Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews, with some guests praising the cleanliness, comfort, and convenience, while others express dissatisfaction with the quality and service. The majority of guests appreciate the proximity to the airport and the availability of a shuttle service.
- Proximity to the airport
- Availability of shuttle service
- Inconsistent quality and cleanliness
- Poor service and communication
- 3/5
The parking lot is very small and overcrowded. This was difficult after a late check-in with limited parking options. The staff was helpful but charged me the wrong rate. The bed was comfortable but the rooms are older and outdated. There are many other options in the airport area.
- 2/5
We had no hot water during our stay at the hotel. The room was also pretty dirty when we checked in. When I mentioned the hot water to the front desk, they just said "oh yeah we are working on it" but it didn't seem to get resolved. I wouldn't stay here again.
- 5/5
A good, solid stay. We only stayed one night, but no complaints. The lady at the front desk was genuinely helpful.
- 5/5
Great place for solo stay.
- 1/5
The hotel false advertisement the Wi-Fi doesn’t work . One of the staff members didn’t even know they had Netflix, tubi, or YouTube on their tv’s and told me if I get it to work let her know so she can use it

Breakfast sucked dicks

- 4/5
Overall it was good
- 5/5
I was very happy that I chose this location out of a group of others. I thought the value was exceptional the room, the breakfast included everything was first rate.
- 5/5
The property was close to the airport, which was nice for an early flight. It was a nice and quiet stay and the staff was exceptional. Clean room with comfortable bed, and a 7/11 next door for any needed necessities.
- 3/5
But if you are counting on the shuttle from the airport be prepared for a long wait. I waited 50 minutes, others had been waiting over an hour.
- 5/5
It was a nice hotel. It had a friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Clean and close to airport, shuttle bus, and walking distance to restaurants. Call for shuttle when you arrive in Denver airport, they will be there in minutes. There are several Wyndhams in the area, make sure you go to the right one. All good
- 2/5
First thing I noticed is there's not enough parking. They're overbooked compared the parking spots. They have. Have cars parked everywhere? Sometimes you can't even pull out because there's cars parked in non-parking areas directly behind you. I've seen one van and a car completely blocked by a car parked right in front of them in a non-parking spot. The next issue is you have to ask an associate to come and turn on the hot tub. It's not a devices to turn it on locked up so you have to request it. It is not a huge inconvenience but it is a inconvenience. The last issue with the air conditioner didn't work. We received a error code when trying to turn it on. It was too late at night to bother moving rooms and trying to fix the situation. Open the window but that means s we draw all the noise outside all night. Oh I forgot the TV works but the image was really pink.
- 1/5
The person who checked us in barely talked and didn’t mention anything about breakfast location or time, Checkout time, amenities available or anything. No paperwork or receipt. We chose this hotel for pool/hot tub. went to the pool. One hot tub dirty the other hot tub filthy. Got in the dirty one 5 minutes but it felt gross so got out. Went to take a shower. No shampoo or body wash. There was conditioner in caddy on the wall but nothing where the bottles of body wash and shampoo should have been. Notified hotel. The comforter on one of the beds had brown stuff (poop) on it so put it on the floor. Notified hotel. One sheet no pillow case for pull out sofa bed. This hotel has potential to be nice. It seems details are being overlooked. They need training and higher expectations. Very dissatisfied. So much so that I’ll be canceling my previous plans to stay at animal Americinn next week.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
Very efficient on getting us to airport and back.
- 1/5
No one answered the phone when i needed a shuttle from the airport. forced to uber. Was given an unclean room. terrible customer service. Was told the manger would call me back. its been 2 days no call. do not recommend
- 3/5
Breakfast was trash and just bunches of bread nothing special. No protein at all except milk for your cereal.
- 3/5
The Continental breakfast is a joke, it was all carbs, no protein at all. Mostly just toast, bagels, cereal, and a waffle maker. No fruit, no eggs, or meat, very disappointed. I’ll choose a different hotel next time.
- 2/5
A full house to sa uh the least... the breakfast sucks... staff was constantly in and out checking on things and couldn't refill anything??? Just cereal, a little toast, pastry sort of that ran out fast and never refilled!!! No yogurt or eggs everything was cheap. I'm just unimpressed
- 2/5
The place itself wasn't terrible. But if I had to describe it, I would say the bare minimum. To start they have offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. We called around 11am to see if we needed to schedule the shuttle, they said no just call when you land. We called at 5:40 to request the shuttle and the lady said it was shift change and at the latest they would be there at 6:30. They didn't arrive until a little after 7. Then we back to the hotel there are only 3 towels, and minimal soaps for a suit which can hold 6 people. The garbage cans on the property were overflowing. For the breakfast on our first morning they didn't have any syrup. The second morning for our breakfast the person who was suppose to set up was supposedly running late so no hot foods were available. Most of the front desk staff couldn't be inconvenienced to help with anything. Mid day on day 1 all of our room keys stopped working and we had to get them reprogrammed. Pool and hot tub was great, only about 6 towels in the pool area both times we used the pool. And lastly the parking lot was terrible. It was packed full because the hotel rents out the parking spaces for people traveling and there are not enough room for the people staying at the hotel to actually park. On of the people in our group had to park their car on the street which is what front desk staff told them to do. So as I said the property itself wasn't horrible but definitely the bare minimum.
- 3/5
Parking was terrible. Breakfast was horrendous. They ran out of coffee right away. Normally I like Americinns but I would avoid this one.
- 5/5
Great stay especially for the price. Nice gym, convenient shuttle, and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
My only negative comment is the elevator I took (closest to the lobby) was filled with cigarette smoke and there were 2 butts on the floor. I'm highly sensitive to any kind of smoke and nearly gagged when the doors opened although there was nobody to be seen. No fault of the hotel as it's listed as a "Non smoking" facility although there are usually designated smoking areas - I blame this on inconsiderate smokers!!
- 4/5
Good location lots dining choices around Breakfast could have better hot options rather basic
- 4/5
The roomnwas large and the shower was good.
- 3/5
It was just okay. Very basic. Nothing that stands out. Nothing that was terrible. I will say, however, the shuttle service at night... be ready to wait a very long time. And the shuttle during the day, doesn't run as often as one would think it should for being an airport hotel!
- 4/5
Very comfortable. Great rate for location. Would have rated higher but I booked it because of the shuttle but after waiting an hour and 20 minutes I took a taxi. Those of us waiting called and were told over and over "10 minutes" or less. It should have been a 30 minute wait at most. Don't know what went wrong. Breakfast was ok - would have liked a piece of fruit - and I was able to take the shuttle to the airport.
- 3/5
I stayed there unexpectedly when my flight was delayed a day. It was fine--definitely convenient to the airport--but the ~$250 I paid for the room definitely could've bought a much nicer stay somewhere else if it wasn't last minute....
- 2/5
Now days a hotel with no working phone, lightbulbs not working in the bathroom and hair dryers in poor condition is unacceptable. Place is dated and with significant maintenance issues. For one night and a little over $100 not worth it. Very unfortunate!
- 2/5
Booked and paid for a 2 bed queen suite... Hotel put us in a 2 bed queen standard, claimed no suites available, offer no compensation. Not sure who to blame Travelocity of AmericInn. Hotel was aged and felt that way.
- 5/5
Room was very large and the bed was super comfy. The ac unit wouldn't turn on, but the temp in the room was fine without it so I didn't bother to address it until checkout. Shuttle runs 24 hours a day, which is super convenient. Breakfast was basic continental with a waffle iron. For a budget hotel with a shuttle this place is top notch.
- 5/5
Clean room, great breakfast. Shuttle available and phonecalls and or messages answered. Great stay!
- 4/5
Breakfast was one of the worst features, which yes, it’s a continental breakfast, but this one has the least options I’ve ever seen. The lady who checked us in seemed pretty disinterested and didn’t bother to tell us when breakfast hours were or swimming hours or really explain how to find our room. The elevator is very old and shaky, beautiful and historic maybe? But definitely a little scary to be on— especially with the other one out of order for the entire stay (only two nights). When we did go back down and ask about swimming hours (breakfast hours were helpfully posted) she said, “I think from 10-11, I don’t know?”
- 5/5
Great room and lobby with coffee. The fitness center had no weights
- 5/5
Friendly, clean and efficient. The breakfast was good!

