    The parking and accessibility to stores and Etc was great. The room itself was fine. The amenities were very low. The ventilation is poor. And when I say A lacking of amenities I mean no coffee, you have to request shampoo, and lukewarm bath water.

    Inexpensive and kept up pretty well. The room had a shower head just hanging down but worked OK. I have balance issues and the tub had no bars or mat. Desiree at the front desk was kind and helped me get into a different room.

The side panels above the kitchen countertops are peeling off. There were no drain covers on either the bathroom sink or tub/ shower unit. The bathroom vanity top and sink is absolutely worn out. The refrigerator is dented severely. I had to wedge a piece of folded up paper, in between the edge of the exterior door, and the door jamb the keep it closed to keep out the cold air. It was an eye-opening stay, as I didn't sleep very well there. I would appreciate some compensation. Thank you, Brent Shepard

    Ravin and check in was super nice, but property was rough. Homeless outside and the police drive through to check for issues. The room at first glance was worn but looked clean. after further looking the tub was rough and crumbs and hairs on the sheets.

    We checked out a day early because (1) water was restored at my condo and (2) the place is too skeevy to stay for another day. Desiree was real nice and helpful in getting us a first floor room, designated as handicapped (which I am). It left much to be desired. I think most disgusting is the bottom of the bathroom door closest to the shower is peeling, curling etc from excessive water exposure over time. At what point will the cheap owners replace that damn door? Minimal towels provided, no facial tissue. A can of drinking water from vending machine a whopping $3.50. Parking not an issue. Sheets on the bed seemed clean. At this point, I'm just waiting for the hotel staff to respond to the hotels.com people's communications to get a waiver from them so I can be refunded for the third night we did not stay. We checked out at 9:30am, well before 11am checkout time. I just want my damn money back for the third night.

    The room was fairly clean but had seen better days. Something icky on the bathroom wall, and the cabinet door under the sink was off kilter. All the lampshades were at odd angles, making me feel a bit dizzy. Never have I stayed where you have to bring your garbage to the “lobby” or be charged $25. You want stripped down, this is it. No elevator, a kitchen for which you have to purchase utensils, a charge to make even a local phone call. I will say it was pretty quiet and the parking area wasn’t scary.

    Room had an old carpet with a smell that rivals old basements. Water was lukewarm. Bed had stains under the sheets. People slamming on doors and yelling curse words at 4 AM. The ultimate no? As I packed and gratefully left, a roach crawled out from under the microwave and climbed the wall. I was locked in but I need to know if Expedia provides any relief for a booking this bad.

    my family needed accommodations for 2 weeks due to a family member’s hospital stay at Children’s Hospital. I’m a mom traveling with 3 kids under 10…The room was clean- BUT after our first night’s stay, My 2 daughters and myself awoke to itching bites on our necks, arms and chest. The lock on our room wasn’t working properly- and the activity in the parking lot was loud until late night. We decided to check out after the first night.     When I arrived and used the phone, the staff member was unable to complete the check-in due to the system being down. I again called the operator line and was told there was nothing they could do and that I would need to find another hotel. No alternatives, accommodations, or assistance were offered. This left me stranded late at night with nine pieces of luggage and equipment bags, forced to arrange last-minute accommodations at another hotel. I ultimately paid over $400, plus the added expense of an Uber ride. More significantly, I lost valuable rest, managing only about four hours of sleep before beginning an intensive two-week work commitment the following morning. This unnecessary stress, expense, and loss of rest were unacceptable. I did not receive any prior notice online, during booking, or on the day of travel that check-in could be denied due to system downtime. Had I known, I would have made alternative arrangements. I was not offered any type of compensation. Very disappointed with experience.

The water barely got hot, there was no coffee maker, cutlery or plates. The TV didn't work. Sketchy sorts of people hanging around outside at all hours. And given all of this, it was very overpriced.

    My stay at this hotel was horrible! I thought being in Glendale Colorado that the hotels there may be appropriate for my stay. I was staying close to the Rose general hospital because my husband was there for a major surgery and we live up in the mountains so the hotel seemed to be the right one. It was in our price range and had what seemed like the accommodations I needed. When I arrived I found out that the floor has never been cleaned in the history of the past year. I'm a housekeeper and this was despicable. The room was filthy, including the walls, including the cabinets, behind the fridge, in the corners, up the baseboards and more. This hotel room did not have any cold water coming out of the tub. I complained immediately the next morning when the office opened and brought with me toilet paper pieces that had been wetted and then wiped on the floor to show how black the floor was. I was quickly offered a 25% discount. I am supposed to contact you at hotels.com to get my 25% discount from the manager at the hotel. I was told that room would be spotless and the floor would be clean by the time I got back. When I returned 8 hours later, that evening, the floor was just as dirty as it was when I left. I couldn't take a shower because there was no cold water to mix with the hot and it was boiling hot water so I took the towels off the rack and what did them down and scrubbed the floor myself.     The room smelled of cigarettes and the cleaning products they used to try and get rid of the smoke smell. At check in I was notified of the smoking policy, it’s also posted all around the property- no smoking within 100 feet of any door. This was blatantly ignored by all patrons and staff. When I questioned the staff about it they said Colorado law was 25 feet however staff was smoking within 10 feet of the front desk door every day. There was water damage to the kitchen and bathroom base cabinets that had been neglected. The bed was a bed. Overall it worked for the week but I wouldn’t stay here again.

