Reviews
The hotel is undergoing renovation, which is a common theme across all reviews. Guests have mixed feelings about their stay, with some praising the staff and location, while others express dissatisfaction with cleanliness and hidden fees.
- Convenient location near the airport
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Under renovation causing noise and inconvenience
- Hidden fees for parking and shuttle service

Clean and close to the airport. Parking. This is the second time we did a stay and fly and both times the parking was messed up causing us to deal with it when we were on vacation. The parking is very expensive and poorly organized. We will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
Awesome stay. Extra friendly staff. Parking was easy. $10 a day. Room was beautiful.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet hotel

- 4/5
Facility was new and clean, staff were great. I'd stay here again.
- 5/5
Very nice large room and it was very clean. I only stayed one night and still had to pay the $16 parking fee which I was a little surprised about as I thought it should be included in the price of the room. If I had been leaving my car there while I was gone on a trip I could understand the daily parking fee for the days the car was parked and no hotel room was used, but for the one night day that I stayed doesn’t seem right to charge a parking fee.
- 5/5
Great room and value.
- 5/5
The breakfast was very nice and welcoming. We had the time. Good staff Nothing
- 2/5
..there is none in room but says 2rhr coffee... No cups/glasses in Room., weird.
- 5/5
This paying $16 per night for parking is ridiculous.
- 4/5
I don’t like the fact that they charge you $25 parking, I feel like if I booked a room through you then you should give me a parking pass to put in my car so that they know that I am a guest of that hotel! Either that or it should be included in the price of the hotel so you know upfront. The rooms were nice and big and clean. I wish they had coffee available in the room. The bed was great as well.
- 4/5
They provided me with a to go breakfast, which was much appreciated.
- 4/5
Located on Tower Road wiuth all the other Airport hotel chains, our front desk pointed out places to eat before 11:00. But note the front lobby had essentials from beverages, beer, wine, snacks, toiletries, etc for purchase. Would highly recommend!
- 3/5
I wasted an hour checking in. Reserved on Expedia bu when I got to the hotel they said they didn't have a room in the specifications I requested and was confirmed and billed for. I.e. the hotel had not blocked in a room for me.
- 5/5
Spacious, quiet, with a fine continental breakfast and convenient shuttle
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable. We always enjoy staying here when we are flying in and out of DIA. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Great location when using the airport
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
Clean rooms , friendly staff and nice breakfast . There was a parking fee , which was not expected. The room did not have microwave .
- 4/5
Can't say much since we checked in at 11 pm and left at 5 am, looked somewhat new, staff was helpful and room was clean.
- 4/5
Good property
- 5/5
Very clean. Staff was friendly. Close to the airport and car rental return.
- 4.5/5
comfortable, clean room very close to the airport the sink outside the bathroom, and the light switch outside the bathroom... these features disturb your partners sleep if you need to use the facilities in the middle of the night.
- 3/5
We slept only two hours here due to a cancelled flight Coffee was not great
- 3/5
Staff was great. Hotel was clean. Bed was good. The cons outweigh the pros for me, so I won’t stay at one again
- 2/5
Front desk was not helpful. Elevator wasn't working so had to haul luggage up three flights of stairs. Couldn't get into the stairs cause my sister checked in early. Even though I made the reservstion and she checked in they wouldn't give me a key. It was late and they tried calling her. She didn't answer. So when I was able to get ahold of her to answer, she wasn't willing to call her back. Terrible noise in the heater when it would kick on. Didnt know parking was going to cost.
- 5/5
Perfect for our needs
- 4/5
Good breakfast and renovated common areas
- 3.5/5
For one night stay, Met our expectations & offer free shuttle service to the airport. N.A
- 5/5
Nice place all around. Price point is on spot!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and room was extremely clean and in good condition.
- 5/5
My only complaint is I received multiple messages about the shuttle picking us up from the "East Side" , we waited for 30 minutes at the east side just for me to call and ask how much longer for the shuttle and the receptionist informed me that they were already on the way back and picked up from the "West Side". Receptionist apologized and said he thought that they fixed the message but I showed him the message I received. Ended up paying $20 for an Uber, but other than that hotel was clean and nice.
- 4/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Property was great. Very clean and staff was very friendly
- 5/5
The hotel was quiet. I also like that the shuttle was free. The front area was really clean and the front desk lady was really nice.
- 3.5/5
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay there again. No chair in room.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
Have to pay for parking, but otherwise worked well for our trip.
- 4/5
Didn't expect to pay for parking, 16.00 per night
- 4.5/5
It was very nice and theyvwere very friendly We had to pay for oarking
- 2/5
The walls were so thin. You could hear people’s conversations and the elevator dinged every time some one used it. Got woken up by housekeeping on our check out date at 8 am.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Love the bagel bar. And that we could walk to a restaurant.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 4/5
Was a quick overnight stay. Receptionist was kind and attentive. Room was ok could use some updating especially in the bathroom/tub area other than that things were good. Shuttle driver was awesome!
- 3/5
Breakfast was the worst nothing really cooked everything cold! Parking you have to pay for your stay n pay for parking for everyday you stay!!
- 5/5
The check in was easy. Everything was top notch. Very good place to stay near the airport b
- 5/5
It was a all-around excellent stay!
- 4/5
I didn't arrive until midnight so didn't use any amenities. I did have breakfast, unfortunately I have to have high protein and the only option was a boiled egg.
- 5/5
All went well and the shuttle was nice
- 5/5
Perfect place for next day fly out!!