Clean room needs to upgrade. Bathroom has some mold. Spa needs a deeper cleaning. Close location to restaurant and coffee shops. Laundry machines needs quarter no card access.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 2/5
Do not book this hotel. Our room was dirty - had used tissues on the counter, papers in the floor, hair in the bathroom. Also very noisy. We had to stay due to a missed connection and had to pay $253!!!
- 4/5
Good location. Rooms and hallways needed a refresh.
- 5/5
Airport Shuttle as needed
- 5/5
Clean well kept and efficient
- 5/5
I liked everything about the place
- 4/5
Clean room
- 2/5
The room was the first one off the elevator. It is also across from the laundry room. Which does not have a door. They do not have laundry hours. So someone was doing laundry at 11:30pm,ugh! Key card had to be redone 9 times, geeez.
- 4/5
The lady at the front desk was on her phone when I walked in. Texting or something. She seemed annoyed that I was there and kept checking her phone while I was trying to check in. She finally put the phone up and scanned my key cards. One didnt work but the other did. I decided it wasnt worth the hassle of dealing with her attitude twice. Also the parking is ROUGH. Its a very small parking lot and they offer shuttle service to the airport so people are leaving their vehicles there for an extended period of time, compounding the parking issues. Especially if you have a larger vehicle. The parking spaces are already tight. Other than that, the hotel was relatively clean but kind of outdated.
- 3/5
It's a good value. I would stay again.
- 4/5
The location was excellent for DIA. The breakfast was poor - cheap carbohydrates, no protein, no fruit, no yogurt. The lighting in the bedroom and bathroom was inaderquate.
- 2/5
The housekeeping was great. The breakfast was the kind that makes everyone sick and fat. The gym was only cardio equipment. The shower had a black line around the seams, like mold but IDK. The water got warm but not hot. The floors creak- no big deal but dang, the building wasn't that old. The complimentary soaps and shampoo/conditioner 2-in-1 were not fit to use. I bought candy from the little in-hotel store and it was expired. If I had to, I would stay here again but I would be angry about it.
- 3/5
The bed was clean and comfortable and that’s all we needed for one night.
- 1/5
It took 1 hour for the airport shuttle to pick me up and this was near midnight. I called multiple times and they said pick up would be in 15 min. It was an hour! Bed was clean shower was uneven slanted with the tub. The shower curtain only closed 1/4 of the way. The rod was so can’t it would just slip down. Usually AmericInn is great this was a terrible experience. I don’t recommend it to anyone! At least this location.
- 1/5
I even showed the front desk agent my call log to prove I spoke with someone, but she dismissed it, claiming she wasn't on shift then and that Expedia must have canceled it. That was a lie. I called Expedia right there, and they confirmed they never canceled the reservation. When Expedia contacted the front desk directly, the agent finally changed her story, admitting they had overbooked and given my room away. It was 1 AM, I was completely alone across the country, and I had no transportation after taking an Uber from the airport. The sheer lack of care for a stranded guest's safety is appalling.
- 4/5

- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
Free upgrade
- 5/5
It is not fancy. But it is CLEAN, the beds are so comfy and the convenience of the shuttle to the airport makes for a superior experience. And the waffles are nice!
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4/5
Very good
- 2/5
All furniture outdated. Windows allow a lot of road noise. Air conditioner way outdated and very loud, otherwise, bed was comfortable. Lighting not so good
- 2/5
No eggs, meats yorgut, pastries, syrup It did have a waffle maker, but no batter No milk for cereals etc..
- 3/5
Limited parking
- 5/5
The breakfast was just your basic breakfast, the bacon could've been cooked longer for sure. The hotel was under construction, but they were very respectful and moved out out of the way if you were coming through. The rooms were good. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
It was fine
- 3/5
The room was clean but hot water was only luke warm. Breakfast tables were dirty and breakfast was a carb overload. They could put out some fruit. Didn't have any decaf coffee.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 4/5
The room is spacious, the beds comfy, the a/c a little bit too noisy, but there was no discomfort coming from the outside. The breakfast is OK but could use a little more variety.
- 4/5
Clean room airport shuttle is terrific
- 5/5
Had all the amenities we needed Just a bit far to walk for food choices
- 5/5
Room was good and the shuttle service was useful.
- 5/5
The hotel is comfortable to stay.
- 2/5
Didn't have the breakfast, the hot tub was sub par, and it took some persuasion to get anyone to turn it on.
- 4/5
It was very simple but clean with a good staff. Everything needed for an overnight stay at an airport.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and pools. Great rooms at a great price. Shuttle to the airport was fast and easy to sign up for and complete.
- 5/5
Clean, easy access to pool and hot tub, hotel shuttle was a blessing and very convenient if you are flying into and out of Denver. Breakfast was good, with options, not a hot meal breakfast but options for waffles and toasted bagels/bread/biscuits were available. Oatmeal, boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, coffee, juice were all also available. Only issue I had was the room ac/heat unit would not work. However, the window in the room opened easily and safely allowing for a cool breeze to ventilate the hot room. Not a fancy hotel, but great price, pleasant staff, amenities and conviences if you are flying while traveling made this hotel a great pick, I definitely recommend and will be visiting an AmericInn again in my future travels.
- 2/5
Was not clean.
- 3/5
The shower was dirty with the previous persons hair still stuck to the wall
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 4/5
The coffee table not cleaned properly and coffee maker were not emptied out.
- 3/5
Beds need to be replaced.
- 4/5
My stay was over all good . The place is extremely dated and may benefit from a little sprucing up. Good for price paid and clean.
- 5/5
Coffee machine broke down, but the pool and hot tin were clean and I relaxed briefly there.
- 4/5
No luggage rack, chair, or coffee pot in room. Breakfast was not tasty with lousy coffee although they offered plenty of carbs without butter. Hot tub was nice but air jets didn't work.
- 4/5
Just a layover for a flight, nothing spectacular.
- 2/5
Odor in the room. No hand soap. Air compressor on the refrigerator would go on and off in the middle of the night and was very loud. The AC wasn’t consistent. I checked into my room late and was so tired, I didn’t ask to switch rooms or notify them of the issues. and I didn’t realize until the morning what the cause of the noise was. I advised the front desk in the morning and they said they would check into it, but didn’t offer any options for a discounted rate or other options to rectify the issues with my stay, however the staff was very nice. I did feel like the room was clean.
- 4/5
Older property showing some signs of wear. BUT convenient to the airport. Spacious room with comfortable bed, microwave and mini refrigerator. And a decent breakfast included.
- 3/5
The ceiling was leaking !
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff
- 5/5
Slept amazing! Comfortable beds ,enough pillows. Lush bedding
- 5/5
Awesomeoved the place n shuttle
- 5/5

