It was a beautiful hotel. We loved our room. It was clean and comfortable for 5 people. The breakfast was exceptional. We liked that it was in to an area with lots of restaurants and shops. A Target very close for necessities. We spent time at the outdoor pool on a hot day and saw that there was also an indoor pool. We had everything we needed. Beautiful stay.

The only complaint I have is they didn’t have a hot tub… that’s all… the breakfast was amazing! The facility was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and polite! Loved every thing about it!

The rooms were so quiet and spacious enough our family didn’t feel ontop of each other. The refrigerator didn’t get cold really but wasn’t a deal breaker. Breakfast was awesome, coffee was great, happy hour is delightful and the team there is very sweet. The restaurant attached is awful and if I were embassy suites I wouldn’t want them attached to my company but that’s not to do with the hotel. Great location, great venue, loved it!

Front desk personnel when I arrived on the afternoon of 23May 2026 could have been more accommodating. He offered no information concerning where to park or any of the WiFi information, pool or happy hours. I was very disappointed when I arrived. I don’t expect over enthusiastic reception but a friendly chat with more information would have been appreciated

This is one of our favorite places to stay where we’re in Denton.

Breakfast is always delicious

The Hotel was really clean, the pool was nice. Rooms were super clean. My only issue was I really wanted to watch a basketball game and the local tv channels were not working last night on the “premium floors”. Things happen and the folks at the front desk were super nice. I just really wanted to watch the game on vacation.

I got to the hotel tire because I drove 3hrs, and with the wish of take a shower and go to bed,but oh surprised no room,even when I paid in full thru Expedia.com,I book a double queen,and I received a single queen and my guest sleep in a sofa!

Loved the breakfast provided in the mornings. Was there for a Dance Convention (which the hotel hosted), and they handled all the multiple kids/teens brilliantly.

Convenient location. Courteous staff. Appreciated covered parking especially with a stormy night. We didn’t take advantage but onsite restaurant and bar was a plus. Nice breakfast but would have appreciated some gluten free bread products, oatmeal or granola for those with an allergy. The carpet in our room had stains and needed to be cleaned and the bedroom lights were not working. Overall nice ambiance though and we would stay here again.

Iron in my room was not working. No one was picking up the service desj, so I went downstairs and asked for a new one. Front desk said one is on the way. Nothing happened for next 30 minutes. Very poor service.

Best place to stay in Denton

Everything was excellent but it would’ve been nice to have a hot tub at the property. Also, the tech light systems in the rooms were difficult to use and left me in the dark. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Everything nice and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay, however, we did experience some issues during the check in. They were unable to find my reservation, which resulted in me having to contact two Expedia representatives. In the end, it was resolved, but it was frustrating and if I’m being honest, embarrassing.

Didn’t like that you have to go to the lobby for food delivery or walmart deliveries, etc. It says you can order room service but no in room menu or instructions and the on-site restaurant website only does pick up.

ALL, With an extra ++++ to Michelle “baseball”, the bar tender, I consider her my Christmas Gift. Michelle was incredibly kind, intelligent, charming and made our visit just that more special. What an honor it was to meet her and a gift to spend a little bit of time speaking with her. AND NO WE WERE NOT DRUNK.

927 room did have a dirty tissue and blood in the sheets.

Should have just slept in my car at Walmart. Arriving late, I was SUPER aggravated to find their electric car charging stations were all Tesla and the hotel di not have any adaptors for rent. When I was here before there was a plain charger. So now I have to go to Walmart this morning. And delay my leaving. The front desk attendant was unfriendly and insisted that she needed to charge my room again - that had already been paid for by Expedia. Terrible bed that gave me a backache in the middle of the night.

I would have given this review 5 stars, but the restaurant (Houlihans) service was absolutely terrible. The food was good, but not the service. Hopefully, they will get management in there to hire experienced servers, etc. And the hostess on my second night stay was rude, just awful. Other than that, I enjoyed my room and the breakfast was outstanding.