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
I have one concern that I didn’t know there was a parking fee the front desk people gave me give me the promotion code for 20% discount unfortunately I paid the full price because didn’t let to use the code
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Well located for anything one might need!
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 4/5
Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner available in large bottles but no body wash. We left earlier than breakfast and we're told we would be given grab and go bags with food but no one was at the front desk for at least 20 mins before we took the shuttle so we did not get food. The hotel shuttle was a mess even with reserved seating. There were a few who apparently had reserved seats for that shuttle and it was full so they had to wait. We took rental car back to airport the night before thinking it would be faster the morning of departure and save on $16/ night hotel parking (which is high). That was a mistake. The shuttle from rental company (alamo) to airport was very fast with multiple busses. The hotel shuttle from airport to hotel was a nightmare. MANY people could not get on due to no more room and had to wait another half hour for the next one. The hotel shuttles are covering about 5+ hotels with very minimal room only every 30 mins. Definitely not enough shuttles for the hotel. Next time I will just drive to the airport in the morning and avoid hotel shuttle at all cost. Hotel has minimal food options within walking distance but 7-11 next door. We walked next door to Tower Tap & Grill at Hilton Doubletree. Close but food wasn't that great. I wish Spark gave food options or showed food delivery nearby. Otherwise hotel was in good location about 10 mins to airport. Check in staff was very nice and check in quick.
- 3.5/5
Good
- 5/5
I wanted to go on an earlier shuttle. It will take a minimum of 30-40 minutes for get to the airport. Be sure to reserve your shuttle beforehand. The shuttle picks up at 4 different hotels.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Staff was incredibly welcoming and very accommodating!
- 5/5
The shuttle was prompt and the driver a delight. The staff was so helpful at check in. The hotel was very clean. My room looked as if it had been remodeled. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean. Staff was very good.
- 1/5
Parking on Expedia is advertised as $10, but the hotel actually charges $16. The rooms are outdated, the WiFi barely works, and parking is very limited. Housekeeping was also confusing because staff do not wear uniforms, so unless they are pushing a cart, you would not know they work there. On top of that, no one tells you that you must reserve a cleaning day in advance. When my room was finally cleaned, they still did not replace the toilet paper or put trash bags in the trash cans. I also paid extra for breakfast, but it was not really a breakfast — just basic items like bananas, bagels, and cereal. Overall, not worth the money and I would not stay here again.
- 4/5
Estuve solo una noche
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed and great staff
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ride to the airport was timely.
- 5/5
The facility was immaculate, staff very helpful. No hot breakfast was only surprise.
- 5/5
Close to airport and have a shuttle to get you there and back.
- 5/5
The early morning shuttle to the airport was very easy to use. The hotel also provided a grab n go breakfast for those leaving before the breakfast opened. It was great!
- 5/5
good
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice. 10. Breakfast ok, bagels were good. No scrambled eggs and sausage, however everything was clean and tidy. Good hot coffee. Staff member that checked us into the hotel was polite knowledgeable, and courteous. Overall a great value for the price!
- 5/5
Everything was so good
- 5/5
Overall superior facilities
- 5/5
Convenient for overnight connections, friendly staff and clean rooms. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
I will say that is a great hotel for the price. Nothing spectacular but I don’t expect that when paying under $100 a night. Good breakfast. Kind staff. But Eric B the shuttle driver was the best! So kind and helpful as I need to go to the airport to pick up the rental car we couldn’t get the night before. He helped me with where to go.
- 4/5
I don't like that I had to pay for parking when I paid to stay at the hotel. Super crappy. I could understand paying for days that I'm not there, like if I'm flying out, but not while I'm there. Also, the shuttle service sucked. They didn't even show up on my return flight. I waited 45 minutes before I finally caught the Americinn shuttle, as it was across the street from Spark . Really unprofessional. Won't stay here again.
- 5/5
great
- 5/5
Clean spacious room. Staff were very helpful.
- 3/5
The room was clean and comfortable. We could hear a guest walking around above our first-floor room, the room became quiet by the time we went to sleep. The breakfast was basic: instant oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, breads, three kinds of fruit, yogurt. When my wife asked an attendant for gluten-free items she produced a gluten-free bagel. The workout room looked well-equipped, yet it had issues. There was no drinking water. The workout room had two dispensers for moistened towels, which were both empty, so I was unable to clean the equipment after use. There was a sign, on the wall, claiming that the hotel provided earbuds, yet I found no earbuds. When we booked, hotels.com stated that parking would cost $10/night, the hotel website says that the cost is $16/night. We were charged $17 and I needed to pay the fee through a clunky third-party website. We will not be staying at this property again.
- 5/5
I’d definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Breakfasts were good. We used the shuttle. That was a good choice.
- 5/5
My favorite DIA hotel. Clean, light, bright, excellent bed, adjacent to the Doubletree where you can find great food and even wine and meals to take back to the Spark. Very reasonable price, less than well known nearby hotels. Very happy.
- 5/5
We had an 11 hour layover at midnight which I did not want to spend the night in the Denver airport. This was very close by , very clean , new and perfect for our quick night stay!! The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient too. I would definitely recommend this. 👍
- 3/5
Confusion on check in for extended parking and shuttle not reserved
- 5/5
Wonderful new place to stay at Denver airport! Outstanding in every way! Huge room, spotless and well appointed !
- 5/5
Great overall!
- 5/5
Price was incredibly
- 5/5
Friendly staff & clean, comfortable beds. Great airport shuttle service.
- 3/5
Breakfast did not meet expectations... we opted for Starbucks instead.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Airport shuttle was convenient and timely.