- 5/5
Instead of making you wait around hoping for the shuttle to come at a good time, you schedule beforehand when you want to leave the hotel for the airport. Very convenient and appreciated! Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Had zero problems. Breakfast was mid though, had a bit less than most hotels that offer it.

Acceptable a little dated but in a good location with a 7-11 and Village Inn and Dispensary across parking lot. Good for a couple nights and the shuttle is a big plus to get to and from airport .
- 3/5
The airport shuttle took forever but the hotel was great!
- 3/5
I had to stay here on a flight delay overnight. Looking at the reviews I expected much better for the price. Sheets irritated my skin. I don’t know what they use to clean them with. Wasn’t able to control the climate at all so the room was too warm to sleep in. Shuttle drivers did not speak a word of English.
- 5/5
Very clean and great service
- 5/5
Airport shuttle every 30 minutes. Very nice I would stay again.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 1/5
Hot tub was luke warm at best and looked kind of green. The water in the shower wouldnt get hot as well. Air conditioner did not work correct. Check out is 11am and the housekeeping woke us up at 9:30am.
- 3/5
Location is very convenient to DIA, and also to a couple of local "amenities" like a Village Inn Restaurant and a Native Roots cannabis store, both walking distance. The rooms are reasonably quiet and large. Mine had a really nice big desk and sofa. Overall the motel is rundown and a bit dirty in the halls.

