Bartender very professional, very good service with my drink/meal Transport from DIA was horrible, waited for shuttle for 45 min. Next day talked to man who said he was in charge of transportation, very rude, interrupted me. I traveled 33 weeks/year for 20 years, very aware of how shuttles work. I was questioned as to whether “I was in the right spot” at the airport (I was) the hotel itself was very nice, but unlikely to stay at this hotel when I return to Denver given the poor customer service re: transportation

I stayed at this DoubleTree in Denver for four nights, and the level of service was extremely disappointing. Despite making two separate requests, my room was never freshened up during my stay. Housekeeping simply did not follow through. To make matters worse, I had to repeatedly request coffee refills for my room every single day. Something as basic as keeping the in-room coffee stocked should not require daily follow-up from a guest. As a loyal Hilton customer, I expect a much higher standard of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this hotel fell well short of those expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property and will not be staying here again.

The room was not fully cleaned. You have to pay to park there, even as a guest. There is no pool, as advertised. They charge you an additional $50 fee that they claim will be refunded, but refuse to give you any receipt for the additional payments. Staff was rude and if you weren't a pilot or flight crew (we witnessed other interactions as well), they treated you poorly. The staff was also put out if you ordered food to be delivered, and it was not from their adjacent restaurant that was seriously overpriced and NOT kid friendly.

This hotel was decent but nothing special. Read carefully regarding continental breakfast. It says continental breakfast "available" which means you can purchase in the attached restuarant. It is not free. Also, there is no coffee availble in the lobby. They give you a few K cups in the room. They save a few bucks but you end up paying. Especially if you have a family that would like to eat breakfast.

The welcoming gentleman at the reception desk was so very nice during our midnight check in following a flight delay. Our only problem was very slow morning breakfast service which meant we had ten minutes to consume an entire meal before catching a shuttle for the terminal.

Cigarette ashes in the back of the coffee machine, though I blame people just being nasty more than I do any staff. Parking is paid and expensive in the lot, though there's not really any reason for it. This isn't a downtown location. Good stay overall though.

The shades were broken in my room and the ac was not working so not a good nights rest.

We were traveling with young children and stayed in the suite so the adults could stay up a bit later. In the photos, the space with the couch and secondary tv appeared to be separate but in reality it is right next to the beds which meant lights out for everyone at the same time. Overall, the room was clean and beds were comfortable, but there were little quirks like no trash in the bathroom and the toilet paper mounted so far from the toilet that my child couldn't reach.

Woke at 4 a.m. to get to the airport and found a $18 ticket on my windshield for overnight parking. Not once did anyone at the hotel mention that guests are expected to pay for parking. Never again.

Everything was exactly what we needed in order to have a refreshing night’s sleep before heading out on an international trip early the next morning. Bed was comfy, room and facilities clean. We enjoyed use of the lounge even though we learned that they did not offer a happy hour, as advertised on the website. The bar tender was very friendly. We will stay again if we have an early flight. Free transportation to the airport was a huge plus.

Hotel shuttle only transports hotel guests to the airport. If you are planning to go to a lot of activities, you may want to consider staying downtown where there is free shuttle service around downtown. The hotel staff recommended Metro Taxi #616 drove me and my family around Denver, lying to us about Burlington being the closest retail store to the Denver airport. Then driver #616 pretended not to know where Double Tree by Hilton was located. He missed several exits. Double Tree staff stated they use Metro Taxi all the time. The taxi driver #616 was the one person that almost ruined our trip. We used Uber the remainder of our trip, prices were much more reasonable and trips were less scary. I don't blame the hotel; some taxi drivers are just greedy and know when you are from out of town. Denver is beautiful city and has a lot of tourist attractions. We enjoyed the Ball Arena [Miami vs Colorado soccer game], Denver Aquarium, Denver Comedy Underground, D'Corazon Mexican Restaurant, Double Tree by Hilton served breakfast, lunch, dinner. I cannot wait to return.

It was a bit embarrassing as i was short $10 in my account for the hold . It was my END of the trip close to the airport booking . We had figure it out. The front desk girl was great! Shuttle service to and from airport was spot on and exceeded our expectations. Wish i could rate the breakfast but unfortunately we had a an early flight and breakfast serves 6am to 9am . If we should come to Colorado area again this would be our hotel stay. Side note remote for tv needs batteries. Lol that was a fun challenge. Thank you for bringing your customer service skill set way up . Loved the vibe . We definitely appreciated it after a long trip of hiking.

the location of the property was great and the 4 am shuttle was on time .. staff for check in were not very friendly but overnight staff and maintenance were very helpful .. our heating/conditioner was very loud and having problems and though not solved maintenance happily came by 2 or 3 times to try and help us .. while the roof was clean the hotel itself in the hallways and elevator had a very funky smell .