- 4/5
Quick overnight for flight next morning. Nice place. Good local food options. The MOD pizza decent.
- 5/5
New and clean room. Helpful staff. Quick airport shuttle
- 5/5
Good location
- 1/5
Terrible night sleep
- 4/5
Receptionist was friendly and imformative
- 4/5
Breakfast and staff are good. Shower has really low water pressure.
- 2/5
Only four channels on tv. Had to pay to self park and was more expensive than at the airport
- 5/5
Very comfortable and clean
- 5/5
It was awesome place to stay
- 5/5
Why have television if there are no channels avaliable. Came in very glitchy, frustrating. I gave up
- 5/5
Property itself is small. But rooms are clean. Midnight check in staff is amazing. Same for the morning and excellent breakfast.
- 5/5
Great place to stay super clean and friendly
- 5/5
Great stay. Will visit next airport transport.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
I stay here for convenience. Hotel shuttle to and from Denver Intl. Airport. It’s is located with other hotels. Quiet. Excellent light breakfast. The Village Restaurant is just across the way.
- 5/5
Best Accommodations in town!
- 4/5
Didn’t realize you had to pay $10 a day to park your car at the hotel you’re sleeping at
- 4/5
Room spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately the TV didn’t work.
- 4/5
A very nice hotel. In a safe neighborhood
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the morning breakfast had a good variety.
- 5/5
Love the teas Love the sugar choices Nice lobby area
- 3/5
The staff was mediocre and the breakfast area was out of coffee both times I checked . Luckily there was a 7/11 nearby . My 50 dollar “ incidental “ fee has still not credited back to my account yet . So yeah probably going to pick a different place next time .
- 3/5
Starting off they charge for parking. They tried to double charge me. Breakfast is very basic. Cereal and fruit. Just an average stay.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and a clean hotel.
- 4/5
Giving guests the Wi-Fi password when they arrive is very helpful to the guests.
- 5/5
Decent location
- 4/5
Breakfast available. Nice staff. Parking available and might or might not require fees.
- 5/5
Great property
- 4/5
Breakfast is a bagel and yogurt bar so if you got kids who are expecting the waffle bar and eggs think again. Staff was nice, room was clean but they do not turn over daily so if you need clean towels you have to call
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Clean room, parking felt safe and easy. I did not have breakfast there.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and great for a quick stay after flight issues.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable stay. Nice property - enjoyed our night
- 5/5
Clean room, had to go back to the front desk for the sofa bedding. But that’s no big deal. Over all great value and the free airport shuttle made it worth the time. Would definitely recommend if traveling solo and or with family.
- 3/5
Not really a place for a business traveler. They provided a stool instead of a proper desk chair. There wasn't even a pen in the room. The breakfast was barely better than a vending machine. Closet (if you could call it that) only had a half dozen or so hangers. Floors creaked. Sink was in the room, not the bathroom. The only positive was the wireless chargers on the desk and night stand. Granted, it was cheap. This should have been an indication. There are a lot of hotels in the immediate vicinity and next time, I will choose one of those.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean and well maintained.
- 5/5
The check-in was very professional and efficient, the room was spotless and comfortable. We had an early flight, and they took care of the shuttle scheduling the night before. This stay went without a hitch. Very good.
- 5/5
Everything was as expected. Clean room, nice staff. The shuttle was on time. Very convenient when you just need a room close to the airport.
- 3/5
Shower had not been cleaned well as there were areas where the grout was black. Do NOT trust the time allocation for the shuttle service. I booked a 5:30am pickup; the shuttle arrived at 5:45am as the driver had 3 pickup sports. and once I had been picked up the driver had another pickup stop to make before heading to the airport. The driver was nice but his driving was too fast, swerving in lanes, slamming on brakes, etc. We arrived at the airport at 6:00am. I should have taken a Lyft.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed their help, and we appreciated their excellent service. Our lunch was great. The location was great for visiting CU, although there's no non-valet parking. We would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Very basic and minimalist but very clean and affordable. Would book again for sure!
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff fine. The airport shuttle was late. I was suprised with a $50 fee for possible damage??? I assume it will be refunded.
- 1/5
Not happy with having a price, getting to location.... having to pay deposit of 50dlls. Plus paying for parking.
- 5/5
There is no coffeemaker or cattle in the room, but free coffee and tea at reception area.
- 4/5
Good for the basic over night sleep
- 5/5
Desk clerk so pleasant ad helpful, easy check in ans out and the parking was reasonable and shuttle good :-)
- 4/5
Friendly Staff
- 5/5
My only suggestion is to put coffe makers in the rooms.
- 5/5
Friendly front desk receptionist, clean rooms.
- 5/5
I only spent one night at the hotel, but everything was nice. The lobby is very cute, and clean. The breakfast was decent, nothing too big, just good enough to hold you over. My rm was clean as well
- 4/5
Good location and price. Needs renovation and a better breakfast
- 5/5
The staff was so nice and they were very accommodating.
- 5/5
Lovely place and staff
- 4/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
great but spartan!
- 2/5
Old and cheap.
- 3/5
Very clean, staff friendly. Surprised by $11/night parking fee & even more surprised by the $22 charge on my card! I arrived at 9:30 pm & left next day at 6am. (One night stay) but was charged $22 because, I guess, I checked in one day and checked out on the 2nd day. I had no time or energy to fight this charge because it is an independent company that manages the parking fee. I won’t be staying at this hotel again.
- 5/5
The staff was incredibly nice, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again…
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. Nice gym.
- 4/5
The room had no power either. For real, no power. I was so tired after skiing i just put up with it.
