I didn't like that I had to pay for overnight parking. I wish I would have known at the time of booking.

Breakfast had many healthy choices

only issue is how expensive parking is. We stayed at this hotel both before and after our trip. One might hope that this fact would qualify for free parking, or at least a discount.

They will shuttle to the airport.. Its not the hotels fault but the night I stayed I was very tired and a couple in a different room decided it was a good idea to get in a huge fight..

After a very long weekend of travel, our stay was so comfortable and amazing.

You have to pay $15.99 to park , per day. Caught me by surprise-when I went back into listing it did say in fine print (I don’t see it). Just don’t want anyone else to be surprised like I was. There are plenty of hotels nearby, likely you can find one with free parking.

We have a family of 7 and have stayed here a couple times when passing through Denver and really like that they has a suit big enough for everyone in the family to be in. Everything was clean, pool and exercise room are great, and their breakfast is amazing.

Room very good size, well equipped and maintained. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Super choice of breakfast items and good quality. One minor complaint is payment for parking is supposed to be completed online by scanning a QR code. This was challenging after long distance flight and not having mobile connection fully established. Fortunately reception sorted this for me an added charge to room account. I always look to use Staybridge suites as they offer consistent value and quality

We’re been staying here for a few years but it seems to be less than average. The bathroom was sorta gross, burn holes in the shower curtain and on top of that they now charged parking

I would never had booked to stay here if I had realised they have the audacity to charge their own customers for parking in their own parking lot. This is the fist time ever in all my travels to the US I have had to pay to park somewhere that I am already paying to stay at. Other hotels right next door do not charge. Do not book to stay here.

The two bedroom suite was a good size for my family of 7 and included a sleeper sofa. Breakfast was delicious. They were even able to provide a crib for my youngest child so I didn't have to lug mine all the way through the hotel Everything was great.

The staff was amazing. When we checked and out the people ere very friendly. The problem was that the windows are terrible and it felt like sleeping on the road outside. The road noise was terrible all night because it is a very busy area. Fortunately, we were very tired and were able to sleep. The beds were good.

Nice property. Comfortable. Clean. The airport shuttle is confusing. We did ask for transportation to the airlport, and it was on time and courteous. We weren't told we'd have to call for a shuttle back. Nor did they give us a parking ticket, email, or text to tell us the number and procedure. So we stood out on island 3 like a couple of rubes watching every other hotel and offsite parking site send 5 or more shuttles till we could find the right number to call. I did, though, have a nice conversation with a bot named Joeleen, who actually had the number after the employee at the desk didn't. Not on website, either.

2 bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Loved that esch bedroom had an en suite with ample shower space. No having to take turns! And temp gauge worked perfectly without being crazy loud. Front desk was kind and took their time even though it was crazy busy when we checked in. The suite was facing Tower Road so you definitely heard the larger trucks and aholes with attention seeking mufflers. But it quieted down from 11pm to 6am ish.

The bed was terrible. Time for new beds.

It was a quick overnight stay as we arrived late. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet, just what we needed.

We enjoyed this hotel that is close to airport and a perfect parking situation to leave a vehicle for a period of time while we were on vacation.

Able to check in early, room was very clean, quiet surroundings, close to restaurants, parking was not a hassle, breakfast was great. I'd hoped all Staybridge Suites kept to the same standards. Having to pay for parking but hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft to vehicles.

Room was clean. The only issue was we had to go back to the front desk to ask for sheets for the sofa bed. We only stayed for a few hours due to an early morning flight. Scheduled a shuttle for 3:30 AM. Shuttle drivers were very friendly, helpful and reliable. There were grab and go breakfast items available early in the morning prior to the breakfast buffet opening, which was a nice touch.

My experience started with excellent shuttle service. I arrived nearly at midnight and received clear instructions for the shuttle pick-up right after getting off the plane. A friendly driver picked me up right on time. The reception staff were welcoming, professional, and very helpful. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, just what I needed after a long day of travel. Breakfast in the morning was busy, but it was enjoyable, with plenty of delicious food to choose from. Once again, the shuttle back to the airport was great. The driver was engaging and interesting, and I had enough time to check in for my next flight. Overall, I loved how easy it was to navigate from the airport and have a wonderful experience for the last part of my trip.

