Our overall stay experience here at the Residence Inn was clean, plenty of parking, staff was friendly, very nice, and helpful, with plenty of breakfast. We would absolutely recommend to friends and family and stay here again without hesitation.

Breakfast and location were very good. Room was not as expected, very noise a/c unit in the wall of the bedroom. Motel needed some updating for sure, wall paper coming off the walls, paint peeling on doors, etc.

I suffer from a bad back and always have issues with the bed. However, I was surprisingly happy that the bed was supper comfy. I have no complaints the staff was amazingly friendly. We will be booking here in the future.

There was an altercation between two people on the other room which scared my girls. We were traveling for a dance competition. The hotel was a little secluded which made it feel a little more uncomfortable but the hotel was beautiful and the staff was excellent.

Greeted promptly on arrival and checked in easily. Room was clean and spacious - so much room in a King Suite with a full kitchen to boot! We were thankful for the pullout sofa with an additional friend with us and slept 3 easily. Entire property from lobby to parking lot to our room was clean and well kept. The gym and Pilates room were a bonus! And nothing was overlooked for the breakfast buffet with something for everyone and lots of extras to boot! Ladies working buffet were kind and helpful. Front desk staff greeted us with each return and made us feel welcome! 5 stars for sure!

Omg the staff was amazing, especially Jason!! He went over and beyond to assist me with a room change:) breakfast was fresh and a lot to choose from, the ladies were super friendly and helpful in the dining area. I truly appreciate warm sincere hospitality and smiles to go along with it all when you are already feeling like your world is weighing heavy on your shoulders so I Thank You Residence Inn Denton Staff for all that you’ve have done for my husband and I to have peaceful and pleasant stay with you all 😇

The pull out sofa in our room was filthy. The elevator was having issues and was loud and would stall before opening the door which was scary.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, had a towel as soon as I walked into the lobby during a heavy rain shower soaked and wet. Extra effort goes along way when you have choices in the area.

It was very nice.

On average, I stay at this property twice a year for multiple days. Every stay has been great. It appears that the property has been consistently well managed and maintained since its construction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, particularly if one is seeking a property for a multi-day visit. It's galley kitchen is sufficiently appointed and is more than adequate to prepare simple meals. It's location is a little wonky, nestled behind some other businesses in a small maze of concrete parking lots which has occasionally caused a tiny bit of grief with GPS navigation, but one can't fault the hotel for that.

The staff was very hospitable. Breakfast was tasty. I wish it had allowed for time change of other states and continued serving till 10 AM but other than that it was a wonderful stay

Do not believe the reviews on this place. I paid $189 for the stiffest, most uncomfortable bed I have EVER stayed in, a dirty, worn out, torn up room, holes in the walls, and stains on the couch. The toilet paper holder was literally falling off the wall! The reservation person on the phone was rude. Terrible pillows! The list goes on and on. I will literally second guess ever staying in a Marriott again after this. The highway is right outside yoir window amd is LOUD. Terrible! Do not stay here or yoir back and wallet will regret it!

We come to lake lewisville area a lot to visit family so have stayed at various hotels in the area. Residence Inn has been the roomiest, cleanest, and best priced. Breakfast was quality too! We will be back :)

We were awoken at 5am. By the city emptying many of the shopping centers large trash cans. Also, I has requested a bottom room for my 80 year old mom 4 months in advance only to be told when we got there they had already sold all of those rooms. Lastly, things that needed to be repaired on the room had been neglected. Location also extremely hard to access.

Nice, well kept property, good breakfast, easy to get to off freeway and super close to Buc-ees so that was great!

Most staff were very kind and helpful. I did question over charge of room once noticed and gentlemen with brown hair was very dismissive and stated taxes had increased. He didn't allow me finishing talking so I contacted hotels.com and they fixed everythi g. The man wasn't truthful when i asked if it was incidentals and just left it alone. Water in tub leaked, stay by elevator was loud but bed was comfortable and maid was sweet.

This is our go to when we visit Denton

I paid for a king suite and the room only had a queen bed. They did not mention that the pool was out of order at all. I could have saved money and got the right size bed had just stayed somewhere else. Not pleased at all with my experience.

The room was so spacious! We traveled for the first time with our 4 month old. It was nice to have the kitchenette with dishes. The free breakfast was the best I’ve never seen at a hotel! Super clean and so many options! I loved it!!

We came here because we were babysitting our grandbabies. We knew they had an indoor pool and basketball court. The kids had a wonderful time! They didn't want to leave

My car was stolen from property. Website offered a garage and they didn't have one and they wouldn't give my money back when I asked for it. The room had no soap and they went in my room even when I had a sign on the door saying not to.

Staff was very friendly and always cleaning inside the facility and outdoor grounds. They hotel has a snack and emergency medical items which is a plus for not having to leave the hotel. I gave 4 stars for the area around the property because it's near a 24 hour gas station and a small strip with subway, liquor store and a few other businesses, and the people that were present didn't look to friendly.

I travel to Denton often and like that this is a dependable go-to hotel. Clean, roomy, quiet (if you're on the east side, opposite I35), excellent staff, decent breakfast. The only downside is its peculiar location. It's tucked away behind a strip mall and other businesses which share common parking lots - the result being that the facility does not actually sit on a street with a proper name. This can make the place a bit hard to find, even with GPS. I would still highly recommend it.

I travel 26 weeks out of the year. This place by far was my most favorite place that I have stayed at on a work trip. Accommodating, and kind staff. Super comfortable beds, and an unmatched cleanliness. If I ever have the pleasure to return to the area again I will stay there again.

I had a good experience with this hotel. Room was as advertised, kitchenette was stocked (a rarity with so many comparable properties), facility was squeaky clean, staff was friendly. Location is not the best because of access (funky route through what seemed like alleys and parking lots) and I35 close-by. Ask for a room on the east side (opposite the interstate). I would definitely recommend the place.

I want to thank the management for their patience because I had just arrived after my dog was attacked and killed. Not a dog fight. An unwarranted attack from a dog where my dog was caught of guard, my dog wasn't barking, she didn't even see the other dog coming. My 11-pound rescue didn't stand a chance. The dog who killed my dog was in was supposedly on a chain. The next day they they were supposed to be charged with having a dangerous animal in public and charged with having said animal off leash.They fled the park and the next day after calling Tx State Police, it took 3 phone calls to get them to meet with me. Management understood and gave me some leaveway that another hotel would have. I’m forever grateful. Always will be.
