However, there were consistent complaints about parking charges, room temperature control issues, and poor quality of breakfast. Some guests also reported issues with housekeeping and noise levels.

The staff are absolutely not trained in hospitality. The bar staff were very rude and untrained. It most importantly the hotel is NOT clean. A really awful experience. The parking lot is quite the challenge.
- 3/5
I don't have a lot to say, but the staff kept me waiting for a long time to check in. When it was my turn, they let others interrupt, causing a longer delay with check in than I consider acceptable. I would not likely return based on my complete experience.
- 1/5
The tv didn’t work; there was dust visible in places. There was a hole in the wall where the cable was plugged in. The shower drained poorly. For what I paid for this room this was a horrible experience
- 5/5
Food excellent, bed perfect. Parking a bit overpriced.
- 5/5
Other then Housekeeping (never saw) the hotel staff were amazing
- 5/5
The breakfast, while good, was limited. Not much around to eat within walking distance but within a short drive. Staff was excellent and the rooms were clean. Just not much was available without a car. 4.8 out of 5
- 5/5
Bed was very comfortable Needing a hotel key to get into the elevator area from the garage. It was before I had checked in, so I didn’t have a key yet. Luckily another guest was kind enough to let me in
- 5/5
I must say checking into the hotel with Isabella was very comforting to say the least.
- 5/5
Simple facilities and clean rooms.
- 2/5
Overall the place and service are fine. The toilet in our room did not work properly and basically allowed a flush about 30 minutes apart. This was not fixed when we reported it.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
very centrally located and very cozy
- 3/5
Didn't like the parking very small area. This place really needs updated rooms, and room had e sewer smell
- 4/5
Rooms were clean, parking is kind of weird as they don’t tell you what parking garage is for what area.
- 5/5
I liked how easy the parking was to figure out and the staff was very friendly and assisted me with all my questions!! my room was also very clean and comfortable. Location was also amazing for my travel purpose!!!! My only complaint was that the parking garage elevators were on the other side from my room but it wasn’t that bad.
- 3/5
The location was great The rooms got hot at night. Set the thermostat to 70 and the temperature got up to 79 while trying to sleep. Made it difficult and uncomfortable to wake up because it was so warm. The shower looked dirty/stained. Unsure if it was discolored or it was paint peeling from an attempt to renovate it. Also we were told we’d have early check in and then were told it wasn’t available. If it’s an offered “upgrade” that’s an extra charge as well, it’s a bit disappointing when it’s not available…

Parking was awful and the pot smell was horrible…disrespectful guests annoy me. All staff we encountered were friendly and I’d stay again.
- 3/5
The shower floor was filthy, worse than a public shower.
- 4/5
I am a business traveler. This hotel has everything you need, including an on-site restaurant which was good so I didn’t have to try to find a place to eat. The room was fine, very quiet. The pool area is very nice. My only issue was the weird hallway smell. It’s time for that carpet to come on out!
- 3/5

- 4/5
This was a nice hotel and well maintained. The area around it was not quite as nice as we expected though and breakfast was not included. Overall, it was a convenient and good choice for us though.
- 4.5/5
My room was in a great location of the hotel. I loved the workout facilities. The breakfast restaurant has some really tasty options. My biggest gripe is that there were mornings when there wasn't a host at the breakfast restaurant. Also, there should be more than one person working the dinner restaurant.

The hotel is on a busy thoroughfare with a Target and Chik-Fil-A across the street. The hotel restaurant had a range of selections for dinner and breakfast but is not open for lunch. Staff was friendly and helpful and responded quickly to questions or requests in person or through text. The bed was comfortable and bathroom amenities adequate. Be aware there is no microwave in the room, only off the lobby in the little shop. It’s on a lower shelf and you practically have to kneel down to use it. Our mountainview room had a nice view of the mountains.
- 4/5
I traveled with friends, and they arrived before me so I arranged for one of them to check in. They were able to check in, but something must have happened in the system bc the next day we had another guest have access to our room. Luckily we were in the room (and clothed) when the new guests tried to enter, and we went to the front desk to remedy the situation. The attendant apologized for the error but didn’t offer anything else to remedy the situation. With that, I think there was a billing error because my friend was charged for one night and I was charged for the other, even though I arranged for payment to be on my card, which caused some confusion.
- 4/5
Lovely hotel. Great view of creek. Clean rooms.
- 4/5
The first night our room was not accessible for my wife's walker, could not get into restroom. Next day given a ADA room but not 2 beds, the roll a way made it difficult to go through the room.

Not sure if the problem is Expedia or the hotel itself Hotel description is deceptive states that self Park is available does not tell you that it costs $17 per night to park your car rooms do not have a microwave rooms also do not have modern coffee pots I also tried to reschedule my stay for a different time and they wanted to charge me 100% cancellation fee
- 3/5
Great people but the room AC was really loud. Also, housekeeping forgot to leave us a full array of fresh towels.
- 5/5
Excellent stay!
- 5/5
Very well kept property with good amenities, didn’t feel like the security was perfect around the building but once you got inside it was great. Would love to see the pool open up a little earlier in the year

Good location near a Target, Starbucks, and weed dispensary. Near downtown Denver. Nice and clean hotel. Orettt good view of the mountains for being a little ways away. Also good cookies at the DoubleTree, be sure to get one from the front desk. Paid parking per night. It is covered and secured and did lead directly to an elevator to our hotel floor which was very convenient though.

Location
- 5/5
Convenient location to Denver, easy to get on the freeway. In a nice area of the city, and not far from food options.
- 3/5
I understand Denver is in drought (I live in a desert state), but the meager amount of water from the shower was ridiculous. At some point there must have been more water pressure as the floor tiles were cracked and the caulking was in disrepair.
- 5/5
Very convenient. On an busy street but still quiet in the room
- 5/5
Very nice and exceeded my expectations with a pool, parking garage, and bar outdoor patio and lovely room well def book again

Room was not clean. I could smell marijuana through the vents. Heat/ac unit very loud. I understand fire alarm could not be helped.
- 5/5
Clean room and comfy bed
- 4/5
We had no issues at the property. The property was well upkeep. It could use some renovating. The pool wasn’t open, which is disappointing. We had to ask for towels after being there two days with two more days left.
- 2/5
Location Room was tired. Bed could have used a new mattress. Housekeeping was a no show one day. Breakfast was not the greatest. Fire alarm went off at 6 am Saturday morning
- 5/5
Only thing I could suggest is to put some USB charging ports in the rooms or the lamps etc
- 5/5
Great choice for DU parents that want to be close by.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay.
- 5/5
The room, location, breakfast and staff were all great!

