Only issue was whoever stayed in the room above 205 walked like an elephant. Kept us up until late and woke us up in the morning earlier than we planned by two hours.

I like this property’s location. Staff are usually pretty friendly and helpful. It’s well kept although a bit older. Pricing is usually good.

I stay at Marriot properties all the time I had just stayed and won the day before in Austin. They gave us water bottles. They gave us a drink token. They were extra nice. The Place in Denton was so rude and offered nothing.. I will never stay there again, and I will tell everyone I know not to stay there. Those young girls really need some training or they need to find a job that they enjoy doing because they were so rude.

Food was great along with the service. Everything was cleaned very well, and even the cleaners gave me news sheets and towels the next day. Pillows were not great to sleep on, kept waking up with aches due to how tall and uncomfortable they were to sleep on.

Jessica helped me greatly! After checking out and leaving the hotel this morning, we realized we had left some items in the fridge. I called the hotel immediately and Jessica offered to take me to “our” room to get everything as cleaning staff was on lunch. I was very grateful to her!

The breakfast was good I was surprised the breakfast was not included.

The front desk staff are friendly and were very helpful during our overnight stay for my son’s wedding. Everything was clean and comfortable. I did not eat breakfast or use any amenities so I’m unable to review those items. The room was tidy and bed comfortable and the only suggestion I could have is for some updating and minor repairs, for instance our tub drain did not have a proper seal. Instead of lifting it to open and pushing in to close the entire piece came in and out. It still did its job so nothing to complain about. If your top priority is cleanliness and a friendly staff, this is a perfect place for you.

We loved out bartender/restaurant attend was excellent. Sadly Ibhave forgot her name but she was wondering. My husband loved the old fashion she made and she made me some rum drinks that rocked. She was fun, talkative and made great food. Housekeeping was awsome as well, can't say enough about thier service. We have no complaints

I had such a great nights sleep and it was all because of how great the mattresses are. Parking lot was not big enough.

The furniture arrangement in the room is terrible. I can barely see the TV. It’s bad. It’s literally the ONLY thing that I would change. The furniture arrangement has got to change. I stayed here for a nearby wedding and multiple people in the wedding said the same thing.

Comfortable bed and clean room They failed to shovel the snow from the walkway even though it was 3 days after the storm, and staff had a lackadaisical attitude about it. The alarm had been set by a previous person and there was no way to tell that before it woke me at 5:41 am. If you take a bath instead of a shower the shampoo and body wash are way out of reach.

Location was good. Staff acted like customers were a bother to them. When I turned on the TV, it welcomed another name, not mine so that was a bit concerned for a female traveling alone.

Easy access all around

Nice room, rate wasn’t too terrible, easy to find my room. 24 hour Starbucks inside hotel. Plenty of pillows and nice size room and bathroom. Check in was confusing and the person who checked me out said the way the person checked me in wasn’t normally how they did things. But overall everything worked out okay. The fridge could be a little bigger. Still waiting on the initial charge for incidentals to be refunded at the moment.

The room itself was OK. The staff for the most part were fine however, I as a handicap person found the facilities for handicap people lacking . I purposely booked this room because it was promoted as having a shower bench specifically however when I checked in, they had no shower chair or bench. When I pressed them on this saying that it was advertised, the manager responded by saying that they don’t offer it there and it was the fault of Expedia not them. to that I responded well while that may be true. It is your name being put out there and she responded by saying well they do have handrailings at which point I had to explain to her that I am an amputee And I have to remove my prosthetic in order to shower now I’m having to share my medical history with two other people that were there whom I don’t know besides the manager. What really upset me is that she didn’t even bother to call one of the other Marriott hotels and ask do you have a shower chair that you can go ahead and perhaps drive on over or have the one of my employees go pick up? She just kept apologizing profusely. She was very nice about it understood however that didn’t change my experience I was visiting so I had no vehicle to go buy me a chair. Luckily I was able to find someone to help me out. Also everything was charged there was no free breakfast and or Wi-Fi. I had to pay for the Wi-Fi for the prices you’re charging seriously I don’t think I’ll be staying there again

The person who checked me in was really great

This was a great choice! Kiki at the front greeted me right away, was so wonderful to talk to, she even accomodated by being able to check-in early. Hotel is open, bright, inviting and clean. Parking lot was brightly lit and the room and bathroom were so clean and amazing. Not sure abkut hot tib, breakfast, pool etc as we did not partake but I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The room had small water damage by the window and bed was too soft for my preference. We were there for only one night. Great location. Great staff. Overall great experience. Would stay again. Room was spacious. No free breakfast.

I’m in a wheelchair currently and needed accessible with a roll-in shower which was available King (less bed= more room to move as needed) when I booked 3+ weeks ahead of time. When we got there this was not available and we had to go with double queen with a tub chair. These do not work well for all people based on mobility, etc. and no other option was given as they said all 6 or so of their other rooms were occupied even when we arrived only 35 minutes after check-in on a Wednesday. I realize things can happen but this was a huge mess up on their part in overbooking accessibility needs. I requested to speak to a manager to voice my concerns as well as also talk about the difference in room price as there was one (I had paid more), and was told one wasn’t on site until the morning. I left a message for them to call me and that still has not happen. Overall, if you need a clean place to sleep then enjoy. If you need an accessible hotel stay, don’t count your chickens before the hatch.