- 5/5
Such a cute property. Breakfast was unique and delicious. The shuttle was great.
- 4/5
Big rooms
- 5/5
Easy, clean and
- 1/5
The staff were good shuttle was good but room was not cleaned and yeah
- 4/5
the property overall was clean. Limited breakfast. The airport shuttle was timely. Overall decent stay.
- 4/5
The rooms have everything you need although it’s definitely budget carpet and couch. Shutttle service is good and staff was very helpful. They should have microwaves in the room since they sell frozen food downstairs.
- 3/5
The hotel is OK. It’s very basic with no frills. No coffee pot or microwave in the room. There is a mini fridge. There are no easily accessible outlets by the nightstands and no USB ports anywhere. I struggled to plug into the outlet behind the headboard. Blankets are thin and the pillows are very flimsy. Towels aren’t plush. The breakfast was OK. It’s clean and mostly quiet given it’s by the airport. Just your basic room good for a one night stay.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the furnishings was basic. No frills here. For the charge, this was a good spot for an overnight layover.
- 5/5
Great location for my sporting event.
- 3/5
You have to pay to park, ($11) night. Couldn't hook up to the wifi unless you filled out a bunch of paperwork. I think you have to be a Hilton member for free WiFi, but I could be wrong. Won't be staying there again.
- 1/5
Chose this motel because there was round trip shuttle to the airport. Big mistake! We left our vehicle over the weekend to come back and find it had been broken into. The door lock was broken. No cameras at this motel. I highly recommend not staying here or leaving a vehicle in their parking lot for even a night.
- 3/5
The low rating on the Staff is not for the Front Desk Staff. They were very polite and helpful. This issue was the cleaning staff tapping a card on the door ealry in the morning even though the "Do Not Disturbe" sign was on the door. They did this several timdes during my stay. The beds were comfortable, but the rooms are a little tired.
- 5/5
It was wonderful
- 5/5
Great stay, clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, organized shuttle.
- 3/5
Price for parking has increased to $11/night and you must pay for it separately. Room had a bad smell when we checked in
- 4/5
Shuttle should run more early morning hours. Safe well lit parking to leave vehicle for multiple days.
- 1/5
House keeping went knocking and opened our door at 8:02am. There was no do not disturb signs for us to put out.
- 3/5
The floors are so thin. We could hear every sound
- 5/5
Nice airport hotel. Good complimentary breakfast. Easy airport shuttle. Our driver was nice.
- 5/5
Very nice rooms.
- 3/5
every one should be aware they charge 11.00 a dayto park your car at the DIA spark hilton.
- 5/5
The room and amenities were great but there was a Wi-Fi issue which affects the TV service. They were able to get the service by up later that evening.
- 4/5
The room was spotless, bed was good. Just couldn’t figure out why there was only one ice machine on the 3rd floor???
- 5/5
Convenient nice and clean
- 4/5
We were there just overnight, the room was exactly what we needed. The breakfast really lacked though and did not have any hot selections like most hotel breakfasts have.
- 5/5
Clean Room and good place to stay before flying out.
- 2/5
I wouldn’t stay here again. While it is affordable, the front desk only has one staffer who can’t possibly keep up. The walls are thin, you hear people next door and on the floor above. There isn’t even a chair for the desk. Not even a pen or pad. The sheets are all flimsy synthetic. Hilton is overdoing it being way too cheap.
- 5/5
Great customer service, room was clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Staff is extremely friendly and customer centric. An excellent selection for breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean , comfortable, great breakfast
- 5/5
Super confortables and clean
- 3/5
Staff was great. Paying for parking was unexpected especially considering the parking lot was in poor condition with tons of potholes, glass, and a dead bird. I'll never stay at Hilton again because of the ICE response but I know you don't care about that.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, modern and a relaxed atmosphere
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
Nickel and dimed you.
- 4/5
The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff was very pleasant. Overall a great stay
- 5/5
Todo
- 4/5
The room and staff was good.
- 1/5
Room had a spider crawling around
- 1/5
Terrible
- 4/5
Courteous Staff, Continental Breakfast sufficient spacious room. But the room was not entirely clean. There was popcorn, bottle caps / can lid under the sofa. The water was not draining in the wash basin.
- 5/5
Room was very nice, very clean
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
Very clean rooms
- 4/5
Newly Renovated Hotel
- 5/5
Very clean an comfortable. Beware…you need to pay for parking.
- 5/5
Yes, spotless
- 3/5
Was okay
- 3/5
All good. Difficult parking.
- 5/5
Nice staff. Clean room.
- 5/5
They treated me great the night shift manager was very helpful
- 5/5
Great place
- 1/5
They gave away our room, put us in another that didn’t work for our family. Used bathroom items in the trash can, not clean.
- 2/5
I left the room clean and they still attempted to charge my card the ($50) damage deposit. At 6:45a I had to ask if they offered eggs. They then brought out had boiled eggs. The yogurt is only available from a soft serve dispenser.
- 3/5
Not enough parking for people leaving their vehicles - walls paper thin - even on 3rd floor lots of noise. Rooms were clean.
- 4/5
Things went smooth
- 1/5
Waited at check in for over 10 minutes before anyone arrived. Entire floor smelled of smoke. Water was cold in shower. Refrigerator was not cold
- 3/5
Left to early for breakfast.overall stay was very good, I’d just had never had to pay to park at a hotel I was staying at.
- 5/5
Clean room, super comfy bed, great breakfast!