- 4/5
the property was clean, staff was friendly and the location is great
- 5/5
Loved the convenience of being near downtown.
- 5/5
clean and spacious room, very friendly and accommodating staff, excellent breakfast experience
- 2/5
Cons: TV - not smart. Poor picture quality. I asked for a pair of scissors. The front desk staff member thought I wanted wire cutters. Free coffee in lobby at breakfast, but NO hot water for tea (nor tea bags). And why not all day? Sign in lobby for warm cookie. I was there 4 nights. No cookie in my room.
- 4/5
Clean room and property staff friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Had a nice stay staff was friendly
- 3/5
The property is clean and updated but the room was old and needs a facelift. It worked for us though as we needed the extra space with the one bedroom option since we were traveling with 2 kids. The additional bathroom in the room was an added benefit as well. The beds were also clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Beautiful and clean.
- 3/5
Getting in and out of the hotel wasn’t easy. There is a parking garage that is a super tight squeeze and you have to pay per night. The room was fine, but lacked water pressure in the shower and toilet. The beds were very comfortable. I will probably find somewhere else to stay in Denver next time.
- 5/5
The restaurant very convenient and the food was good.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, decent breakfast
- 2/5
The night of check-in, one of the floors reeked of marijuana after I got to my floor in my room it smelled of cigarette smoke
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helped me change rooms as my first one was a conjoined room with loud neighbors. The conjoined room was a handicap room that was slightly dirty. The second room was a regular room and was so much better. The parking situation is rough though. At night the parking garage gets full and the spots are very small making it tricky to park and navigate. I did not get to try the breakfast as it costs extra and ended very early
- 4/5
The room was clean but definitely needs updates. The water pressure in the shower was non existent. The ceilings in the bathroom are very low. The tile was cracked in different areas. Breakfast is not free. The parking garage is difficult to get in and out of. I drive a Subaru Crosstrek. I can't imagine having anything larger. The staff was very pleasant .
- 5/5
The stay was very nice. Everyone was very courteous.
- 3/5
The person checking us in was friendly, no one else was friendly.
- 4/5
You know exactly what you are getting at Doubletree. Nothing fancy. Nothing unexpected.
- 4/5
Destiny was the best part about my stay! She was so helpful
- 5/5
Everything was as expected. Have been coming to this hotel for some years
- 3/5
Horrible parking lot and parking area, tight spaces and terrible lighting. Hard to navigate with truck
- 4/5
Great place to stay. Izabella behind the front desk was amazing. The other people behind the desk can really take a page out of her book with hospitality. So friendly and so helpful, made the stay very enjoyable
- 4/5
Rooms a bit worn, on arrival bathroom needed second pass from housekeeping.
- 5/5
Clean hotel. Nice staff.
- 5/5
Clean room, but Mountain View was unviewable due to windows being very dirty on the outside and the plastic film that comes on the windows when they are bought from the factory never having been removed. Otherwise it was a good experience and friendly staff
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The check in process was fast.
- 5/5
Everything inside was fantastic! Just a warning that I didn't get that I'd like to share with others - front entrance parking is limited access and parking(about 10 spaces and a very narrow driveway that turns into a mega car wash). The main parking is under the hotel. You can head down there and then page the front desk to let you inside since you won't have a key card yet.
- 4/5
The room was clean but there were some issues like the AC not working. Unfortunately for me I visited Denver on the hottest day ever on March 21st and we couldn’t get any cold air in our room. Also the sink topper was coming off in the sink. Other than that it was fine.
- 4/5
We had room facing street and it was loud at night.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I’d suggest is thicker curtains to help block out the morning sunlight.
- 3/5
Electric outlets ins room not maintained. Bedside outlet did not charge my devices.
- 2/5
Bed was terrible mattress was extremely worn down, AC didn’t cool enough, curtains allowed a lot of light in even at night time.
- 5/5
The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Would absolutely stay again. Great location too.
- 5/5
Isabella At The Front Desk, Is Excellent Staff! thank You
- 4/5
It’s was ok, no water pressure
- 5/5
Lovely place to stay in Denver. I’ll stay there again
- 5/5
Perfect place! .. has opening windows though which is great for childless travelers
- 5/5
Front desk staff was great and very professional. Our room was very comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Great location to downtown without being downtown
- 4/5
The first room we were assigned to hadn't been visited by roomkeeping quite yet. They got us a different room immediately and gave us vouchers for breakfast immediately and were apologetic, no worries. The internet was fine, however stopped allowing access at some point during the night, which was disappointing. We didnt use the pool or hot tub.
- 5/5
The hotels is in a great location, not far from downtown Denver, and 30 minutes or less to the airport.
- 3/5
It was all ok
- 5/5
Very impressed with the lobby and surrounding gathering spots, fire pits, bar and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly! Warm cookies at check-in - nice treat!
- 5/5
Restaurant staff was friendly.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Good food
- 5/5
Very accommodating. We came in early and they were able to let us in early. This really helped us after a long flight from Columbus Ohio. We were pretty tired.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful - especially in lobby reception. And the room was clean - beds very comfortable & great pillows!
- 4/5
The beds are comfortable, the hotel is in front of a target which is a good thing and is 6 minutes from the mall. The AC makes a lot of noise and the bathroom needs a Little bit of love but for the price is excelent
- 4/5
The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Parking was expensive.
- 5/5
Friendly staff..clean room
- 5/5
Nice, spacious room
- 2/5
I would not give that hotel more than 2 1/2 three star max
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Good staff and and central location in denver
- 5/5
Great work
- 5/5
Everything was good!!
- 2/5
The instruction given at check-in regarding elevator and parking lot was insufficient & incorrect. My family was lost for a few minutes after parking until a housekeeper lady helped us out. Rooms were quite small and the bathroom was left with a cleaning rag. We did not receive any fresh towel for the 2nd night and the trash liners were not checked. Only one front desk was available for a very busy weekend.
- 5/5
The staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Very courteous staff and neat room

The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
- 5/5
Great locale, great hotel, nice price, the cookies!!
- 5/5
Clean room & exceptionally great staff at check-in! Loved the fire pit out back & workout rooms were great & spacious!
- 5/5
Staff were very nice. Room was nice. Great location.
- 3/5
The staff was terrific. The room had inadequate storage for two people or a long stay and an inadequate shower head. The garage was a forest of concrete polls. There was no lunch venue. The only dinner option was a sports bar with no post meal coffee and stale desert cake. And the breakfast venue ran out of orange juice.
- 1/5
Thermostat in room did not adjust, room didn’t have a blow dryer and the telephone did not work. Parking was narrow and had building pillars in parking slot.
- 1/5
Both rooms were hot ac wouldn’t kick on fridge didn’t work bed sheets stained

The staff were very friendly and the room was very good. Thank you.