Property is tacky. Many little things that leave a bad impression. The breakfast was mediocre at best with virtually no protein. The $200+ price is way too much for the quality received.
- 5/5
very good
- 5/5
Well maintained property next to the airport, shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes
- 4/5
Breakfast was so so.
- 4/5
Front desk staff was helpful for sure! Thanks.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing going above and beyond!! The shuttle was full the the airport the staff member pulled out her phone and called me an uber. Great service great atmosphere
- 5/5
Clean room, shuttle service
- 5/5
So
- 5/5
Just stayed for 1 night
- 4/5
Ok would stay again
- 5/5
I stay here or pay to park my car here every time I fly out of DIA. I live up in the mountains so 6am flights are impossible to get to. Americinn always the best rate and the shuttle service is great. It comes twice an hour right to island 3 at DIA. I recommend this place to everyone I know. It’s definitely outdated and the girls working the desk could be friendlier but whatever. Free breakfast and free shuttle, great place.
- 4/5
Yes good breakfast. The elevators broke down (out of order on May 2.
- 5/5
Things were clean. Front desk was professional
- 4/5
It was not bad, I would have love fruit choices. The staff were super friendly but overall I was very satisfied.
- 5/5
Fantastic for the $
- 5/5
nice
- 1/5
Even though the hotel was empty there's no place to park, they rent parking spaces, it took a while till someone left a space. The breakfast is awful, stale bread, no eggs or anything decent to eat.
- 4/5
Did not use
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Great check in and we are excited to see how the week goes! Hoping for good food and good service!!😊
- 2/5
The room was sorta clean but super dated. I really don’t like a hotel room when the bathroom sink is in the main room. The bathroom was super dated. The tub drain was broken and the caulking around the tub and other areas was moldy and gross. When I flushed the toilet it sounded like a jet engine. The breakfast was mid. The microwave was broken and selection of food was mid. It seemed like the hotel was really old and the owners aren’t interested in any sort of updates.
- 5/5
Tess, the front desk staffer for the night was very professional, cordial and efficient. The transport back to the airport was also on time. Carlos was an excellent driver.
- 5/5
Good breakfast, clean room, quiet comfortable room.
- 2/5
This was the second time we stayed here and it felt like they just put us in a room that hasn’t had attention in a while. Everything was dusty, fuz in the tub, paint peeling off the walls and weird stuff all over the couch. Disappointed because the first stay a month back was fair for the price but this was gross. We stayed April 20th and whoever checked us in at 10pm was very unwelcoming. Won’t be booking here again unfortunately):
- 5/5
Good place, close to airport
- 5/5
Hot tub definitely was that felt amazing and the staff was chill but helpful when needed
- 3/5
D
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
The location is great. There is a shuttle to and from the airport every 30 min.
- 4/5
Breakfast was minimal, but a free breakfast is just that. Thanks for that.
- 5/5
clean older hotel but wasn’t bad for an over right
- 2/5
If you get a room by the elevator, be advised that it beeps. In other words at 5 o’clock in the morning when people start checking out and take the elevator, if you’re near the elevator, the beeping from the elevator will wake you up. It was a very clean room and the staff was very helpful. I would’ve changed rooms if I would’ve stayed one more night, other than that, it was a nice day
- 4/5
I accidentally woke around 9:00 a.m. and asked for a checkout extension. She said the best that she could do was 11:30 a.m. I'm thinking that an airport hotel should have a noon check out time for all guests as the standard. The shuttle comes every half an hour and it leaves from the hotel on the half hour... so, 7 or so minutes after it leaves the hotel it will show up to pick you up at the airport. It's really nice that they have this available 24 hours. This is actually the second time I stayed here. And it's mainly because of the price and the reliable shuttle. The rooms are pretty nice, it feels like they did it right the first time. That being said, my tub did have a crack running down from the handicap rail, and the shower head had a pathetic amount of pressure.
- 4/5
Nice and quiet area
- 5/5
I left before breakfast and did not use the hot tub
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Convenient to our conference at the Gaylord Rockies. Room clean, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Big fluffy towels but no light in the shower. Breakfast was minimal. Easy access to the highway and the airport. I wpuld stay there again.
- 5/5
staff great
- 4/5
The room was good. Standard and clean. Breakfast is 5-9am, which is great for early flights but it would have been better if it went until 10am (we missed it). No coffee in the lobby.
- 5/5
Large clean room with a very comfortable bed.Amenities were great!!
- 4/5
The rooms were older, but that were about right for the price.
- 3/5
This was fine for a one night stay but we would not stay here again. The hot tub was not very hot and didn't appear very clean. The shower also did not get very hot and was quite old. The bed was not the best. The walk ability to restaurants and the airport shuttle were the positives.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Best bed we’ve had in a hotel in years! Nice breakfast, very prompt shuttle drivers. Thank you!🤗
- 5/5
Great beds.
- 4/5
Perfect for an overnight with an early flight. Close to airport, clean, good price, great shuttle.
- 5/5
My husband and I love to book the hot tub suite and it’s always clean and comfortable. Overall this hotel is a little gem and one of my favorites. Definitely recommend this location if traveling to DIA as they provide free airport shuttle. Or if you’re just looking for a relaxing or romantic evening - book the hot tub suite.
- 3/5
Hot water shower. Comfy good bed clean room comfortable with HVAc working fine. The gym had only one working piece of equipment out of 3 exercise machines. (Elliptical and recumbent bike not working). Pool looked in good condition. The hot breakfast had good coffee and lots of carb options but only aged hardboiled eggs for protein. Good value for the price of room. We only stayed a few hours after flying in late at DEN. Shuttle was very convenient. Worked for what we needed thanks!
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
Airport shuttle was very convenient.
- 3/5
Close to the airport and includes free breakfast.
- 4/5
Quick and easy check in, within walking distance of restaurants, room was nice and clean. A little outdated and parking was tight but all in all a good experience.
- 3/5
I did not use the internet but the jets to the hot tub didn't work, the fitness center only had 3 cardio equipment and the breakfast isn't great.
- 4/5
Breakfast choices are pretty slim. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.
- 5/5
The room was very spacious with lots of outlets for charging all of our electronics. Bed and pillows werre very comfortable. Shower was great. Breakfast hit the spot!
- 3/5
Room was fine for the price, nothing special. Breakfast was terrible -- no protein at all other than peanut butter and cream cheese. Shuttle fine TO the airport but when I called from the airport to get to the hotel no one answered; I tried multiple times but the call kept disconnecting after 10 rings or so. Finally a shuttle driver from another hotel took pity on me and gave me a ride. Worst thing was that the desk clerk gave another guest a key to my room by mistake and she let herself into the room at 9:30 at night. Thankfully I wasn't undressed or in bed yet but it was still very disconcerting to say the least. When I went down to talk to the clerk about it she admitted she was distracted when giving the key to the guest but was not especially apologetic, nor did she tell me my key had been deactivated so I had to go back down to get a new one.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Alot of hotels in this area. This ok with dinning near by and easy freeway access. Small business travel this is a good value and clean.
- 5/5
My wife and I loved our stay there. Clean comfy rooms and nice staff
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
It was really good. It would be awesome if the front desk girl were friendly.
- 3/5
I have never been charged to leave my vehicle overnight at a hotel before this
- 5/5
Was a last-minute stay due to canceled flight. Clean king bed room with breakfast and a free shuttle to the airport all at a very reasonable price.
- 5/5
Room was very large and well appointed. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
Only complaint was that the shuttle wait at the airport upon arrival to Denver was over an hour. When the hotel says every 30 minute shuttle service it should be honored. Denver is flipping cold for that long of a wait!!
- 4/5
I did not use business facilities nor laundry. I did walk thru the laundry room on my way to get a bucket of ice!
- 5/5
free breakfast - meh - bread and cereal, no protein lovely pool and exercise room very friendly and helpful staff
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable, older property but well maintained. Just a quick stay for layover but free airport transfers which is awesome! Limited continental breakfast.
- 2/5
The shuttle was nice - thirty minute intervals. That's about it. Would not recommend.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Great for those long layovers, got a gas station and dispo across the parking lot, also a food truck when I was there
- 5/5
Everyone was nice
- 3/5