- 5/5
Breakfast could have been better, like more protein, but was still ok
- 3/5
The room was fine- Paying to park, when not going to the airport is quite ridiculous. And there is NO hot tub
- 5/5
Very nice hotel with friendly staff
- 5/5
Everything was great about my stay. Except it was odd there wasn't any microwaves to use. Not even one in the main area. But other than this it was great. Definitely would come back
- 5/5
clean room, but simple breakfast
- 5/5
Clean room, no frills, good value and great for an early flight to DÍA
- 3/5
3rd night the ac strated to having trouble. f1 error on it. which was notified to the front desk early morning. we got back that night at almost 11pm and the ac had the same issue. we had to stayed the 2 nights left with no ac. thank God the weather was not that bad.
- 5/5
Deborah at the front desk is actually extraordinary. Very impressed with my interactions with her. She should be commended. Also, the hotel is incredibly quiet and very comfortable. And I continue to be more and more impressed. Thank you.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff were always nice and helpful. They fully explained how to pay for parking. The beds were comfortable and there was minimal outside noise. Its perfect if you want to stay on then outskirts of Denver because it’s only a few minutes drive (no traffic) to downtown and a few minutes to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal Nature Preserve. Several restaurants and a Sprouts market are less than 5 minutes.
- 3/5
Parking is paid additionally. Breakfast had limited variety and they use cheap plastic cutlery. Exhaust in toilet not working
- 5/5
Front desk was extremely helpful, polite and efficient
- 5/5
Room was great, staff amazing-thank you!
- 5/5
Very clean, attentive staff, comfortable, quiet
- 5/5
Everything was good.

Everything was amazing!
- 4/5
Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet
- 4/5
I was not a fan, but that’s cool
- 4/5
Was not spotless but was still very good.
- 5/5
Yes.
- 5/5
All went well thanks.
- 3/5
Had to pay for parking. The breakfast was awful
- 5/5
Comfy and clean. Great place to stay.
- 3/5
Overall, it was very good. The check-in was the best part. The gal at the front desk was wonderful.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Room was clean. 5 stars
- 5/5
The room was cozy and comfortable. It was spotless and so clean. It was so homey. Breakfast encompassed various choices which was great. They had a continuous supply of coffee even Decaf which was a great addition.
- 1/5
Our car got broken into and so did several others. No help from the front desk. No Camaras in the parking lot but you have to pay a fee. If I pay, I expect there is some kind of security to the area.
- 4/5
Spark by Hilton is a group of renovated hotels. They did a nice job with this older building. The staff was great, from shuttle driver to front desk. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Not a lot of amenities in the room & a bit different to have the vanity & sink basically in the room; not a part of the actual bathroom. Overall tho, I would definitely choose to stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was attentive and friendly, easy stay for an early flight!
- 5/5
Great room and friendly staff!
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay and it was convenient for me to get around Denver. Thanks
- 5/5
Yes, we enjoyed are stay
- 3/5
I think this hotel should be called "Sparks Spartan" No coffee machine in the room??? They say coffee available 24 hours, but what if you don't want to go to the lobby in your jammies? Oh well, price was low and staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Perfect for a quick stopover. Nice airport shuttle.
- 5/5
Overall it was a good experience, and would definitely there again.
- 5/5
Amazing Hotel, would have like more variety for breakfast
- 5/5
Staff was very good
- 4/5
The room was quite pleasant and Clean.
- 2/5
They charge you for parking which is ridiculous and I had zero hot water the 2nd morning of my stay. Lame!
- 3/5
I was disappointed to find parking was an additional 11.00 and it was not an obvious charge
- 5/5
Staff was so nice, this is always my go to travel hotel!
- 5/5
Clean and kind
- 3/5
Absolute unit Room just so so. The clerk was very pleasant and helpful.
- 4/5
Blah blah blah
- 2/5
The process for paying for parking was such a pain. Took forever using multiple devices. Room had a weird revving noise all night.
- 5/5
this was one of my best stays ever the staff was great. The room was great. The setting was great. I loved everything about this place.
- 4/5
Na
- 5/5
Room was a good size, had a smart TV so we could login to our streaming accounts, comfy bed & good A/C. Breakfast included tasty bagels, cereal, & hard boiled eggs. Bathroom was tiny. Having to pay for parking was ridiculous.
- 4/5
Room was clean. The staff was very friendly!
- 5/5
Front desk while completely absent for at least 5 minutes,(not her fault), was so friendly and accommodating. She was obviously left at the front desk alone, but she did so good and helped out and was friendly and I really appreciated it.
- 3/5
Room was clean but was very noisy the entire night, breakfast was very limited with just bagels and bananas. Price paid was on par with what you get there.
- 3/5
Parking should be included in the price. Perhaps you should charge for the shuttle instead of charging those who don't use it. At very least, charge for parking at check in. Having to get to and use another site to pay is a pain and took longer than check in. It seems to add insult to injury.
- 4/5
Room was very clean, ck in and out very pleasant, staff very nice. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. It would have gotten 5 stars but for the blatant money grab for parking. I'm already paying well over $100 for (at most) 20 hours of shelter, and the audacity to charge another $10 for parking is really shifty and off putting. I absolutely get it if I leave my car there while I travel, fine, charge for that, but to charge on top of the room night when the location is literally in open fields with PLENTY of space all around is just a money grab. It's disappointing and will definitely factor in to any decision to stay there again. A great experience ruined for petty greed.
- 2/5
Noisy
- 4/5
Thanks for an easy check-in.