Great place to stay on business. The front desk & housekeeping staff were all great. Will stay again.
- 5/5
It was a really nice hotel! Clean and the staff were amazing!will definitely stay there again
- 2/5
The people at the front desk are not kind, they dont give you correct info.
- 3/5
Rooms and hallways need to be updated and cleaned. Windows to the room were filthy. The room itself was clean, but the soap dispensers were empty.
- 4/5
Proximity to where I needed to be was great. One of our rooms had no heat the first two days until we called and maintenance had to come and connect a cable in the ceiling. Not sure why there’d be no heat with the weather being as cold as it was.
- 4/5
A very comfortable clean room, with room to move!
- 4/5
Alright Doubletree, close to Cherry Creek. There are charges for parking- which we did not know about until checking in. Staff was ok, cookies were old, restaurant unable to take order later in the evening for bar food.
- 5/5
The room was clean and well laid out for people to get ready while in the shower (the sink was separate from the shower)
- 5/5
Later that evening, we spent some time interacting with D’asia at the front desk, and she was an absolute standout. She was friendly, accommodating, and just genuinely kind. My husband was asleep in our room, and D’asia graciously let my friends and me catch up in a more private area of the lobby after not seeing each other for a long time. It meant a lot and didn’t feel rushed or transactional at all. What really impressed me was watching D’asia calmly and professionally handle a very intoxicated, entitled guest who was yelling at her for an extended period because she was simply doing her job and following security protocol on a holiday. She stayed composed, respectful, and firm the entire time. That kind of grace under pressure is rare and deserves recognition. The room was clean, the hotel was comfortable, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. This was a really lovely place to spend New Year’s Eve, and we would absolutely stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was great
- 2/5
We didn't had breakfast there.
- 5/5
Convenient location and good price.
- 5/5
Great service and price.
- 5/5
comfy bed and clean room nice aura in the lobby
- 4/5
Room was very clean and nice. Staff were nice, as well. Very nice stay
- 2/5
small rooms dirty bathroom air conditioner was blowing smelly air
- 3/5
Ice maker and elevator bells throughout the night. No coffe pod replacement 1st night, no bed making all nights
- 1/5
Room next door partied until 4 am and kept us up. Front desk staff did not answer the phone when we called to complain about this, so nothing was done.
- 3/5
The ac in my room wasn’t working but overall good clean room …
- 5/5
Everything.
- 5/5
We enjoyed a nice clean room and the parking garage was perfectly located and just $15 which i thought was a bargain. Good location as we were shopping in Cherry Creek all day.
- 4/5
Overall, this wasn't a bad place, but it wasn't without its quirks. No free breakfast or parking despite the higher-cost of the rooms, our sheets left my pajamas smelling of cigarettes (I'm a non-smoker), the beds were super creaky and not the most comfortable, and nobody told us that to use the elevator you needed to scan your room key and then pick a floor. It took us a minute to figure that out since we'd never experienced it before. We only really chose this hotel due to its proximity to our activities, so it may be worth checking into other options in the area, but it could have been worse.
- 5/5
Was really nice for a staycation for myself. I am a single woman and I felt safe there. Parking was not the best in the garage as I have a large car and I felt even in the "oversized" parking spot that it was tough to maneuver
- 3/5
The room was clean the bed comfortable, however it was way to warm amd the ac never went below 65°, my room.stayed a steady 75°, even with the window open. The staff were professional and helpful. The shower floor was kind of sketchy and made me feel like i could catch something.
- 1/5
Hotel didn’t even have their basics right; No Microwave (were told to go to front desk each time from 5th floor of West tower which is absurd), No Shower Gels Refilled (were told staff went early due to thanksgiving), I had opted for Breakfast which they claimed was not included, my parking was charged on a per day $15 basis. These are the most simple things to take care of the guests. If they had to charge for everything, then better close down as they are not fit to be in hospitality. To top it I wanted to cut short my trip by a day to which the Hotel Staff said they are fine but since my booking was prepaid Expedia had to Approve. And now I get to know that Expedia is fine to process 1-day refund but the Property Manager doesn’t agree. This is no joke. This was done for another booking which we did by mistake at Comfort Inn, Kansas city. Here also I was told Hotel doesn’t agree for Cancellation. If you have so very little control with your vendors where you cannot have exceptions, then I must say you guys are not fit to be in this business. Never going to use Expedia again.

All of the above was outstanding. I will return!

Then 3 more guests stepped in line and another associate walked to the front to help they proceeded to check in 1 GIANT group of basketball players (20 plus people) when we had been waiting already 20 minutes. We patiently waited for 45 plus minutes watching the team get checked in and multiple guests checked in who came after us. The only way we got checked in after an hour was my fiance walking up to the front to ask why we were waiting so long. The desk apologized and got us checked in after 1.hour.
- 4/5
there was some hair on the bed. and pillows looked dirty. the toilet also wouldn’t flush. but i felt safe. and the view was beautiful
- 2/5
Very noise Gentleman Club across the street. Coffee machine broken. Got two 50 dollars charged on my bill. Hope that is going to be taken care off soon and disappears from my bill. Coffee cream in room was rancid. OLD stuff
- 3/5
Rooms need major refresh. 525 looked like it was missing furniture and tv stand was beat up. Very drab
- 4/5
I did not eat breakfast
- 4/5
Nice hotel for a quick stay. Front desk was great.
- 3/5
Room was clean and comfortable but we could smell Pot coming from another room and we could hear our neighbor all night
- 3/5
Restroom flooded in shower and sink
- 5/5
Good stay
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, great amenities, couldn’t ask for any more.
- 5/5
Shower pressure minimal, otherwise good.
- 5/5
Great staff! Parking was tricky with a pickup, even a smaller one, but the stay and hotel and pool area are all amazing!
- 4/5
Room was nice and clean with a fridge, I wish there was a microwave in the room. The main lobby has a microwave so that was good. Parking in the ramp was tight with the space. The security for this hotel was good as well. Hotel was around alot of convenient areas.
- 5/5
We didn't have breakfast.
- 3/5
I was given a couple new towels but no wash cloths or hand towels. By third- I requested no cleaning. Guest service was not as expected. Two individuals talk to me as if as a question that was simple was an inconvenience. Upon checking out o had to ask twice for a paper receipt as she kept suggesting it would go to my email. I told her I was aware I would go to my email, but I wanted a paper receipt. Would she not do that she did. But to say the least she did it with an attitude not really sure what the point in an attitude is at 5 o’clock in the morning when there’s no one else, but myself checking out and it’s pretty quiet in the hotel. I will say this I did my stay on hotels.com but I am a rewards member with Hilton so needless to say that I’m quite disappointed with the attitude and just how the rooms were left. It’s not something that I would’ve expected from Hilton.
- 3/5
coffee/cream we're not replenished daily, there was a charge for water bottle and no vending machine available on the floor were I was staying.

