Nice stay. I would stay here again when travelling around Northern DFW.

I had another hotel booked for my next visit in August, after staying at the BW+Denton, I cancelled and rebooked here. The location is wonderfully located next to food and shopping options, several in walking distance.

Close to the event that I attended. The sheets were dirty. The breakfast was not good. The clerk was not friendly.

Plenty of free parking and location was great. Easy walk to alot of businesses. Breakfast was not very good.

It would have gotten 5stars except for the way the water leak was temporarily taken care of. II really like the fact that the rooms have real glasses and coffee cups. The breakfast was good. Room was clean and the staff was very nice. I would stay there again.

Room was clean, a/c set at 65 degrees when we entered the room, breakfast was good. Only complaint was with TV service. Saturday night had limited channels. Sunday morning, no channels at all. Will stay there again when in Denton because of convenient location.

This location is great for visiting my daughter at TWU The alarm clock in the room went off at 6am and I was unable to go back to sleep after so that wasn't ideal since I had a day of packing my daughter's dorm and driving 5 hours home.

Cheap old hotel

Late night manager was rude. Ask a couple of questions about my rooms and he said it was what was booked. Wasn’t listening and acted as if my concerns didn’t matter. I told him I could take my business elsewhere whether I was charged or not. Totally unprofessional. Due to the lateness of our arrival, we chose to stay despite the man’s poor etiquette. So sad!

Booked a double queen suite, got a single king. Would not adjust price or move to correct room. Avoid!!!

Very nice rooms, breakfast hot and cold items, beds comfy enough, and helpful staff. My only mild complaint, really a sadness, was that the outdoor pool was not open yet.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A little older hotel, but being clean is something that shows. The breakfast was hot and fresh and the coffee and hot chocolate were really good.

Convenient parking, easy check-in. Room seemed freshly painted, like-new carpeting. A nice light blanket instead of a smothering duvet. Real glasses instead of flimsy plastic, real coffee cups instead of cheap paper cups. Only negative is rooms aren't super well insulated - we could hear a neighbor sneezing a lot. But traffic noise is definitely not a bother. We'd stay again.

Apparently the TVs in the room were new ….. as th guest I consider myself fairly adequate at running a TV. Could not master this TV to be able to turn on the guide and click through channel.. three different times I reached out to the front desk thinking that each new person I talk to might have an idea how to work the TV….. they all said they had no idea what to do……….they were no help for a 2 night stay and no TV ….. while the weather was stormy and we had to remain in the room

There is a bit of interstate construction at the moment, but it is not loud. What was loud on Fi night, conversation of three people hanging out at the area right underneath the window, and I could hear loud snoring next door. Other than that it was an easy going stay, clean and efficient, very nice variety of hot breakfast available and decent coffee.

Room was very clean. Actually the cleanest Best Western we have stayed in. Even the hallways smelled clean. We was given a handicap room and it was larger than expected.

Noisy room--I could hear people walking up and down the hall, the A/C unit was noisy when it came on, and there was lots of road noise. Ear plugs helped.

They change the coffee, its not very good . The machine with the coffee is not good. I had to walk to McDonalds very morning to get good coffee.

Our one issue with the room was how bright it was at night even with all shades closed and all lights off.

At Check in the receptionist was very nice. I loved that she gave us a choice of what floor we would like! The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was nice and hot .

Clean rooms, good air conditioning. The bed, to my comfort level, felt more like a board with 1inch of foam over it. I slept better in my clothes, on top of the small couch in the room. I’m a 70+ year old lady with little padding, and that had something to do with my discomfort. The square highly fluffed pillows were a “no go” as well.

Parking was pretty good, front desk was great. Wish there was a little bit better of a selection of breakfast however i loved the coffee cappuccino machine!! We would stay here again!

Our room smelled horrible like someone puked in it and I reported it to front desk 2-days in a row nothing was done, they did give me a spray bottle with cleaning solution like really!! Never will I stay there again..

The room was nice and clean. Mattress was too soft. Breakfast was not very good. Bring your own pillow. Very close to Sams Walmart and Target.

Our room was fine but our friends room next door was horrible. It reeked of vomit/ sour mold. They took the microwave out but did not fix the odor. When they complained at the front desk, they were handed a bottle of spray cleaner. They asked to change rooms, but there was nothing available they were told. It was a disappointment.

Check-in was fine, the staff member had food stains on her shirt. She was back on shift when I checked out the next morning wearing the same stained clothes. The gap around the door to the room had so much gap around it, the lights from the hallway lit up the room and the smell of cigarette smoke coming from another room on my floor was awful.

Breakfast was horrible. Gravy was watery. Biscuits were not mixed before cooking. Biscuits had a watery spot.

I was impressed with the cleanliness & ease of parking. Also, the beds & air conditioning were amazing. My college student/daughter said she hadn't had a good nights rest like that since being home months ago!

Coffee cups in dining way too small. My only real issue was lighting in the bathroom. The lighted mirror only had one setting. There was a wall sconce in there, but it did not work. Great location! Close to everything we were going to be doing!