- 3/5
Everything was ok! Nothing was bad but nothing was good
- 1/5
After that, I contacted the chat, and they replied, “the lady at the front desk said she already spoke with you.” Still, she told me in a nicer way that there was nothing she could do. I think it’s unfair that I couldn’t get my money back for a place where I didn’t spend the night — not because of my fault, but because of unforeseen circumstances — and on top of that, to receive poor customer service and be told I needed to speak with “Expedia.” Do not stay at this place unless you’re absolutely sure, otherwise you won’t get a refund.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean basic hotel .
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and courteous.
- 3/5
The hotel is not much. Basic everything. Have to pay for parking. Don’t recommend.
- 3/5
Always stay in Hilton brand, but this one looks more like a Inn Is new, clean but “cheap look”
- 5/5
Quiet and comfortable very nice staff!
- 5/5
Me gustó la tranquilidad y un lugar muy bien limpio
- 5/5
The only things l don't like pay parking .
- 5/5
Great breakfast. The only complaint was noise outside the hotel - trash truck, police lights, etc. Everything else was great!
- 5/5
Receptionist was very nice in the evening and the morning.
- 5/5
Very friendly front desk staff. Comfortable bed. Clean room. The free hot tea in lobby was so perfect after a long travel day. The oatmeal and toppings at breakfast was perfect. The free transportation to/from airport was ideal. I’ll stay here again when I need to fly out of DIA.
- 5/5
Good for a short airport stay
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Breakfast was good healthy choices
- 1/5
I have no problem with the property itself as it is quite nice. My problem is when my room door is opened in the middle of the
- 5/5
Very comfortable.
- 5/5
Great check-in , polite friendly staff, clean spacious room. Close to airport & gas station to refuel rental car
- 5/5
The only thing I disliked was having to pay for parking
- 3/5
The property and room were very clean but I found the decorating style and furnishings very austere. It didn't feel comfortable to me.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Nice place, great customer service
- 4/5
Room and n property new and clean staff friendly
- 3/5
Was not impressed with the Parking fee on top of the hotel stay fee. Was not aware that a parking fee was necessary on top of the reservation.
- 5/5
Staff very helpful and kind, lovely people
- 4/5
The hotel breakfast was good. The stay was good. Less thrilled about the $10 a night parking fee (all the hotels participate in this money grab fee)
- 5/5
Very nice hotel
- 4/5
Room was ready and clean but breakfast needs to improve and some changes on a daily basis. Hot water not hot most of the time and likewise coffee. Very limited food selection for breakfast.
- 1/5
Tried to move reservation dates no one to call will book direct next tome
- 5/5
Great location and service was amazing ,
- 5/5
5 stars

We waited at door 512 for the shuttle like they said and were with 1 other guest. But the shuttle stopped at door 514 and a large group arrived and boarded before us. When we figured it out we were told the shuttle was full and to wait for the next one in half an hour even though we had been waiting the longest. When we checked in, she said "grab a water" and then charged us for it. When we got to our room, the TV didn't work. I noticed it was unplugged. I plugged it in but I guess the remote batteries were dead. I went back to the desk to get batteries and it was a different girl. he said the maintenance guy was gone and she didn't have batteries. She said she had to change our room if we wanted to watch TV. In the morning we woke up to 3 large yellow jackets in our room buzzing around the window, my girlfriend freaked out. We went to breakfast @ 9:00. They were out of many items even though it goes until 10. I will not stay at Sparks again.
- 4/5
Nice, clean hotel with a decent breakfast. A comfortable stay although the cell reception in and around the hotel is not great. Also they make you pay for parking but there is free street parking nearby.
- 4/5
It's one thing if someone wants to park long term, but not for overnight!
- 2/5
The shuttle from the airport was super easy and convenient. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Check in was subpar when the front desk person had to look up from their phone to talk to me. I will add though, the next mornings front desk person made up for it. She was super helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendy an great location
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice!
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
I honestly can’t complain about this place. For the price it was a great stay. They met all my needs and I the staff were very attentive and helpful.
- 3/5
Breakfast was nice. I wish a coffeemaker or microwave were in the room. Its nice to relax with a hot coffee or hot tea after unpacking or around bedtime. By the time you fix it in the lobby and return to room its cold. Also not going to lobby in bedclothes! Staff ok, but a little condescending when i needed assistance with tech on checkin.
- 3/5
I had to ask about sheets for the sofa bed and I was informed that I would have to go down to the lobby to get my sheets. Then I had to make my own bed. The nice lady said that was not her job to bring the sheets up to me. Was a little disappointed at that.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and helpful, coffee is available in the lobby 24 hours, close to parking options for the airport, and beds were comfy.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location. Shuttle to airport was flawless. Driver was great. Price was right. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Staff was helpful. Charged twice for parking- should not be charged AT all for overnight stay. Abundance of spaces .
- 3/5
Ok, so The bird crap on the patio was a little disappointing. But my real complaint is they subcontract out the parking, which is just a pain in the ass to have to register and pay outside of the room payment. It was extremely aggravating after traveling for 10 hours. And then they had the nerve to call me in my room to say the shuttle was leaving if I wasn’t down in 3 minutes when the clock in the room said I had 15 minutes. Front desk attendant told me that we’re not responsible for setting the correct time on the room clocks! Then, at 12:30 AM, I called for a shuttle back and was told I’d have to wait until 1:30 AM because the shuttle just left and could not turn around to pick me up. It turns out they subcontracted the shuttle out as well, and driver told me he has 5 hotels to take care of. This place is far from Hilton standards, I recommend finding somewhere else to stay.