We booked this hotel for a mid-morning flight the next day. We dropped off a rental car, so can't speak to shuttle service. We arrived late afternoon and there was still some parking available, but we can see how it would easily fill up. The property overall is just OK, nothing terrible and nothing great. It's tired and worn. All we needed was a clean room, comfy bed, and a hot shower - and we got all those. Check in was completely unfriendly - no greeting, no smile, no eye contact, no info about breakfast or other amenities. We would have been better off checking in at a kiosk if it was available. Breakfast is 100% carbs, no fruit, no protein available. We normally stay at IHG properties, and will return to one of those on our next outbound flight.
- 3/5
Old and worn out. Staff don’t seem too happy, although they were polite and helpful. Breakfast was terrible. No options for celiacs.
- 5/5
Water wouldn’t get hot
- 3/5
Property was sufficient for the one night we stayed after a long flight. Only issue was…no hot water, showering wasn’t very enjoyable. Otherwise all was well.
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
I booked a King room and they gave me a Queen. Breakfast was just OK. The shuttle was nice from the airport, which was probably the only plus. I could hear people in the parking lot all night.
- 5/5
Don't know his name- but excellent front desk day manager. airport shuttle available 24/7 which became very useful for us. Clean and comfortable bed and pillows.
- 4/5
the hottub did not work as well as i would have liked barely moved the water
- 4/5
Nice room, couldn't adjust thermostat or heater, so was cold.
- 5/5
The bed was comfortable And the staff was helpful and courteous
- 5/5
Great clean room very reasonable price with indoor pool and hot tub and very close to airport!
- 4/5
The lady at the desk was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and pillows good. Had not one but 2 hot tubs! Clean. Not a modern hotel or anything but fine. The only problem was that they rent parking spots to airporttraffic and the parking lot was totally and ful
- 4/5
Excellent staff, older facility but in good condition, nice breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean rooms that were very big! Breakfast was good and all of the people were very nice. I’ll stay again.
- 3/5
We waited 55 minutes for the shuttle. We had called twice and both times were told the driver would be there in a few minutes. We saw other nearby hotel shuttles up to 3 times. Hotel is a bit loud so recommend ear plugs. Breakfast is ok.
- 3/5
Couldn’t find staff when needed
- 5/5
The breakfast is free and has the usual offerings.
- 4/5
Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed and nice and close to car rentals and airport. Hot water could be hotter, shower at 1.30am was a little on the cool side.
- 3/5
It was clean and quiet. There was no tea anywhere, only coffee which sucks. No hot water either.
- 5/5
Clean, quite
- 3/5
Great for the price and appreciated the 24 hour shuttle service. The walls are a little thin and our toilet did not flush all of the way.
- 5/5
There was no soap at the bathroom sink counter. Otherwise it was good.
- 3/5
Staff need to improve
- 2/5
The room was cold, the heater did not work. The hot water was not hot but lukewarm. There was no protein or fruit for breakfast. The workouts room most equipment did not work.
- 5/5
The room was Clean and Awesome 👍
- 1/5
The room had a very loud rumble and was shaking, the pool room had to nights, the chair had stains all over it. Not ideal conditions.
- 2/5
Just an old hotel.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious, convenient for a nights stay
- 3/5
Room was nice. Shower never got hotter than mild lukewarm. Breakfast was OK at best. No scrambled eggs. just bread and waffles. Not much for the gluten sensitive.
- 4/5
I was upset cuz the pool and hot tub wasn’t open & they advertise that it’s there an open and it isn’t.
- 3/5
The “continental” breakfast is not that by definition. Mostly starches no meats and only boiled eggs. However, the rest of the stay was perfectly fine.
- 5/5
It was a great peaceful stay…
- 4/5
Front desk staff was great. Room was alright. Quite a few hairs still all over the bathtub and toilet.
- 3/5
The room is okay. Staff is rule and not friendly as well.
- 4/5
Nice room for the price
- 5/5
Very helpful and courteous staff
- 4/5
The carpet in our hall was worn, bathtub in our room had chipped enamel, rough ride in elevator. Staff was very accomodating and courteous.
- 3/5
The breakfast was lacking of flavors. The coffee was not good at all
- 4/5
Room ok, help good. would stay again
- 5/5
There was no hot water for the instant oatmeal. No eggs, just waffle maker. The bathroom facet and drain look old. This was still a great value for the price!
- 5/5
Everything was clean
- 5/5
Hot tub was not hot enough and our keys kept not working, trapping us in the stairwell and forcing us to walk outside around the building and back to the lobby for new keys. This happened multiple times and the front desk clerk was not polite or apologetic.
- 1/5
Staff was rude, hot tub was cold, coffee sucked. Shower was cold water.
- 5/5
room was clean. I sleep very well thank you
- 5/5
The room was perfect for our 10 year anniversary. Hotel was quiet and everyone was so helpful.
- 1/5
Thermostat was turned off and it was not clear there was even a separate thermostat. I just got in my room late at night after traveling all day, and after waiting outside at the airport in the cold for like 20-30 minutes, I arrive to a cold hotel room. I tried adjusting the controls on the unit itself, but they were unresponsive. I was so tired at this point and had all my stuff in my room that I didn’t want to deal with the process of changing rooms in the middle of the night, so I just tried to sleep in my clothes and wrap myself in blankets. It didn’t go well, I slept poorly and overslept. Missed breakfast. Had no time to even take a shower before having to check out. I went to the desk and explained my poor experience and all she had to say was that I should have figured it out last night and there’s nothing that can be done now. I just wanted to walk into my hotel room and go to sleep. Not fiddle with multiple hvac control panels. Now I am unrested, unshowered, hungry, had my intelligence insulted, and even the maid walked into my room before my designated check out time. All in all, horrible experience, I would have had a better nights sleep in my car outside in the parking lot. Would not recommend and will not return. I understand there was a way the problem could have been fixed, but you’re expecting your guests to put in too much effort so you can save 25 cents on electricity.
- 4/5
BTW, the rest of my experience was really good!
- 3/5
Minimal breakfast options included bagels, toast, mini muffins. All carbs. Coffee was good.
- 5/5
Hotel and service great
- 1/5
This property had a high rating and we were expecting our normal Wyndham property experience. Check in staff was somewhat rude and was not helpful. The room was on the 2nd floor and the furnishings were very very rundown and in desperate need of updating. The carpet was dinghy and the floor made so much noise when you walked across the room. Locks were loose on the door. I did not feel safe and the wall paper was falling down in the bathroom. Overall I’m upset I wasted my Expedia points on this property. Beware. It looks ok from the outside but is not great inside.
- 4/5
The first room I was given had no working lights in the bathroom, or living area, so I was given another room. The inside of the room could use a freshening up…paint, and simple repairs. Breakfast was literally a bunch of pastries, some oatmeal, waffle choice….not very healthy or option friendly.
- 5/5
Was good
- 3/5
The hotel was very busy. There were several others checking in at the same time, I was, and the front desk clerk seemed distracted, but was efficient. The room was okay. The bathroom door touched the shower curtain rod, and the shower curtain was too long, but not wide enough. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was sparse with only bread items and cereal available.
- 4/5
The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. With a free airport shuttle and an early breakfast the value is hard to beat. If you have an early flight it’s quite handy. My only complaint would be that the bread and bagels were quite dry this go around.
- 5/5
Courteous staff
- 5/5
The room was spotless. The staff were courteous. First class accomodations.
- 1/5
Waited 30 mins for the free shuttle, when it showed up it was already nearly full and they had room for only 2 and they was 4 in my party. Driver said to wait another 30 minutes, outside, and 130am. Took an Uber instead of that and when we got to the hotel it took forever to get checked in. We finally got our rooms at probably 230, and i called for a late checkout. Manager said 1130 is the best we can do. So i put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and at 9am they started knocking anyway. Then again at 11:10. I asked the guy if he saw the sign on the door and he just pointed at his clipboard and said checkout is at 11. I asked why he knocked at 9, and was given no real answer. I get it, i'm not a custumor, I am an inconvenience of some sort and service means nothing, just get out of my way so i can clean the room, now.
- 5/5
The room is clean. The staff are very nice and professional.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms and efficient shuttle service
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
Good price and clean room
- 3/5
Room was adequate. Thin walls though. Pillows and bed were below average. Hot tubs were great. The airport shuttle had us waiting at the airport a while upon return to Colorado.
- 5/5
One hot tub was out of order & the other wasn’t hot & jets didn’t work. Pool was quite cold.