    The chain has been going 30 years and I think this is the first one they opened. Location was good but the room was dated. Reception were helpful but cleanliness of the room was poor. We did not expect to have to purchase items to be able to eat and prepare meals as every cupboard was empty. If we had known this before we would not have booked. We felt as thought we were in a hotel for work people and shelderd accommodation and not a hotel for a holiday stay as we we're lead to believe from your website. Would not book again

    The hotel is very run down and in disrepair. Ceiling is bulging from water leaking. Cabinets are broken and pealing. Fan vent cover missing in bathroom, broken tile, dirty towels. Noisy neighbors fighting upstairs, and what I can only assume was a prostitute looking for a hookup in the parking lot.

    the only thing new in the room was the floor. But it was so dirty it made our socks black. The top hinge of the outside door was broken and we had to lift the door to open and close it. There was no coffee pot in the room, not tissues. All fixtures/ furniture looked original, like it was from the '60's. They are putting a new roof on the place, but they need to update the rooms, too. We will never stay there again, and would never recommend it.

    I’m leaving this review as a warning to others. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Listed as non smoking property but room smelled so strongly of cigarettes that I kept my suitcase closed to keep my clothes from absorbing the odor. There were bed bugs - woke up in the morning and had to pull one off of me that was biting me. Whole room, floor, kitchenette, sink, shower were stained and dirty. There were drain flies and well as house flies in the room. It looked like someone had punched holes in the bathroom door. Cabinets were falling apart.

    Lack of housekeeping even offered, when requested was told they were either completely out of an item or staff was unavailable. Surrounding area felt unsafe with entrance to hotel being down back alleyway, frequent and multuple police units on site nightly.

    If you value your life, do not stay here. This place should be condemned. It was absolutely filthy, there was a giant hole in the bathroom door, a picture frame was melted, there were cigarette burn marks everywhere, there was vomit in the sink and on the bathroom tub, there was what looked to be bullet holes in the recliner chair, and I found pills on the floor. I did not stay the second night and only stayed the first night because it was late and I was exhausted. The people the “hotel” attracted looked like crack addicts and my lock was broken on my door, which I realized the following morning when I thought I locked myself out because I forgot my key card but was able to re-enter without it.

    Floors were black from dirt. Trash under bed. Dog poop everywhere in parking lot. Fridge didn’t work and a lot of our food spoiled. Steaks, fruit and toddler yogurts.

    Our room had to be the scene of a previous crime. The door had clearly been kicked in and looked like a crowbar had been used on it. There was blood spatter on the lamp shade and what appeared to be bullet holes (that had been filled with putty and painted) on the refrigerator. We were very uncomfortable.

    The bed was comfortable. No remote for the TV. Counter top in kitchen area was dirty. The toilet had rust stains in it. The room smelled like stale cigarettes, even though it was advertised as non smoking. The price was right and we were there 1 overnight. Won’t stay there agaim

    Unsafe, no staff on property from 10 Pm to 9 am! Had to pay $1 to dial front desk. Even then no answer, as no one there! Lots of partying, drinking and smoking weed outside until 3 am The room condition was very poor with broken furniture and lack of amenity for an extended stay (pictures available) Called ESA main number to address the shortcomings, despite repeated call and promise that a general manager will call back, it never happened! We should be refunded for all problems that we encountered, especially the safety issue. I went outside to ask the rowdy guests to quite down around 12 midnight. But I quickly realized that I am dealing with type of folks that could put a bullet in you. So came back to room and we decided to ride it out rather than confronting the drunks and under influence guests. As I said no staff on premise. Also the next morning we noticed that the property had no security cameras. I have never stayed in such a neglected and dangerous place. What a sham!

    Definitely not like the pictures and not like any Extended Stay I have stayed at before. The floors were dirty and sticky, the bathtub was gross. The microwave didn’t work but they placed another one in the room fairly quickly. The refrigerator didn’t stay cold. The cabinets were falling apart.

    Sliding window with no lock. Stains on carpet, broken and ripped furniture and wires hanging from the ceiling where a fire detector should have been. I have low Edy of Extended Stay, but this was not safe and unclean. We only stayed because it was late and I needed to stay near a family member’s house. We left early the next day as soon as the sun came up. We are still waiting on getting reimbursed for two nights we would not stay because it was so terrible. Don’t be fooled by the Cherry Creek area, this hotel isn’t safe.

    Perfectly fine place for a night to crash. Service is iffy to nonexistent - had to wait over 10 mins for anyone to show up in the lobby to help with checkin after 5 different guests were lined up with nobody working in sight.

    This is a low-rent extended stay property. While it has its share of work trucks guests, I suspect the city houses indigents there. There was a lot of pot smoking and people wandering the premises late at night apparently without any reason to get up early. Also, be aware that the front office closes at night. Otherwise, the place was fine. You get what you pay for.

    Office closed early, we couldn't find one of our rooms and no one was there to assist. Used the convenience phone to get dubious help. and there was trash in the cupboard! Bags of SUSHI trash. DISGUSTING. This was one my worst experiences with lodging, at least the property was conveniently located. I would not choose to stay here again; I booked last minute which I hate because I'm left with terrible service and nasty rooms.

    Place was filthy. Layers of dust on the lamps. Bathroom was in serious disrepair. Looked like the bathroom ceiling could come down at any second. Shower tile looked moldy. Shower rod was ripped from wall at both ends. Appeared the door had been busted in at some time, security lock was completely missing.