Room was spotless... staff very polite
- 5/5
Room,staff,and breakfast were all great.
- 5/5

- 2/5
Room felt neglected, smaller than I expected for the price. Staff wasn’t as helpful or welcoming compared to other Double Tree locations I’ve stayed at. Parking was minimal. Cookies weren’t given to us although I thought was something done at every location.
- 5/5
Great.
- 1/5
The only that changed was changing my bed sheets. Everything stayed the same. Coffee filters not discarded, trash cans not emptied, everything covered in dust. Just a horrendous experience. My company’s now executing business between us and double tree
- 4/5
Staff were very helpful. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. Nice layout with many sitting areas, including a nice space by the pool. Water pressure in the shower was terrible though.
- 5/5
No complaints, great view, fresh sheets every day.
- 3/5
Staff was great, quite friendly and attentive in spite of a large conference going on at the time. Main facility very clean and pleasant. I found the room where I stayed in to be dated.

Clean room and attentive staff. nonetheless, toiletries had not been replenished and water in shower was cold until engineering came to fix issue. Either body lotion or shower gel was rash provoking.

Parking to difficult to park with all the concrete columns around.
- 4/5
Our room smelled slightly of smoke even tho it was a non smoking room. But it wasn’t strong enough to request a new room. Otherwise, it was fine.