Person at checkin asked intrusive questions that made me feel uncomfortable. I live in the same area and he asked about why I was staying there and I felt that was inappropriate to ask. I also experienced a large and unreasonable cleaning fee due to an unexpected health issue that unfortunately happened while I was sleeping. Very embarrassing for me and will not return to this property.

This property is located in a very convenient area and I regularly stay when in town visiting family. It’s clean which super important to me and the property is kept up well. Staff are always friendly from my experience.

Apparently Marriott has developed the attitude of not needing to be of service to their customers unless they can charge extra for it. Instead of a free breakfast they would like you to buy a $7.00 starbucks. Instead of small danish in your room they would rather sell you a dried out one for $4.00 from a vending machine.Hilton prices for motel 6 service. As I checked out I ask the clerk why they discontinued the breakfast. He said "oh, we quit that so time ago. You might try Fairfield instead.

Booked date incorrectly, caught my mistake within 2 hours, tried to cancel. No response until the next day saying they wouldn't cancel. NEVER USING THIS APP AGAIN NOR STAYING AT A MARRIOTT.

Rooms was nice. None of the ice machines worked on the second and third floor. And NO complementary breakfast. Wanted you to buy a breakfast. If we are going to buy a real breakfast it would not be at the hotels mediocre food. Just get a full breakfast when you leave.

The hotel need a small update on the room interior, but it was very comfortable. It was also convenient and offered a seperate sitting room with a sofa bed.

The hotel had a very clean lobby area. The pool and hot tub were open, clean, and in working order with plenty of clean towels. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The front desk check in person was super sweet and professional.

It was a great stay, centrally located, lovely staff, good food and drinks and clean rooms. I just wish the pool was a little larger, but excellent place to stay. Walking distance to 4 different restaurants!

Pleasant, quick overnight. I had work to do even though it wasn’t a business trip, and the printer in the business center was not cooperating, but the front desk kindly took care of printing what I needed. Bartender was friendly.

In town for a wedding with family and friends. Everything was great, check in and customer service was welcoming and we had no issues. Small changes like updating appliances in rooms(irons). But overall stay was great conveniently located near shopping areas and of course right down the street from BUC-EES!!!

Encountered an unbelievably rude employee that found it offensive that I asked for a cup of coffee after the person at the front desk directed me to them for a cup of coffee.... then proceeded to tell me that I was the one that needed to calm down because I didn't get what I wanted.

The gentleman that checked us in at 2pm on march 15th was very sweet and helpful. Light jokes and a quick check in was just what we needed after being on the road

There was a very large ( 2inches at least) roach crawling on the floor in our room. Otherwise the property was good. We let the staff know. However, nothing was really done. We visit Denton Texas every year in December. I’m not sure that we will stay here again.

The staff was really nice the bar was nice shouldn't have to pay for breakfast also the beds are not that comfortable was very hard for me wife to sleep and for the price we paid our problem could have gotten a four-star hotel for a little more but overall it's okay just want comfortable bed overall that is the most important thing staying in the hotel

Loved the 24hr Starbucks and the room was really clean. The pool and hot tub needed a little bit of maintenance and updating but it was still nice enough to swim in.

Very clean. We enjoyed the suite and the 24hr Starbucks coffee. The parking is a little tight if you have a large vehicle like we do. The pool is small but clean. The hot tub is deeper than usual but clean as well. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit family.

The property was conveniently located and nice enough. There were spots on the outside of the building and inside our window in the room where there was apparent water damage. The affected area in our room (203) was actually moldy.

Needs refresh, room was tired and well used. Floor sagging at the bathroom door. Door frame shifted cracking the drywall and ceiling.

Just a quick overnight stay on our way home from vacation. Very comfortable stay.

The bed was very comfortable, and loved the big sofa bed and pull out TV. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. The only weird thing was that the floor in our room sloped up and down pretty dramatically as you walked from the room to the bathroom - I almost fell in the middle of the night! But aside from that, a very nice room and a great overall stay.

Really nice hotel, very friendly and competent staff. Easy to locate, abundant parking. Check in was easy, Nestor was so friendly and professional. Rooms were quiet, very well appointed, immaculately clean offering big bathroom/nice lighting, comfortable beds, little mini fridge. Showers could have offered more water pressure and the water temp was inconsistent (earlier morning shower when competing with others in hotel for water, though, sometimes that happens). Breakfast was tasty, check out was a breeze. We'll definitely stay here again.

Easy check in and hotel was very inviting to sit and chat. The room was very clean and of good size. If anything, the beds were not as comfortable because it felt if you got to close to the edge you would fall over; at least in our room. Other than that, totally recommend.

This property has infestation. We came as a big group for a wedding and there was bugs on our curtains, the floor and bathroom. It was gross especially the fact that I came with my kids.