The airport shuttle service was good There was a locked closet in our room that had a noisy heater in it. We couldn’t sleep. The desk clerk told us that that’s the way all hotels were. Not at all true.!!

This hotel was very comfortable and quiet. I was so happy that they had a waffle machine for breakfast! The breakfast was lovely with many choices and presented well.

The ADA room was well thought out and equipped. I would suggest a night light in the bathroom. Breakfast was typical with a zing. The items were thoughtfully seasoned, such as the Cajun potatoes.

Did not like parking fee

I had a problem with noise. My room was the closest to the lobby. At 9:00pm all was quiet. At 10:30ish pm it sounded like a New Year's party. It went on for some time. Midnight, only a few female voices. 2:45 am, another party????I had a 3:30am shuttle. I went out and was curious at 3:am. It appeared it was women in uniform checking in at the desk.(airline stewardess)

The shuttle was great and the shuttle drivers were both very personable especially the man who used to be a pilot. He has a beautiful heart. The room was spacious and clean.

Everything was nice and clean. Staff was nice. The only issue we had was that on Hotels.com app, it wasn’t clear that there is a parking fee required. When we arrived we looked for parking and found there was a fee. When I looked under special check-in instructions or parking information, there was nothing noted about parking fee and until we went inside to check in, that we were told there was a fee. That really needs to be updated.

Hotel is great. Very updated with good amenities. But, the free breakfast served bad food that resulted in my contracting a gastronomical infection that began several hours hour after I had finished breakfast. The problem lasted about 24 hours, which is typical for the results of contaminated food.

Our bedroom was a king suite with a comfy bed, fully-equipped kitchenette, small lounge/living area, and quiet. Amenities include an airport shuttle (pick-up call and/or airport transport reservation required), good WiFi, a gym, indoor pool, and an outside area with loungers and BBQ area for guests. They offer a social get-together weekday early evening (Mon-Wed?) with hot and cold pub-style foods, wine, beer, and soft drinks for guests. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choices. The staff's friendly smiles were complimentary!

Stayed here several times and it's always been an excellent hotel. I was disappointed that they added a daily charge for parking, but I will still stay here in the future.

One of the best DIA hotels for quality and price. The continental breakfast was the best we’ve had in recent memory as well. Combine that with friendly staff and a great shuttle service and you’re good to go!

Our 2 bdrm suite at Staybridge was great - it was very clean and comfortable and was a good location to the airport. The hospitality reception in the evening and the breakfast was very nice and the amenities were great, The staff was also very friendly.

Has become our favorite when flying out of Denver International. Convenient, clean, friendly, spacious rooms. Great breakfast included, happy hour in the evening.

Never made it to the hotel. Was stranded in Salt Lake City airport for 16 hours, looking for any options to get home. A short stay in denver was an option so I booked the hotel (with booking insurance provided by expedia or their third party) only to never make it, not being able to cancel the reservation, or get refunded through the insurance. Expedia tried but the property manager apparently wasnt having it and would not refund the booking. Insurance states my claim isnt applicable. So I'm out the full price of booking. I guess in my panic to secure travel and accommodations home I should have read all 40k characters of the fine print to avoid getting screwed over. I feel like all involved could have done better.

This is a great hotel, and I would definitely stay here again. We had one snafu, though, which is important to note. We were traveling as a group of 15 and needed two shuttle runs to the airport. We were given the times of 7:30 and 8 am initially. However, the staff made a change and did not inform us. The change was to shift the shuttle times earlier to 7 and 7:30 am. What that meant was that the first group did not get breakfast at the hotel as breakfast opened at 7. It would be fine if this was a group of adults, but this was a group including teenagers, and they were not happy about missing breakfast. Plus, we booked this hotel because it included a free hot breakfast (important for budgets with groups). I would recommend others to verify and reverify the time of their shuttle to ensure they are able to get breakfast if that is needed prior to going to the airport. We verified our shuttle times twice, so not sure what more we could've done to avoid this issue.

In addition, the shower doors would not stay shut and kept sliding open when showering. I killed a huge spider in the bathroom and moths were in the living area. Seems they need a pest service.

We stayed one night at this property just one night since we had to be at the airport at 4am. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle was on time and convenient. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

I was so tired when I arrived at the property after a long flight delay. The night shift front desk clerk was very efficient and kindly called me back when I forgot my wallet at the counter. The hotel room was so clean and comfortable. I love the layout of the room, too.