- 2/5
We booked this hotel to save a little before an early morning flight, but it ended up being disappointing. The stay came with extra charges for parking, and the room itself had moths and ants. Unfortunately, this is not a place we would choose again.
- 4/5
Breakfast was basics cold and hot cereal. Rooms were clean.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 1/5
I did not stay. I could not get there because of a delayed flight and resulting missed connection. I asked for a refund. You refused, because I could only provide about 20 hours’ notice - not 24, because I did not know in time. Horrible, disappointing, greedy behavior. I did not cancel, because why would I? So you could be paid twice? I will not use you again.
- 3/5
The room and breakfast were fine. My complaint is that I didn't like being nickel and dimed for parking. If you want to charge for parking, roll it into the room rate and compete with the other nearby hotels on an apples-to-apples basis.
- 5/5
My room was fabulous, and the staff was very helpful and considerate
- 3/5
Paying for parking after I just paid close to $200 for a room was disconcerting. $10? Really? Oh, and the breakfast at Spark hotels SUCKS. If I knew it was just toast your own bagels I would have went back to Drury. A hot breakfast is a real treat when traveling. Room was satisfactory.
- 3/5
Room was clean but sparsely furnished. No coffee maker, no chair only a stool, no microwave. Beds were comfortable. Had to pay for parking, which was surprising for an area with lots of open space around it. Minimal parking out front with limited access to the building from the back lot. No back entrance and no signage as to where the entrance was. The side entrance I found in the dark only had stairs. Staff was mixed, some friendly some not depending in the shift. Breakfast had a good amount of cold items (eggs were cold hard boiled) with a toaster available. Heavy on carbs but had the eggs and yogurt for protein. So very basic hotel that was clean, but would pick a different airport hotel next time.
- 3/5
One would expect a first-class experience in a hotel with the name Hilton on the wall, but this is their attempt to cheapen up the product and increase profit based on brand recognition. First thing in the door is they will charge you $10 extra to park there, although it is a rural setting where space is not a premium. Then they seal coat half the parking lot but don't limit reservations, so there is no parking available. The room is quite nice and reasonably quiet unless you are near the elevator, which scrapes the floor and vibrates your bed every time it opens and closes 24/7. But at least, you suppose, the breakfast will be great in the morning? Cold cereal, toast and hard boiled eggs - more like a Days Inn at twice the price. Won't be staying there again.
- 2/5
This hotel has absolutely no insulation apparently because you hear everything in the hall, parking lot, next door. I was woken up hourly by someone talking or running through the hall. People should also know you have to pay for parking and try do not even give a bottle of water in the room. Would never stay here again!
- 5/5
Attentive staff
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Very accommodating
- 5/5
proximity to the airport & parking
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. Air conditioned room. Hot shower. Breakfast was mid, but can’t complain; the coffee, bagel, and oatmeal got the job done. Didn’t like that I had to pay $11 to park the car outside. Enjoyed how close to the airport the hotel was.
- 3/5
Okay airport hotel, but sheets for the sofa bed were not clean.
- 3/5
This is about as basic as basic can get but still updated. But good value go the money.
- 1/5
I’m in another city with my wife after traveling all night and now don’t have a room. Had to go 30 miles north to get a room.
- 5/5
As we were looking for a place to stay the night before flying out, we stayed here. It worked perfectly, close to airport, very clean, reasonable price, room well designed. We will stay here again.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 3/5
Toilet feels like you are going to sit on floor! No backup toilet paper. Only one washcloth. No microwave. They won't accept cash payments.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, newer clean hotel within walking distance of a good restaurant. Easy shuttle to/from airport
- 4/5
The surprise fee to park on the property I think is crap. Why would parking be an additional charge? Clerk at desk tells me the parking is managed by someone else. I don't really care... I paid for a room and assume it includes parking. Especially when I am parking on the same property the building is on. Overall the facility is real nice and the room was great. Parking fee, not so much.
- 4/5
free parking. clean room
- 4/5
Was disappointed that they charged for parking. I wasn't aware of that until after booking. Probably would have chosen somewhere else if we had known
- 5/5
Super clean, quiet, and right near the airport. There's tons of dining options nearby as well as gas stations for you to cap off your rental car. We were glad to take a chance on this new line of hotels, and we'll do it again next time!
- 5/5
The breakfast was good with a variety of foods. The room was comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Wake up call was 20 min late. Thankfully my first alarm went off at correct time.
- 5/5
Nice location, very clean.
- 4/5
They charge you to park. It wasn’t added to our bill. The lady at the desk said “ just scan the QR code on the counter and pay.” I had to create an account in order to pay for parking. I don’t think I should have to pay to park. It was one night. It was not a park n fly. It was very inconvenient to have to create an account and pay that way. If you want to charge for parking why not just add it to the bill. The room was nice but they only left us one washcloth. The breakfast was so-so. Didn’t have milk for the cereal. Had to go ask for it and then was told it was by the cereal but it wasn’t.
- 4/5
I thought it felt very clean and it’s so convenient to be right by the airport. It was also convenient to be in walking distance to the 7 eleven.
- 4/5
Hotel was perfect for a short stay to explore Denver. Eating options nearby and a 35 minute flat walk to the Denver transit system (61st & Pena station). Hotel was clean and functional. Good breakfast. Aircon system is very noisy. Overall a great stay.
- 4/5
Staff were friendly, room was clean, shower was hot. Exactly what you need from an airport hotel.
- 5/5
Staff is very professional and caring
- 5/5
Neat and clean rooms, proximity to the airport, gas station and 7/11 near by.