The actual hotel was good, the room clean and comfortable accommodations. But people working up at the desk were not very helpful. I placed my reservation thru the app and ilI ended up paying more than the quoted price, $50 more!

I did not reserve a handicap room but i got one anyway. Hardly any TV channels. Not a pencil or piece of paper in the room. Only one box of Kleenex - in the bathroom. Couldn’t get a printed receipt. One would be mailed to me.

Checking in was a breeze and the desk worker was friendly and helpful. We arrived around 11pm and check in was super quick. The shower had great pressure and the beds were extremely comfortable. The ac definitely works as well. The breakfast was great except for the eggs..the pool was really clean

Rooms were very clean, but the side door entrance every time we would come in it smelled like someone was smoking marijuana. It smelled horrible and we stayed 2 days. But the beds were very comfortable.

The touch light on the bathroom mirror did not work and the elevator was giving final destination noises. Still a great hotel. Breakfast was on point and so was the room. The construction and heavy traffic on university drive is bananas.

Good location, near 1 -35. Easy access to downtown Denton. Braums and Cracker Barrel are right by the hotel. Full breakfast that is tasty.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel in general is very clean, including our room. Everything seemed fresh and not old. The bed was very comfortable. I loved having the separate sitting area with sofa in our King room. The main detractor for me is that the lighting is terrible. We literally turned on everything single light and lamp in the whole room and bathroom to try and make up for the low lighting, in particular in the entryway, where you are trying to look at your clothes in the hanging area, or make coffee in the morning. There is NO light at all in the coffee/microwave "nook". We found that the flashlight app on our phones really helped. We were with two other couples and it was the same in their rooms. The bathroom lighting isn't great either. The mirror has a backlight feature, but it is not enough to put on makeup. There is a wall sconce on one side and we huddled around that to be able to see well enough to put on makeup. We didn't get to eat breakfast since it ends at 9am (even on weekends) and we were out late for a wedding so no one got up early enough for that. So I can't comment on the breakfast offerings. I did love that they provided 6 k-cups for the Keurig instead of just 4 like many hotels provide.

Staff was very accommodating. Our fridge wasn't working and they didn't have maintenance on duty but Cherise swapped it out with another without hesitation.

Breakfast eggs should be real eggs. They were OK but real eggs taste better and are healthier.

The blankets and sheets smelled like they had not been washed. We could not even cover with the blanket. The biscuits were rock hard at breakfast

My check-in experience was great! The young lady provided excellent customer service. Throughout my stay the staff (housekeeping and breakfast attendants) were nothing but hospitable. My check out experience was also great. I was met with a smile at 3:15 am as I checked out. The hotel's location was perfect for my activities in town. Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel.

We needed an overnight stay while visiting UNT. This Best Western was conveniently located, clean, great shower, comfy bed and a warm breakfast. We enjoyed our stay!

I had to change rooms every night because they have a cricket invasion and it would literally rain crickets down the bathroom fan every night.

Whoever checked us in was super accommodating and even let me do my virtual interview in the conference room since we were early and our room was ready yet. Only negative is that people were smoking right in front of the door when we walked in and breakfast should be served until at least 10am.

This hotel was a mid grade hotel. Not the best area. They obviously have an issue with homeless people coming into the hotel often, so it felt a little unsafe. The room was clean, except the floors and top coverlet on the bed could use better cleaning. Typical free breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly.

There was a noticeable amount of homeless that hang around the outside of the hotel that was concerning. We also had some trouble with the toilet not filling up regularly. We had the fill the tank by using the ice bucket and water from the bathtub.

Best Western provided us a great stay. It was clean and service was good. It is close to UNT and is conveniently located close to food and shopping.

Overall good for the short stay we had. Beds were comfortable and very close to UNT where we went for orientation.

This was the second time we stayed here and we enjoyed it. It's close to University of North Texas, which is a major selling point. The rooms are clean and nice, and the staff we interacted with were friendly. My only complaint was that we didn't get our rooms tidied one day.

Check in was smooth, but the room had a spill in the frig. It looked like water, perhaps from the freezer portion defrosting. When I reported it to the front desk I was told I could have some towels to clean it and there were no other rooms available. We did not want to try to find a new hotel and since it looked like water we said we would stay. The next day the hotel cleaning staff cleaned it. No problem. Pool was clean. Breakfast was 100% A+. Hot breakfast options fresh and delicious. Eggs, sausage, bacon and biscuits. Different cereals. They even had almond milk! Yogurt, oatmeal and make your own waffles. Coffee maker even had moca lattes and decaf options. Fresh fruit was delicious. Also fruit juice and other options.

We arrived a little early yet had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in. Small fridge in room was very noisy. Overall room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. Just felt a lack of clear communication on what should be an accessible room.

Went to this best Western for a airsoft trip with friends, came all the way from Missouri. The hotel was very clean, looked nice (I like the bubble wall thing in the lobby). They cleaned and rest the rooms every day, we're very friendly. Breakfast was also good, fresh scrambled eggs. The convenient location was also a huge plus. So many stores and restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel basically.
