The staff was lovely- responsive & helpful. The property is conveniently located close to the highway so it’s easy to get anywhere in the city from the hotel. The property was maintained but my guess is that it hasn’t been updated for awhile- overall a good place to stay.

Hotel was clean, staff was helpful, We went there for a convention and stayed 3 nights. So we didn't really use the hotel to sight see as we were occupied at the hotel. The bar was fine. The food in the restaurant was good. The buffet breakfast was around $24. I had a flatbread one night and it was good and around $16, So I think the prices were reasonable. MY one complaint was that the rooms had the lowest toilets I've ever seen and so uncomfortable. I have arthritis in my hips and knees and ankles. These toilets were really horrible. If I went there again I would have to request a handicap accessible room.

We spent 4 nights there and the room didn’t get touched by the cleaning staff once. No fresh towels, restocking of coffee, or emptied trash cans once during our visit. The front desk staff was friendly and gave us clean towels and coffee. when we went down and asked for them. We tried to eat at the bar top restaurant one night that it was supposed to be opened. It was roped off so we called the front desk to ask and was told it was closed. It would have been nice if there had been a notice up in the elevator or at the restaurant itself letting people know it was closed. Not the worst experience, but not the best either.

Wrote email related to issues with booking few times, no onr cares to respond. I think booking.com also reached out but they do not respond. Spoiling name of marriott. Next time i would not stay at this property rather take some thing right in down town.

I stayed 4 nights and did not receive regular room cleaning services. Although we requested housekeeping at the front desk, the room was cleaned for only one day during our stay. Additionally the reservation was paid in full through Expedia; however I was charged again directly by the hotel, horrible service

Parking costs was 65.00. The sign said 20.00. We did not come and go. Parking access was difficult. There were no signs directing you. Bar was very nice. Maid had left a cleaning rag on the bathroom counter. Air conditioning was very good.

I want to shout out to the front desk lady that worked nights on Saturday to Sunday morning. She deserves a tip and very hospitable and approachable. Yaniel was great at the valet always had a smile and welcomed me back with that same smile. Definitely will be back.

The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and more. The Union Station Dallas is literally across the street, making it extremely convenient for getting around. My only complaint was housekeeping. During our stay, they did not make the bed—they only provided fresh towels, emptied the trash, and replenished the toilet paper. The bathroom was not cleaned at all; the countertops, floors, and shower were left untouched. I’m not sure if this is standard for a short (2-day) stay, but it was disappointing. Overall, the hotel is great, and I would still consider staying here again on my next trip to Dallas.

Clean and very comfortable. Room was quiet and we got good rest. Parking was a bit troublesome with wait times and lines out into the street to get in. Getting the car the next morning was also a long wait due to them losing someones keys. Maybe better staffing in the parking department would help because there were only 2 people both times parking and getting vehicles.

The parking valet were all wonderful, polite, fast, and very friendly.

Good stay , the only thing i didnt like was , valet....$45 for OVERNIGHT! The parking meters across the street are FREE from 6pm-7am , i recommend using that a couple a night to save.....but if you want peace of mind , use the valet.

Our hotel room had a microwave, refrigerator, and views of Reunion Tower. The room was sparkling clean and maid service replenished our coffee packets every day. I loved the location of this hotel, amenities, hotel staff and the restaurant at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Room was nice and clean for the most part. There was hair on the floor, which grossed me out. I’m not a fan of carpet for this reason. They could offer water for each day you’re staying. Aside from that, it was fine.

Only reason as to not 5 stars is I wish that there was at least a complementary breakfast!! We Had to go elsewhere to get/find breakfast!! Checked in tonight, but ended up leaving and booked another room at a different hotel. Check in was good but when I went to go park, there were 2 vehicles just sitting in front entrance of parking garage. I called and let the front desk know but I waited over 30 minutes for someone to come move the cars. I was going to do Valet parking but I waited an additional 15 minutes and no one showed up. So I went back inside and gave the front desk my room keys and checked out. Also the front door area smelled like someone had been smoking inside the lobby.

I arrived at 3:03pm and had to pay an early check in fee when my room was already ready. I told her I was a Marriott rewards member and she told me it wouldn't matter because I booked on Expedia. I was booking this room for my staff to stay close to our property during the storm. If the arrival experience would have been better, I could have reserved a block of rooms for 3 of our other properties. I know we have plenty of options on places to stay in Downtown Dallas but I choose Courtyard because the level of service out ways the price I would pay to stay somewhere else. Guess ill reconsider.

La pasé muy mal por qué l hotel dice que tiene estacionamiento. Pero el estacionamiento te cobra 45 dólares por día y el hotel no se hace responsable de nada. A mi me pasó que cuando ingresé al estacionamiento el encargado del estacionamiento no mas nos preguntó que si éramos huéspedes del hotel y respondimos que si. Y el dijo ja ok adelante. Al día siguiente cuando me dirigí al estacionamiento. Mi camioneta ya no estaba y yo me asusté fui a preguntar y nadie me sabía decir nada tube que averiguar sola que el chico del estacionamiento. Había llamado ala grúa para que se llevara mi camioneta. Y ni el ni los del hotel se hicieron responsables de nada

The hotel staff were really good. But the valet parking while picking up in the morning around 11 AM, she behaved very rudely. when there was a line and we were standing in line. Then i saw my car being pulled to the front of the line. I told her that is my car. She asked me to " CALM DOWN". I had a very bad customer experience with this. I felt like being ill treated. Not happy.