- 5/5
Excellent location for restaurants, shopping, and easy access to I-25. Friendly staff, great gym and secure parking.
- 4/5
staff receptive to inquiries and while breakfast areas was busy, staff was effcient and prompt.
- 5/5
A very easy in and out! Thank you 😊
- 5/5
Clean hotel, conveniently located
- 3/5
Not many restaurants near by, need call Uber to out for dinner, room bathroom quite small
- 4/5
Breakfast was delicious! Our only issue was we could not get a reciept at check out. The woman behi d the desk seemed like we were bother her and told us to just throw room card on the desk ans walked away. We need to get a receipt with all charges .
- 5/5
The location is okay, not beautiful but within walking distance of a coffee shop etc
- 5/5
Great choice for a few nights
- 4/5
My only very slight complaint was parking. The parking garage was not the easiest in which to park because of the supporting pillars. It probably wouldn’t have been as bad if I had my own Jeep but I rented a Mercedes with which I wasn’t as familiar as far as dimensions. Good stay, though.
- 5/5
Never did my room
- 5/5
Perfect.
- 5/5
My wife had appointments at a local hospital, and the Doubletree was convenient. Check-in was uneventful, the room was comfortable. The only "nit" to pick is that the clock was off by over an hour, and adjustment did not seem intuitive. We weren't there to watch a clock, so this is not a deal-breaker by any means.
- 5/5
Maria was very helpful
- 5/5
Everything was great! Our only complaints would be the tight parking with so many columns (almost lost our side mirror!) and the bed was not very comfortable (too hard for our taste)
- 4/5
The wifi was down upon arrival and we had to wait in line for about half an hour to check in, but the rest of the stay was great
- 5/5
cookies! comfortable beds!
- 3/5
Nice lobby, bar and pool patio. Rooms small and narrow. The perfume spray in hallways way strong. Nauseating. Covering up what? Rooms better, but smells like a cheap hotel Or brothel, not that I have been to one.
- 5/5
Nice room, warm cookies, beautiful pool
- 5/5
Nice room. The blackout curtains were NOT very blackout. Very quiet overall. The parking garage has very tiny parking spaces and I was driving a car. No real complaints. Very close to the cherry creek shopping center, Target, many other stores.
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Target and Chick Fila
- 1/5
We went to the desk at 350pm to see if we could check in. The front desk person, Maria, said check in is at 4pm and to come back at 4pm. We go back up at 4pm and she says a room isn’t ready and to come back by 415-430pm. We keep checking back and room isn’t ready. After 5pm, room is ready. Said they would add points to our Hilton account for the inconvenience- 2 days later, still no points. They had 1 person working the check in and a long line constantly. Multiple guests had to wait on rooms and other guests were coming back to the counter because their reservation was wrong. The hotel lobby was dirty with food and trash cans over flowing. If you are paying 225+ a night, I would expect better.
- 5/5
safe area nearby restaurants as well as bar/restaurant on property that looks decent, though we did not eat there. nice pool and surround
- 5/5
Mason at front desk was very helpful.
- 3/5
Dirty windows, bad air condituon
- 5/5
Nice property.
- 4/5
there was a menu in a room everything was unavailable , Went down to get some food and the menu was very limited . They should maybe update the whole menu on both room and restaurant .
- 1/5
I cancelled the room because of a cancellation of plans. No refund was given due to late notice. I understand but not happy. Then I proceeded to get emails about how my check in was. I did not check in or could not. The room was cancelled. Then I got an email the next day wanting to know how my stay was. Did not stay there. Who the heck stayed in the room I paid for and could not get a refund
- 3/5
The room was okay but the hotel was next to a very noisy car wash. Also the area was a bit sketchy.
- 2/5
Blood on curtains, horrible parking.
- 5/5
Staff was kind courteous and patient. I loved the hotel pool and fire pit area. Plenty of space in the hotel to work if you didn't want to be in your room. This is my 2nd stay here and has probably become my go to spot when I come to Denver.
- 5/5
Big room. Plenty of closet & drawer space. Restaurant/bar has nice selection. Outdoor space with pool & chairs & tables & fire pit are cozy. Self-parking only $15/d.
- 3/5
Carpet in room was very worn Bathroom was overall nice but some pieces were overlooked when updating
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable beds.
- 4/5
Very quiet even though it was crowded in the lobby. Clean and very assessible.
- 5/5
It was very conveniently located to shopping and dining options, as well as easy public transportation, including to/from the Airport. The staff were friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Welcoming property, keys to elevator and doors after hours was a good sense of security. Staff great, answered my many questions, first room smelled of smoke, staff quick to apologies and move to a different one without hesitation. Great guest services and attentiveness.
- 5/5
The staff was VERY courteous- Isabella, the 2 male intake staffers and housekeeping staff
- 1/5
Gross
- 5/5
Thank you
- 4/5
Otherwise it was fine
- 4/5
Clean room, nice pool, friendly and generous staff. The service at the bar and restaurant was hit or miss. Overall it was a nice place to stay but a mediocre neighborhood.
- 3/5
Check-in was an hour late. Hotel very understaffed.
- 1/5
Lived and there is an odor that follows you from the hallway to your room, imagine cigarette and mold. Understanding this hotel is the ight on Colorado, but zero effort has been made to mitigate any noise. Overall, not sure how this hotel keeps its flag.
- 2/5
STAFF DID NOT GREET, SMILE OR ACKNOWLEDGE GUESTS. EVIDENT HOMELES PEOPLE LIVE IN AND USE DRUGS IN THE PARKING GARAGE STAIRWELLS. NAATY!!!.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly
- 4/5
The key cards didn’t work very well. Needed to try them several times and they would finally work
- 5/5
The staff was great!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 2/5
8th floor vending machine pop was warm, when I went to get the second it was out so pressed for return of money and it only gave me .50 of my dollar. Not really impressed over all
- 3/5
No microwave in the room. My keycard stopped working in the middle of our stay.
- 5/5
Convenient to cherry creek
- 3/5
The A/C made my stay terrible.
- 3/5
Nice building but only has 2 small elevators in both towers that guests and staff have to use. Im not trying to be a snob but got squshed multiple times by cleaning carts and other staff. That said all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was also very nice.
- 5/5
Friendly staff clean spacious rooms on busy street which i did not like liked Target.across street
- 5/5
Front desk had excellent service
- 5/5
The staff and property were amazing
- 5/5
Thanks for the great service
- 4/5
Nice iews
- 1/5
The room was dusty, curtains dirty, not one note pad or pen in the room, sloppy bed making, NO WRITTEN INFORMATION ON ANY hotel services (because you have none) regarding breakfast, lunch or dinner dining. No housekeeping phone number for help with housekeeping problems, air conditioner cuts off and you wake up at night unable to breath....I could go on -no room to continue
- 5/5
Very safe and comfortable
- 5/5
Need parking improvement. Great for the value. Good location!
- 2/5
Parking was absolutely atrocious. The fact we had to pay for a spot Nd then look around for 45 minutes for a spot is just insane. We ended up parking in some random spot that I don’t even think was a spot but we made it work.
- 5/5
Great location.friendly staff.
- 2/5
Limited options for dinner. No breakfast included.
- 4/5
N/A
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 3/5
Everything was great, except the resturant. Food was horrible, but waitress was excellent!
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly at check in. Room was clean. Love the design of pool area, but some couches looked worn and dirty. I would stay here again. It’s a good value.
- 2/5
Noisy room, low water pressure, and dirty bathroom. Tried twice to switch from pool view to Mountain View room that we paid for but had no luck.
- 1/5
First room smelled of cigarette smoke (even though is has a sign it’s a smoke-free room) so was given a new room, different floor and upon leaving the elevator, the entire floor smelled of marijuana smoke. Upon entering our ‘smoke-free room’ the pot smell permeated our room. We suspect the occupants next door were smoking it. It is legal here but advertising smoke-free rooms is laughable. I won’t stay here again. It’s in a dumpy part of town and the hotel reflects that.
- 5/5
My room was clean. The shower had zero water pressure. I had to wash my hair in the sink. That was a game changer for me. I mean the water only trickled out of the shower head. That is a reason to not stay here a second time. The noise from various parties all night was also the most annoying ever. After a night of no sleep i could not even have a proper shower. I probably will not be returning.
- 4/5
Decent place, was easy to access and not far from everything you might need. Nice area of town.
- 1/5
I have stayed there many times & this was the worst. Usually it is good. Maria, who checked us in was rude. Felt like we were doing her a favor. She even asked for my daughter's name and who she was. She must have felt like she was a hooker due to the age difference. At least that's what her looks & questions conveyed. Not relevant. Asked to be put into East tower as the other with the long walk not good for my disability. she said no. didn't care. and she didn't offer us a cookie. the room seemed smaller than the last time I was there. small chair. other was large with ottoman. then the shower head was so high. couldn't reach to change settings. asked for maid service for each day, so of course one day, even though I reminded the front desk, didn't get it. sink did not drain. plus we were put on a floor that had wild children running and yelling up and down the hallway. Overall, very disappointed