- 1/5
Bathroom situation is horrible
- 3/5
Yes
- 3/5
Great value for a quick stay
- 1/5
Staff at check in was rude didnt confirm the amount and we were not charged the amount we booked the room for . It was $71 more . Had to have feont desk fix in the morning right before we had to catch the airport shuttle which almost made us miss it .
- 4/5
Clean room. Hotel was a bit dated but conveniently close to the airport.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The staff handled our check-in and check-out in a friendly and efficient way.
- 3/5
My shower was luck warm and no body wash bed is nice
- 4/5
There was no hot water in the tub for a shower. Staff immediately offered me another room. I wound up showering the next morning in an adjoining room that had hot water.
- 3/5
Waited quite awhile to get checked in, when desk agent arrived she was on a personal call and made us wait longer. Room was very large and soaking tub was wonderful. Breakfast selection was 2 cereals, make your own waffles, breads and varity of pastries and oatmeal. Wouldve liked more of a selection for fruit and maybe yogurt. It was great to be able to walk to dining options close by for dinner.
- 5/5
Easy check in, nice lobby, clean spacious room, comfy bed, fitness room, great location close to the airport with shuttle.
- 4/5
Room was well.cleaned and very pleasant.
- 3/5
I usually give this property a 4 or 5 star, because staff is always very friendly & helpful, plus, rooms in past have been very satisfactory. Also FYI, I try to give good reviews and am not very picky if experience is relatively good. But, here goes: 2-night stay & disappointed to be given handicap room on 1st floor, very unusual! No charging ability on one side of bed. Little furniture, in the vast handicap space. Heater/Ac unit soooo close to bed-very loud. Door to room would not close unless we slammed it (and woke all of the neighbors), so we dead locked it to close and slammed it when we left. Maids cleaned and we found the door open bc it does not close. Also, coming out of breakfast room with my plate in hand, I turned a sharp left upon exiting to almost fell head over heels over a 3' x 3' rectangular foot rest that is part of the furniture. It had been moved there to prop the door open. I was alarmed that I really could have been hurt and politely let the morning manager (male) know that it was a serious hazard bc people are not looking down for that type item. He promised to let his breakfast staff know; but the next morning, there it was again. Very dangerous!
- 4/5
Staff were polite and conscientious
- 4/5
Staff was upbeat, efficient and polite
- 5/5
Good clean rooms. Good bed.
- 4/5
Clean & comfortable room with decently priced airport parking and transport.
- 5/5
Clean. Comfy. Perfect for what I needed.
- 5/5
The staff was so nice and wonderful. Love the feature of the free shuttle to the airport. Great spot.
- 5/5
Perfect hotel
- 5/5
The receptionist was one of the best.
- 5/5
Thankful for the shuttle and stay flexibility when my flight got delayed.
- 3/5
definitely breakfast
- 3/5
The people are nice. The property is old. My door was open when I got to my room — kind of gave me the creeps. Also the floors creaked so badly I was afraid I was going to wake those around me.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. The room is not deluxe but for the price it was great. It was very clean and comfortable and the front desk people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is all inexpensive carbs and some coffee and tea. We would stay again. We also paid to park for almost 3 weeks for a trip and the shuttle service was quick and reliable. Parking when staying in the hotel is free.
- 4/5
Works just fine for a quick night before or after a flight
- 4/5
Shuttle to airport was timely.
- 3/5
Staff not friendly or helpful
- 5/5
Everything was splendid. Was very comfortable and had peace if mind in my stay.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay. Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel was clean. Only thing that could be improved was the lackluster breakfast selection.
- 4/5
The only downside was that they didn't have much parking at all.
- 3/5
The elevator is broke and i had to cary my luggage up the stairs!
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Room fine and easy check in. Check out was 11am and the staff would not allow a late check out until 1pm
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
friendly staff, close to the bar next door, close to airport.
- 1/5
Bed bugs. Hard pass on this place.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly, noise was a bit loud from traffic when facing the Main Street and breakfast buffet is more of just a cold buffet
- 5/5
Clean rooms, easy check in, amazing rate. They also allow you to leave your car at the facility for $10 per day, and have a free airport shuttle that starts at 4am. Highly recommend for convenience, value and price.
- 3/5
Airport shuttle very easy. Breakfast lacking in healthy options and low quality food.
- 3/5
Waited 30+ min for the shuttle. No AC working unit in our room
- 5/5
Shuttle was fine. Breakfast xould be better
- 4/5
Location to airport
- 3/5
Loud I could hear people walk above me and the airport announcements. I asked for earplugs and they don’t have them which they should if they know how loud it is. Room was clean shuttle was convenient.
- 5/5
speedy check in. clean room
- 4/5
Hotel very close to the airport, offering shuttle.
- 4/5
it did the job for sure!!! very comfortable beds!!!
- 2/5
meh. it’s fine but staff is less than stellar
- 5/5
Easy and fast check in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Quieter than expected being so close to the airport. Only downside was our room backed up to the elevators which woke us up very early after getting in very late.
- 5/5
Hotel front desk check in was friendly and efficient. The transportation to and from the airport were on time. (We had a flight cancellation and had to find a place to stay with transportation.)
- 5/5
Everything was perfect except the breakfast food was mainly just bread items.
- 5/5
Nice stay... I would do it again.
- 5/5
Very quiet hotel and area, conveint dining options close to the hotel. My kids enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool. Check in/out was extremely quick and easy. There was a workout rm and computer area but we didnt need either, I seen maybe 4 different staff at the front desk during our stay and all eere very friendly and welcoming, our room was clean there was a washer/dryer area on our floor and when the tv was having issues staff fixed it right away.
- 5/5
Clean room no noise airport shuttle timely breakfast buffet was good
- 1/5
The front desk person was very rude and wouldn’t make eye contact. She may have been high. We went to look in our room and the bathroom was under construction. The tile grout and caulking were removed from the walls in the shower and around the bath tub. The old grout and caulking were left laying on the floor and in the bath tub. My son took a photo but I don’t have that photo right now. I could get it and send upon request. Very disappointing. We left and found another hotel down the road.
- 4/5
Hotel staff was professional, the property was clean and in a good location
- 5/5
Very punctual and friendly driver
- 3/5
The floor was completely uneven and bumpy it was supposed to be handicap room, the carpet was not clean the bed was only somewhat comfortable. The one thing that irritated me the most was they said they're only going to put your card on hold not charge it for incidentals, but then they charge it and then reverse it back of course and it's still not on my account yet and we stayed there a week ago. So here I am waiting for my $50 to go back on my card and they said we didn't charge it but yes yes you did because that's $50 I cannot spend until it's reversed back to my card I get the policy I understand that but when you tell me you're not going to do it and then turn around and do it anyway is where I have my problem. If you just said that in the first place that you were going to charge it I would have been fine with that.
- 4/5
Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable but finding a place to park was bad.
- 4/5
The room was clean and simple, supplied with all you need
- 5/5
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with great options.
- 4/5
The staff is very friendly, the hotel very clean with spacious rooms, close to the airport, shuttle services
- 5/5
Great and friendly staff
- 5/5
Idk
- 5/5
Very professional customer service
- 5/5
older place but well kept. great front desk. room is large and designed for comfort. i slept well. unable to get the shuttle at airport but return was easy and fast
- 5/5
Very close to the airport.
- 5/5
All aspects excellent, especially the staff, very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
A good option for a stay near Denver airport. Clean, comfortable, and with very good service from on-site staff. Free airport shuttle was the clincher.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and hotel was clean
- 5/5
I traveled here alone and felt so safe! The staff was also very friendly and helpful with my questions!
- 4/5
Stayed a night after missing all our standby flights. Had trouble calling the front desk, and the breakfast could use bacon instead of just sausage but otherwise very nice.
- 5/5
The hotel was simple and great for a one night stay. I didn’t get the name of the woman working the front desk, but she is amazing!! I needed help with my clothing mishap before an interview & she was so kind!
- 4/5
very clean, great shuttle service and very courteous. Easy drop off at airport and Pick up at airport to bring us back to our vehicle to head home. Would stay there again
- 4/5
clean room and friendly staff
- 5/5