We had to catch an early flight, so we only stayed at the hotel for about 6 hours overnight, so I can't comment on the amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. I think $18/ day for parking is outrageous, especially when we were only there for a few hours. Had I known about the charge before, I wouldn't have booked this hotel.

Excellent, helpful and kind staff. I don't have to wait very long for the airport shuttle and it was easy to take it going back to the airport. Breakfast was good and at an affordable price. I really liked the temperature in the room.

My only knock is that the room was extremely hot even though I adjusted the room temperature. Both me and my kids were unable to sleep due to the temperature.

Hotel was great. Shuttle was a bit run down (like mold from water damage and exposed internal parts of the frame). But it might be contracted. Also it for us where we were going so, no bother. The warm cookie was delish!

I booked with Expedia and by the time we checked out the Hotel took the liberty to over charge us almost $300 more then what we were quoted by Expedia. Never again!

Airport shuttle a mess! Driver didn’t keep to the schedule after midnight- so every time we called we were given the wrong information. Gave up after waiting an hour and took a Lyft. The kind front desk person helped make up for it, so appreciations to the staff in the hotel. When I saw the shuttle the next day I also realized that it is shared with Hyatt and the doubletree sticker is small… so if recommend looking carefully for the doubletree sticker and if the shuttle doesn’t come within a half hour give up, because the driver is not reliable.

It was fine for an airport hotel; had a restaurant. I was very disappointed at check in as I had booked 3 rooms with King size beds and when I checked in they told me there weren’t any available and that the system allows them to over sell king size beds. Not a good system…

It was pretty standard for what you get. I didn’t really dig the non-complimentary water bottles in the room and not having sheets and pillows available after my wife and I carried my two exhausted small children into the room after a long arduous flight. Other then that….it was Okay I guess

The hotel and room was fine. The only negative was the parking. It is managed by an outside service -- and there are no signs in the parking lot or by the back entrance alerting guest to that. So, I received a fine for not registering the car.

I didn't realize I had to pay for parking so I wish that was more clear in the listing but the amenities that were there and tv was nice. The bed wasn't as comfy and duvet showed wear. There is no free breakfast and the way the bathroom was setup there is no door between bathroom and shower. if someone is taking a shower it floods the whole bathroom, but other than it was good😊

Since I had to wake up very early to catch a flight I asked for an old fashioned wake up call to supplement my own alarm, the front desk was very obliging and set it up for me. Bathroom toiletries smelled really nice. I would rather have used liquid soap by the sink instead of bar soap but that is just a personal preference on my part. If you're old like me, don't be nervous about the "new-fangled" type of room entry. You open the door to your room using your mobile device and it's super easy and feels very secure.

The man who checked us in was not helpful and on the verge of rude. We had to pay 17.00 dollars to park overnight in their private parking lot. Our toilet stopped up and when I went downstairs to use the public restrooms there was no overhead lights. NO COOKIES!! Never again.

Free cookes upon arrival was nice! My room looked like the pictures so that was also great. I gave four stars because I had some random lives of trash or food on the floor and air vent by the window. But outside of that, great stay; I even tried the restaurant that is attached. Not bad. Also grateful for the complimentary water!

AC was on in freezing temperatures, and thermostat was not working to turn it off. Old and dirty carper on the floors. We booked it by a mistake for the second time. The first time we stayed there, we lost power for 2 hours. We almost missed our flight because of it. We packed our suitcases in pitch dark and left. The staff didn’t care at all.

If the person who checked me in had any desire to be friendly or welcoming it would have made all the difference. He ruined my opinion of the property. Disinterested, mechanical, unfriendly. Should not be customer facing.

Staff very friendly. Everything great except the room air-conditioning/heating unit. Loud, extremely forceful with chilled air, then totally off for a long period of time until the room temperature somehow reached warm enough apparently from surrounding rooms for us to start sweating under the covers, then the unit repeated the same on/off cycle all night long. We set the sleep temperature at 66, outside temperature was 45 or so.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating during my stay! I had to push back my checkout time due to flight delays and they allowed me to stay without any charge. The beds were cozy and of course I have to rave about their famous cookies. 10/10 stay!

Pleasant staff all around-hotel staff, restaurant, snd shuttle. A nice variety on menu at the restaurant and nice choices of wines. Having airport shuttle was one of my reasons I chose Double Tree, in Denver. This was my first time staying at a Double Tree Hotel. I was very pleased with my stay. Thank you! Keep doing a fantastic job!

Restroom had toilet from last person. Also, there is no ventilation in restrooms.

Shuttle was 8 min late for ride back to airport but no biggie. Room was clean and comfortable. Did not like fact that you need provide personal data in order to connect to the Wi-Fi. Cookie at check-in was nice touch. Definitely recommend this airport hotel

Staff was very friendly the whole time.

No late breakfast options at restaurant. Cane through expedia and was way over charged once I checked in compared to booking price, they cancelled expedia booking and rebooked me through the hotel. Their coffee shop was closed at 12pm? Ive stayed here before but this will likely be my last stay.