- 1/5
The toilet is loose and moves when you sit on it. Parking in a basic lot is an extra fee and you can only pay through an app. You have to log onto hotel paid internet to access the paid parking app. No Microwave in the room.
- 3/5
Breakfast was nice.
- 4/5
Breakfast not very appetizing
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Lo unico es que cobran el parquiadero
- 4/5
Easy access to DIA
- 5/5
Great place to stay for overnight airport stop
- 5/5
Very close to Denver Airport. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming
- 5/5
Cool decor. Shuttle service. Very clean
- 3/5
Stayed because we had to. Unexpected flight cancellation. We were able to book a room and the front desk staff was nice considering how busy it was. Rooms were so bare bone that even basic amenities like coffee pot not provided. Room had a sofa bed but no sheets/blankets/pillows for it. Had to wait an hour to get it and be able to make the bed. Just overall not a comfortable stay
- 5/5
It was very nice. The frontdesk Employee was fabulous (Vanessa)
- 1/5
They are mean and I inspected charges and the breakfast will suck all old food only banana and orange juice and muffin. Nothing else. I don’t want anybody to go there.
- 4/5
the property was clean and organized and staff were super friendly and helpful. The only concern was the room service comes in every other day, which is inconvenient for anyone staying for a few nights. The room was spacious, but my only concern was the A/C unit very noisy. overall, it was a great budget hotel for layover near the airport.
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
We had a great experience staying with Sparke! The safe was very nice and everything was perfect. We would stay here again
- 2/5
Neighbor in nwxt room was shouting the whole day
- 2/5
Seemed cheaply built, floors squealed when walked on. Cheap Walmart furniture. Definitely not Hilton caliber.
- 4/5
Dining options were close, no microwave in room or coffee maker
- 5/5
We were there just briefly. We checked in late & were up early for a flight. It was a nice stay. The welcome gift was appreciated as was the airport shuttle. The room was clean & comfortable.
- 5/5
My husband and I were there for 1 night, met our needs, clean, quiet, and shuttle to airport.
- 3/5
Standard accommodations for a night before flying home. Nothing fancy
- 5/5
We had a very early flight so Spark hotel was super convenient to get to the airport early.
- 3/5
Making reservation and welcome was great. Room clean and spacious. But no reading lights so I had to move easy chair over to floor lamp. Breakfast OK, nothing noteworthy. And shuttle OK coming from Airport, but going to airport it was 10 min late and one couple already were bumped off earlier shuttle (too full) and finally took a ride share to airport.
- 5/5
A quick overnight stay to catch an early flight. Clean and convenient good value.
- 2/5
Classify Spark as the "Econo Lodge" of Hilton brands.
- 5/5
Good clean hotel near airport
- 4/5
Kind & clean
- 5/5
I came in late due to a delayed flight at the airport so my stay was brief. The woman working night shift at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The room had a comfortable bed with modern decor. Best of all the room was very clean. The shuttle to and from the airport was very efficient and friendly drivers. The gentleman late at night was full of knowledge about the area.
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. The only down side was you have to pay to park in their own parking lot for the building. I dont know how such a thing got started or why we put up with it
- 3/5
Meh, it was okay.
- 5/5
Great.
- 1/5
The place is not worth a single star rating. Not only do they need to train their front desk personnel on hospitality and professionalism but how to properly address concerns. Left me in a room with a broken toilet.
- 3/5
The overall stay was fine. However, the additional $10 fee for parking was unexpected and in my opinion unnecessary. There was ample parking and the hotel is located in a suburban area. As a result, I won't stay at a Spark hotel again.
- 5/5
I wish parking was free
- 5/5
Close to the airport
- 4/5
Clean, friendly staff, convenient location
- 4/5
Overall, I give it a 4/5 for the convenience and location.
- 5/5
Breakfast is very simple oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, fruit and muffins. They had gluten free bagels. Great coffee and tea bar available 24/7. No pool.
- 3/5
Dennis Fox
- 5/5
I never left the property, so have no idea about the area around the hotel, however, I was very comfortable during my stay. The bedding, towels were soft. The room was pleasant. The coffee was fresh.
- 4/5
The location was convenient for the places I was visiting nearby. Had issues with the digital key and check-out, neither of which were available. I also had issues with my room card not working on two of the days I was there and I had to repeatedly get it rekeyed. The one day I had housekeeping, they didn't clean the sink, which was disappointing.
- 5/5
Check-in was very quick and efficient. Deborah was very friendly and accomodating. She provided me with a chair to sit at the desk in my room since the room comes with a hassock.
- 2/5
Below expectations. $10 charge for parking is a hidden fee that is completely unnecessary. Breakfast was very poor. Adequate but below our expectations.
- 5/5
Super clean rooms and excellent service. We had forgotten to pack a couple of things, and the front desk person provided them to us. Really convenient!
- 5/5
Nice place, good room
- 4/5
Clean and easy to get to, quick to get to DIA. Car did get broke into on second night there, nothing was taken.... but still.. So I wouldn't recommend the parking safety.
- 4/5
Only stayed from late one night to early the next morning because of a cancelled flight. Airport transfer was a little jumbled but ok. Place and staff was nice.
- 3/5
Smells like dog pie
- 1/5
I will never stay at a Hilton ever again, do yourself a favor spend an extra $10 and go to Hyatt. It is superior to the Hilton brand and it is kitty corner from this particular location. They charge you $10 a night to park your car. The breakfast is mediocre. The coffee is absolutely horrific and you can hear everything and everybody in any room I know because I’ve stayed there multiple times to give Hilton brand a chance and I will never do it again.
- 5/5
Excellent