Clean room. Now cleanser or soap in bathroom but otherwise a good place to stay between trips. Breakfast didn’t have eggs and was average.
- 4/5
It filled all my needs
- 3/5
Long wait for the check in.
- 5/5
The check-in staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Restaurant we walked to was amazing. Taco truck in parking lot area was also so good. Pool was open til 11 and had a hot tub.
- 5/5
Economical and conveniently close to the airport.
- 5/5
Excellent service from front desk staff. My son forgot his phone
- 3/5
There is a kitchenette of sorts with a microwave but no plates, cups or utensils. Plan to bring your own
- 4/5
It's perfectly adequate for spending the night before heading to the Denver Airport. The people there were quite nice and accommodating. The breakfast was perfectly adequate too. A good bargain for the money.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Really glad to have free shuttle!
- 5/5
Ok
- 5/5
Staff is great and shuttle was right on time. And I was given a discount on my long term parking. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Denver.
- 5/5
The staff was fantastic. Polite, friendly.
- 4/5
We ended up having to Uber to the airport bc the hotel van broke down and they couldn’t get their communications skills together; to get the other van there. That was a little disappointing since we stayed there for the shuttle service.
- 5/5
Extremely clean facility, friendly staff and allowed us an early check in.
- 4/5
The location and shuttle were very good
- 3/5
When we flushed the toilet in the room it sounded like a machine grinding. (You could feel the floor vibrate around the toilet while flushing.) I think the plumbing needs to be updated. The rooms are really dated looking, and the noisy AC fan shut on and off all night, despite us setting it to "on". There was also no electrical outlet on my side of the bed to charge my phone overnight, and the light over the sink didn't work. No one at the front desk was particularly friendly or welcoming. They were simply doing their jobs, and I felt like I was inconveniencing them when the room key suddenly stopped working. It's a great location, minutes from the airport. But, we had to park on the street while we were there because the parking lot was full. I wasn't excited about that. For a quick overnight near the airport, I'd say the hotel is great. For an extended stay, I'd say look elsewhere.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Glad we booked here.
- 5/5
We were delayed in Philadelphia and missed our connecting flight in Denver, when we got to the hotel it was very clean and modern.
- 5/5
Free parking, close to airport for nest day flight, not much good restaurants near by.
- 4/5
Clean room, helpful staff
- 5/5
room was clean and comfortable. The hotel in general was clean and was in a safe location and breakfast was pretty good
- 5/5
Very convenient, clean and comfortable. The rooms are big. Shuttle to and from Denver airport. Reasonably priced.
- 3/5
It was a descent hotel and we chose it because typically, AmericInn’s have nice breakfast choices. We were VERY disappointed in the breakfast at this hotel. The pictures show breakfast including eggs, sausage and hash browns. We stayed 4 nights and only had someone working in the kitchen to make eggs, sausage and hash browns ONE day. Otherwise the only food choices were carbs (toast, bagels, waffles)
- 1/5
Currently waiting for a refund to process as we found bed bugs
- 5/5
We had an unexpected over night stay in Denver and we booked this hotel for somewhere to crash. The hotel sent a shuttle to pick us up and the shuttle driver told us about the restaurants, convenience store, dispensary, and taco truck within the same parking lot as the hotel. It ended up being a great spot to wait until our next flight without having to pay for an Uber. The hotel staff was all very nice. Comfortable, clean room. I didn't hear other guests or traffic noise.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Very nice.. would definitely stay again
- 5/5
This place was cozy and helpful. Exactly what I needed it to be. Shuttle to the airport was perfect.
- 3/5
Fortunately, they had one poorly equipped room (no shower) we could use, but at a rate higher rate than booked with Expedia
- 5/5
Thanks for the quick check in
- 3/5
Front desk person on check in was not very welcoming. That is not a good fit for her.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Would be nice how to contact hotel directly rather than a toll free number and having to hunt the airport for a shuttle that there was no instructions for
- 5/5
Place is clean and is a good deal for the price. Airport shuttle service is very convenient and drivers are courteous. Only bad thing to say is the breakfast is awful. No eggs, yogurt, fruit, ir much of anything. Just sausage, not great potatoes, waffles, and some sweets. It will do, though.
- 1/5
Front desk worker jose was a horrible general manager. Refused to help or find a solution to an emergency I was having.
- 5/5
Great service, picked up within five minutes at Denver airport. Driver was amazing. The front desk staff very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean quiet and perfect. Highly recommend walking distance to a couple restaurants to a 7-Eleven store. Great area perfect place to stay.
- 5/5
We just stayed overnight, everything was great thank you so much
- 4/5
Good budget hotel for 1 night Just a little disappointed to often have an handicapped room when booking thru Hotel .com
- 1/5
Somebody tried to enter in my unit
- 2/5
The bed was old and cresky. The bathroom floor was very squeaky. The window would not close properly snd heard wind noise when the sir cond was not on. Tv had bright spots in the screen. Generally run down.
- 5/5
The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and it was super quiet!
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and they made my stay much more comfortable
- 5/5
Free Transportation to the airport and free breakfast is why I wanted to stay here. You can ask them know when you get here you need a ride and they’ll tell you what time it runs. About every 30 min. Be prepared to hear planes fly over tho.
- 5/5
Staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was large for a small hotel. Breakfast was surprisingly decent. Airport shuttle was prompt and convenient.
- 2/5
At 1:30 am there was some sort of fight, argument going on in the hallway with doors slamming shut.
- 2/5
We were awakened at midnight until 3 am by loud music and partying next door. Police had to be called twice. Front desk was polite and overwhelmed.
- 5/5
Very good value for money!
- 5/5
Washers and dryers available. Iron and ironing board in room. Nice vending area.
- 4/5
Just fine
- 5/5
Great price when you miss your flight!
- 4/5
Beakfast was decent.
- 5/5
We were there for a short stay. It was clean and comfortable. The pool and workout room looked inviting, but time didn't permit us to use them. Employees were very attentive and helpful. I will use this hotel again when I need to fly out of DIA.
- 2/5
Light in bathroom would go on and off. Bathtub/shower would drain super slow.
- 2/5
Insufficient parking. Hostess did a poor job of solving parking issue, and didn't seem to care much that it was a problem.
- 3/5
The first morning there was no coffee. The machine in the breakfast area was out of order as was the one in the lobby. There was only enough in my room for 1 cup. The 2nd morning the coffee machine in the breakfast area was still out of order but the lobby one was working. The staff was very nice.
- 4/5
No problems, close to airport.
- 5/5
Our room was clean and spacious. Also restaurants within walking distance
- 4/5
Convenient to the airport A little noisy and beds need an upgrade
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The breakfast was pretty poor overall. The one thing I hope for at a free breakfast is at least reasonable coffee. The breakfast area coffee was basically brown, tasteless water. Other selections were okay but no fresh fruit of any type was offered. It was disappointing considering the quality of the hotel overall.
- 5/5
Quick overnight stay on a VERY LONG trip… heard others slamming their hotel doors at 1 am which sucks when you’re getting up at 3 to leave to get back on the road.
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
The homeless encampments, trash n garbage on backside of hotel is a bad look for visitors...If they need to be there...Clean it up...
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff and great price!
- 5/5
We had an accessible room and it was huge. Everything was very clean.
- 3/5
The place was dated but close to the airport and I will say it was very clean. However, the shower lacked the ability to go past a luke warm temperature. Disappointing after a long day of travel. $120 might be a cheap rate for hotels these days but I think at that price a hot shower should at least be included. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve seen. Even just having a few bananas or fresh fruit would have increased the food options from terrible to mediocre. Felt like a lack of effort. If it weren’t for a very kind front desk woman (Gina) and our shuttle driver, this would have been two stars.
- 5/5
It was clean beds are comfy
- 5/5
Only complaint they were out of waffle mix.
- 5/5
Stayed overnight before flying out. Room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the shuttle service to the airport
- 4/5
This was a one-night stay. I got in about an hour before check-in time, and they checked me in. The room was clean. The heater unit was LOUD. Location was convenient. I could walk to places if I wanted, various types of food were fairly close by, close to airport, and close to the car rentals. They had a shuttle to airport if needed. I had to leave early to catch my flight--I could find no one to check me out so I tossed my card on the counter behind the glass.

