shopping in the area within walking distance. Out of the other three hotels and motels in the immediate area this one is the best.

I’m always worried about cleanliness. The room and bathroom were spotless clean. Staff was also on point.

There was poop smear on the toilet and one of the light switches. The blankets had burnt holes in the blankets were basically only sheets. We had to put a $50 cash deposit which we were unaware of on arrival. Breakfast was only cereal and juice and a banana.

The tub drain plug was broke so you couldnt take a bath and the tub facet dripped. Bed were hard, but not as hard as they could have been. Parking as fine. Place was adequately cleaned. Except for the towels were very crispy and a few had chuncks of hair woven thru them. And there was mold behind the toilet paper roller. Told management the first night but they were full and couldn't give another room.

Caution, do not check in online until you arrived. We were charged the depostie fee on our card we used on the online check-in, which wasn't acceptable at this super 8. Instead you will be charged a $50 cash deposit instead. Which i am not a fan of, but at the end of our stay. We did recieved our deposit fee, when returning our room card. "If you do the online check-in, you will have to get them to do a reversal transaction to your bank." Or they wouldn't bother letting you know.

First, the lady at the front desk welcomed us with a beautiful smile and she was so friendly, checking in was hassle free and quick, the room was cleaner than any other place we've visited. It was nice and we definitely will be visiting again in the future.

Did the job for two nights and not being there during the day, but the room was pretty worn and the parking lot was kind of unflattering as it had broken down trucks and RVs in many spaces.

Very clean, beds were very comfortable, there was a microwave and mini-fridge in the room, no bugs(im always careful with that) , The hotel was safe and the area is pretty nice, Lots of stores around, Elevator available and The Staff is Really nice :).

Was not not to happy about the handi cap room the water was running all over the bathroom floor because there was no closure only a curtain , also I was at the front desk for 30 min waiting for someone to help me to check in …..the man was very rude and no friendly ….overall for the price it was clean and efficient

The room was fine except the floor My kids were walking on the floor barefoot and they had black feet so I know the floor hasn't been mopped another thing that I didn't like was the neighbors we had kept coming in and out of the room having different men coming out of the room drug dealers coming to their room keeping my kids awake at night I don't think that people should be living there especially when there's a lot of travelers that come through there The free breakfast was Little Debbie snacks could use a bit of an upgrade other than the drug dealer ring rude to my child and the floor being dirty this stay was okay only complaint for my kids was not being able to sleep and the pool is too small