Great once I got here. Frustrating that I had to call multiple times from airport to get anyone to pick up the phone. I was calling late at night for the shuttle and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Driver and front desk folks were great.

The day was great except that the cleaning service doesn’t work on weekends. I was there for four days, on Saturday and Sunday there were no cleaning.

We were so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this property is and how great and spacious our suite is. The customer service rep we dealt with for reservation issues was fabulous, and the guy at the front desk was very charming and humorous and helpful. I hope to stay again!

I was very pleased with my room. They have put a lot of thought into the room design from outlets to lighting to a footrest in the shower. It was a very nice, quiet room. A perfect place for attending a conference nearby. I could definitely have stayed there for an extended period of time.

Reception claimed they didn’t have my reservation. It took them a half hour to find it and it was under a different name. After being tired after being up from 24 hrs flying in from the Pacific, that they would pull that on me. It’s a shame because the hotel and the rooms are very excellent but I can’t just trust the reception desk anymore. Just my opinion.

This was a perfect stay for an early flight out of DIA. Large 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen was clean and comfortable.

We love staying at the Staybridge Inn. It is close to the airport and they offer shuttle service which is very dependable. The rooms are large and the hotel is very clean and modern.

Excellent service from the second I walked in the door all the way to the second I checked out. All of the ladies at the front desk were friendly, helpful & upbeat. My room was exceptionally clean. This is important to me as I usually will find a hair in the shower or sink. The bed was comfy, the tv was a great size, the shower & all the amenities were wonderful as well. The breakfast was full of choicesThis is my new go-to hotel for my night before flight stays!

Very happy with the stay. Was there for five days for work. Each morning the breakfast had a good selection of food. Coffee was always ready to go. The room was comfortable and clean. Having a larger refrigerator, microwave, and cook top were definitely useful for such a long stay. The gym was adequate. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance.

Very happy with an overnight stay. Nice outdoor area and well appointed room. Two deficiencies: 1) TV in lounge area of guest room did not appear to work; 2) Difficulty entering 2nd level corridor from stairwell due to door lock mechanism. Clean, extremely quiet, greatly appreciate operable windows in guest room. Breakfast options were abundant and delicious - I was thrilled with the grits!

It was more like a luxury suite with two distinct rooms and very nice full kitchen that was MUCH better than some of the "scary" ones you can find in more affordable places. Totally clean and quiet. The shuttle to the airport was a breeze --fast and exceptionally nice people.

Although only 2 nights, our experience at Staybridge Suites was great. The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in a long time. Many hotels are not providing hot breakfast at all, let alone one that offered so many options. This was a HUGE reason why we will book this hotel again. When spending as much money as one does for a hotel room, you should provide more than just a bed. So kudos to this hotel for making your money feel more worth it. My only "complaint" is the bed I had probably needed a mattress flip or replaced as it sank a bit in the middle. However, overall we all felt this was a great hotel choice. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool was good sized for a hotel, breakfast was tasty, but the best was how comfy the beds were. Another perk was that the dryers were free, so we were able to dry our swimsuits before packing up. We would definitely stay here again!

I do feel the dining room seating capacity may have been insufficient to accommodate the large amount of guests at the time we went down; no big deal really and definitely not a deal breaker as we found a spot in the living room area. The staff was very good. The room and pool however were pretty bad. The room smelled like someone had spilled something on the carpet (maybe multiple spills over a long period of time) and it needed to be cleaned. There were no huge stains on the carpet, but the room smelled of spoiled something and it was not coming from the fridge. The bathroom stunk too like they wiped down the room with dirty rags. Again the place looked fine, but stunk. The windows opened about 2 inches, which I understand because it was the 5th floor, but the screen had a bunch of holes. If the windows were left open, the outside was very loud. If the windows were shut, the smell of the room got worse. Our room was East facing, so the morning sun was very bright in our room because the darkening shade would not close completely. The 2 beds were not queen size beds. They were full size beds, so just smaller than what I anticipated. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety and the staff was continually restocking and making sure everything was clean and organized.

We were staying close to the airport for a trip to Portland. It was raining and dark by the time we made it to the hotel so I couldn’t see much outside. The inside was very clean and the rooms were nice.