- 1/5
We were given a room that smelled like mold and sewer. Admitted they knew the room had a water issue previously, but they were still selling the room. Terrible service. We’ll never stay here again..
- 1/5
The room we were assigned smelled like mold and sewer. When I went back to the desk to complain, the desk clerk admitted that the room had water issues and they would give me a new room. While I was appreciative of the new room, it took almost a half hour and why in the world would they force people to stay in a room that smelled so bad when they knew ahead of time it had a problem. I will never stay at this hotel again.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing! Rooms were clean, great location
- 3/5
.
- 5/5
Near Cherry Creek as well as centrally located for business
- 5/5
The room was very nice and clean. Appreciate the full length mirror also. Used the fitness center and thewhich had enough free weights, and the pool. Pool was well designed with loungers and padded furniture but should have been cleaned. Lots of bugs and some dirt. Cuisinart coffee is not as good as Keurig.
- 2/5
Not worth the price. The rooms smelled like cigarette. Very small rooms. Only 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 towels/washrags for 4 people. Horrible parking
- 5/5
It was a really nice and quiet place to stay. Kids loved the way the pool was set up. The water was cold and not enjoyable for me as an adult but the kids didn’t mind it so much.
- 5/5
The poolwas lovely but was not on the roof as advertised. Otherwise very nice!!
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay
- 2/5
The bathroom had mold in the caulk around the bathtub, the body wash dispenser did not dispense, and hair was on the wall and ceiling. The furniture was in poor condition and the elevators were out of service for a portion of our stay. The restaurant staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the housekeeping staff lied and reported that we drank in-room waters. I called and discussed this erroneous charge with a hotel staff member, and even told her exactly where the untouched waters could be found in the room. A manager was supposed to call me back and remove the charge, but I have yet to hear from anyone.
- 3/5
The staff was nice and helpful, especially our servers at breakfast. The common areas and the pool are updated and stylish, however, I would not stay here again due to the condition of the rooms. They are in need of a complete overhaul and there was mildew in the tub and outside in the grout where the tub meets the tile.
- 3/5
The hotel had a very strange smell in the hallways; like chemicals. The elevator takes a very long time to get to floors for pick up. Nothing was wrong with the hotel but nothing was great either. The parking garage is very tight even in a small car. The AC system could not keep up and it would gradually get hotter as the day went on.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Decent hotel. But lots of trash everywhere parking lot is a mess. Not really clean. Has potential
- 4/5
Parking is a bit tight and difficult to navigate if you have a larger car. The security door into the hotel on the 2nd level parking does not close all the way, so your key is not needed. That should be fixed. The carpet closest to the elevators needs a good cleaning. Other than that, very nice staff, nice rooms, comfortable bed. Did not visit the bar or pool, but both looked nice.
- 3/5
Not a place I would recommend.
- 3/5
THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE
- 5/5
Great staff. Rooms were clean. Food was great
- 4/5
We really enjoyed our stay at this property, particularly the pool area and restaurant. The only critique is that the TVs in the room are very outdated and don’t have the ability to smart cast streaming services.
- 5/5
Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and very nice overall!
- 4/5
Very good hotel at a very competitive price. Near to Cherry Creek shopping and dining. Nice pool area. Rooms are clean and well stocked.
- 4/5
We liked the cookies. The staff was excellent. We arrived at 6:00 AM, overnight from Hawaii, and were allowed to check in after 7:00AM for an additional charge of $60.00. This was a wonderful feature, and we appreciated it. Visiting our son. A great place to stay.
- 1/5
And one of the manager assistant there won’t let anyone return back to this hotel again
- 5/5
Good service and nice rooms
- 3/5
AC did not work in the rooms
- 3/5
Since I had handicap parking, it was easy. The hotel itself is dated. I had to have the toilet unclogged when I first got there, as well as the room key, re-keyed. It took a full 24 hours for the temp to get reduced to 65, where I like it. There was no workable ice machine on my floor (floor 8) which made it VERY inconvenient. Restaurant is ridiculously priced. Bed and pillows were fine. Will look for something else next time.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the stay w my family. Hotel felt fresh & new. We enjoyed our king bedroom suite. It provided space and the extra 1/2 bath was helpful. The staff was accommodating and the warm chocolate cookies are added treats. The outdoor pool is lovely but since it is not heated can get cool quickly. The fym facility split into two rooms and the restaurant was open for dinner. The breakfast spot provided sit down or grab n’ go. Will stay here again
- 4/5
It was easy to get around the area by Denver standards. The room was nice and the pool was also really nice. The bathroom counter wasn’t big enough but I made it work.
- 4/5
Gentleman at the front desk was great! Even call me by my name several times and had good recommendations for excursions.
- 4/5
Slow elevators! Everything else was totally fine.
- 5/5
Always good
- 5/5
Overall good stay. Clean room and great air conditioning
- 5/5
Very clean and nice place
- 5/5
Comfortable, well-priced, full-service hotel close to Cherry Hill shopping and major roads. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Nice pool and outdoor lounge area.
- 5/5
It was wonderful, it is my second time staying there. Definitely would recommend going there again!
- 3/5
The staff seemed indifferent. It was difficult to get an iron and a blanket for my room. There are only 2 elevators and 1 was broken for my entire stay. Other guests warned me not to eat there. The hotel is beautiful and in a very nice area, but the staff was not helpful.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful! Cordial and accommodating. Areas were clean. Parking is not a highlight. Tight spaces for anything larger than a small midsize vehicle. Stay was excellent otherwise.
- 2/5
Stay was ok. On site parking was very cramped especially for larger vehicles. Check-in with Izabella was smooth. She even sent a text making sure we were settling in ok. Didn't notice anything crazy about room at first, but as we kept leaving with the ac on, we would come back to either a sewer gas smell or musty smell. Coincidentally my wife, who is very sensitive to mold, began coughing and feeling ill after the first full day. The next day, "Izabella" texted again to follow up. I told "her" the situation and asked if we could be noved to another room. I received an apologetic reply and was told I would receive an upgraded room and some sort of compensation. Way more than I expected so I was thankful. When we returned to the hotel, Lina was working and couldn't locate any evidence of us relocating. She also said Izabella wasn't even working earlier despite my text. I showed her the text conversation and she moved us to a similar room (not upgraded) in the next tower. She also offered a 15% coupon to the restaurant. I never asked for anything special but was promised these things which was a little irritating. Also the coupon wss a little insulting as it wouldn't even be enough to tip the wait staff. Needless to say, we dined elsewhere. A little disappointed by the empty promises and probably won't stay there again.
- 3/5
It was an ok experience. We had 3 adults sharing a room. They left 2 big towels and two hand towels. No wash cloths. Each day we had to go to the front desk for towels and wash cloths. We had to ask for toilet paper as only a small amount left on roll and no extra roll. The safe didn’t work. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was nice.
- 1/5
Smoke smelling room
- 2/5
I reserved 2 queen bed room for 3 people, when I arrived and checked in into my room there was only one bed. I went to the front desk and was told that since I booked with Expedia it was probably oversold and no more availabe 2 bed rooms. The hotel did provide a rollaway bed which was very very old and uncomfortable, it had a dip in the middle od the bed I had a hard time getting off the bed and I had back pain waking up in the morning. Talked to the front desk about the situation and getting a disount for the inconvenience, I was offrred a free breakfast. Staff was pleasant, but not very helpful.
- 4/5
No breakfast served as part of stay. Parking on second level were a challenge.
- 2/5
They didn’t bring me towels pillows or a blanket, said they had no access so I had to sleep with a robe. Downgraded my room I had booked for 4 days cuz they gave it to someone else, stood there three nights and the first night someone kept banging on my door. Then my bathtub flooded my room and had to call the front desk. Pool and bar were nice though
- 5/5
Every thing was fantastic, however, only disappointing thing was the coffee machine in the lobby was not working and there was not fresh coffee for guests to utilize
- 3/5
I think this is an overpriced hotel. The rooms were very small.