The hotel was fine. the shuttle from the airport was very rundown and the driver didnt have any air on when it was 85 degrees out. check in was easy. room was good. but when we got back second night our keys didn’t work so had to go back down. the pool was always closed by time we returned to hotel even though listing said it was open until later in evening. and i checked out 5 days ago and they haven’t returned my incidental deposit. all in all, it was fine. don’t think i’d stay there again though.

Flight delayed and got stuck in Denver overnight. Check-in line at hotel was long but Gina was very pleasant and helpful to everyone. Room was clean and bed was comfy. free airport shuttle was on time and driver was polite and efficient. Hotel seems new or newly renovated. God value for the money.

I’ve stayed here quite a few times and each time it’s a comfortable, clean room with friendly staff.

Place was older than it looked on line but few stains observed but was overall clean.

Waiting for shuttle for 2 hours at the airport

Room's nice, felt large, but little dated decore. Quite room, soap smells amazing, wanted to take extra home. Pool was awesome, nice to swim. Great shuttle to the airport. Few homeless in the area, needs restaurants in walking distance. 1 food truck was nice. Gas station next door had great snacks. Two Breweries within short uber/lift ride.

Easy access from Pena Boulevard and close to the airport

Greatfull for the shuttle service, but we waited for two hours for a shuttle. Other hotels went by twice, same driver and shuttle. The window was leaking in the shuttle and my side was all wet. The breakfast was horrible. Other hotels shuttled guest within a 2 mile raidus, for shopping or food.

This was the most affordable option around. The shuttle driver and morning staff were all excellent. The only trouble I had was finding info on where to get the shuttle from the airport. It would be nice if this were posted on your website or included in booking info. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was rushed and didn’t seem to want to talk with me, but once we got there, the rooms were spotless, the beds comfy, and the receptionist at 5:30am had the brightest smile I saw all day. Overall, we were really pleased. Thank you!

2. The thermostat in the the room did not work. 3. Parking was awful. We we Tod to just park anywhere. We could not leave the hotel for fear of losing our parking spot.

free shuttle bus from the airport, complimentary breakfast was early but great for those only here for morning flights. Fitness center has 3 machines but no weights. staff super friendly!! Rooms were spacious, mine had a tub

The airport shuttle did not come for over an hour. Very disappointing to say the least. Had to call on 3 separate occasions and was told the shuttle had “just been at the airport” but when talking with other people they also said they had waited over an hour.

Wonderful welcome staff. Very much helpful. They had airport shuttle which runs every half an hour. Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs, waffle bread and cereals. Room was very comfortable and place was safe.

Overall my stay was great. The only issue I ran in to was when it came time for breakfast in the morning. It was just bagels, pastries, pour your own waffles, and oatmeal. There was a sign about boiled eggs, but there were none out. There was also no fruit or yogurt. It was very disappointing. I stayed at this chain in Maddison, WI for the first time a month ago and was blown away by their hot breakfast. I assumed this location would have something similar. The fact that there were no protein or fruit options at all left me with nothing that I could eat (due to dietary restrictions).

We never made it to this hotel. We had a poor experience with the female staff member coordinating the hotel shuttle.

It was great for a one night stay. Breakfast was not great. very basic with no eggs or sausage of gravy. but overall the hotel was clean and has shuttle service to the airport.