The location and view of skyline on the rooftop are superb Hotel was clean and well maintained. FYI it’s valet parking only and $45 a night for that and you have to pay that on a separate app and it’s kind of annoying to not be able to go to your own car.

Waited for a very long time for someone to come to the desk for check in. I called three times and no one answered. When the guy finally came up there he seemed inconvenienced and was not friendly.

Stayed for one night but it was quiet and the beds were comfortable. They give you a generous amount of pillows and linens and it’s convenient to have an up to date microwave and refrigerator.

I stayed and was charged $90 for parking over night when it was supposed to only be $45 for the night. Charging for parking is already a minus for this property, but overcharging me is crazy work. The location was good for what I needed. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was the best deal and close to what I was doing. My room also had a weird smell.

Hotel parking $45 for one night, had to wait for valet, free breakfast was not free but expensive, high hotel rate, booked king size and got 2queen bedroom, inflexible reception refused to change that. So, around $250 for one night with breakfast. Seriously overpriced. Will not go back to Marriott.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean. The area was a bit deserted which is fine for me. I was only there for one night but they lock the front doors so homeless people can’t get it in. I had to switch my initial room because the toilet smelled awful. Luckily I was in the room for 5 minutes noticed the odor and was able to get another room pretty easily .

I loved the property - it’s beautiful and elegant and in an amazing location. All the staff is super polite and friendly, and it was a great experience. Parking is incredibly expensive at $45/night, though, especially considering that there’s a parking garage about a block away that’s only $10 all day. If I get the chance to stay at this property again, I’d do so for sure, but I’d definitely park down the street.

Elise is amazing! I will always stay here when I need to be anywhere close to downtown Dallas. The rooms are incredible and service is great. I feel like I was treated like VIP!! My only complaint is you are forced to valet park and it’s pretty expensive for my taste.

Overall this hotel was good for me in my situation, it is clean and comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and helped me with letting me checkout one hour late and let me place my belongings in the hotel until I came to pick up later that afternoon without extra charge.

The Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District is a very nice hotel. It puts me within walking distance of the places I visit when I am downtown Dallas.

Expensive parking, unsafe area, originally put us on a floor that previously flooded with 10 loud fans going. 1st room was pretty dirty switched to another room was clean and it was better. Staff was helpful and very nice. Would never stay here again or go to Dallas

We decided to take the Amtrak from east Texas, to downtown Dallas. So glad we picked the courtyard. It was literally 500ft from the Amtrak, surrounded by museums, and tons of restaurants. The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly, especially Mrs. Eleise at the front desk. She is definitely a Gem.

Stay was excellent. The only complaint is the parking was expensive. Beware when driving a lot of one way streets and the area has a lot of homeless people. (To be clear not by the hotel but the downtown area where restaurants and shopping.) I would suggest anyone to stay at this hotel!

Booked with Comfort after a horrible experience with another hotel and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating to every need. Will definitely book there again if we’re in the area.

The beds are super firm and pillows super fluffy but flat when you put your head on it. Its perfect for back sleepers but not a side sleeping person. I will still book here in the future for convenience but will just bring my own pillow (more firm pillow) next time.

Perfect location if you need to stay either in the downtown area or near the convention center. Plenty of attractions to walk to with local eateries.

The hotel was close to everything downtown, so that was nice. When we got to the hotel there was no directions on what to do for check-in. The doors are all locked and require a key. No one was at the front desk. We finally drove through to the valet and he gave us directions. The room was a typical hotel room, and had a mini-fridge, so that was really nice. There was something sticky on the carpet, which grossed us out. We took the "do not disturb" off of our door before heading out for the day, and no one ever came. Not a biggie because we only stayed a few days, but a longer stay, and it would've been an issue. All the staff was very friendly.

I was surprised to Jenni checked in and asked for a suite with a king sized bed that they have me the smallest room possible. At other Courtyard Marriott hotels that I’ve stayed at, they had more spacious rooms and the staff seemed pleasant and wanted to make the customer happy. Not at this one. Also there was very limited in hotel dining options, ie., coffee bar, snacks, restaurants although there was ample room to sit bc there were lots of tables and chairs. The valet guys were friendlier than the front desk staff.

The valet attendant on Friday afternoon was not very courteous. When asked, “What about my luggage?” He responded with a rude and sarcastic tone, “Um, you get it out of your car?” To which I asked, “Well, do you have a luggage rack I can use?” And he brought one, then begged me to please bring it back. It would have been nice to have the gentleman assist a lady with her luggage, but he didn’t act like one. The young man valet attendant on Sunday was kind and loaded my luggage for me. I called the hotel that morning and was told early check in started at 2, but ended up waiting an hour and forty-five minutes for my room to be ready, while other guests were able to check in quickly. And you’re stuck with valet parking because of the limited space in downtown Dallas. On the last day, valet kind of brushed off my concern about needing to use split payments and told me to just call the manager if something goes wrong, but it was an urgent need to use another card. I called the manager and he had to handle it.

The property is misisng a welcoming touch but it is clean and in a quiet location. Cindi's right next door is a great place for breakfast and the Kennedy Museum is close. Otherwise not alot is around. The shower is intense, which is nice but it sprays water everywhere. The bar at the top needs a different vibe too. Overall good stay but the hotel itself doesnt offer much.

Hotel is nice but be prepared for a lot of downtown traffic noise due to location - ambulance sirens woke us up by 7am on Sunday morning. The hotel has valet parking only which is fine but anticipate to wait quite a bit for your car if you’re getting it right at check out time on a weekend.