- 5/5
nothing to add-nice hotel, nice staff
- 5/5
Loved the outdoor pool area and the location of the hotel. It is close to coffee shops and in a walkable area. Running, walking and bike path nearby. I felt safe walking and running alone.
- 4/5
I didn’t appreciate the bartender knocking on my door.
- 3/5
Are there allot of people showing up a hilton properties without cars? I think not. The house keeping was adequate although one night i was short a dining glass, another the bath mat was missing, etc. The room cave equipt with water bottles. . . You could PAY FOR desire being in DENVER where I'm told the tap water has high lead contamination. Restaurant and breakfast were availability for more money outlay if you so desired. Desk staff were courteous. Meh, I likely won't be staying at double tree again.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly. And the stay was pleasant.
- 5/5
Very comfortable and quiet. Easy parking. Friendly staff and easy Check-in.
- 5/5
I liked the rooms and how clean they are as well as the nice and friendly staff
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant wasn't available and the room walls were a bit thinner than I'd have liked, but it didn't ruin my relaxing stay.
- 5/5
All the above.
- 4/5
The staff were friendly and helpful, they in fact text me everyday sometimes twice a day to make sure my stay was going well. I am originally from the area and I know this hotel is old and has had some remodeling… the room I stayed in was a typical hotel but there were obvious water stains from a leak on the sealing…. Something that should be taken care of before allowing someone to stay there.
- 2/5
Elevator malfunction stuck , fire alarm evacuating hotel due to sprinkler head. Elevator issue and had to walk down 9 floors. Garage ceiling falling and damaged
- 4/5
The only thing I did not care for at the hotel was there was no good coffee options at the hotel. Had to go over to the Starbucks across the street for a morning coffee. Which worked out ok.
- 5/5
Amazing service et the front desk multiple times. I absolutely will be back when I’m in town.
- 5/5
The stay was perfect for our needs. Will stay again if ever in Denver.
- 1/5
Check-in was terrible. Wcheck in was terrible. Waited two hours.aited two hours.
- 5/5
Overall great place to stay, great staff, very clean hotel.
- 5/5
Very pleasant experience and Marcus was amazing
- 4/5
Room was fine for sleeping - comfortable beds, clean. Room was a bit small, however. It seems a bit petty to charge $15 for parking.
- 5/5
Bed was comfortable, shower was great, staff themselves were extremely cordial and rather charming.
- 4/5
We had a nice stay, staff was responsive to needs. The pool area/patio was nice for hanging out. And the complimentary cookies were delicious!
- 4/5
Good atmosphere
- 3/5
Girl at check was not the most welcoming.
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful and food was great...
- 5/5
The staff are most courteous and professional. The check in desk is open 24 hours. The facility is very nice and convenient location. The only negative was some of the fitness equipment was a bit tired and worn out.
- 3/5
I stayed on the 6th floor; it was obvious it had been a smoking floor at one point. The whole floor and the room smelled of cigarettes. The room was run down and the carpet didn't look too clean. I expected the bathroom to be cleaned on a daily basis but the shower wasn't. There's tea and coffee in the room and it wasn't replenished on a daily basis.
- 5/5
It was pleasant stay!
- 2/5
Q
- 4/5
Very comfortable room.
- 1/5
Dirty shower floor, TV didnt work, chaos in breakfast managing, first room we got was smoke- polluted. Only positive thing is that managment approved of early check out.
- 5/5
Great location and clean rooms
- 5/5
Great hotel in a convenient location. Always friendly staff, clean and when you put out the “do not disturb”, they don’t disturb you!
- 4/5
On site restaurant has a good selection of meals. Courteous staff.
- 3/5
Just an average hotel. Not very clean. Felt safer since you have to have a card to get in, use elevator. Housekeepers were friendly, the rest weren’t very friendly. Our mini fridge kept leaking. Parking was underground with a few out front. Pool was closed due to it being mid-May and outdoors. We had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs (eggcetera) not great food or service. Would I stay here again? No.
- 5/5
Staff wonderful !
- 5/5
The gentleman at the desk who checked us in was very nice and made sure my wife got her cookie...haha. Hotel is always quite and we have never had any issues.
- 5/5
Great area, right next to Cheer Creek
- 1/5
Dirty and pricey for the value
- 2/5
Food is WAY over priced! Not enough staff in the restaurant. Parking is very tight but it is underground.
- 4/5
Hotel staff was amazing. I have a disability and they were incredibly accommodating, patient and helpful.
- 5/5
I don’t make the trip
- 2/5
there was free coffee in the lobby, but nothing else, not even a tea option. The pool looked nice, but was was closed (not sure why) We were very disappointed at the staff and service and won't be back.
- 4/5
Convenient location
- 5/5
Simply a lovely place to stay :)
- 5/5
Great gym
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
What a delightful, helpful young lady. Thanks for the stay.
- 4/5
Clean and tidy. Would recommend.
- 5/5
Convenient
- 4/5
Was nice, small rooms and every worker seemed like they were angry lol but clean and did the job
- 3/5
Lobby is really pretty but shower only had handheld so too a lot of effort to take a shower.
- 5/5
property was clean. easy safe parking and staff was great
- 5/5
Was busy road right by the hotel but tons of walkable businesses around
- 5/5
A lot of shops nearby and easy access and parking. The only negative thing would be it’s right across the street from a strip club. That strip club definitely had some drunk drivers leaving as I was also leaving to get to the airport. That’s all
- 2/5
The noise between rooms was unbearable. We could hear absolutely everything from the room next door, and it was impossible to sleep. We asked to change rooms, but the hotel was full. Carolina at the front desk was understanding and gave us Hilton points for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, even with different neighbors, the problem continued because of the thin connecting door. The bartender was rude, the pool was closed, and while there’s a Target nearby, the area isn’t great for walking. On a positive note, the cleaning staff were very nice, had a great attitude, and did a very good job. When we checked out, the front desk staff member was also very understanding and offered more Hilton points, although it didn’t really matter.to us.
- 5/5
Parking
- 2/5
Unfriendly aloof staff.
- 4/5
The only thing I didn't like was despite reserving a room two months in advance and having already paid for it, the room was not available at check in. There was an hour wait til it was available. Not a big deal, just never had that happen before.
- 4/5
beds were comfortable, but the air conditioning system is pretty loud
- 3/5
The room itself was clean but the water pressure was terrible. The shower I took was so pathetic and the shower space itself was tight and narrow.
- 5/5
Clean hotel with great staff and good food on premise. Couldnt ask more for business trave!
- 1/5
The reservation was through the 25th and you guys made it through the 23rd
- 5/5
The under parking is a little awkward and better if you have small vehicles. Checking in was fast and easy, the cleaning staff didn't have to clean everyday but they did which was very nice. And the elevator was also a downside since only one was working.
- 5/5
Exceptional stay!
- 4/5
Very convenient location!
- 5/5
Bartender was excellent! All staff members were excellent. Would return
- 3/5
The room did not smell pleasant. Also, could not get the room to cool below 69.
- 5/5
Fantastic rustic space. Gorgeous rooms and architecture
- 4/5
Staff always very helpful, plenty of food options nearby
- 1/5
For a double tree this place underachieved my expectations. The AC wouldn’t work, the toilet was leaking, and the rooms are very small. If you have a truck their parking garage is extremely tight also.
- 5/5
We’ve stayed here many times over the years. Doubletree has done a great renovation and really classed up the place. It’s quiet, convenient and the front desk staff is always top notch. Warm chocolate chip cookies is a welcome touch.
- 4/5
everything was good
- 3/5
The hotel is nice and Clean, but the front desk staff was not friendly at all.
- 4/5
not enough towels and charging for parking
- 1/5
Terrible misrepresentations of charges and fees. Very adversarial front desk
- 3/5
I have seen many hotels do this for customers, including Hiltons. Disappointing problem solving,
- 4/5
They said they offer breakfast for $12 or so, but you need to buy a la carte, so it is much more expensive. The location is great though.
- 4/5
Elevator work—would have been nice to be informed that it would start up in the morning.
- 5/5
Everything
- 2/5
Lacks organization and staff. Kind of on your own.
- 1/5
Ver bad
- 1/5
The whole hotel smelled, is by a loud car wash, was not clean, I would not stay here.
- 5/5
Ok
- 3/5
Staff was very nice and everything was very clean. I was disappointed in the elevator issues, my room apparently had outlets not working so I had no working fridge, and it took 2 days for my room to go from 74’ to 72’ and never got cooler than that.
- 2/5
Elevators weren't working for the better part of the day and AC in room did not work.
- 2/5
The hotel had issues with their elevator during our entire stay. Made everything super inconvenient. One elevator was down and the one kept having issues. I had to take the stairs to the eighth floor during my stay at one point. Wouldn’t recommend until this issue is resolved.
- 1/5
I didn't stay because of the lie.