Phenomenal hotel experience. The entire property was spotless and decorated beautifully. Attended the 250th USMC ball last night. Our room was wonderful, very spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful stylish decor and perfect bathroom. Will be back again! Thank you for a great experience!!

I paid $300 a night for a room that I’ve paid half that for in the past. The water pressure in my room was terrible and made it difficult to shower.

The hotel looked nice, but the basics made it one of my worst travel experiences. The AC wouldn’t cool below 72° and there was no ventilation in the bedroom — miserable in the heat. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel, and the shower/sink water pressure was barely usable. I would never stay here again.

Great stay. Only thing I can say I didn’t like was the light switch’s. I know petty but I like real switch’s.

The overall stay was wonderful as far as the room comfortability and space! The dinner was delicious and service there was amazing. The bartenders were really nice and made delicious drinks. The only downfall was there was cheer camps and football camps for kids there and they took up all the space, made it hard to enjoy the restaurant, bar, and lobby area. Loved that the kids were having fun but didn’t leave much room for other guests to enjoy. The outside pool was closed for maintenance one of the main reasons we booked, and the indoor pool and lawn area was overtaken by 50 plus kids and football coaches. They were having a blast and loved that for them, it just would have been nice if the hotel staff could have let us know this was happening when we booked or gave a discount. When we shared the feedback we received a blank stare will look into that.

When i reached out to management they thanked me for my concerns smh. The bartender was very rude to myself and another guest which also rubbed me the wrong way.

I stayed here when it was new 6 years ago and then again last weekend. The hotel is excellent. The convention facility is superb.

The breakfast is Embassy's usual excellent cook-to-order eggs and omelettes. The only odd thing was that they keep the bacon and sausage behind the omelette line, so if you're in a hurry and only want scrambled eggs from the buffet, you still have to wait in the omelette line. Plenty of free parking, but access to the hotel is currently very tedious due to construction on I-35. Except for the hotel's own cafe, there are only a few convenient restaurants nearby, and the construction makes this more troublesome as well. Finally, the rooms have high-end electronic light switch systems (even the bathroom mirror has bluetooth, seriously). For a single night stay, I spent an inordinate amount of time figuring out how to turn on the lights. And, like many hotel rooms, once I got the lights on, it was still too dim to read.

A very classy and professional place to stay when visiting Denton. The happy hour and morning breakfast are such a nice inclusion with the cost of the hotel.

The inside was pleasantly nice. The light switches are a tad to be desired as it was difficult to figure them out and then they turned on lights in other rooms as well that weren't meant to be turned on.

This Embassy Suites was so beautiful! Very nice staff, prime location to stores and restaurants, and breakfast/evening happy hour. That breakfast is THE BEST I’VE HAD! Made-to-order omelettes or eggs your way, bacon, sausage, waffles (of course), pretty much any breakfast item you could dream of was available each morning. The thing that would make this property outstanding beyond words - a hot tub. Fantastic stay.

We were in Denton overnight as we were visiting colleges. This hotel was so clean, big and open. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Even the coffee in the room was good! We only spent one night but would have liked to stay a little longer. If we are ever in Denton Texas again, we will definitely stay here.

The only issue with the spotlessly clean facility was that only two of the four elevators were broken, which resulted in needless delays for passage through the building.

This property is an oasis after a long days drive. We were able to relax quickly and get everything we needed from our stay.

People were all nice, rooms clean, and breakfast very good. However, I would not recommend taking a shower in the morning unless you like a cold one. Three times I stayed here there is not enough hot water in the morning. At night it is fine. I guess it can’t keep up when a lot of guests are getting up in the morning. For the high price of the room I would think this would not be a problem but has been cold every time I have stayed here. Not sure I will be back. I hate cold showers.

Rooms are smaller, but were quite nice. The lighting system in room was unique but would have preferred more traditional.

My stay was subpar. We were expecting better service for the room cost per night. Our garbage was not emptied for the duration of the trip, and we did not receive fresh towels when requested.