I really enjoy staying at the Doubletree because it has a restaurant and bar attached to it and everyone at the front desk is very friendly and my room was very comfortable

No refrigerator in room. No microwave in room. Room was clean and large. Same for bathroom. Staff was courteous. $16 to park is outrageous.

Everything was good!

Charging arrangements for carparking are a pain. You have to prepay separately and can’t have cost added to hotel accommodation/ restaurant bill. Then in the morning, severe told we would have to wait an hour for their shuttle to the airport.

Needed a solid hotel for a quick stay after a CU football game. Everything fine except for parking that is via QR code. Wouldn't take vehicle license plate as already registered (It was a rental). 3rd party run so no customer service with parking.

They give delicious cookies and water in room. The dining was excellent. Great advice from staff and shuttles. Parking overnight is paid so I took one star off. Room was clean except for ac unit vent blades. Otherwise highly recommend especially if flying out of DIA.

Standard hotel, nothing special. Plugged up sink, half the USB ports in the room did not work, walls and floor showed wear and tear.

The smell of sewage on the 5th floor was so pungent it took your breath away.. the counters were covered in bleach to assist with the smell and my husband shirt was ruined

Started out badly. Could not locate shuttle from the airport, and had to take a taxi. It was $48. Check in desk was very slow, owing to computer problems, but no explanation or apology was made. A pesky fly was in the lobby. Warm cookie is advertised, not offered. Room, bed and bath were very nice, although window shade was worn out and could not be raised. Gym was fine. Restaurant was good.

The hotel, facilities, room, staff were all excellent. The only thing I was unhappy about was parking fee. I was not told about it and did t show in up front price. $12 per day. Which I thought was pretty steep for outside open parking lot. I walked out to sticker in my window. Fortunately girl on duty wrote it off this time.

Checked, girl at desk was all but rude and very sarcastic. She said that i had to pay parking also, and directed me to a QR code. I asked how much it was, " i dont know" , well isnt it ur job? So i went though process of adding ALL my personal info to pay parking, app didnt show cost either, charged my card, still have no idea how much. Guess you wait til it hits your statement. No signs showing elevator in hallways, lots of signs saying what you aren't allowed to do, but only exit signs to find elevators. When i checked out in morning, the desk clerk was talking to someone , so i stood there, after 2 mins of being ignored, i just left key, no receipt for me i guess. Overall, expensive for rude employees, room was comfortable, i requested a room w a tub, got a shower , door keep sliding open, had to hold it shut and try to wash at same time. Ended up w a wet floor anyways. Overall very disappointed for a Hilton.

The room was great. Comfortable beds, spacious, and modern. The amount of USB outlets made charging all the devices really easy. 2 TVs in the room was also a big game changer especially with kids. The coat hooks and decent sized closet is a huge bonus that most affordable hotels don’t have. The front desk staff are friendly and the barista is a sweetheart. Housekeeping is great and they are on top of it! We always had fresh clean towels, they had no problem bringing additional items to the room for us, they never made our request feel like an inconvenience. The big downside was the language barrier as most housekeeping staff did not speak English and on day of checkout we had a woman try to come in our room when we were still sleeping (approx. 8am) with a “do not disturb” placard on the door. The surrounding area is great for convenience for shopping, pharmacy, gas stations, dining options, etc. Traffic is the area isn’t too bad either. Overall though, the stay was great. The restaurant had tasty food, the room was great, staff was great, and the area surrounding is really convenient.

Worst hotel experience in years. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are other comparable places nearby. My room had a damaged blackout curtain such that it was impossible to darken the room nor give privacy - i had to jury-rig a solution to the blackout not working. Even ignoring the broken toilet seat, the curtain was ridiculous - and the staff's interest in solving the problem or their dealing with hotels.com to compensate me in some way for an overpriced room has moved DOUBLETREE to my AVOID list.

We needed a hotel for the day before a flight home. Shuttle rive was great

Hotel wasn’t clean, had black mold in bathroom and room smelled like pets.

The hotel is nice, but the cleaning staff had left hair on the bathroom wall and body wash was empty. There was a used wet towel still on the rack. So cleaning was questionable.

Great property for a comfortable stay with awesome staff!

After delayed flights, we arrived at 2:30 am and were unable to check in as there was a night audit going on. We are now waiting in the lobby for a half hour while that completes. That will get us in our room for 3 am with a 10 am checkout.

This hotel offers shuttles to and from the Denver airport. The warm, chocolate chip cookies are offered at check-in, Great stay!

The A/C unit in my room did not work and the shower head was also broken. I arrived to the hotel late and there was no one there capable of fixing these issue. When I asked how the hotel planned to make things right, I was offered a free cup of coffee. I don’t drink coffee. I felt like no one cared about my experience in the slightest.

We loved our room! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We plan on booking here again when we come back to Denver.