At one time both elevators were inoperable. Being on the top floor with an ADA condition and having to use the stairs was really difficult
- 4/5
Very standard decent room. Low water pressure shower. Thin walls and noisy neighbors. Cramped parking garage. Outdoor pool and hot tub were closed (too bad). 17 to 30 minute drive from downtown even though theoretically close. Bland, nothing standout, but inoffensive

It was outstanding. We were here because I had to have surgery at a Swedish hospital. We live in Ft. Collins.
- 3/5
One working elevator was a little annoying, staff was very nice and attentive. Room extremely lackluster, could be cleaner, specifically the air vents covered in dust and dirty shower. Get what you pay for i suppose. Wont be back unless its all thats available. No problems with staff to be clear, just crappy rooms and 1 working elevator for a 9 story hotel is a pain

The parking garage is very tight and the entrance into hotel from garage could be dangerous if traveling alone. I would not recommend it.

They didn’t say, we were walking around to find it, no access had to change rooms Terrible

- hotel property recently remodeled, new finishes, etc. good restaurant for breakfast was fast, convenient to where I needed to be early the next morning. Facility itself did seem safe, key cards required for entry, parking easy and well lit. Staff was very friendly and efficient. However area around property seems sketchy.

However only one elevator worked in the West Tower and one of those days that elevator broke down and we had to walk to the 8th floor to get to our room. The front desk did give us a free drink or appetizer ticket for the inconvenience. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Staff unhelpful, extra charge for parking, truck barely fits in parking garage.
- 5/5
All good.

Breakfast was included and was great, not just a continental breakfast, it was a nice full breakfast from a menu. The hotel was clean. Hung out in the lobby with friends a few of the nights and staff were really friendly and accommodating. I thought that it was closer to the mall - in walking distance and it wasn't, but there was a Starbucks, Target and Crumbl Cookie across the street which was great!
- 4/5
Not enough front desk staff to check people in at 4pm check in time.
- 5/5
Hotel is located in a fairly busy but quiet area. Facilities are nice and the area around the hotel is well-lit at night.
- 1/5
Extremely dusty and dirty. Got a rash all over my body and the hotel refused to refund me for the rest of the nights I booked.
- 5/5
We stayed at the hotel for a family vacation. We enjoyed service and facility but most of all we liked our breakfast in the morning. The food was good quality and it was awesome to start the day with the fresh omelette and tasty coffee
- 4/5
Decent hotel. Clean. Never refilled conditioner. Front desk person upon check in was a not really to helpful. Room was nice. Parking fee is a bit excessive.
- 2/5
I wasn’t happy with my stay. The front desk staff did not exude friendliness. When questions were asked, answers were short and often not helpful. My shower head didn’t look clean. When we arrived at the hotel, there was only one elevator working in the main lobby. At one point both elevators were out of service and there was no communication with guests. I was very disappointed with my experience at this property. ☹️

I was there for medical reasons but will return as my best stay in Denver. The room was clean, service was fantastic, and all the employees were courteous and helpful. I felt safe and at ease. Under garage parking was so convenient. The view was breathtaking. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Great staff awesome facilities

Only issue was $15 night for parking that we weren’t told about until check in

Very nice stay.

Everything is near by Target, CFA, Starbucks, Dispensary,

The bar, restaurant, work out facilities. The room was very nice. The water pressure was a little week. The room wad very quiet.
- 3/5
A grouchy borderline rude lady greeted us at the front desk. The room had a super loud heater that was placed right next to the bed and came on every 10 minutes.
- 4/5
Our particular room had some headboard wear and looks like someone broke a pen on the carpet but other than that everything was up to par. We did happen to miss out on cookies at check in

Nice hotel
- 4/5
I choose this hotel specifically because it is 2 blocks away from the people I travel to Denver to visit, so I would probably stay here even if none of these things were true, but they are, which is a big bonus: staff is friendly and welcoming; room is clean, quiet, and comfortable; there's cookies. Target, coffee, and multiple dining options are easily walkable. It's not especially fancy, but it's probably a nicer overall hotel experience than it needs to be for what it is. I will definitely be back.

Room was warm despite usung the air.

Biggest complaint was the parking fee. Also, the ramp to one of your parking decks was extremely icy. Very difficult to navigate.
- 3/5
Not all of the front desk staff was as friendly as the first time we stayed.
- 4/5
View is nice. Not much to say, staff is ok. Room is nice. House keeping is on time. If you drink the water bottle and not a member of the Hilton Club, they charge you $2.50 for the water bottle. But if you are thirsty, just do it. It gets billed to your room.

Great room, clean- and kind staff. Wonderful view with mountain view rooms!
- 3/5
The shuttle for the airport ( the reason we booked here) did not run until 8.a.m.
- 4/5
Had to pay a little extra for an early check in. Fairly well equipped and nice for a budget stay. Nice having a full bar in the lobby
- 2/5
Staff was absent or limited. Request not responded to. Unaccommodating. Considering their business is literally accommodations this is a sad state.
- 5/5
This is a really nice hotel. (And I stay in ALOT of hotels) I enjoyed the restaurant/bar where we sat and watched The Ohio State win their playoff game. I will definitely remember this hotel next time we are in Denver.

Renovated, nice staff, 5 star breakfast
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly, rooms are nice and everything was very clean. The beds are very comfortable as well. The only negative on the comfort side was that the air conditioner wouldn’t work and 76° is too hot for sleeping. The breakfast was stellar, but the vending machine ate a $5 bill and didn’t give change. Parking is safe and convenient.
- 5/5
It’s a pretty nice property. There are many restaurants nearby.
- 4/5
Hotel was good. Room was clean. One elevator was broken, the other needed to be replaced. Free parking. Will stay at this hotel again. Front desk people friendly. Lots of things to do in the area!

I enjoyed the delicious double tree cookies. The stay was everything I needed.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay here. We especially appreciated that we were able to walk to groceries, coffee, etc. then walk to our daughter's apartment a block away. It was the perfect spot for our needs and the staff was super friendly.

Hotel lobby is beautiful and courtyard beautiful. Them they send us to the back tower that was very old and very noisy. Just terrible
